1001  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS jihadis shave their beards, dress up as women to escape from Russian bombs on: October 26, 2015, 02:56:03 PM
So these boys will be all back home by Christmas :/. Is that good for us?

1002  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Garry Kasparov a true face of "Oppositor to corrupted Putin Regime" on: October 26, 2015, 12:07:40 PM
I'm just wondering why the so called "democratic opposition" (usually supported by one or more western powers) are so often get involved in corruption scandals Wink?
1003  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why International media is so kind toward same Genders Marriage on: October 26, 2015, 10:20:58 AM
Because it's normal. We are living in the 21st century, I hope you realize that and as soon as clear your mind and thoughts.

"clear your mind and thoughts"? Actually most of our mind and thoughts are perfectly clear and unlike yours not because of the brainwashing... :/
1004  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is your political orientation ? on: October 26, 2015, 10:18:34 AM
As I'm from a former "commie" country, and I've seen the left in action, also I've seen who really they are and where their actions take us, I'm pretty much right or far-right. I even hate the left side of the streets Smiley.
1005  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Eurozone crosses Rubicon as Portugal's anti-euro Left banned from power on: October 26, 2015, 09:49:49 AM
So Portugal isn't a real democracy any longer. If a president can overrule the majority of the voters in favour of a different political agenda then it's more similar to a dictatorship. If the EU is supporting such moves then that would be a really good warning for everyone.
1006  Economy / Speculation / Re: CNY devaluation first, is EUR second ? on: October 23, 2015, 12:20:56 PM
There is a big problem with panic buying en-mass, sooner or later after that we will see a really huge dumping as well. Actually I liked the relative stability of BTC price in this year Smiley.
1007  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Danger of Sex with Africans: Italian Doctors Warn of “Ebola Trojan Horse” on: October 23, 2015, 12:11:54 PM
I was not aware of this. I find this just disgusting Sad... In which era/time did a such practice started ?

Long time ago. But earlier these woman used to go to southern Europe or north Africa. The Caribbean area is also popular target for female sex-tourists. Actually not much different from Thailand sex-tourism for males.
1008  Economy / Speculation / Re: Euro VAT decision tomorrow could propel bitcoin (part of greater picture) on: October 22, 2015, 03:17:01 PM

Cool! Finally I see more and more good news after lots of doom and gloom. Maybe we will hit 300 by the end of this month indeed Smiley.
1009  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin Will End The Nation State on: October 22, 2015, 11:57:06 AM
https://youtu.be/rL66iCVZ6mE

Satoshi Nakamoto set in motion the unraveling of the nation state and the end of central banking … two closely related institutions that have directed history since history has been recorded. Will it be enough to alter our conventional political paradigm? Travis Patron makes a case for why bitcoin will end the nation state.

Diginomics

I know that all the leftists are dreaming about "ending the nation state" and a turn all of us to some rootless brainwashed mass what they can use and control. Thanks to God they failed every time when they tried and I don't think bitcoin will change this tendency. Bitcoin never ever will transform governments and central banks. Governments and banks going to tame bitcoin instead. The lack of political power is the price of being decentralized and distributed.
1010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when ETH = XMR? on: October 22, 2015, 09:01:40 AM
Nothing will happen. The "shitcoin" will go and die with the rest of them. All of you have seen this so many times before and yet still hope that this time will be "different"

ETH isn't necessarily a shitcoin. It has lots of good ideas and inventions and it could be a great stuff once (if) it will be completed and fully functional. I think rushing it into "service" and putting it to the exchanges in an early alpha stage was a pretty bad idea. I guess the devs run out of money and they needed a quick pump and dump, plus the "investors" also pressurized them (probably because of the same reasons).
1011  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin in 10 years on: October 21, 2015, 01:00:59 PM
10 Years from now... I hope all signature campaigns will be dead by then. I fucking hate them.
They ruined bitcointalk and no one is willing to do something about it.

People should step up, show some decency, and remove all these stupid scam campaigns from their profiles.
Not because it is mandatory, but because it is the right thing to do.

Tell me about it. I put a recommendation in my sig that I think could be really useful for newcomers, but I'm always wondering if it'll just be seen as another one of those paid ad campaigns, and actually has the opposite effect of what I'm trying to achieve. /shrug

Signature campaigns are the cancer of the bitcointalk. I really hate them.

Why we shouldn't make some "free" bitcoins, from signature campaigns if we can? Most us would be here and would keep posting anyway, but even better if we get paid for that Smiley.

