1021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins getting Boycotted? on: December 10, 2019, 06:57:03 AM

Bitcoin dominance is above 65% which is something unusual since Altcoins started getting more interest from investors. It also seems that this percentage is increasing steadily for quite some time now. This is not surprising since Bitcoin was the most profitable coin in 2019 and people don't take the risk investing in altcoins anymore, they realized that Bitcoin is less risky as the price almost always eventually recover afterwards when it comes to BTC.

So what  to do you think? Are altcoin getting boycotted, giving Bitcoin an increasing dominance from now on?

The dominance is very high therefore it is a big fact that most of the investors right now are favoring to bitcoin compare to altcoins but I can say that it will not last long especially if the market will start to recover then other investors will surely shift their investment to other coins/altcoins.

This happening is because of the market condition, if you follow the peak of 2017 then you can say that this happening is absent but right now that we are almost at the bottom then it became present. Let's just hope that we can recover next year so we can see whether the altcoins were being boycotted or not.
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: December 10, 2019, 05:57:17 AM
Do any of you have plans on how you'll eventually spend your crypto?

I'll be using Zeex Cool Their protocol lets you to buy gift cards directly with crypto and spend them with major retailers like Amazon, Starbucks, Playstation etc. with no fees. And they're backed by their sister company Zeek, which is already the biggest gift card provider in Europe, so the platform will be up and running quickly after their token sale.

Here is their website if you're interested: https://www.zeex.me/

It's good to buy some stuff using crypto especially if it is available in your country but in my case, I would be love if it will also happen via our local exchange so I can assure that the service is secure and my credentials will not be misuse.

Upon visiting the said website, it loads very slow and I am not so sure whether it is available in my country. It will be best if they can make sure that the up time of their website is at least 99% so they can serve their customer to it's utmost.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dont have the right to know WHO OWNS YOUR MONEY on: December 09, 2019, 12:02:25 PM
Today i contacted Binance via their Support and a customer service agent joined the chat. I just wanted to know where Binance headquarter is? And then you can just have a look at the chat.

I contacted the support three times and on all occasions i got the same answer. My question is simple. I am not asking for exact location i just want to know the country and the city. According to them i dont even have the right to know who is handling with my money.

If it was stated in their terms or rules and regulations that they have the right to disclose their location then you cannot force them to answer your question especially if you have accepted it upon joining their exchange.

But if you are going to use the search engine then you can find that their headquarters is in Malta after shifting out of China and Japan subsequently. But it's up to you if you are going to believe this details or not and I hope that you will get satisfied by all the answers that were being replied to your post.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating A Solution for Adult Media & Product Industry on: December 09, 2019, 06:00:29 AM
Hello Friends,

We are working over the project of Xmyra (PSN), we wanna know about its feedback.

It's built and along with released whitepaper version 0.1.

We need some review and feedback about it, along with We haven't added the company name inside the website, as of now due to some fear or issues, which can be rises any time, which will create hurdles and delays in the project development.

The website, apps, and the messenger has been developed, along with having a user exchange system. Only Xmyra users can exchange with other Xmyra users, can create buy-sell token inside the exchange.

But according to the plan, the full development time will still take around 1 year.

Website: https://www.xmyra.info

I'm Still Thinking Should I Create Announcement Thread?

Thanks

Once everything is ready then you can launch your announcement thread but as what I see, you still lack some finishing and a one year development is a long one so it will be best if you will just let this thread run then gather as much data that can be use in your project.

Make sure that you are fully 100% ready before launching so you will not be shock to all the problems that you are going to face especially if you are planning to gather funds from the investors to achieve your goals. Make sure that your project has uniqueness especially that there are plenty of projects out there that have similarities to what you are planning to launch, so good luck to the launch of project.
1025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hide my money from my country on: December 09, 2019, 04:54:08 AM
Hey, I sell some stuff online and I am looking for a way to keep my money for about 2-3 years. In my country we have to pay 19% from any income to taxes, so I was thinking fuck them. First I thought about PayPal, but I'm afraid they will freeze my account like they used to do randomly. then I thought about Bitcoin, but it's very unstable and I don't want to gamble on the money.

