1081  Other / Meta / Re: Hired shillers/thread bumpers? on: July 25, 2019, 06:44:06 PM
While browsing through the Altcoin section, I noticed some accounts promoting one projects in different threads. I checked their post history and it appears those newbie accounts woke up or created just to promote it. Can their posts be reported as spams also?

1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need deflationary token on: July 25, 2019, 06:30:13 PM
I first read about this concept from Equal token then more than a year later read it again from bomb token shillers.

Can we have a deflationary token with a meaningful usecase?
It doesn't have to be deflationary. Any token can have a meaning usecase but, unfortunately, most don't have it.

Can a deflationary token make a top 100spot on coinmarketcap?

If it meets the above criteria.

What is the benefit of deflationary token?
Aaahhh you don't have to schedule a token/coin buyback and burn?
1083  Other / Meta / Re: Merit awarding on: July 25, 2019, 06:17:26 PM
i was monitoring or studying the merit levels, i discovered it was not directly increasing according to the number of post,i really wished to know how the merit is awarded and the advantage.

Hey mate, you are posting on the wrong board. This topic belongs to Meta section or maybe even the Beginners & Help.
How long have you been out? The merit system was introduced last year and most of the active members here are already familiar with it.

It is not based on activity.

Here is a short explanation:
You get merit points when someone sends you some for one of your posts. Additionally, when someone sends you merit points, half of those points can be sent by you to other people.

You can find full information in this thread Merit & new rank requirements

Do you know how to move your topic to the proper board?

Cyborg's mindset looks to be on the right place base on this footage. She could be deadlier on her way back.

Spencer's team looks like they're ready for Cyborg's aggressiveness. I do hope their game plan won't change even if she gets punched to the face  Cheesy
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 25, 2019, 05:26:22 PM
So the Blazers got a veteran and a champ center, Pau Gasol agreed to a one year deal with this relatively young team. I think the Blazer management did a good job here. It's a good line up.
1086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dillian Whyte-Oscar Rivas winner to get interim WBC title, Deontay Wilder fight on: July 25, 2019, 05:14:07 PM
Ridiculous! Boxing is rife with doping cheats, every few months there seems to be news of somebody failing a drugs test. Why can’t people stick to the rules & fight clean? I guess if you feel everybody is cheating then you feel you have no option but to join in or get left behind.
That could be one of the reasons but to me the two most common reasons are the next, the first reason is that it is easier to take a pill that enhances your performance and that takes only a few seconds of your life than to work for years to gain the endurance and punching power needed in this sport, and the second reason is financial, those at the top are the ones that earn the most money and since people are greedy they want to take a shortcut to get there, and in some cases it is the only chance they have to get to the top since they lack the ability or the work ethic to become a superstar of the sport.
A lot of sports "conditioning coach" will try everything to help their fighters stay in top shape and rank up as fast as they can because the wear and tear of fighters in this sport is so fast which makes most boxers careers short.
1087  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cryptoroulette.world SCAM!!!!! on: July 25, 2019, 05:03:04 PM
Nice catch. It's funny how this old cheats are being recycled. They just changed it to crypto and then they're back at it again. How did you get to know their site by the way?
1088  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Boris Johnson is the new Prime Minister of UK. on: July 24, 2019, 05:07:34 PM
It seems that Trump started a trend and other countries following, like Boris Johnson in UK but also Rodrigo Duterte in Philippines, Bolsonaro in Brazil etc.
They are all populists without content and concrete philosophy, only interested in power and popularity.
They all manipulate the truth and the facts and live in their world of delusion and lies.
I'm only going to comment on the "trump trend", our President Rodrigo Duterte was already elected months before Trump won the US presidential election. He never patterned his style of leadership to the POTUS.
1089  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Mga dahilan ng mga deleted posts sa forum on: July 24, 2019, 04:40:02 PM
Eto yung galing sa OP:

Do not try to quote and correct someone's comment na mali or spam na.

E.g
Quote from: Ikaw
Quote from: Other user
Example 1
Example 2

Kapag yung ”Other user” ay na delete because of being irrelevant or does not have value to add in the discussion. Then, there’s no point na manatili pa yung posts niyo din because nabura na yung posts ni “Other user” na qinuote niyo.

