101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies attention. Don't get trap yourself with greed. on: February 05, 2020, 03:43:46 PM
Hats off to you for going through all the registration and the conversation. I would not find the time and, more importantly, the patience to do all that. Other than not getting trap with your greed, newbies should be able to lessen their ignorance when it comes to these schemes. There are plenty of warnings already posted in different boards before the OP but some don't bother reading them unfortunately.

102  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Apart from AIRDROPS AND Bounties, Are there other ways to OWN cryptocurrecies. on: February 05, 2020, 02:41:00 PM
When it comes to lending, I don't think it is suitable to what you refer as middle class. You need to have a good amount of capital before you can really earn from it. If you don't, your funds may end up stuck in the borrower's hands for a long time and you won't be able to roll it over again.

The same is true with staking where you also need a good amount of coins for bigger stakes. You have to be careful in choosing which coin also since not all of them are going to be profitable.

Then, the task you need to do is like doing the task in a bounty like which are doing tweets, retweet, making articles, memes, gifs and many more. In order to gain cryptocurrency from Social Mining, you should do those tasks and you need to have points and reputation is very important in joining Social Mining.
It's pretty much the same thing don't you think? They just changed the name but the difference mainly between the two is that your social media accounts are connected to these platforms.

he can win. he seem precise to his target, i'm sure you also watched hi previous fights so its also possible that jones will have trouble difficulty.
No doubt. He is good really at counter-punching which is why I said Jones should drag the fight and let Reyes push forward to tire him out.

Quote
but seeing he has more experience i'd bet for him still and  as long as he has the poking fingers he has more advantage.
So the move that will make the difference in this fight is his signature eye poke huh?  Cheesy
Well, he has mastered it and became a blackbelt at that. Maybe he could also open a school and teach pro-level eye poking  Huh Cool
106  Other / Off-topic / Re: Fake scam thread getting moved on: February 05, 2020, 12:57:55 PM
Before, the distribution for bounty rewards depends on whether the project could reach soft cap or not. Now, this emirex changed it to reaching hardcap which is bs.

This is how they sound like to me:
  • "We don't know if we will ever pay you since there's no assurance that we will reach hardcap"
  • "Join the third round bounty and promote the project until eternity"
  • "Buy our tokens in the IEO so we can pay you"

The next thing you know, they will require KYC before distributing their tokens. Classic  Cheesy

107  Other / Meta / Re: Is there any possibility to put on ignore every member who display a signature? on: February 04, 2020, 04:20:13 PM
The signature worn by members isn't really your problem but the quality of posts. Editing your profile to not show signature like what mole0815 and ChuckBuck suggested won't stop those same people from posting in those same threads. Creating your own thread to start a discussion then make it self-moderated is probably your best bet of getting rid of irrelevant replies.

UFC 247 Countdown:  Jones vs Reyes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssgm2HEo48Q&t=1029s
Men, Reyes is impressive. He has the height and the range that can match that of Jon Jones. I still remember the Gustafson vs. Jones I where the reigning champ had difficulty with Gustafson's reach. Here comes Reyes now who, I think, is the most technical striker and probably with the most KO power but with an untested endurance.

I don't know but the fight will all come down to the right strategy. Jones has to survive the early rounds and drag the fight then has to really rely on his ground and pound game in the later rounds. Reyes, on the other hand, has to be the one to initiate the attacks early on and watch out for take downs.

110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Police Forces in Belgium, France and Israel Stop Scam Promising 35% Returns on: February 03, 2020, 05:03:03 PM
This is the most common scam that people easily bite, well, we can't blame those people who are the victim of this kind of scheme because all they just want is income.
Yes, of course, we cannot blame them the "victims" because all they want is more money from get rich quick ponzi schemes. That just sounds odd. How can you not put a blame on them when all the red flags are there. Can you not blame them for their ignorance and, more importantly, for their greediness?

If you are promised a high profit in a short time - this is scam
It doesn't matter if it's long term or short term. If someone guarantees that you will profit, then that's most likely a scam.

Anong masasabi ninyo?
Pakibasa rules ng lokal na forum. May pinned thread na ang title eh "Non Bitcoin Posts/Threads will be Deleted". Ibig sabihin bawal ang mga altcoin related post. Pakilipat na lang sa mas nararapat na board at dahil bounty related yung event, siguro sa Altcoin (Pilipinas) na lang https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=243.0

113  Other / Meta / Re: Is it possible to know when BTT users login most? on: February 02, 2020, 01:45:08 PM
I am guessing the purpose of knowing the time most people are online is to post on those times for better exposure of your topics.....and for higher chances of getting merited. I have only thought of that since you already said that you have no plan to market anything else but I could be wrong of course and I hope that is not the reason.

“It’s a blatant rule break,” Reyes said. “You can’t do it. It’s in the rules. It’s been talked about many times. Either you’re going to do it, or you’re not going to do it. It’s up to me on fight night to talk to the ref and make him aware.”
He is already starting the fight even before they step in the ring octagon. He doesn't really care how the referee would officiate, he is trying to distract his opponent. It is actually a clever way to pressure Jon Jones to think and change his fighting habits just days before the event. I am not sure if it is going to work in his favor though, that statement alone could fire up the other guy to beat his as badly Cheesy

^  Pretty much think Adesanya will stop dogging Jones without the goat status.  Lol.
I was thinking of the insults he'll throw to Jones.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cyber Criminals are now exploiting the name of hacker group Anonymous on: February 01, 2020, 11:16:11 AM
It was only a few days ago that I've read about bitcoin revolution scam and now this? Fraudsters sure are quick to move.

This "make everyone rich" reminds of the huge local group that were busted by the Philippine SEC. I wouldn't be surprise to see another ponzi investment scheme to be run by this group since there are still gullible people who believes there is an easy way to get rich.
117  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If I want to explain to a 10 years boy.what is blockchain?How should I explain? on: February 01, 2020, 10:56:46 AM
Most kids nowadays has access to digital gadgets like phones and laptops. I would rather save a short video explaining the basic idea behind blockchain on their device. I am pretty sure that they won't understand it in one sitting so I'll just have them watch it over and over again. Education by repetition is still effective.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 01, 2020, 10:46:58 AM
Am I the only guy who wants to see Jones get KO'd out of his wits for once?  Grin  I mean it would at least make things more interesting..  (Like Jones to HW)
If Jones gets KO'd, I cannot wait to hear what Israel Adesanya has to say since the two guys still has unfinished business lol. Jones immediately moving to the heavyweight division is unlikely though. His ego wouldn't let him do that Cheesy Besides, a rematch is going to be more lucrative in Dana's eyes and he wouldn't want to miss on that.
119  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [Newbie to Full Member ranks] Merit Spree for the future of Phil Local Members on: February 01, 2020, 10:11:55 AM
Most merit giveaway threads were either posted at the Pamilihan board or moved there by our local moderator. I guess that is the correct board for topics like this. You can set a good example to the lower rank accounts by moving this there. Upon searching, I also saw that you have another giveaway thread that is still active. Maybe lock it first?

The purpose of this thread is the same with cabalism13's "[DISCUSSION] What have you learned on BITCOINTALK FORUM? Share Your Experiences."

Hi! This is a good idea to give us an awareness to avoid spam posting especially here in bitcointalk forum. In case my posts will be valid.