So I have read and found out about the stable coins, Im newbie but its looks like they might be the solution for me.
1. Tether is the most famous but doesn't have the proof of funds, so one day it can be a problem.
2. USDC coinbase is asking to validate the identity in order to use it, so I afraid my country will find out about that.
3. Paxos is also asking for a documents ID.

I am not sure that I understood everything correctly, so I will be thankful if you could help me to find the best option for me.
Thanks in advance.

edit:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5207987.msg53294999#msg53294999

Your option will be the top 5 in coinmarketcap in order to lessen the possibility to reduce your money but if you are worried where to put your money that are not asking for any details then it will be best if you try Ethereum as you are worried with bitcoin. It will be best also if you are going to mention your country so we can give a better suggestion for you like an exchange in your country that will not ask for any documents or something like that.

But with your current situation right now, it will be best if you will just pay the taxes so you don't have to worry anything and you can run your business smoothly especially if you are earning a decent amount from your business.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 09, 2019, 02:10:13 AM
As we all know , crypto market is not doing so much in these days. Major Altcoins are bleeding, even top currencies are not increasing
Major reason according to my opinion is the lack of new investors. New investors are not showing interest.
in 2020 I think will be better than Today. What do you think, what is your prediction about crypto market. kindly share your thought.
The investors are always there but most of them are still sleeping because of market condition and most of the projects right now are having difficulty in reaching their target cap.

Active investors right now are like 40% if we are going to compare to last 2017 in which most of the investors are very active. If the market will start to shift in 2020 then altcoins will start to grow again together with the awakening of old and new investors.
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty is over? Shut up! on: December 09, 2019, 01:26:43 AM
Many people keep saying bounty is over, the bounty has no future! I just want to say shut up your mouth, please. You know nothing. Bounty is still good, a regular bounty hunter is still earning good money from it. Just research this year. From the first month of this year, a regular bounty hunter got money from IRONX, VANTA, MiraCletele, Harmony, Coinhe, SERO, Tokoin, and so on. They are leading their life through bounty earnings. Bounty reward is not like before, you have to forget the golden time of it and try to use to with the present condition and keep doing good bounties. Good Luck Hunters.

Yeah your right it's about the adoption as the market is keep on shifting and once the market will goes down the bounty project will be affected also but it doesn't mean that the bounty is over.

In bear season, you just need to find a good project and expect that the reward is not the same compare to the peak season. Don't ever compare the earnings of bear to peak as they are very different and as a bounty participants you should know that.
1028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in ICO anymore. Do not Feed scammers on: December 08, 2019, 04:06:07 PM
ICO era is gone! Stop feeding serial scammers. Stop funding these cash grab nonexistent projects.
The World Do not need new tokens at all. We got enough shitcoin for next 100 years.

Well if there are a real project (With trustworthy Team) which is really willing to distirbute Their tokens! There are Many ways Without Doing ICO!

ICOs should just get funded from VCs and do an airdrop to community.

Most ico can be done open source on github for free.. the greed in creating all of these project is stifling growth. A lot of innovation come from free open source project from passionate developers.

Im 3 years in this field and strictly advice you do not invest in any ico at all.

What Do you think guys ?

You have point but you should consider also the effect of no new projects at all, let's say that ICO's, STO's and IEO's will be stop then there is a big possibility that almost all of the investors will stop investing and the demand in every coins/altcoins will start to goes down.

