121  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which would be better ? on: April 09, 2022, 09:11:54 AM
It is honestly up to what you are looking for.

Are you looking for a passive experience or an active experience? If the former, then probably go with sportsbetting.

Do you have any particular edge in any sports/games (e.g. blackjack?). That should also give you a clue.

I don't think that there is any game mode that is particularly easier or more difficult. It's all about personal preference.
122  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Winoearn.com] Provably fair Games/ Daily lottery/ Dice/ Free Hourly Tickets on: April 09, 2022, 08:52:36 AM
This site is different from other dice sites because before we play, we must have a ticket first and then we can play dice or buy tickets for the lottery. Actually, this is a bit inconvenient because we need to buy a ticket first before playing.
Eh, that's ridiculous. Why would people go through such hassle with a new site while others casino with long history of trustworthy. I would rather be stickied with my existing casinos instead of joining a new one. I guess OP needs to develop the site a lot more.

@OP
Please, don't post twice in a row. It’s against forum rules.

Yes. This is true of all casinos that use common and duplicate software. winoearn software is exclusively designed by us. We are designing brand new games that you will be surprised to see soon.
Also, our UI team has been formed and they are redesigning the site.

Roulette has now been added to the site.

Unless they come out with something radically different, I would frankly suggest getting some help on the UI side of things.

I simply don't think that people are going to take you that seriously with how the site looks right now. It's great that you are adding roulette, but I think that you should focus more on building up the foundations as opposed to adding more games.

This site is different from other dice sites because before we play, we must have a ticket first and then we can play dice or buy tickets for the lottery. Actually, this is a bit inconvenient because we need to buy a ticket first before playing.

I see the progress made by @OP is good because they want to listen to suggestions from other members so I hope they can develop better in the future. Creating a website is a long and never-ending road but as long as @OP and the team can work hard on building the site, I'm sure their site will grow even better in the future.

Yeah it's definitely inconvenient and unconventional... Some conventions aren't meant to be broken because they were there for a reason in the first place.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 NFT Games You Should Be Looking Forward To on: April 09, 2022, 02:27:49 AM
'NFT games' and 'look forward to' simply don't go in the same sentence.

The fact of the matter is that you only play these games to make money, and the actual gameplay mechanics are atrocious and downright fraudulent at worst.

Axie even suffered a significant hack, but the hype within the space was so great that they were able to secure another round of funding within the month. Absolutely crazy how much money is sloshing around in this space, but not necessarily to a good cause.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins or CBDCs? on: April 09, 2022, 01:41:18 AM
I think that they will coexist.

Personally, CBDCs aren't going to be used on a day-to-day basis for most international or online transactions simply because of the fact that it is traceable and the government is likely going to have control over the ledger.

There is still going to be a need for stablecoins, especially algorithmic ones, to ensure that governmental pressures do not result in loss of funds. Although for centralised stablecoins this is going to be increasingly difficult anyway.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto becoming centralized? on: April 09, 2022, 01:12:28 AM
As crypto hits the mainstream, more businesses and companies are joining the game. We've seen innovations from NFTs to security tokens, and stablecoins. Most of the coins being traded on the market have smart contract functionalities, making them multi-purpose platforms for real world use. While all of this sounds nice, there's been an increasing rate of centralized exchange dominance over the past years. Not only that, but alternative cryptocurrencies (altcoins) have been prioritizing convenience on top of decentralization in order to provide people with lower fees and blazing-fast transaction confirmation times.

Most recently, Lightning Labs announced the creation of a new stablecoin that will operate in its "Taro" platform. If companies start to embrace stablecoins on top of traditional cryptocurrencies, then the whole industry will become heavily centralized. This should be a cause of concern, as a full government crackdown (or ban) could mark the end of crypto's prominence in the mainstream world.

Do you think ever-increasing centralization is a cause of concern? What would be the impact of tightening regulations over the entire crypto/Blockchain space? Will it still be able to survive? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

Yes, it is, but I think it is a necessary evil. Just look at SOL for example, it is popular, yet centralised.

