By the way, have you considered the possibility of adding together the profitability of the coins that can be merged mined?
For example BTC could still be the reference 100%
But you could add:
BTC+NMC
BTC+NMC+DVC
Now the graph looks discouraging for merged miners.
I don't think anyone is mining NMC without mining BTC too.
Well, although I like the idea, can't you merge FRC with NMC / DVC / IXC as well (really any SHA coin on the top with the mergable on the bottom)? Maybe a running total on the side? Though, I only merge mine thru p2pool, but seems my luck on the mergable coins has run low recently. |

When there is an exchange with an API from which I can obtain latest pricing. I see there is a blockexplorer, but need the exchange. This is the same thing preventing Bytecoin from being re-added. |

It happens regularly, and yes, people do notice, lol Get used to it. All part of the fun of the rollercoaster. A rollercoaster that only went up would be no fun  There is also the aspect of relative value - LTC is staying relatively more valuable (on a mining basis) than BTC, while FTC and, to a lesser degree MNC, has skyrocketed. See - http://www.coinchoose.com/Based on that link it looks like feathercoin is the most profitable? I haven't seen many exchanges for it though. Also btc-e doesn't even trade FTC for usd. Only btc if I'm not mistaken? If I'm wrong let me know and I might setup a miner for the hell of it. Why not right? Vircurex, BTC-e, Cryptonit and I think BTER all accept Feathercoin but my calcs are based purely on Vircurex. |

I'll re-add Bytecoin to CoinChoose and point to this exchange for Bytecoin is someone can develop either a quick API to pull the latest pricing info or someone can quickly, in PHP, write a HTML scrapper to get the latest BYT to BTC conversion price. Something simple like this - https://bter.com/api/1/ticker/frc_btc - would be great! |

I guess the only available options would be to calculate it yourself from block explorer data, or fetching from other websites. Calculations would differ a bit for each blockchain, and I'm not sure how the timing can be accurate that way. Also fetching from other websites is maybe not such a good idea after all. It's actually very hard to find a site that lists difficulty estimates for even most of the currencies.
I'll look into it - but agree it is not quite that simple. I am adding more charts shortly (once I technically figure out how to use highcharts better) |

2) We have implemented an arbitration system and the identities of the defaulters will be disclosed to lenders if the award is granted, the listing activation agreement is updated and all the loans made after march are subject to it.
Can arbitration be used even if no default to clarify terms of the loan? I assume it is no longer thru judge.me (as I never got a response on the arbitration I opened), correct? |

Demurrage is the whole reason Freicoin has not been added to VCX (assuming that is what you mean). Cryptonit screwed up its calcs on it and BTER took shot at a new calc.

Be better to use BTER direct FTC / BTC exchange for profitability rather than Cryptonit then VCX right? Considering the huge volume BTER is doing with FTC. Maybe Xchanges with the biggest volume and DIRECT BTC / ALTCOIN exchanges should only be used. I bet BTER can throw up a nice API in a few minutes since they already have FRC done.