What makes the investors become more active are the return of investment and if there will be no chance for them to profit then they will surely stop investing. And worst scenario will be, the crypto community will start to die as many will be affected to it like the bounty hunters, investors and other entities that offers their services in exchange to tokens/coins of new project. Though your idea is good to avoid those scammers but in overall, I think it is not a good idea.
1029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream for bitcoin on: December 08, 2019, 03:30:57 PM
We all have dreams for bitcoin that someday we will be able to use this coin freely and no other things to think since its already accepted by the society, and the government already stop holding bitcoins neck and allow it to be use without any policy or regulations, here is my dream this is how it will be organize
1 . BTC will be the primary money all over the world all the currency will be just secondary
2. All the world currency will be exchange to bitcoin slowly until its all illiminated
3. Altcoins will be use for very country and bitcoin as its Superior
In this form bitcoin will be the global currency, no one will control it no regulations, but will penalized who wouluse it in bad intenstions
rules will only apply to it not bitcoin totally,
I have an image here this is what I submit in 10th aniversary but this will illustrate how bitcoin will dominate
the world with the man with the mask of bitcoin who represents the people, and bitcoin over in the center of the world

This image is only my representation and a goal for bitcoin in the near future
feel free to give your opinion
Your dream will become reality in the future as the chances is very big. In my case, I have no deep expectation about bitcoin and crypto currencies as I know already that they will not fade and they will continue to dominate the fiat in the future.

What I am expecting for crypto currencies is to become a user friendly someday in which every person around the planet can easily use it and do the transaction smoothly especially those people that are very poor and illiterate then the government will accept it freely without strict regulations.
1030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The importance of bitcoins :) on: December 08, 2019, 05:52:28 AM
Time and again I hear people saying how it would be okay if they have the access to only*traditional money* but one should understand that time has changed and so have we , according to me Bitcoins now a days is indespensible, it's a part of society now , it's a new culture.

Speaking from my personal opinion I just wanted to hear what you guys think about it , why do you think it is so important ?

How have it shaped the society for you .

As for me it is an amazing source of Income , it may not be 100% what you could want , but it helps you get those late night pizzas I might say .
If you are a student it becomes even more necessary because as a student you are not allowed to work , all you could do is rely on it as an independent source of income apart from all the society ( don't know about other sources but in medical you are not allowed to work ).

Let's hear it from you .

Aside from it, bitcoin or other currencies are offering some additional source of income from different individuals around the globe. Starting from the services that you can offer that can be found in services section in exchange to crypto currencies or bitcoins.

Bounty campaigns that helps those people who have no further knowledge in crypto society to earn some bucks if they get lucky especially if they will be able to join a good project. Bitcoin is very important as it is an evolution of fiat therefore I can say that the time will surely come that fiat will be replace by crypto currencies but I am not so sure whether it will be bitcoin to stand up or other currencies.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: new projects should be about new features on: December 08, 2019, 05:06:50 AM
One of the biggest problems that crypto developers face is that technology changes rapidly. It is very hard to stay current, they new to introduce better feature than what we have already in this space, who agrees?
New and unique features will be needed for new upcoming projects in order to become popular and will be notice by investors because if they are like a copycats of the old projects then they will end up a shit projects or scam in the end.

As the technology keeps on evolving, the crypto space needs to evolve also so the investors will not be tired of investing and they will continue to support every projects that have a potential to grow. Additional to it, they need a strong marketing strategy also in order to pull the trigger and make sure that they can hit their softcap or even hardcap if possible.

This year is a little bit tough for almost all the currencies not only to altcoins but to all currencies even the king of crypto currencies is suffering also.
This scenario is not because of lack of investors but because the demand is not increasing due to the market condition.

2020 will be the best year to comeback, though it will take time to reach the peak of the market again but once the demand will skyrocket then I am pretty sure that we can skip the bear market easily. Let's just hope that the big whales and other entities will start to move in 2020.
1033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need suggest invest in small amount on: December 07, 2019, 09:58:20 AM

I have little amount in bitcoin $279 and Ethereum $72, so where i can invest now? IEO/ICO or old coins in CMC?

If you want give me suggest for IEO then you can explain, which exchange best for a successful IEO.
Basically ICO no have good position now this time, so another chance making profitable for OLD coins?

thanks to all

For IEO's, I can recommend that you follow most of the projects that were launch in Binance exchange as the success rate of their launch is pretty high so there is a big chance that you can get a profit from there.