To scale effectively some decentralisation needs to be forgone. I don't necessarily see that as a problem as long as the users of the blockchains are informed and agree to use the protocol as is.

Bitcoin is still going to be the most decentralised coin for a long time, which is why alts may not be able to displace BTC on a market cap basis for a while.
126  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♦️Coinslotty.com | Up to 20% Cashbacks | Crypto casino | Multi currency wallet♠ on: April 09, 2022, 12:50:39 AM
It's going to be a bit difficult to attract players without guaranteeing that you won't ask for KYC - that seems to be standard practice nowadays.

The site looks a bit generic as it seems to follow the same template as most other sites, not sure if that's what you're going for.

What exactly differentiates you from your competitors? That's what I'm struggling to find. Why would I play on your site when established sites have the exact same features (perhaps even more)? I guess the cashbacks sound good but we would need more information on that.
127  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BTC365.com | 🔥 APRIL 2022 REWARDS BONANZA 🔥| $20 WELCOME BONUS AVAILABLE on: April 09, 2022, 12:35:16 AM
Hi there and welcome.

I find the promos very interesting - are there any sort of wagering requirements that are associated with deposit bonuses? Is there a limit as to how many times someone is able to claim such bonus before they are excluded from the scheme altogether?

Also, how exactly does the BTC365 token work in terms of the dividends it pays?
128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 08, 2022, 10:09:39 PM
Embiid has Harden and Giannis has Middleton, so I think Joker has the edge because he has no Robin helping him to achieve the success.

That's a big difference, that's why he should win the finals MVP.

Lebron makes a lot of excuses, I thought he would be able to compete in this award but his team sucks, so he will just continue to achieve individual success while the impact on his team is not seen and felt.

I'm not sure if the betting line is still open now, but 1.31 odds for the Joker is still good to take.

Those are good odds for sure.

I think the narrative has entirely shifted as Jokic has had himself another amazing season. It is clear to me that he is going to win back-to-back MVPs.

Especially as Maslate just mentioned, he broke a pretty nice record of 2k points, 1k rebounds and 500 assists. That literally has not been done before, so it would be a very difficult ask for anyone to vote Embiid over him.
129  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRIMEDICE weak self-exclusion system on: April 08, 2022, 09:58:40 PM
Hello. I keep reviewing what are the best ways to stop gambling. For now, what is working best for me is trying to restrict access to my funds.

With Primedice the battle is already lost, because they don't agree to block my IP. I know that it is a measure that can be bypassed, but it is a restriction that makes things difficult. with a third account I asked again to block my ip but they didn't want to do it

Frankly, this is not going to stop you gambling.

If you have a problem, then you should seek professional help. Even you understand that blocking your IP isn't going to do anything. Yes, it's probably going to make things more difficult to circumvent, but a VPN is hardly difficult to access anyway.

They have offered their voluntary self-exclusion and that is all that is required from their end. Do what you need to do to stop, even if that involves therapy.
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Russia goes full Bitcoin adoption on: April 08, 2022, 05:26:54 AM
Doubt that it'll have too much of an influence either way.

There are now significant bitcoin proponents in the government & business sectors, so I doubt it's going to be a smooth process trying to ban BTC outright.

Furthermore, why would Russia adopt BTC out of all things? I think that they will likely create their own CBDC if they were to adopt blockchain technology to circumvent sanctions. It just doesn't make sense otherwise, because they don't have reserves of BTC right now.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does staking even make any sense on: April 08, 2022, 02:58:23 AM
How do people even enjoy staking their coins and tokens? I'm confused, yesterday I tried to stake some amount of stable coin aka USDT on Binance Exchange and it is worth 1000$ but the return on this in a year is 95$ lol, I laughed so hard that I almost flipped my laptop, why the heck people doing this?.

Mate, I suggest you look at your local bank and see how much they are offering on fiat deposits.

