101  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: October 21, 2023, 01:25:10 PM
To be fair, people hardly ever talk just about their gambling experience, because, usually, there's not much to talk about. There needs to be something interesting to spark any discussion, i.e. some huge win or loss, some special event etc. So if we were to limit the discussion purely to gambling, this thread would hardly ever be bumped to the top page.
I mean if the campaign really is inactive, there's really nothing to talk about and it's insane to bump the thread just to remind people that the casino is inactive. Totally agree that if we want to spark any interest or discussion in the gambling thread, the said gambling thread should consider promotions or bonuses but it's Bitvest.io, they've been on this platform for a long time, no need for bonuses to spark discussions, just coming back from a long slumber would definitely be enough.

Probably weekly events or like tournaments like others casinos do, they tend to have weekly tournaments that make the thread bump as well as lots of people talking on it which also leads other gamblers to join the fun and gamble. Unless they are pretty good at what we are doing right now and there is no need for promotional aspects then it will stay where it is but for sure they are cooking something probably events and bonuses exclusive to us, so let's just see.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Young people needs productive mindset to be happy in life on: October 20, 2023, 11:45:46 AM
In my own country, young people have clearly understood that they cannot get anywhere just by getting a university education. However, only a few are trying to do something against this situation. It has been 1.5 years since I graduated and looking at the current situation of my classmates, I can say that only 10-15% of them are trying to do something. The rest seem to be accept their fate.

Especially in my country, young people are now aware that they cannot get anywhere with education alone, so the clever ones try to find income sources and they must find!

Even in my country the unemployment rate goes high and the competition for applying for jobs is very difficult. That is why others venture to other jobs even if the job is not related to what they graduated from they will apply. Expectation is always there because that is the course you are getting in school because it has a bright future but because of the competition now a days as there are a lot of people the same as you that are finding the same job competition grows. It is better to possess or learn new skills right now than to rely on your degree which is only written on paper.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? Selling all or not on: October 19, 2023, 11:50:20 AM
It depends on your preference because others sell all of it because anytime they can buy back when its already bear market as it is not always a bull market, but others also sell off Bitcoin only what they need. But for myself I do prefer not selling all and keep holding some of it until I can because I could possibly gain more profit from it incase and I do still buy on bear market to accumulate. Your mindset should always be getting back your capital first and after that is the time you decide if you sell it off or not.
104  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: October 16, 2023, 12:32:02 PM

Last night I played plinko on shuffle. This is my first time playing plinko game. It turns out the game is quite fun and not money hungry. I also like that the pliko game that shuffle has can be adjusted to the level of risk, starting from low, medium, and high. I don't know whether plinko in other places is like that or not because this is my first time playing it

I also tried some slot machines, but I didn't have much luck there. But shuffle has so many game options, I can move from one game to another to find where my luck lies. In the end I was able to make a small profit Wink

It is almost the same with other casinos as the Plinko game is also played physically and was just added online. The only difference between it and other casinos is the UI but overall it is the same. I also liked Plinko because there is a thrill when the ball drops and even though I don't have extra money to gamble I play it through an online game just to have fun. Try also mines, and you'll enjoy it for sure. It is almost the same with mine sweeper but you just need to not select the tile that has a bomb.

The competition became more tighter to many good artist show some skills and became more competitive since they see a lot of artist now is improving .
HAHA!! Exactly what I thought right now.

Other members who have always participated in monthly art contests, especially in the digital category, have improved a LOT! Seriously, they've become more meticulous, adding intricate details to their artworks. The story of their concept has improved, as well as their choice of colors and the proportionality of Mr. Roo and other fancy add-on characters!

It makes me wonder how I can keep up with these people when I get busy with my day job. You see, creating artworks during school hours is much easier than in the office.