But it will be best also if you will divide your investment to at least 3 IEO's so you will not lost your small amount of money in an instant in case you can choose a bad project even if it was launch by a reputed exchange because there is always a risk in every investment. Investing it to 3 IEO's will reduce the risk of your investments.
1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions for New Altcoins on: December 07, 2019, 06:34:26 AM
I have seen many reviews about the current new altcoins. Most of them are marked as worse coins with cheap prices, while the rest coins are indicated as scams or shit-coins. I rarely saw people stated that new altcoins are worth for investment or trading nowadays. However, new altcoins are always born from ICO, STO or IEO every month.

So, my questions are
1. Why there are still investors in the new altcoins project? For what they invest if they know new altcoins are only about risks and losses?
2. Who are those developers that always create new altcoins projects? Don't they know that most new projects just ended with failure?

*Warning: Sorry if these questions are ever made by someone!! I never copied or got an idea from others. This is my own opinion.
In every project there will always be a supporter especially if the project that you want to launch has the potential to become successful in the end.
As long as there is a way for the investors to gain some profit then they will keep on investing even if the risk is pretty high.

What you have miss in your post is that, not all the project are shit project or scam because there are few of them that will give you a good profit if you were able to invest in the right projects. So the common problems of investors right now is finding those projects as they will not bother to put some penny to projects that are scam.
1035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confused, Your thoughts is needed on: December 07, 2019, 03:14:10 AM
There is a part in bounties i still don't get, bounty allocations are 1% to 10% of total max supply of the project token i wonder how dumping this can drag down its value? or most new projects have ways of dumping behind our back? For example Tokoin bounty leaves me speechless, many hunters sold their tokens but token value don't even move an inch from 0.08, what makes it withstand the dump while others would have crumbled back to 0.001 or more ..
It will always depend to the marketing side and to the demand of the project for example let's use Tokoin. If you see that Tokoin has a big chance to prosper in the future then what will be your next move, let's say you have good amount of Tokoin because you joined in bounty campaign.

Are you going to sell it like other bounty participants? The answer if very clear, if you are a wise bounty hunter then you will hold it until the price will climb and reach your target price for selling. And other investors are doing it because most of the dump will come from the investors and not from bounty participants because 1-10% is a small amount of token to move the price but if the investors will do the dump then the price will surely shrink in just a short period of time.
1036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: December 07, 2019, 02:24:24 AM
I found this quality topic on twitter and it all caught my attention. I have seen that fiat is the currency of the Government and Bitcoin is the currency of the people, Can the Government Crash? if so the people cannot Crash neither, because so many people are not making good business from the fiat than in bitcoin, which have provided so much job opportunities for users who are online. Fiat will be replaced soon by bitcoin.

Share your thoughts

Right now fiat can be use by anyone whether you are poor, illiterate or pwd but if the time will come that crypto can serve this kind of service also then there is a possibility that crypto can replace fiat someday because everything will always depend to adoption and whether it can be use by anyone.

I cannot say that fiat is a type of scheme to make us poor or even Bitcoin is not a scheme to easily get rich. All will always depend on how you are going to adapt and make a living for it, without work you will not earn anything even the hackers need a lot of hard work to bypass their target.
1037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why every IEO on P2PB2B exchange? on: December 07, 2019, 12:39:43 AM
hello guys,

i'm wondering why so many IEOs on P2PB2B exchange even every IEOs sales happens,

And after IEOs why that coin/Token can't achieve it's IEO price?
I was unable to check whether this information is rather correct or not but I saw some of the IEO's that were launch in P2PB2B exchange. That exchange has plenty of issues way back or even until now like fake volume and etc.

