Late yesterday I received an asset holder list from GLBSE. Per the email received, the list may grow some more so it may not be the final list.
This is good news as it means step one is near completion. I will be working with counsel later today and possibly into next week to finalize the next steps and to clarify what has to be done and why.

So in summary this is my claim for the bonds that I own, 1530 in total, if & when nefario chooses to confirm this it will be shown to be true & accurate & if he doesn't then it's about as close to proving the truth of this as can be managed atm afaik, if there is anything else anyone would like me to add I'd be happy to, any suggestions welcome, I also probably have some screen shots & downloaded TX histories from GLBSE to back this up.
Hi Otoh, Thanks for posting this. I would rather not receive claims at the moment as there is not a system in place to accept them and I do not believe we are at this point yet. If nefario delivers the asset holder list, we will have step one down. If he does not deliver a list, then the lawyers will decide how the claims process will proceed and what information will be required to make claims. Best, gigavps |

Somewhere between 2.8.5 and 2.9.1 the mhs 5s fields changed from 5 to 3. What is the setting to change this back to 5s?

Because of that i took it as a good sign that he communicated in the blog.

The shares/difficulty is what matters. When Difficulty is 40,000,000 18,719,950 shares will be very nice ... For block 206888, 18,719,950 is only 566.5% You'll find them sometimes over 800% ... though I'm not sure if any big pool has yet hit 900% I believe deepbit recently has a 30m share block with the difficulty around 3m... |

Looks like Tom has posted power estimates after all. https://www.btcfpga.com/forum/index.php?topic=4.msg132#msg132We are expecting the 27Gh/s units to use between 50-60 watts and the 54Gh/s units to use between 100-120 watts give or take
this is estimated data - and will not be completely correct but it gives you a ballpark and as close as an estimate as our competitor friends have on their units

Is there any communication with Nefario/GLBSE responsible?
All attempts at communication with Nefario/GLBSE are happening via counsel. Is there any main GLBSE data recovery thread here?
I do not know of one. There is couple weeks after, and I'm smiling while thinking about dividends, but, grimace on my face thinking that I possibly won't never get this.
I should be hearing more from the attorneys this week. Is there such a possibility?
Giga do you consider such a possibility that non of holders wont get anything form now on??
I do not know what the realm of possibilities are yet. Hopefully I'll know more soon. |
