121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is INDIA going to BAN Bitcoin Again? on: January 31, 2021, 10:42:38 PM
It seems like that the Indian Government is preparing to ban all "private cryptocurrencies" again, not only Bitcoin.

At this point, it's just a proposal, but the ruling party is controlling both legislation organs, so it could quickly become law. Then India will be the largest country banning the crypto instead of regulating it.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Introducing Don Coin (DON)! Fight censorship and corruption with DON. on: January 30, 2021, 11:04:36 PM
And how this "Ethereum ERC20 token" is fighting censorship and corruption?! Nonsense, money cow.

First - remove the 'censorship' from your site - You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Coins paying dividends on balances? on: January 30, 2021, 10:19:41 PM
I remember two-three years ago ONION was paying weekly bonuses on wallet balances. NOT on staked coins, but plain balances. They were scanning balances weekly and then paying dividends to the holders.

Do you know any other coins doing that? Paying dividens/bonuses on balances/holding, not on staked coins or pools?
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why You Should Not Buy Bitcoin with PayPal on: January 30, 2021, 09:12:52 PM
PayPal’s cryptocurrency integration is an embarrassing attempt to deceive non-crypto people

Don't know why not many talk about this, but PayPal will not allow.

- No deposits or withdraws of cryptocurrency.
- No paying with cryptocurrency or sending cryptocurrency to other users.
- You will not have access to your private keys.

https://temporaryerror.com/why-you-should-not-buy-bitcoin-with-paypal/

In PP you cannot buy cryptocurrencies, but some tokenized abomination.

I don't think that any person who has at least a clue about crypto will buy in PayPal.

You are right - stay away from PP!
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: SmartCredit DeFi lending solution from Swiss bankers on: January 29, 2021, 11:19:34 PM
SmartCredit seems to offer some innovative features to the lending market.

While I prefer to stay anonymous most of the time, I like the idea of getting a better deal with the Crypto Credit Score.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE To The Moon on: January 29, 2021, 11:08:02 PM
Lol. I did the same, sold all my DOGE, but I knew the reason for this pump. Because I think that this whole hype and euphoria will last max. 2-3 days. Then everything will get to normal as DOGE dosn;t have any real eco-system to hold the price so high.
127  Economy / Exchanges / Re: KRAKEN - COINBASE down!!! on: January 29, 2021, 10:41:55 PM
Trading in Kraken seems to be fine now. Also, I've managed to make a successful withdraw from Kraken, but with 20+ refreshes over two hours.

I'm still getting occasional errors on the Funding page and the mine site.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some DeFi Gems To Watchout For in 2021 on: January 28, 2021, 11:40:53 PM
Nord Finance is not bad at all with savings, loans, advisory and many more. The only con is it's built on Ethereum and fees will be high.

I could add Synthetix to your list - outstanding derivatives liquidity protocol.
129  Economy / Economics / Re: Coin exchange markets create the coin "out of thin air " on: January 28, 2021, 10:26:26 PM
Exchanges are not creating those tokens |out of thin air". They are integrating the tokens in the whole eco-systems, giving discounts, dividends, etc.

In most cases, like Binance, it's much better than 99% of the ICOs.
130  Economy / Economics / Re: Marathon Invests $150 Million In Bitcoin on: January 27, 2021, 11:44:23 PM
What I don't like about Marathon is that they are trying to police the transactions and the network as a whole. $150mn in Bitcoin is not a significant amount for such a company, but they set the right voice with the right example to others.
131  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 27, 2021, 11:24:44 PM
It would be best if you learn how to monetize his tweets Smiley

I remember recently when he recommended switching to Signal how the stocks of 'the wrong' Signal jumped 400+%: https://www.cnbc.com/2021/01/11/signal-advance-jumps-another-438percent-after-elon-musk-fueled-buying-frenzy.html
132  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian currency big problems on: January 27, 2021, 08:17:55 PM
Well, it's normal as Russia is under sanctions for years. Now the other countries will use the Navalny case to impose even stricter sanctions and the situation, at least the RUB exchange rates, will worsen.

Western countries must always have 'big enemies'; otherwise, they will justify the trillions for weapons even in a pandemic.
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don’t Panic on: January 26, 2021, 10:12:33 PM
I’ve seen this twice before...  If you’re really thinking of selling, wait for a couple of days when it’s bouncing back.  It could bounce back to 36k - 38k and give you a chance to sell at a better price.  If it doesn’t...  We’re f*cked anyway.  Lawl.

I've watched this movie so many times that I'm not raising an eyebrow on a $3k dip nor a $3k jump. We just need to be patient, both on the bearish and bullish markets.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alert: stay away from new type of bitcoin scam on: January 26, 2021, 08:39:48 PM
There are numerous websites which claims to double your Bitcoin within 24 hours and I have heard from some of the victims that they just don't allow you to withdraw by asking you to deposit more bitcoin's in order to withdraw this end up cheating you without even returning your capital investment. Just to make their telegram look more genuine there are imposter accounts with names from multiple nationalities. Be aware guys as no one would be able to give you 100% profit within 24 hours so it's a scams and stay away from it. I will share futher details shortly.

There would be numerous testimonials in the telegram group which you guys will be added it's all fake.

I saw at least five topics in the past 24h. I guess the scammers are counting on people's greed, combined with the $30k Bitcoin.

Of course, all doublers and similar sites are 10000% SCAM! Nobody could legitimately double your money in 24h.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: Will President Joe Biden be good for business? on: January 24, 2021, 11:16:46 PM
Our hopes are high up again with expectations from the new government, will campaign promises be fulfilled? Or are we about to get something again that we didn't bargain for?
With the inauguration of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. as the 46th president of the United States, what is to be expected in the economic world?

I guess it will, at least the part of easier hire of foreign talents.

But if he & the Democrats increase corporate and other taxes, it won't be good for business, and as it looks like, they are going to do it.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We once had a barter system here, but the government smashed it on: January 24, 2021, 10:58:16 PM
The crisis in your country and crypto are incomparable.

Any fiat system or crypto is better than any barter system. We are not 2021BC. Even if you can agree on the swap 'prices' in your region, 5km away people will not.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano (ADA) coin hit $10 During 2021? on: January 23, 2021, 11:43:28 PM
I would be happy if ADA hit $1, not $10 Cheesy It's unrealistic for Cardano to hit ten dollars considering that alts are more or less following Bitcoin. Even if Bitcoin hit $100 000, ADA will be around $2-$3.
138  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchange of the 2020 on: January 23, 2021, 11:31:32 PM
My vote goes for Binance. While Kraken is an excellent, secure and stable exchange too, its fees are too high.

Binance extended their products a lot in the past 12 months and became even better with the Derivate markets, Binance Earn and Binance Visa Card.
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Thailand government seeks measures to tackle the problems of illegal gambling. on: January 23, 2021, 11:14:55 PM
I don't get it. They are officially offering marijuana food and cosmetics now and are having one of the biggest hookers industry for sex tourism, but are having problems with gambling...

If the COVID is the primary concern, they must stop everything, not just illegal gambling.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How about a currency with expiry date...? on: January 23, 2021, 10:38:11 PM
Nope and nope. Such currency will not solve any of the mentioned problems but will create new ones. Why should I choose to invest my money in anything that I can lose if I forget the expiry date when there are so many 'normal' options??