I guess, most of the IEO's are launching their project on that exchange because that exchange offers a low price compare to other reputed exchanges out there like Binance. So far Binance has the highest success rate of IEO's especially if we are going to compare it to P2PB2B exchange. P2PB2B exchange are faking their volume and I guess that is one of the reasons why most of the IEO's that were launch there were unable to hit their target price.
1038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask hacked ? on: December 02, 2019, 05:47:40 AM
I  just saw this transaction that I didn't make myself. Does my metamask is hacked? I have 8 address in that account. and nothing is touched after that txn https://etherscan.io/tx/0x359dd6b8154e7711d9e21ad5520ceba687f58619d87a7a77dd66c5b103124d3a
It is a very small amount for a leaked of metamask, you should double check with yourself whether you did that transaction or not. If not, maybe you can ask yourself whether someone of your family or friends that knows that wallet.

There is no leak yet in metamask as far as I concern so there is a big possibility that it was your doing or your private key was being fish. It will be best if you create a new wallet and transfer all your assets now to that wallet. Though you have no big amount there as your remaining balance is only 0.124eth but just to make it more clever, then next time make sure that you can safely put your private key in a safe place.
1039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You think that governments might adopt cryptocurrencies to replace fiat currency on: December 02, 2019, 01:42:06 AM
Currently, in this day and age, all governments around the world have adopted fiat currencies as a means for its citizens to trade with one another and to trade with other nations around the world. However, would it be possible for in the future for governments around the world to create a cryptocurrency as a means of trade to replace fiat currency?

I can see that fiat currency has many flaws as all types of currencies before it, but with the new “government cryptocurrency” would it be able to solve the problems that fiat currency has and make a better economy? I’m not really sure myself as I can’t really predict the future.

Considering that fiat currency replaced all the previous currencies before it, would cryptocurrency replace fiat currency in the future?

There is a big possibility that government will use crypto currencies in the future instead of fiat but when the scenarios will be hit. The governments people can use crypto currencies without any problem.

Like illiterate people, beggars, persons with disability and other entities that is part of the government can easily use crypto currencies. Once this kind of hindrances can be solve then the era of crypto currencies as the main currency will begin. With regards to a better economy, I am not sure whether crypto currencies can do much about it as it will always depends on how the government will act to achieve it.
1040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to zero? This guy is dreaming! on: December 01, 2019, 11:44:24 PM
Anti-crypto campaigner and perennial Bitcoin basher, Nouriel Roubini, is at it again. But this time around, he’s after Ethereum (ETH). According to a tweet by “Dr. Doom,” Ethereum is still a long way from its “fundamental value” of $0. Just like his previous criticism on Bitcoin, Roubini is certain that in the long run, ETH will hit a $0 price mark.

For some time now, Dr. Doom has been bashing cryptocurrency with his skepticism of several financial markets, including bitcoin.

Source link here

ETH to zero? In your dreams, hater!!!

There come a time that ETH may be bottoming out within this month, but it would not go down to zero for sure.

Before Virgil Griffith was arrested, he shared to me and the rest of the attendees last January 2019 at the Boracay Blockchain Summit about Ethereum's proof-of-stake and the future developments, and why we should be excited about them in the long run. Same thing with Vitalik Buterin when he talks about Ethereum's bright future at Token 2049 Hongkong.

After the Ethereum supermeetup, he and the other keynote speakers are in an AMA session answering the community's questions related to the project.

For me, I honestly think that we should be excited about Ethereum's long-term future, not focusing on Roubini's hate speech about them, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

To be honest, Nouriel Roubini is nothing but an all-in-one stupid idiot!
We can't do a thing about it as there is always a hater and an opposition to crypto currencies, they are doing it not just because they like it but I am pretty sure that they are protecting something. They are afraid that crypto currencies will be widely accepted and become the main the currencies in the future.

After hitting bitcoin and now he is after to eth as it is in the 2nd position that has a potential to grow, Eth comes from nothing the same with bitcoin and now that they have value already. Reaching zero is like a dream already especially that most of the governments are starting to adapt the new generation of money.
