There is no payment receipt or whatsoever. Same 2 sat fee. No doubt it is good for Mass adoption. Nobody knows where he money comes from or where it goes. I will close the channel in a few hours, in case someone else wants to use it just post here something... When the channel is closed I will know my final balance and how much that test cost in fees. Thanks LoyceV, and congrats on your initiative.

. If you don't believe me, ask him to sign a message from a wallet with even 1 BTC in it.
That should be interesting. As he claims to have so many millions, a proof of having a few thousand dollars would be nice. We are so used to scammers around here that we need to be vigilant

3. is trust wallet good choice for keeping erc20 and bep2 tokens? their GUI is somewhat clanky for me, i dont like it too much, thats why im asking if there is a wallet with same functionality but with smoother GUI.
Try MyEtherWallet. They support ERC20 tokens and let you connect your Nano X. Soon, the Ledger Manager will be able to do that as well. As you are using ledger nano, always check their website which wallet they recommend. Unfortunately you cannot use ledger live to manage erc20 tokens, so they're recommending Mycrypto and Myetherwallet. https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005197845-Manage-ERC20-tokensLedger Live currently does not natively support ERC20 tokens, although this feature is planned to be added. ERC20 tokens sent to your ETH address will not display in your Last operations list, nor will they be reflected in your balance.
You can use MyEtherWallet or MyCrypto to manage tokens on your Ledger hardware wallet.

Thanks for the warning I have read in many places around that media player classic is a way better player in terms of quality. However, vlc is more compatible with different video files (and I love the 125% audio volume function, which is missing on mpc) More discussions here

You're fast! I made a new request and you just paid before I could paste the lightning request here. How? Lol
I will pay your back as soon as you post your request
Edit: I could not find anything related to your payment, such as fees or from which address you paid. This is interesting for privacy, as companies cannot track customers even if they are using the same address in multiple lightning payments. I cannot even pay you back because I don't see where it came from
I cannot track you in this offchain database. Interesting. Sadly I cannot see the fees...
Waiting for your request LoyceV.
For me, so far I paid 0.4mbtc in fees for opening the channel and sending out the funds to eclair,, even using very low fees.

There is a warning on CoinMarketCap saying: We have received reports that user deposits are being withheld. Please be careful with your funds.
That should be enough to make people not use it If they care about their funds. You shouldn't expect them to easily remove an exchange with 200M trading volume. Any requests should be sent to them by the way, you're not doing much by posting here. Coinmarketcap keep lots of scam exchanges in its list. We had a similar problem with the biggest volume exchange in Brazil (according to them, their volume was higher than binance) https://finance.yahoo.com/news/brazilian-crypto-exchange-faces-lawsuits-083225608.htmlIt is withholding funds for months, but only few days ago was removed from coinmarketcap. Don't expect them to act fast.

This sounds like a change address: whenever you send Bitcoin, the entire amount (in that input) has to be used at once. If you had 4.05 BTC and sent 0.05 BTC to an exchange, the remaining 4 BTC is send to a change address, which should be part of your own wallet.
This change address is a newly created address, which is yours. On my wallet, it shows I only transfer 0.05 btc to the exchange "BTCC". But on bitcoin block explorer, it is showed that I transferred 0.05+4 btc. Actually I remembered I only transfered 0.05 btc. So I wonder what is going on here, and which number is correct, the wallet, or the explorer? Thank you!
The wallet and the block explorer are correct. Don't worry, as your wallet is showing the correct balance, because that address is part of your wallet

I need help sending some robots to the campaigns you accept.
This is not allowed and you will probably get banned or tagged for doing this. You don't even read anything, you just use a robot to write some nonsense and expect to get paid? The craziest is that you are still getting paid for some trash campagins such as Stake.com (your signature now). What crazy days we live in....

You will never beat the house. You can increase your odds, but I doubt it will be profitable.
Gambling is about having fun, not making money, imo

if it doesn't confirm within 24 hours, the channel gets closed at a much higher fee.
I think it will happen to me... i used 4 sat/byte . I thought "I am not in a hurry, i am not transferring to anyone" Edit: But, I will be "charged" for closing the channel? How am I going to be charged, if I am the only one with the private key? Theoretically I would have to go to the wallet and pay this fee for closing the channel, right? Or is Eclair getting my keys and closing channels after 24h? This is not clear to me. Edit2: Just saw that to open the channel I needed to transfer 0.001 to another wallet.... so they have the keys... That is basically a loan. I didn´t knew about it. I understood now what people were saying when they said nodes were becoming banks.

In Brazil you have to pay 15% on capital gains. However, zif you sell less than 8k usd (approximately)per month you don't have to pay tazes. On that month. If your monthly volume is higher than that, you have to pay 15%

I am using Éclair wallet. Do I need to send some funds to the wallet so I open a channel? Yes. A channel needs at least 1 m BTC (some nodes require more), and to do that, you'll need to fund the Eclair wallet first (on-chain). Hello Loycev I have opened a channel (still waiting for confirmation of the transaction This is the channel id. I found it very expensive to open the channel. Unless we are planning to make a lot of transitions, it is more expensive to use lightning network, right? 68a147394c28312b887c590b59523ed4886a0f9f14d2b7a27e76f98e7cf64c1f In the next hours (when confirmed) I will make the payment request for 0.1mBTC

I don't think the average Bitcoin user needs to know how Bitcoin works. All they need is a wallet, and start using it. I agree with this, get a wallet and start using it is certainly a good start. I think "Average Joe" is a somehow a useless term. This average Joe doesn't exist, and everyone imagine this guy different (it depends on your country, your profession, your culture, etc) Yesterday i was talking to a very intelligent friend of mine, who is an engineer. He asked me about bitcoin, and he was saying it wasn't backed up in anything, nerd money, worthless, everyone could create one etc.... He was basically asking for technical stuff, he wanted to understand why it is valuable and unique. I had to explain to him about mining, proof of work, transactions, cryptography (public and private keys), hash.. and he liked it, he began to understand what is bitcoin about. He is not an "average joe", but who is ? Explaining bitcoin to people always depend to who you are talking to.

Obviously, the second address is your change address since the remaining funds were sent to it at the same date and still sitting there.
hellobtc123213, This is probably the case. When you sent half your funds to your friend, the remaining coins were transferred to a change address. This can be confirmed looking at the transaction in any blockchain explorer (or pasting the address you said you have. If you don't want to share the address here, just go to www.blockchain.com and paste the address you have there. You will probably see, in the same transaction, 2 destination addresses. One of them is yours. If he does not know what to do after that, then it would be better to start using an easier to use wallet like Electrum. All hé has to do is to import the private key into Electrum.
I agree, OP really should get a more friendly wallet. Electrum is a good choice. Do you have private keys or the seed (12 words)?

OP since you don't have much time left to live (based on your words) you might consider donating some of your wealth to the development of the forum
This is not what the OP is asking for, and the forum certainly doesn't need any money. That was already said many times by theymos. This forum holds hundreds of bitcoins. More income isn't needed right now -snip- Don't worry about supporting the forum financially.

Dear forum members, MixTum Review Campaign is almost over and we are waiting for PryptoMontreal and Asritajudin to submit their reviews.
Hello, is this campaign still going on? Can I test and receive the reward for the review? Thanks, waiting for your confirmation

Yes they are atomic Swaps.. because they are doing good work..
Certainly that's not the reason, that's not even relevant to determine if those services are or not atomic swaps. Bit they are not atomic swaps. I made a small research and atomic swaps cannot be centralized and must be done by smartcontracts written in the blockchain. Something like a dex.
