1004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 ICOs right now on: March 31, 2018, 03:47:23 AM
I have not heard of some of the ICOs that you guys have mentioned in your top 5 lists. I hope they are indeed great ICOs. What puzzled me a bit is that not a single person has included The Deal Coin in the list. Have you not encountered The Deal Coin somewhere? Well, I know we are only very limited in the signature and avatar campaign. But the project is pretty much popular outside. I would say this with certainty because there are already more than 22,000 who signed up for the pre-sale. Moreover, the first 3 days of the pre-sale was able to raise more than 15 million USD already.
1005  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin is pretty easy on: March 31, 2018, 02:43:13 AM
Trading Bitcoin is pretty easy for the people of your kind. But I hope you also know that there are so many Bitcoin traders who are not yet very familiar with Bitcoin and people whose trust in Bitcoin is not that deeply-rooted. There are people who are really very worried of what is happening to Bitcoin right now. And they end up selling because the market is losing so huge value. Instead of taking the opportunity to swing trade just like you or to continue HOLDing just like many of us, some are in panic and selling with huge losses.
1006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What upcoming ICO's are you most interested in? on: March 30, 2018, 05:30:49 AM
Right now, the Deal Coin is the real deal. This is one project that offers another approach to lending. The Deal Coin offers a blockchain lending platform that will fund any deal regardless of geographical location. With the Deal Coin, the global community of investors and businesses are connected into one, making the global community of project investors seem smaller and reachable, easily funding any deal. And here's another deal of this great project to show that it is indeed one that is worth investing, the Deal Coin has already raised at least 15 million US Dollar in the first 3 days of its pre-ICO. And it is still ongoing.
1007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Buy or Sell now? on: March 30, 2018, 01:58:45 AM
The poll has made itself clear. That the best decision to take would be to keep holding. And the second to the best would be to buy more. It is good if we follow the advice of the poll result. That is actually what I am doing right now even if there are times when I am really disappointed with the crypto market. I am constantly torn between trying to avoid looking at my portfolio because it would only stress me if the market has even taken a much deeper plunge or taking a peek into it to see if the market has already recovered.
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto end? on: March 29, 2018, 06:07:41 AM
Crypto right now keeps on increasing its value and its very volatile as well. There are so many more rules and regulation are occurring against cryptocurrencies.

Do you think someday cryptocurrencies will end?
Is it too late to invest?
Is there a chance cryptocurrencies will be more down?
Do you still beleive in crypto?
What is your favourite Altcoin?

In the same way that fiat has also faced the beginning of its end after a long time of being utilized as a primary tool for commerce, cryptocurrency will also come to its end in the far away future. But of course we do not know when this will happen. As of now, cryptocurrency is still on its way to full bloom. Therefore, it is way too early to ask whether crypto will end or not. Crypto has just begun. Well, as far as I am concerned, I am one of the solid believers of cryptocurrency. Crypto investment is not too late. There will be more of the growth to come.
1009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: March 29, 2018, 02:56:35 AM
i have 0.5 btc on my hand
but the problem is btc is falling day by day
its hits me in my heart like a spike
cs i buy this btc on 12000$
now im in loss of 5000$
it has fall onto 7000$
what shoud i do?
should i keep it???

Do you have any choice? I kind of take this question as a very easy case. When you have several choices and they are all good, it is expected that you will find it hard to choose which one is the best. But then with your case, there seems to be only one good option to take and that is to keep holding your Bitcoin. You bought your Bitcoin at $12,000 and then at the moment it is already valued at $7,000. That means in terms of value it has already lost some good $5,000. That is already big enough loss. If you keep it, it will rise back sooner or later. If you let it go, you will only seal your $5,000 loss. Which one is a much better choice then?
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: March 29, 2018, 01:53:44 AM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.

I think it would be hard to teach little children about Bitcoin. It would be more effective for these little children to get exposed to Bitcoin rather than directly instruct them about it. Little children will imitate and learn from what is shown or demonstrated rather than what is taught. But to teenagers, Bitcoin teaching will be a lot easier. These are the ones that are already very much aware of the present system that we have now, and its current development. It is better if we start explaining to them that the current path the world is treading is leading to a fully digital world. They can easily relate to that. And then we go on telling them that because of this situation a digital currency is also what we need. And we have already started with it. We just need to use them.

1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long should one have to wait to sell on: March 28, 2018, 03:53:04 AM
Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?

