I believe their "pilot mode" was fixed over a week ago, so far I didn't have any problem with auto-betting as well!

The best fix is the maximum bet, because first open a tab to top of site for confirm and now only to the bottom dice.
I have one question, i don't have understand the burst mode, what type of game is?

You are using to bot in the site right and not a third party bot? Roll speed depends on your internet connection IMO. Roll speed is fixed and depends on your bet amount AFAIK

The nornal roll speed in dadice is 1 roll per second if im not mistaken. What is your internet speed?

Good connection isnt a guarantee that you will be rolling fast at the site because there is another factor that affect it, latency of your network to the server. References below, shows that dadice managed to get 1 roll/second with a 1 satoshi bet while I rolls 1 roll / 2 second although I believe I have a decent connection as well.
Latency is usually affected by either your connection and/or how far you are from the server , the farther you are then you will get a higher latency with the server. You could try to use a 3rd party bot to roll at the site if you want a faster roll than using the embeded bot

We have throttled 1 sat bets to 1 per second only. So with a reasonable internet connection 1 bet/sec should be achieved, even with a 1 sat bet - but you will get 5 bets/sec with a 0.1 bet.

I don't know about dicebot, most of our users are using Seunjie's bot and that is currently the only bot we endorse:

As for the speed of betting: According to steve the api is limited to 2/bets, although i've never been able to achieve more than about 0.75 bets/s. Also, Sid (dadice_dev) asked me to add a throttle to the bot that doesn't allow the placing bets withing 0.7 seconds of each other.

The bot speed cannot speed up the bot, it can only slow it down. If the bot speed option is disabled, the bot bets as fast as the site, your computer and your internet allows it to bet.

I think the slow auto betting cos of slow internet connection, when I lived in philipphines, the auto roll was going well. But I have my vacation in China now, the auto roll is very slow here, damn I am not happy with China internet, damn slow if I access English sites, only fast when I surf Chinese sites. 

Generally I can only roll 1-2 minutes if I am lucky now, the connection is toooo slow here, that's why my roll isn't working well.
