BCH payments will also be calculated and paid soon.

That's what I was told 64 days ago. And then again 37 days ago. All emails ignored. If you cannot even perform the simplest of customer support tasks then you cannot be trusted to hold my money. I will not be coming back.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Affiliates have all been paid through March.
Chips are in accounts for all amounts owed through March.
These affiliate issues were brought on by mostly by the terrible way we store hand histories.
Our new software will fix this and many other long standing issues.
Payments will be made into affiliate accounts as we process the remaining months.
Affiliate reporting system will return to normal as we complete the process.
We are going as fast as we can and thank you for your continued patience.

And this is the core of swcs problems. It is sad to think about what position swc could have had today if they had seized the opportunity they had a few years ago.

Affiliates have been paid through 4/22/18

We will continue to make the payouts in chronological order as we generate the reports. Expect us to take under two weeks to pay up to current.

New software is starting to look outstanding. Both rakeback & affiliate payments will be made automatically after we make the switch.

We know it's been a long time coming, and our players deserve a much better platform. We are very close to it now.

Have you tried blockchain.poker ? Seriously, whatever SwC releases as "new" software will have a hard time competing with that.

IF it is anything similar to blockchain.poker (which is in beta now) then SwC will probably be amazing to play on and crush the real money poker sites.

Just tried and blockchain.poker is literally the worst browser poker I've ever played.

What browser do you use?

It's pretty advanced for poker sites on desktop or mobile (imo) without downloading software or even entering your email. To each their own though. It's so simple to sit down and start playing with satoshis they give you, just seems it will be popular.

EDIT: didnt realize that was your first and only post here, will assume you have an agenda, rather than a problem with their site Smiley

I use Google Chrome. It just doesn't seem like it could compete with other softwares (Pokerstars, Poker Mavens, Cubeia, SwC), as it lacks a lot of features people want in poker sites, such as multitabling, hand history exporting and HUDs use, customizable themes, detachable table windows etc.

Wait until it is out of beta, the hud thing is probably not a feature that will be added, since you can play anonymously...  They create an anonymous account and give everyone free chips from the faucet (without any sign up process) so it's a little different.

For mobile, it plays pretty well compared to a lot. Those that want huds and multi-tabling would definitely not like the site though, agreed.

Why do you post about the blockchain.poker here. Its not even a poker site.

What is it? Wasn't looking for huge derail on this thread but it IS a poker site in beta with a few tables running daily. Highest game is like 100k-200k satoshis that runs 2-3 times a week.

It might become a poker site. But it is really more of a proof of concept now. I don't think it serves the project well spamming about it in other threads.

SwC has posted for how long that the new software is coming? If anything, mentioning other sites software, should help motivate them to release it even sooner.

We're sure it's amazing and they will tackle those customer support issues after it launches.

Seriously though, dont care who takes the bitcoin poker crown, SwC has just as good of a chance as any other bitcoin poker site currently.

Yeah, I don't believe in SwC future either. SwC could have been huge now if they hadn't screwed up. Maybe the founders got to rich to care about their business.

We are many players expecting pineapple tournaments with the new client. I hope it is also in your mind.  Smiley

Lol pineapple tournaments. I was only offered that three years ago. I'd settle for the 'new' client having working software and tournaments that are worth more than the loose change in my couch, and customer service that isn't complete shit, for starters.

Would it be possible to invest/buy a stake in SwC? The software has a lot of potential, and the owners have been trustworthy for years. The only thing missing is advertising. If the site was promoted properly, and had good customer support, the playerbase should grow substantially, which then would allow for example bigger guarantee prizepool tournaments to be run regularly.

If so, I'd be interested in investing.

SwC Poker recognizes we currently provide a less than ideal product.
We thank our loyal players that continue to play.
SwC Poker has spent a large amount of bitcoin and time to make a brand new platform.
We are confident our new platform will provide the experience the bitcoin poker community deserves.
Customer service will improve.

It is coming soon and when it does a page will turn and a new era will begin.

Customer service will improve.

How about improving it today by giving me the BCH withdrawal that was promised to me nearly 4 months ago (when BCH was worth 3 times as much as it is now)? And I don't want another promise of "with the next batch" like I was told on May 29 and again on July 15. How about right this very minute? Or admit you lost it or spent it already and have no intention of ever paying it out.
