Just a suggestion Georgem, but you should probably look to the creators of Bitcoin Spread if you want to work out who is behind the recent market activity rather than accuse your old colleagues.
I had an idea how you could stop this sort of manipulation happening. Maybe you could try actively developing Spreadcoin so that people invest for genuine reasons instead?

You quoted on your announcement that their will be no pool. "Truly Decentralized In Bitcoin mining power is concentrated in large pools. This puts the whole network at risk in case these pools will become malicious or if their security will be compromised. In SpreadCoin there are no pools, mining power is spread around many solo miners. " Spreadx11 has never been pool resistant, it is a false claim. Ocminer has demonstrated a working pool for spreadx11 several times before. |

We've already submitted form to Binance and other exchanges.
In order to get listed we need YOU (the community) to make as much noise on social media as possible. Exchanges list coins that they think their customers want to trade. No amount of asking from the dev team will get a listing.
If everybody in our community messaged Binance, Polo and others...we would get listed there!

So, just for some clarity:
- The primary dev/promoter has not logged into BTCT since October
- The github repo has had no code commits/activity since October
- There was considerable speculation this was just a scheme to pump SPR for bagholders
- SPR hit ATH in... October just before split
- Slack is no longer auto-inviting and there's been zero updates for two months
Going out on a limb here, but the speculation seems correct.[/list] Now that's what I needed to hear. Same for many people here who are becoming doubtful of the project. But if that's the case, I would hope they'd drop a quick update to all their channels. I also wish they hadn't hunted at an imminent launch mid-november on twitter. That got a lot of our hopes up. Like others have said, needing more time is fine. Not dropping any updates on this main thread nor on Twitter with the only updates being on a closed Slack, doesn't help the FUD that many are spreading here. And likewise, as others have said, this whole pre-launch marketing and whatnot could have been handled a lot better. I think there's a lot that can still be salvaged and not make this entire coin a massive dump on launch, but the team REALLY has to want it IMO. Simply showing that would go a long way. Another vague but positive update:
Our way forward is now clear. We have reached an agreement with Bittrex and we will be posting a full update with our plan very soon. Definitely within the next 24 hours, almost certainly much sooner. We're just a little disrupted by time zones and the fact that some core team members aren't available right now.

I know this will sound like a banal update but we're making good progress this morning.
I'm 100% confident that were going to fix this in a way that everybody will agree with. I'm also aware that we are depending on the trust and good faith of the community right now. THANK YOU
We're currently making sure that our options analysis is solid whilst simultaneously preparing a release to perform a rollback if that is confirmed the best way to go.
We are also not discrediting a do nothing option. A do nothing option would be to settle on the chain that the miners and p2p has chosen, the chain that the vast majority of nodes is synced to. This will only be possible when we understand any potential losses to bittrex and the community and whether we can afford to compensate accordingly.
So, long story short, we have option A, B and C. We think option A is the most likely contender so we are coding that solution but we are also making double certain that B and C should be discounted.

I have taken great care to never post a message supporting Helium.
I chose not to participate in it for various reasons.
So you made countless posts in the [ANN][HLM] HELIUM - PRE NOTICE - Thread, praising Helium to high heaven, while simultaneously bashing Spreadcoin in this thread here to manipulate people into moving their assets to Helium, but all that didn't happen, right? Similarly, the founder of TX has not been around... Website has not been updated forever with that coin. See what happened to that coin?  Yup, the founder of TX left to join another project that has increased in value by over 20,000% in the last 12 months. The fact that un-maintained coins are going up in value just shows how crazy the current level of crypto speculation is. |

I watched this SPR coin, a some time. I understand, that the founder does not always have time to write reviews and comments. I think that the founder will do everything so that the project moves on. Of course will be better if we will take some feedback from project team. I see that this coin continues to be mined. It is important.
