My question is: What do they actually have at the moment? Is there anything relevant except of a few people with an idea?

Remember this people, everyone can be replaced, and greg will be too, he is not some super being or even a super coder, he's just a standard guy, who has trouble working in a team, or producing code.

Synereo's fundamentals have not changed, they still have 3.5million usd in funding, 7 cutting edge experienced team members & a vision.

The price dip is only short term, once monday is over and everything is on track again, expect 12k+ sat  Cool

the show will go on.

He is on my ignore list,
Although i think its always good to be positive about investments and show your support,
Decentralised economics is currently in lala land about this all.
I think it is better to be realistic. Synereo was a great investment. But with current complications it is a bad investment. Only if they sort this crap out Synereo will become a good investment again. At this moment I am not very pleased I invested money in it.

His problem is that he invested at 600 sat and AMP has been over 30.000 sat. That's initial investment multiplied with 50. But now he only has his investment multiplied with 10. So he lost a lot and that's why he reacts so emotionaly and only nonsense comes from his posts.

Actually, you forgot to calculate in that bitcoin went from ~$230 to $760 in the same time, so really my initial investment has multiplied by 33x, but good try.  Still winning here... still a winner.

You're right.  I am very upset with Greg, and so are many, many other people.  Greg's a loser... he always will be a loser.

Soon, Greg's going to get his ass canned.  He's got about 128 hrs left to commit anymore malfeasance against AMP holders and Synereo LTD equity investors.  I figure he can get in at least another five bitch fits before they kick his ass out.  Greg was the main roadblock holding back actual progress in this project.  In 128 hours, this project will be a steal at the current price.  But hey, what do I know... I'm just the guy that is still sitting on a thirty-three hundred percent return even after Greg decided to undergo a total and complete mental meltdown live on Youtube.

BTC is 3X, and ico price was 1-2k, how can you earn 33X? Or you said you sold them at 33X? Nice.   Grin

Regardless of Greg's behavior, I believe Synereo should not behave inappropriate as well. In consideration to all second crowdsale investors who decided to invest based on all documentation provided by Synereo at that time, the company should open the possibility of a refund. It means only for those who request it, based on the impossibility of targeting RChain development as stated in the crowdsale documentation.

If necessary, Synereo could do a crowdfund based on this new scenario (and new commitments) and see what happens.

Much fairer with all 2nd crowdsale investors. Otherwise, it would look like a scam (sale of AMPs for a purpose no longer targeted).

no way
- enough people bought paralel to the 2nd ico on open markets as it seemed cheaper than the ico price - how will u refund them ?
- NO MORE FUNDRAISERs !! - the 2nd was already a bad idea - start burning the coins u promised you will - reduce that crazy coin count to something legit and take it from there
another 'fundraiser' will break this project (at least for me)

Whoever bought parallel to the 2nd crowdsale bought from a seller who did not promise him/her anything. On the other hand, who bought directly from Synereo was promised something. That's why Synereo is legally responsible for crowdsale investors only.

If Synereo is not going to deliver what was promised to the crowdsale investors, Synereo must give them the option for a refund. This is plain and simple. We can discuss it all day long, but it will not change Synereo's legal responsibility at all. If Greg is considered responsible for all this pain, it is up to Synereo to request indemnity from him.

I was purchasing at ~600 sats on Bittrex.  So, my return is more like 28.6x, but who's counting.   Cool

Well, you can "sue" anybody for anything you want, but it doesn't make them legally culpable or mean that you are going to win.  Fundamentally, what caused you and everyone else here to incur damages was Greg's actions against shareholders (aka malfeasance) while he was was serving in a role meant to protect shareholder value (aka "board member" and "chief officer").  Go ask any judge or decent attorney and they will tell you the same thing.  I would be very surprised if any judge would find in your favor in a suit against Synereo LTD.

Everyone should read post one of this announcement thread and then read the post I made a few back about the code Greg posted at github.  It's pretty inspiring stuff and if Greg is behind at least this blueprint, he shouldn't be demonized.  He obviously felt threatened by something, and the timeline was all written pushed out over a year.  What I can't understand is all this commotion so soon, except  it seems like a good check to get out of theory and into practice.  What are those screen shots of in the first post on this thread?  If that is a functional system then more people should be on it now.

I guess it's imaginable that there are forces against decentralization, and they would create moles and such to disrupt companies that are gaining on it.

Well, you can "sue" anybody for anything you want, but it doesn't make them legally culpable or mean that you are going to win.

FACT:

It is very impoirtant that initial investors are making profits or else, future funding rounds won't be so lucrative.  Cast in point:

If Synereo ICO investors had not been as successful, then the second round of funding would not have been enough to fund RChain.

The awesome investment profits shared by the first round of funders encouraged the million dollar generosity in the second round of funding.  The Synereo team is very effective in winning new investment capital, and because of this fact, we should all feel secure in their ability to secure future funding if necessary.  In other words, the Synereo team has a demonstrably proven effective strategy for securing long term development funding.

Relax, take a deep breath, and just keep your eyes on the prize (maybe churn a few unstampables in the meantime) because the road is all mapped out (yes, please wipe the drool off your chin, because that does indeed say "RChain will go live in under a year!"):

When we finally receive what we purchased and the second round funders have been made whole, and the first round of funders are back to 50-60x gains, only then will begin to sell moon tickets (3rd round of funding for the exact rocket fuel (or ether gas) amount required to take us to the moon and beyond in perpetuity).