You've been dominating the competition previously so for sure you'll able to easily keep up if you have time. Even if I am in your situation creating art is time-consuming and you'll still need to go to work. But I do advise that if you can have 1 hour of your day to create the artwork which you will probably complete it in a couple of days this is better than doing nothing. Only do it when you have spare time after work since most of us are exhausted after work.
106  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sherbet.com - $1,000 Welcome Package - #1 Social Casino - $15,000 Weekly Race 🤑 on: October 15, 2023, 02:48:25 AM
Yes, Indonesia does prohibit gambling, but there are many active gamblers in our country. Of course this happens because it is easy to access online gambling services. Even though the government restricts access to gambling sites, we can use VPN. Of course, we choose a gambling site that allows VPN use and avoids KYC

Sometimes countries that prohibit gambling actually have lots of gamblers, because human nature is curious. The more forbidden it is, the more curious it becomes. Cheesy
It's very hard to find casino that accepts VPN and doesn't ask for KYC but it's even harder or almost impossible to find a casino that allows VPN and doesn't ask you for KYC documents even when you win a lot, that's the problem. If you are a small gambler and bet some bucks with no intention of winning a jackpot, then you can gamble on almost any website with VPN because you know, in case they ask for KYC, you are able to afford to lose your balance but the problem is, most of these gamblers are there for a jackpot.

Most casino accepts the use of VPN on their casino. The use of it to bypass country restrictions is what being forbidden by most of the casino when they mention VPN on their ToS. I use VPN regularly but using my own country IP since I have a default VPN open whenever I open my device for my privacy on searching web.

On his case, No casino will accept him even if the casino allows VPN since it’s for the purpose of bypassing their country restrictions about online gambling.

That's the reason why its better ask question to the right representative rather than assuming that its alright to use that since they are fine with VPN since country restrictions is one important matter that need to consider and if they try to bypass the restriction just to access the site then expect that they can get a huge problem with casino since for sure that they block their account due to restrictions issues. Its not good to force ourselves to play on any casino especially if they have rules set and for those gambler better to read the rules so that they would know if there country is listed there so they can't proceed and find another casino that doesn't implement that and they can play without worrying anything like this issues.

Its good that he could learn from the topic discuss here or even on outside of this thread since it can save them to avoid issues in future.

If he is too lazy to read the terms and conditions it is better to ask the live support as this feature is almost in all casinos and they will answer your questions immediately or he can also head to the FAQ section because that is one of the most common asked questions in any casino. But if ever the restriction is from the government then that is really a huge problem because you can't break it or if you do then you'll face huge consequences like getting banned from that casino as well as your funds in there.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often is your luck in gambling? on: October 14, 2023, 11:52:22 AM
Gambling is not a career that we are serious about as it is just for entertainment. But I got your point that if we get lucky at gambling, there are times that we get lucky but most of the time we lose pretty often but at least we get to have fun. I hope that person is able to manage it wisely as she has been receiving huge amounts of money for 25 years. I also dream of winning those kinds of lottery games but my luck on those kinds of games is pretty slim so I don't bet on those kinds of games.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard about financing a gambler? on: October 12, 2023, 12:22:39 PM
I haven't seen anyone doing financing in gambling but I have noticed mostly in cockfighting in my local area that they will ask someone to give them money so that they can bet and if they win, the money will be back and then the profit will be cut by 2 for them, but this is not just a random person because mostly I noticed that they are friends or relatives but it is something that they are giving money or financing someone to bet but if the bet was a loss then the owner of the money lost it so it is all about trust and luck.
109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: October 12, 2023, 05:00:00 AM
Money could change people's true colors. There are only two reasons behind it the first is that he already changed because he is a millionaire now and doesn't need his old friends. The second is that he thinks that his friends will ask constantly for money from him which he doesn't want to give. In short he is not a true friend because even my circle of friends right now if I win big will still be the same and even I will  give them money to achieve their dreams they are my true friends in good and bad times.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you manage your finances and family if your income is low range? on: October 12, 2023, 02:09:42 AM
I know that everyone has different ways of managing their living needs according to their income. About me, of course I just try my best and try my best not to disturb each other.

So far I have 3 parts that I have to fulfill from my total monthly income. The first 40% is for living expenses and family needs, the second 30% is for investments, while the other 30% is for the reserve budget including unexpected costs and charity. Of course this is a percentage that I can't always maintain consistently, but it is a reflection of how I have managed my finances over the years. It doesn't matter if you and I have different ways, but as long as it's good for ourselves then I don't find a problem in how to manage it.
The ability to manage finances needs to be developed at a very early stage, even when you have a very small income, which is only enough for the essentials, learn to save even in the most difficult times. As you increase your income, the amount you save will increase and this will allow you to invest more, but at the same time your standard of living will also improve. The most important thing is to maintain the habit of saving and investing when it becomes possible.