1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non-profit ICOs/IEOs on: July 24, 2019, 03:35:56 PM
The point would be to allow governance of the organisation with a DAO setup, users can vote with their holdings.
Why does it have to be a non-profit organization then? We know very well that people who will invest in ICOs/IEOs are in it for the profit as well.

And many cryptocurrencies are non-profit run (this still means there are team members and employees of course).
What do you mean? Registered as non-profit organizations?
1091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian government appointed committee proposed draft bill might get approved on: July 24, 2019, 03:23:16 PM
Oh well, I guess it is good for them to finally put this approve/disapprove crypto talks to rest. If the draft bill gets approved, then it's unfortunate for the India crypto community but the loss will be on the Indian government.
1092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non-profit ICOs/IEOs on: July 24, 2019, 03:16:31 PM
I would not support such idea. Why would a non-profit organization need cryptocurrencies anyway? I mean if it's for decentralizing their system, then maybe it can be done with blockchain but I don't the point of having a coin or token.
1093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 24, 2019, 02:49:21 PM
The Bucks have a new addition in Kyle Korver. It's not a bad move because they really needed outside shooters and he is also a veteran which can help the younger players.
I just saw a video with him and Giannis practicing together. It looks like he is teaching that beast to improve his shooting stroke.
Well that is good. An active and proven shooter finally teaching him some proper strokes. If Giannis can be efficient with his outside shooting, it is more likely that they will reach the Finals this time.
1094  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Signature question on: July 24, 2019, 01:58:15 PM
Maybe this is the tutorial that you are looking for https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1727100.0

Are you going to run a signature campaign here? Or is is just for personal use?
In any case, you will need to rank up to at least jr. member to wear one or just buy copper membership here.
1095  Other / Meta / Re: Statistics of registrations on Bitcointalk 2017-2019 on: July 24, 2019, 01:34:33 PM
It shows how much interest there is out of crypto space about Bitcoin.
I don't know about this. I started in crypto early 2017 but I did not register here until October. The interest when I joined was not so much in bitcoin but interest in making money from airdrops. Many of the airdrops back in 2017 would require hunters to register and comment on their ANN.
1096  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBase access on: July 23, 2019, 05:22:08 PM
Like the post above me has stated it would be very hard for anyone to oblige your request.
If your IP address has been ban this would be due to the evil practices on that IP. That not much of a worry you can still get access by paying some little fee
The OP is asking for a coinbase account, not bitcointalk forum.

Why should they trust me? I just want to check coinbase style and design, we have exchange services in one of these countries which we want to change our style and design pattern to CoinBase design, for this reason I need to access to this website.

unfortunately no Sad
I don't know mate, I really do not see anyone lending their account to you. I guess you have to figure out another way or find another design.
1097  Other / Meta / Re: Banned, without any reason whatsoever. Help! on: July 23, 2019, 05:15:32 PM
Well I appealed several times but didn't get any response. I get that rules are rules and must be obeyed. Would you please vouch for me to get unbanned? I dedicated a lot of time interacting with the users here.
Sorry mate, I cannot do that. Since you cannot even admit that you committed plagiarism despite the clear evidence presented to you, that is enough reason why you don't deserve to be unbanned.
1098  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBase access on: July 23, 2019, 05:07:02 PM
I don't think anyone would even be willing to give their coinbase account to you. I mean, why would they even trust you?

Don't you have any friends or relatives from other unrestricted countries that can help you out?

Hello guys,

I am from Banned IP countries for coinbase website  Angry, and i have problem to access on this website, is it possible for anyone to do a favor to share his/her account for me to access on this platform ? I want to test and do some investigate on this website,

Thanks in advance.
1099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it really this hard to start out? on: July 23, 2019, 04:52:29 PM

Congrats on your achievements. You may as well add that new users can discuss/post in their local boards and be merited since a lot of your earned merits are from the local boards too.

I've recommended some of your posts to loycev's merit thread btw.