Do not ask for signs. Do not ask for how long will this hodling take either. What is most important is that Bitcoin will rise in due time. It does not matter whether Bitcoin will keep on falling down for several months. This is immaterial anymore because Bitcoin has been performing for years and years and has already shown how it is very capable of exponentially multiplying its value. If you doubt Bitcoin's capacity to rise from these ashes right now, then you always have the option to let go and feed the whales.
1013  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome the fear of holding? on: March 27, 2018, 09:47:32 AM
I've always been one who sells to earlier, either to minimize my losses or to realize my earnings ASAP and leave. I've seen in most of my investments, if not all that if I would've just left the coins there they would've been worth 10-50x what I put in before. This is upsetting as a person and trader, as I see how much money I'm missing out on.

How do you traders do it, hold and hold and hold. Waiting around for more and more money?

How come a hero member like you missed the high importance of HODLing? I have heard a lot of members and full members here expressing their regretful experience of selling much earlier when they thought that they have already made a big profit with their coins's growing as high as 50%. Only to find out that the next few days their coins were even growing bigger and bigger in value. Some others are also selling during the dump, thinking that it is already the end of everything. And then a huge pump followed almost immediately.

There is no other solution than be patient. Well, the first question would be, do you trust your coins and their future? If you do, then that would not be a problem hodling for at least two years. But if you don't, then do not even buy such coin.
1014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN will be dead? on: March 26, 2018, 08:39:21 AM
Bitcoin will not be dead, not only because it started the first and most important step of the currently very vast world of cryptocurrency but also because Bitcoin is the most trusted coin. Not only is it the most trusted, it is also the most used coin among the so many cryptocurrencies right now. And Bitcoin is not only trusted by small people or the ordinary individuals who seem to be powerless in the face of manipulation and power tripping in the world, Bitcoin is also supported by the well-known and the rich and the powerful.
1015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do as a newbie? on: March 25, 2018, 02:32:47 PM
First and foremost, I want to congratulate you for finding a way to pursue your interest in Bitcoin. I think the best way to start with Bitcoin is to get to know more about it. You need to know what is Bitcoin, what does it offer, why is it so valuable to so many people, why it becomes so popular even to those who are not actually supporting it, and so many others. These are the more important matters, definitely more important even than earning Bitcoin. But of course it will follow sooner or later. I think it would also help a lot if you explore the beginner's section here in this forum.
1016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: March 25, 2018, 01:54:02 PM
Another great news for Bitcoin. And it is in Las Vegas, a place of the rich, chilling all the time, and throwing away money. This must be a good way of encouraging the rich gamblers to get into Bitcoin, if they are not yet into it already. This will definitely increase the demand of Bitcoin. If this will prove to be a good step, increasing the profit and clients of the hotels in Las Vegas, this might also be imitated by other huge gambling cities such as Macau and other places.
1017  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: March 24, 2018, 11:14:30 AM
Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket, restaurants and some institutions. But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?

It actually depends on the particular standpoint from which you are looking at both's value. Gold may be better in terms of stability and value storage because it has been an accepted asset around the world for a very long time already. But if we also take a look at it from the point of view of value appreciation, Bitcoin is much better because it is a lot faster than gold. But then we also have to consider that the two are actually different things and cannot be put side by side for a full comparison. Gold and Bitcoin are compared only because Bitcoin became a sort of an investment, which is not really what it is designed for.
1018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for the cryptomarket to catch up? on: March 24, 2018, 01:49:15 AM
Atleast January 9th this year, my crypto investment was $50,000. I checked it today and it has dropped low to $9860.
I am very sad.
Please is there any chance the market will recover and i will get my $50,000 back?

Oh, that's a little sad! But not really worth any whine or complaint or even a little frustration about crypto investment. Worry not, firstly, because you are not alone. All of us are investing in the same crypto market. And when the market is going down, all of us will also go down. We are in the same train. When the market starts rising, then all of us will also be going up. That is what the crypto train is all about. Secondly, you do not need to worry because the bullish period is happening very soon and you will not only get back your $50,000, you might be getting back $200,000 or more.
1019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 24, 2018, 01:04:19 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me

Bitcoin is widely circulated around the globe. And it has given a lot of people much better lives. It has presented itself as a better option in terms of payment. But then again, the world is divided into independent countries and each country is free to make its own set of laws. To each his own. That is why in terms of how a particular country treats Bitcoin, it all depends on the specific country. Some may be friendly toward Bitcoin and some are not. No country can force another on how it is going to treat Bitcoin.

About mining, it is better if you raise this different topic in the mining section.