Just simply owning a piggy bank when you are a child means that if you have coins you will put them there because you know you can buy a toy if it is already full. Even in small amounts you can save it because later on it will accumulate. The problem right now is that the mindset of saving is that you'll be putting bigger than a penny into it which is why others got discouraged from saving a penny. So if we practice it then for sure even in hard times we can still save so it really depends on our discipline and mindset.
111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Lady Cried After Losing to Sports Bet. Gambling is Not Your Mate. on: October 11, 2023, 12:38:03 PM
She treats gambling as a source of income and for sure that bet is that she has already planned out what she will do with her winnings as she is really sure that she will win but the luck doesn't goes her way. I've seen multiple people that are crying on social media but not to the point that they are showing their faces as they got lost in sports betting. Even though you bet on a stronger team it doesn't mean that always that stronger team will win as there are times when there are injured players or their play is not as great as before.

113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not keeping records makes me a bad gambler? on: October 11, 2023, 04:34:01 AM
I dont see any advantage if you record your winnings and losses in gambling because it is not an investment that you will be tracking every penny to understand where your money is going. Gambling is for entertainment this is like, are you tracking how many bottles of beer you have been drinking in the past few years? Not right? We were just able to remember if we gambled yesterday on how much we spent and won for sure but not the entire year. Also if you are playing online there are records there about your winnings but I still don't bother to check it.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you manage your finances and family if your income is low range? on: October 11, 2023, 01:58:05 AM
This condition is very common and is not something new. Well, I think this is where we need to activate coordination and communication with our wives. To be honest and I don't think it's wrong to tell the actual income conditions, the figures for how much income comes in every month. That way, our wives can understand and try to manage it optimally and of course there must be additional efforts to help cover these deficiencies. Yes. Being honest is better because we as heads of families have conveyed the true conditions because the final goal of what we are trying is only for our family and not for other.
The best thing to make things easy is to open up to the partner to know how much money that comes in for the month,  communication and understanding can help families manage no matter how small that comes in as their allowance and it will make them to manage money well not unnecessary things. When every member of a family understands what is the income that is keeping the family for the month they have no choice of adjusting every budget and standard just to meet up with bills that is very important for the family.
that might works sometime but you know sometime there is some people that really lack of responsibility doesn't understand the consequences, but at least everyone in the family knows that there's something needs to be fixed since the budgeting already disclosed and properly managed.
still i would honestly say that its better to increase the income so that some problems gets automatically fixed.
therefore its essential to keep learning and learning to have skills and therefore increase the income.

By telling your partner or your family about your financial status it can ease the burden on your mind which can be good for you mentally. Though it won't solve the problem it is a short-term solution so that when you are still looking for another source of income or even finding a new job they can still help you by budgeting money and lessening their expenses. Even myself I will open up about this because they can still support and help me in this kind of situation and then after that find another source of income for fixing that problem.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: October 10, 2023, 11:28:33 AM
I won't call it a career or make it a source of income because it is not stable. But I've seen a couple of documentaries about those professional gamblers who make a living on it and are winning big but even them don't recommend it because they just got lucky and have money that they have won big and even they disclose that they venture into business because gambling is not stable, sometimes you win and always you lose so they don't take that risk that is why they put up a business to have that stable income.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and it effects on: October 10, 2023, 04:22:30 AM
Don't take it as a source of income at all, discard the thought of it being a source of income cause it's not. The thought of it being anything near a source of income is what feeds the drive to source out money from it for our maintainance. You can hardly find a fault of addiction in the life of a person that discards the mentality of gambling been a source of income, the reason is that for these sets of gamblers whether they get a win or not they're cool with it to try again another day but contrary to gamblers that takes gambling as income source they are known for loss chasing which can cause addiction. So they don't mind looking tattered and unkept just to use their last cash to gamble for the day.
Most people consider gambling as a livelihood which leads them to addiction. We all know that gambling addiction is no joke, especially if you win large amounts. You are always looking for busyness, excitement. If you don't have self-control, you will lose everything.

I met people who gambled away their rent, literally risking the last dollar and $10 they had on one more bet. You must have complete control when gambling, with wise emotions and impulses.

Go with an amount that if lost won't hurt you, never go to an atm, that's a setup. I always tell people if you don't gamble don't start, it's a bad habit to stop if we can't control ourselves.

