NEW: Get C- and below three weeks in a row, and get kicked. *to keep slots available to great posters. C- is lower than C or C+ What does it take to get a "c" rating or better? Post quality. (A is a lot better than C. I suppose you know that??? I got a little confused by your question) NEW: Get C- and below three weeks in a row, and get kicked. *to keep slots available to great posters. C- is lower than C or C+ What does it take to get a "c" rating or better? I got a C if you want to take the time and review my posts. Also, since I'll be talking in this thread please exclude these posts from the campaign. Thx. Sure, this thread is excluded from counting.

Maybe my question should have been "how do you determine the grade of a participant?"

Okay, that is accurate. Yep, it depends on post quality.
Post counting and payment data has been completed. PM'd devthedev.

Okay, that is accurate. Yep, it depends on post quality. Any chance on clarification? This whole 'here's a rate and succes with getting "better"' is slightly frustrating

Okay, that is accurate. Yep, it depends on post quality. Any chance on clarification? This whole 'here's a rate and succes with getting "better"' is slightly frustrating lol, we cannot write an essay about 50 participants every week, about their post quality. That is why we grade it. It is indicative info so that participants can know where they stand. Grade is relative. If your post qualiy seems good, you will get a good grade. Above average, higher grade. If someone makes useless posts, lower grade. C,C+ is average. could improve. I didn't exactly get what you asked. If this answers your question, please confirm/reply. Else do restate the question. Thanks

@ Quickseller and anyone else that wants to know.
As there seems to be some confusion about what quality of post grades are i will share what i think that means to me and we will wait for ndnhc to get confirmation.
A Starting conversations which are on topic and helpful to the thread, consistency in post quality and the amount posted over the week (Not all rushed in a couple of days). Not just one lines but you can see clearly effort has been made and each/most posts have been thought about critically before the post button is pressed.
B Same as above but with not as much consistency as anyone that received 'A' either quality or how many posts over how many days was made etc but overall very good posts with the exception of say between 10-20% that was not to the same quality as above.
C Could be good quality posts but are not really contributing much, they maybe sporadic in nature so 15 one day 3 another. Around 50% posts the same quality as A/B just not consistent nor have they had the same effort as the groups above. A lot could be in political threads.
D posts = bump, i agree, few words not really contributing in anyway, pictures, links etc No post for few days then come on to make ten posts then off again for another day then back on for another 5-10 posts, no consistency or hardly any quality.
Anything + or - I would say is just not able to categorize easily so not quite A, but better than your average B and so on, hope that raps it up until ndnhc gets on.
EDIT: To make it clear no system is perfect and we are early on in this campaign which it will improve over time not to say it is not good now because it clearly is, we all make mistakes and that is what makes us human but the majority will be close enough.

Well that explains clearly why I got my grade of a C. And I have a perfect explanation to it. I will just post my work schedule on here and the dates that I posted more I was off work, and the dates I posted less was the days I did work cause I'm always on here when I'm off work. I come home for lunch somewhere between 10-11am est and probably read a little on here maybe make a post may not just depends.

I would disagree. If people are making spammy posts then the company/site brand will be associated with spam - this is similar to what happened with PrimeDice last summer. If the people who are advertising DaDice are actually posting 'responsibly' and are engaging in intelligent conversation then not only will their signature space be more valuable, but the overall brand will be associated with such intelligent conversation
