I have doubts about default node, hardcoded into cryptonite(src/chainparams.cpp, line 109)... it provides not "the best" list of nodes and can go down any time... Does btc38 will modify cryptonite.conf to add nodes? Or we must add some other default nodes in production version? They can be added easy by adding line vSeeds.push_back(CDNSSeedData("xcn.suprnova.cc", "xcn.suprnova.cc")); When I tested cryptonite-qt, I wrote command "getpeerinfo" debug window and saw some not full synced nodes. Yes it's in my todo list: add seednodes and checkpoints. We could start by adding the pools and the block explorers.

Hi all, Announced this a few days back but removed the post, so I could test and implement krnlx's brilliant patch. I've got the Cryptonite Webwallet up and running, and it runs very smoothly ( http://xcn.nosmokes.org/). Anyone is invited to test it and use as they wish; but standard disclaimer being test with a small amount before sending any significant amount (I haven't had a single issue mind you). This costs me very little to run, so there is no reason why this would not still be functioning in 3-6 months time. log1k Guys please test this. There is a bounty for it, so please also give your OK if it's allright to pay that to log1k.

Thanks very much! Let's wait for some reports then I'll bug bitfreak to update the website.

Do we see resurrection here? Good work, guys Thanks! Quick history: beginning of 2014 launched, late 2014 hiatus, summer 2016 pump, little later I took the coin and started fixing it, recently krnlx fixed what appears to be the latest problems that were left.

About the bounties, are you guys ok with:
- paying krnlx the "block download speedup" bounty? - paying krnlx the "trie sync fix" bounty? - additionally, I was thinking: when the windows static qt build is ready, paying palginpav a small sum from the fund to thank him for his work? maybe not-so-small if he provides a nice windows wallet build guide as well?
Of course I'm ok with all three of them.

We don't need a blockchain explorer, we have a couple (sometimes they are down); but if someone wants to take the challenge and build one for Cryptonite, maybe adding new features like richlist (not available in the official explorer software).

krnlx patches merged into the main git repository!
next steps:
- static qt win build - update cryptonite.info (need to ask bitfreak) - notify btc38 (and pools and other exchanges) - pay bounties (will post more asap)

supernova and maxminers update Linux wallets?
still doing some tests, today we will merge the changes to the main branch (unless some issue is found), then pools and exchanges will be notified.

With a 1080ti, I can spend a few hours on every mod I have made to improve the speed.
And you should do it, 'cause you will get more customers for your mods. You would pay for the card in minutes. Not that I like your business, just saying.

%AppData% is 336mb only, hmm...
The power of mini-blockchain ;-)

P.S.: why would btc38 need exactly qt-build, cryptonited can do all functions needed, or I'm wrong?
You are right, but: - it's not very easy to understand what they mean - they once sent me a screen shot showing an error with the windows gui wallet - while I told them to use the daemon repeatedly, they never confirmed the switch Thus, I concluded that they probably are still using the windows qt binary.

I'm solo mining using krnlx fork and it works perfectly! No lag and no errors. Considering no single error report has been posted yet, I'm optimistic. What about merging tomorrow? Can't wait to notify btc38 ;-) They might need the windows qt version, though.

Is there a trustable android ethereum wallet supporting hub token?

Thanks very much, you are doing an awesome job! I'm on a little holiday but I will soon test it. If everything works fine for everybody, I will ask you to make a pull request with the fix, so I can merge it into the main branch. What about the speedup patch, did you find a way to remove the hard limit on block number?

0.1.3.0 built for Windows: https://github.com/palginpav/Cryptonite/releases/tag/0.1.3.0With latest pallas commits, krnlx patches not included (this time, need someone to test my build first) think I didn't forget to statically link somethng Qt wallet will be added later, setting up build environment for this is pure pain (at least for me). Test if you want and report. And everybody have a nice weekend! Thanks for your build! As soon as we get enough good reports, I will put it into the first post and notify btc38!