DeFi yields, even at 5% p.a., are super attractive (if you suppose that it is risk free). Besides, if you are willing to use Anchor Protocol, there is a massive yield reserve and it is currently paying 19.5% p.a. on deposits, which is absolutely insane again by fiat standards.

Heck, if you just use crypto.com which is a prominent exchange you can get close to 10-15% p.a. as well.

If you are staking alts, that's a different story. The emissions follow a schedule set by the blockchain itself and not the markets.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Transfering Funds to Another Network on: April 08, 2022, 12:52:08 AM
Hello, I'm quite new to DeFi projects and smart contracts, and I'm interested in getting to know more about them. Currently, I've only invested in projects found on the Binance Smart Chain network. My portfolio is consisted of two smart contracts, FTM - USDT and  UST - BUSD, which aren't too bad, but there are far better ones in other chains.

My question now is, how do I transfer funds from one network to another? Up to this point, I have a decent sum of money in BUSD and USDT. Due to being a complete newbie regarding this matter, I don't want to mess anything up and end up losing my funds, it's not a banking service, thus, if I do something stupid, there's a high chance that my money is lost on the blockchain.

You can either transfer money across bridges or through a CEX.

E.g. if you want to bridge to Fantom, then you can do so through spookyswap. Alternatively you can just convert everything you have in BNB, deposit to an exchange like Kucoin, and then exchange it to the native token of the other chain you want to farm on.

I think that it's a good idea to chase high yields, but only reasonably. No point in switching it up for a few % as your fees are probably going to rekt you.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance saves Sky Mavis, the creator of Axie Infinity after hack on: April 08, 2022, 12:22:45 AM
There is so much VC money being sloshed around in this ecosystem right now.

I'm not even sure what substance can come out of Axie. Sure, it is a P2E game but we've shown time and time again its mechanics are ponzi like and aren't going to last the test of time.

Eventually there will reach a point of saturation. I hope they put some of that money into actually developing the game mechanics rather than just putting it in marketing or whatever, otherwise their token will get absolutely pummeled in the bear market.
134  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: April 07, 2022, 10:56:26 PM
Smooth site, had issues with depositing, took long time to arrive, was credited 500 USDT free with my deposit as apology feels very good about this place.

Only blackjack.fun is the place where we can see this type of surprise gift.

And these feedbacks from Highrollers

Damn... Those are some absolutely crazy numbers.

The fact that people are already dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars on Blackjack.fun is a testament to its product viability, and I think that there is genuinely a lot of room for it to grow.

Is there any plan to do over the site any time soon though? Because UI is not the greatest imo (even though the backend support, community & withdrawal features are all world-class).
135  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌴 PlataOCrypto.io 🦩 - Co-owners - Crash & NFT Shares - The Casino is yours on: April 07, 2022, 09:56:48 PM
Tried to look at your investment platform, I see that the NFTshare cost $500? Do I need to submit KYC before I can by NFTshares from you? I was planning maybe I could invest to new gambling site that's why I'm curious with your gambling site and I think NFT that is in presale is much cheaper rather than official sales.

KYC is not mandatory.
For your information, we plan on opening public investments afterwards, but future investors will earn daily dividends based on our casino's profit.
NFT Shareholders earn on Volume, that's the main difference between a co-owner and an investor

You can invest with ETH & USDT using metamask here : https://plataocrypto.io/nftshares/
You can invest with BTC, Matic, BNB, Doge & LTC here : https://plataocrypto.io/aibc/

NFT shares are actually at 1000$.
We are selling only 500 of them at 500$.
As you can see in the screenshot below :

Last but not least, if you are considering to invest, i suggest to join our Discord, where we have a private channel only for co-owners, it's way simplier to stay updated and discuss between us.

Do you think that you may be placing too much emphasis on the investment side of things?

It seems like that the entire business right now is in the mode of raising capital as opposed to trying to genuinely improve your product, seeing how the website is presented right now.