Regarding OP, I think bitcoin not going to be run by a bank. Until bitcoin opensource and the development is heavily influenced by the community it would be "too open" for a bank. They would do better by buying up major exchanges.
1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM COIN? or next big thing? Global Coin Reserve on: October 21, 2015, 12:53:36 PM
As I see they simplified their site Smiley. No more promises about leading taxi companies and gold foundries, just a few simple "drop your money here" buttons Wink.
1013  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: October 21, 2015, 08:50:09 AM
If given a choice to walk away with either Bitcoin or gold of equivalent value, what would you pick?

Asians and Westerners were asked in Taipei in Chinese and English if they would take Bitcoin or gold home with them that day, and the answer might surprise you...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6GiC8dqN9A

We just shot a video outside the Taipei 101 skyscraper area here and gave people a chance to answer if they would walk away with either Bitcoin or gold- and why.

If you were approached and were offered the same deal, would you walk away with Bitcoin or gold in your pocket, and why???

A mix of if bitcoin and gold would be the best. Gold is still a known and valued commodity everywhere in this world since ages (and it working without electricity and internet), bitcoin is an emerging stuff with great potential in the future.
1014  Other / Politics & Society / Re: French weatherman taken off air after questioning climate change on: October 16, 2015, 12:36:55 PM
from my point of view i 100% agree about

Quote
"In the book, Verdier throws doubt on the findings of leading climate scientists and political leaders, saying they have “taken the world hostage”. It is timed to coincide with France’s hosting of a major UN climate summit in December."

there is lot of interest arround it, lot of "money" in this game, and IMHO i really doubt that there is a climate change, yes, i really doubt it, also there is lot of articles about that what we are going is to suffer is an small glaciation, Conspiracy theories? maybe, but maybe that "climate change" is another one Conspiracy theory Wink

Actually there is an ongoing climate change indeed, but according to the geological findings even much more extreme climate changes are quite common things. Today we see the end of a few million years long cold period, so warming up isn't surprising. The average temperature of the Earth in the last one billion years always been higher than today. This whole climate change fear-porn is just a big business.
1015  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why China Should Not Fear the Resurgence of Japanese Militarism? on: October 16, 2015, 12:28:20 PM
china also has all the facilities for manufacturing war goods, even the idea that china might fear a war with japan is ridiculous. if something like that were to break out, china could squash japan in a matter of days; the only fear would be the rest of the world stepping in.
mainland china only fears own citizens
isnt it the other way around? citizens fearing their country/government?

Smiley. Back in 1894 during the first Sino-Japanese war the world thought the very same, but bureaucracy and corruption plagued the Chinese side so much what made the whole campaign a cakewalk for the numerically and technologically inferior but more organized and determined Japanese forces.

1017  Other / Politics & Society / Re: AMERICA PRESIDENT WHO YOU PREFER? on: October 13, 2015, 02:20:18 PM
Pretty funny. As far as I know back in the eighteenth century Americans started a war because of an unelected official (the king) overtaxed them, the parliament limited their rights and freedom, the Brittish nobility were nasty and looked down on them, plus if they complained then someone kicked their asses. Today some unelected officials overtaxing them, the parliament limiting their rights and freedom, the politicians and billionaires (local "nobility") are nasty and looking down on them, plus if they complaining then someone will kick their asses, but they looks happy. This makes no sense for me... Huh
1018  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama a fuck up. is it because of his ethnicity or something else? on: October 13, 2015, 11:39:33 AM
Lol. Yes, it's because he's half white and white people can't be trusted to run a country: see Hitler, Every Bush, Clinton etc.

Hmm... indeed, Mobutu, Mugabe or Idi Amin were much better Wink BTW can you show me a president in west or central Africa who wasn't a war criminal, a high profile thief or both? I'm afraid being a dickhead is independent of skin colour. Obama is a fuck up not because of he's black but because of he's marxist and a puppet of some of the worst capitalist scum Smiley. That must be embarrassing, even for him.
1019  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Wrong terrorists under attack in Syria. on: October 13, 2015, 11:25:10 AM
Where do you live? I live in Turkey. If you don't know what happens here please don't comment.
Read what happened after elections, who said what about that, research Hakan Fidan, Burhan Kuzu and Erdoğan's speeches.

You guys definitely need another Evren pasa, or a new memorandum from the army, as the islamists over there crawled out of their hideouts and now back in power again. Erdogan is cautious but as he losing support the TSK will regain it's power and popularity and sooner or later it will do something.
1020  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Wrong terrorists under attack in Syria. on: October 13, 2015, 09:15:58 AM

Smiley Surprise, surprise... Smiley Probably those guys assessed their chances to survive and then made a smart decision and quickly paid some "protection money" for the strongest (terrorist) gang in the area Smiley. I'm just wondering when they will join with their "brothers"? ...pretty soon I guess.
