Probably sometime next year.
Yes.
Considering you made this post three years ago, I assume you were making a joke, right? Sadly I don't think it was... that post is from the long long ago when it actually seemed like the new forum software might be legit.

Your first post is asking for a 5 btc loan... that is super sketchy looking.

OP,
FYI - Mods don't have admin rights here

Really, from a business perspective, it makes no sense for them to keep the price that high, because nobody is donating now. Why are they not just scaling it to dollar value?
Because when donations were introduced it was said that the price would be pegged to BTC not $. Anyways, it's not like the forum needs more money.

Agreed, there are 20 domain posts on the first page of the Auctions subforum.

Why is someone considered a troll when they consistently speak their mind? or is he just a really good troll that doesn't really believe half of the things he says and just posts to stir things up?
He takes every chance he can get to stand up on a soap box and start preaching to the community. Rather than deal with any issues he has in an easy fashion he will try to make a mountain out of a molehill.

Ugh are you serious when the hell did this happen. So all you need to do to qualify these days is spam out of your ass. Homeboy actually reported a lot of posts (accurately), so it's better to have him on staff now instead of just putting in tons of reports!

What's to say that HeroCC wasn't hacked and that you're just the hacker posting from both accounts?
I'm kind of wondering that too, it's a possibility. We'll have to wait and see if there's a HeroCCC account created.

Sketchy looking bumps, addresses in post for no reason, and paid sigs...
I think those are enough red flags to report posts like that if they're getting spammy.

Yup. And IIRC the share each mod gets is calculated using a complicated secret formula that only theymos knows (I read it in a post long time ago, but I can't find it now)...
Confirmed, he keeps it secret from us so no one can game the system.

When you see a locked scam topic, the best thing to do is click "report to moderator" and give a comment. Mods will take a look and if it is a scam, they will delete the topic and ban the member.
Wrong! Scammers are not banned, they just end up having negative feedback left for them so they have a red trust rating.

Sometimes it takes theymos a while to respond

So if it's "legal" does that mean if someone buys a mod account they get to keep their 'mod'?
No, mod status would be removed if a mod sold an account.

Yes... I do !!! I prefer quality over quantity in every aspect of life @tysat Just checked bitcointodaynews.com in your sig. Is it yours ? Quality over quantity is definitely good, you're just being slightly extreme with it... It's not mine, just trying to help promote it for now since I've got nothing better to put in my sig. As for the URL shortening with ANXPRO, it looks like it's just being done to hide the referral link. There's really no reason to use a URL shortener if you're using BB code to make it appear as text instead of the URL.

I dont want to decrease my accuracy, which is already down to 97%. So before reporting, I want to know the exact forum rule from the mods.
That is an awful reason to not report things! Having a higher accuracy does nothing for you. It's better to report more things and have a lower accuracy than to report less and have a higher one, the former is going to lead to more actions by mods. Also, some things do not have set rules so it's going to be up to the mod who's looking at the report. Do you really care that much about accuracy?

Lately, I am seeing a new kind of referral everywhere across the board. Some people, who call themself ANX Trusted Forum Manager, are posting it in different forum replies. Here is an example... Buying bitcoin is itself an investment and the most secure, most investments inside bitcoin are scams, btcjam has defaulted many loans so be cautious and just buy more bitcoins ANXPROI think their posts are constructive and contextual. So, should we report this kind of a link as referral spam ? I think they should be reported. I'm also not a huge fan of them using a URL shortening service, it just throws up red flags for me.

Without an address to sign a message you're pretty much SOL on account recovery, sorry dude Can you please banned the account until my problem sorts out I left some feedback that should cause the trust rating to go into the red. If you get the issue sorted out reply to this thread from your current account, CoinManiac1, and I'll remove it.

The only way to get it removed is to talk with him. Only the person who left the feedback can remove it.