Although this might help growth in the business, you should still show investors that you are progressing to improve UX etc. and not just stagnate at one spot. This is just honest feedback and not FUD by any means - hope you understand.
136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best online sportsbooks this 2022 on: April 07, 2022, 09:29:34 PM
Hello everyone,

I've been gambling since long time ago and because of COVID19 I started using online sportsbooks, I've used BetOnline and also Bet365. But I want to know your opinion in which are the best online sportsbooks for you this year.

Are you looking at fiat or crypto?

If fiat I would say betfair by far. They have so many markets and given that it's a betting exchange as opposed to playing against the house you are likely to get much better odds by playing there.

I think most arbitrage opportunities are actually found there as well.

If crypto, then I would highly suggest you check out the likes of sportsbet.io which has a really fantastic product. Nitro used to be good but I think had some issues more recently.
137  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: April 07, 2022, 09:18:37 PM
Would be much help for Stake if Drake would create a song about Stake or probably add it to his music video showing that he is playing a Stake but I think that would be really expensive to create a song just for Stake but I am sure that would be a really good investment in advertising Stake.com

What are you thinking guys? That's already too much to ask for. There's a term about the partnership and Drake will just follow that, nothing else.

When we say partnership, it's not that Drake will do anything he likes like creating a song or what. There's a responsibility of Drake under the partnership terms and that's what he just needs to follow. There's a signed agreement of it in a simple explanation.

Let's just wait for their future promotions. We don't need to request something from Drake. Smiley

I genuinely do not think that Drake will do anything out of the ordinary for Stake.

The absolute maximum that he will do is probably post about his wins/losses on twitter/instagram where he takes screenshots and posts them.

Anything further than that could have legal repercussions that he is definitely not willing to take up in my opinion.
138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free Gambling Course provided by OnlineGambling on: April 07, 2022, 09:13:50 PM
There are so many free courses for blackjack training that you can get access to.

I don't think that it makes any sense for anyone to take a paid course (I remember this one youtuber who actively tries to sell his courses all the time). They are just going to give you the same information as the publicly available ones.

However, you have to realise that you will never get very positive EV when playing online because of low deck penetration of the rules that they play with. So unless you have access to a physical casino that doesn't back you off, you are probably better off spending your time learning something more useful.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRIMEDICE weak self-exclusion system on: April 07, 2022, 09:04:24 PM
Hello, I have been betting for a long time, and a few months ago I realized that I have problems to stop doing it.

I decided that the best way to stop was to request self-exclusion from the sites I was betting on.

I got to self-exclude myself from primedice, the problem is that after a while, I relapsed and wanted to bet again, and primedice let me create a new account, and bet again. this time, i lost 21600 xrp and a bit of some other coins

This post is not to recover my coins, (although I would like that), but to see the possibility that the sites begin to block not only the accounts, but also the IPs from which those accounts were connected.

Greetings to everybody and thanks

Unfortunately, this is something that you just have to live with when betting online.

Especially with the proliferation of VPN services, there is really no way that an online casino is going to feasibly do to stop you from betting altogether from any alts.

It's unrealistic, and definitely don't expect to get any money back. Perhaps they can make it stricter through KYC but even that can be exploited in various ways and they will probably cop flack for these procedures anyway.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is a centralized SCAM and will drop to $30 again on: April 06, 2022, 08:37:15 PM
Why do people go in ETH now or trust ETH now when the secret to success was to buy ETH at $0.25 or $10?

When now you are better off going in projects that are like early eth for example koinos which the devs work relentlessy on daily as you can see on github but its still so cheap as eth was day1 so this is a chance to make $100k from $100 while eth is not only making the rich richer

Well, maybe because there isn't an apparent successor to ETH?

I don't know what you're looking at, but ETH is still the primary chain that matters right now. Most projects launch first on ETH and then move to different networks over time, and that is the powerful network effect that ETH holds.

And yes, ETH is somewhat centralised, sure, but it is still a lot less centralised when you compare it to other alts that are available nowadays.
