Devs, please contact poloniex or any other major exchage to list AMP. Masterxchange is pretty slow and ugly...
I also wonder if there are some news/updates regarding the development.

no, in the crowdsale everyone received twice as much amps due to an error. It was resolved in a very professional manner.

Hopefully we can see some real action on exchanges like Poloniex.  I like the coin, but without an active exchange, it won't go anywhere.

i don't see how people will leave facebook for joining a new social network. because all their friends are already connected to them on facebook

How can I receive my AMPs, can someone tell me? and what's SPT in OmniChest?

AMPs will be sent to your contribution address, there is nothing else you need to do.

Distribution should be completed in the next couple of days.

SPT is the short name for AMPs on Omni (Smart Property Token). If you look at the asset page:

http://omnichest.info/lookupsp.aspx?sp=39 it says Smart Property #39.

At launch we will have our own wallet on Synereo so we will make sure to call them AMP.

It's the same BTC address you used to send your contribution from.

If it was on Omniwallet then you should see your balance already.

If it's not then you can search for your BTC address on http://omnichest.info to see your balance.

For full control of your AMPs simply import your BTC address into Omniwallet so long as you have access to its private key it's pretty straight forward.

Is AMP on any prominent exchanges? If not, why hasn't anyone been trying to get us on one? Is this something that we don't want yet? I figure that, due to low supply, the coin value can be pretty high if we get onto an exchange now.

Also, I am not a very active person in the community (I don't use the slack). Once in a while, can you post key slack updates on here?

All of the exchanges we've talked to either want to see volume on the existing exchange first or to get paid for listing the coin. I have no intention of wasting investor money on paying exchanges, so until there's more interest in trading AMPs, there's not much we can do.

The exception is Bittrex, as posted above, which wants to see demand and interest from users:

We gauge demand based off of tweets, hash power, length of bitcointalk thread, volume on other exchanges, etc. Follow us on twitter @bittrexexchange and tweet about how much you like this coin and Bittrex. We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex. I'd also consider coming to our irc channel #bittrex on irc.freenode.net and do some guerrilla marketing. The traders there can help you gain exposure for your coin.

We'll make a proper update once we have enough meat to share.

Forget about BTER, they are unable to handle msc deposits, from what it looks they have lost control over my msc deposit address and just credited my account with msc without moving them to the hot wallet (from the deposit address)..

So why not pay some for listing? I know bittrex only need 5 BTC to listing. I think almost all investors will agree this. Masterxchange.com has 0 volume. List on main exchange will greatly improve the popularity of APM and attract more to AMP community.