Any addiction is no joke, but when you refer to winning big amounts and how it is bad, do you mean that it can hook someone and lead them to believe that they can win more? They then play until they lose it all and actually go beyond their winnings and use their private savings to gamble, which is true then. But sometimes a big win can also lead to an unexpected fortune, which is of course the tricky part here as those are the people who spread the message about their luck and how it changed their lives while those who became poor due to gambling are those who will be silent and silenced forever. It is bad and I think a curing event could be if someone loses lots of money very early as a person when it doesn't affect life long term. It could be a lesson learnt in the right moment.

I've seen a lot of people still go broke after they win big. Some people win big and they keep spending it recklessly so they turn out broke after a few months as they still gamble and what's worse is that they bet bigger than they used to bet as they thought they could win more. That is where the greediness starts to kick in followed by addiction to gamble every day. But there are still people who win huge amounts of money and they manage it well and even quit gambling because they think that the casino will kind of get all the winnings they have.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 10, 2023, 12:53:30 AM
Agriculture and oil are correlated because most agriculture right now uses machines like tractors to harvest their crops and even plant and prepare the land so they are using a lot of oil, so if the oil price increases the price also increases. As you can see right now because of the war in Russia and Ukraine the price of oil has increased which has also led to an increase in the price of all foods because after harvesting them they will need to be transported and it uses for oil. So both are needed for economic strength.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to friend for financial improvement. on: October 09, 2023, 04:20:53 PM
It is good advice for your friend but you should also make sure what his purpose is in buying an iPhone. Others bought iPhones for making content on social media which means an investment in venturing into another method of earning but your friend already decided to buy Bitcoin which is a good choice. It is really impractical if your friend bought that phone for just casual use which is nothing wrong with it but the problem is that he can't buy it in cash as his salary is low so either he pays it on installment or he has savings on it.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I am only trying to stay safe by gambling less on: October 09, 2023, 12:15:02 PM
I am not a gambling addict but some friends are making me look like one because I gamble less and they gamble more,

Gambling less is good as you are not exposed to the game all the time and your portfolio is saved. However, gambling less may guarantee that you may lose less but it will not guarantee that you will win. Think of a situation where one person who gambles less and keeps on losing more games, will he be in profit, Never. He may be facing bad luck and since he gambles less, he loses less money as compared to if he had been addicted and lost everything.

Sometimes a person is having good luck and even being an addicted gambler, he keeps on winning most of the games. Again this does not happen often but there is a probability of this situation too.
If I talk about a gambler whose motive is not only money but who likes and tries to enjoy gambling then we would agree that those gamblers try to gamble less. This allows them to minimize their losses and manage long-term gambling. Both profit and loss in gambling depend on luck so it is not possible to say which type of gambler will be more profitable. However, people who gamble less always try to take less risk, so their profits will not be as high. But among those who are willing to take the risk, there is also a very rapid change. If they are lucky they can get good money in short time and if bad they will run out of money too. A gambler's financial situation will depend on how he gambles.

Less exposure to gambling means fewer losses or wins because you don't play much on it and you just gamble for fun because that is a low chance that you won't get addicted and will have full control of yourself. I also gamble rarely so I do belong to people who are not willing to risk money. It is true that there are times that you regret not spending much time gambling because of the possibility of winning but that kind of risk is good because I do prefer staying in my comfort zone when it comes to gambling than losing money.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: October 09, 2023, 04:20:02 AM
Gambling can affect one's relationship depending on the kind of partner he has and how disciplined he is in his gamble dealings. For instance, of the partner of the person in question does see gambling as a vice that's to dangerous for anyone to get involved in, she'll definitely not want her man to gamble and would quit if she finds out that her man is doing it behind her back. Also if a man isn't disciplined and controlling his gambling habits, he's likely to end up as a gambling addict which in return poses a big threat to his relationship life.

agree with this mate it will depends on the status of the relationship and also it depends on. Your partner cause once you are a gambler then your partner or let say  wife is a gambler too then both of you are don't have problem both of you already know your habits so your bonding is in gambling sites or casino. But in the other hand once you are a gambler then your wife don't have any experience or wants in gambling then it will affect your relationship cause your wife will hold you and say please don't gamble.

It still depends on your partner if it accepts you. Gambling will only be a problem if you are already addicted to it like if you have been in debt and you already have no time for other things like work or family. I've seen a lot of married couples whose wife are okay with the gambling activities of their husband because their husbands can gamble responsibly. So it is not about the partner it is about how you gamble so that it won't affect yourself or people around you.
