If a customer loses access to his account for whatever reason, then what he must do is to contact customer support and ask for them to help him recover his account or at least ask if it's OK to create a new account (alt) and abondon the first one. I took this example just to prove a point: if you break the ToS of any service then you are at fault regardless of your intentions.

shasan, as far as I can see, this is not the first person who took a loan from you and didn't repay you! You need to be more careful and don't trust members just because of their ranks or the campaigns their are part of.

اذا كان هذا البروتوكول يخص شبكة البرق و مبنى عليها فلا دخل للمعدنين في الموضوع و لا يمكن أن يؤثروا على مدى تبنيه.
و حتى أن كان البروتوكول يخص الشبكة الرئيسية فلا اعتقد انه سيكون لخيار المعدنين تأثيرا كبيرا، بل يكونون مضطرين مواكبة التحديث. ما يهم هو نسبة العقد التي ستقوم بتحديث برامجها لدعم البروتوكول الجديد و بالأخص مقدمي الخدمات و على رأسهم منصات التبادل.

لم انتبه للموضوع الا الان و أردت تصحيح هذه النقطة بعد اذنك:
على حد علمي محفظة الكتروم لازالت لا تدعم تحديث taproot و يمكن فقط استيراد العناوين من هذا النوع للمحافظة و بذلك تكون للمشاهدة فقط. حسب مطوري المحفظة هناك نية لدعم التحديث و قد اعلنوا عن ذلك منذ فترة طويلة لكن لم يقوموا بذلك إلى الآن.
راجعت قائمة التحديثات على حسابهم على جيتهاب للتأكد من المعلومة لكن ان كنت مخطئا ارجو تصحيح.

مطوروا الكتروم يقومون بعديد التطورات الخوهرية و للأسف يبدو أن المستخدمين لا زالوا غير مستعدين لذلك. لذلك مثل هذا الموضوع يمكن أن يكون مفيدا لهم.

اخي يحيى سبب الاشكال الذي تعرضت له، و قد أكون مخطئا، انك قمت بإرسال كل المبلغ الموجود في محفظتك إلى محفظة أخرى، و عندما أردت تسريع المعاملة نسيت تغيير خاصية "preserve payment"  إلى "decrease payment".
عند قيامك بتفعيل خيار تسريع المعاملة فأنت تطلب من الكتروم ان تدفع رسوم اكثر لتحفيز المعدنين لتأكيد معاملتك. لكن ان كنت قد أرسلت كل المبلغ الذي لديك ثم طالبت بتسريع المعاملة فذلك لن يكون ممكنا ان كان خيار "preserve payment" مفعلا.
الكتروم لن تجد اي مصدر للترفيع في العمولة.
اذا كان الخيار الاخر مفعلا، عندها يمكن الكتوم ان تقتطع من الرصيد المرسل لاظافته للعمولة.

هذا تحليلي الشخصي و يمكن أن أكون مخطئا و اذا كنت كذلك، اتمنى ان يتم تصحيح.
