The Real Madrid - Cadiz game has just finished. The result was a 3-0 win for Real Madrid which was quite the expected. Ancelotti was expected to rotate the squad once again because of the rematch in the Champions League a few days later. He did that and it was nice to see Arda Güler being in the starting lineup once again. He didn't score or make an assist but his overall performance was quite decent. He is really ambitious which is what I like the most in him. He just needs to improve his professional side more like not objecting to the referee unnecessarily. I believe that verbal agreement between fluminense and silva can be easily achieved caused by the player has planned to go back to the brazil as a place for him to finish his career as a football player. Chelsea has become a club that has helped him achieve his dreams at PSG. Silva is finally making his comeback as a Chelsea legend. He will also end his career after having played for Fluminense. Silva has accomplished everything in his career as a football player. It's time for him to return to Brazil. It is nice to hear that. Thiago Silva is 39 years old now. This is a very old age even for a centre-back. He has still been doing nice things for Chelsea in the recent years but his time there was going to end soon. I'm curious about whether he has got any interest by Saudi Arabia or USA teams these days.  Special players like him have been on the radar of such teams normally. Ricciardo has been getting warnings by the team on his future there. As Tsunoda has been doing better than him for a while it can be said like Ricciardo has been given an ultimatum. I don't think Bologna will stay out of top five anymore. They are seven points away from Atalanta which are at the sixth position. Let's say Atalanta beat Salernitana and made it four points. Atalanta will still need to win their missing game as well to get right behind Bologna. Besides it isn't only depending on Atalanta too. Roma's results are also going to be important. I don't expect Bologna to lose their Champions League spot while there are many variables in this. If the lower possibility comes true then there is nothing to do. PSG can still be better without Kylian Mbappe, because in Ligue1 there is no team that can truly break PSG's dominance to remain at the top of the Ligue1 standings. I agree with you. PSG aren't in desperate need of Mbappe actually. It is all about team effort. A team doesn't have to include a superstar in its squad. This isn't an obligation to get big achievements. Of course this is helping that team a lot but it isn't enough by itself either. For example Mbappe has been playing for PSG for years but there is still no Champions League title in hand. This shows the importance of playing solid as a team. PSG need to learn this with or without Mbappe's departure. There are really talented young players in the squad now. But this team need to improve their game much more to be able to compete with the biggest title contenders at the same level. |

I don't know, wouldn't it be more like watching a Bundesliga game?  The best thing I can say about such finale would be the choreographies and special shows they can prepare. I still remember the ones they did in the finale between these teams in the 2012/2013 season. I must admit Germans are also really good at this. What I expect is also the same as you depending on Dortmund's playing style in the rematch. But what I want is rather a Real Madrid - Dortmund finale. That Copa del Rey title was really special for Athletic Bilbao and I hope you have seen the way they celebrated it. The last title they got in this cup was like 40 years ago so it means a lot for them. But it looks like they are still under the influence of the sweet smell of victory that they can't do well in the La Liga. They have lost points for four weeks in a row so far. This just hit their hopes really hard about qualifying for the Champions League. The gap is 6 points between them and Atletico Madrid. I don't think Atletico Madrid would give them a second chance from now on. I think they sent the message very clear by beating them 3-1 last week. |

Leverkusen didn't surprise me last night. Roma were the one that surprised me because they couldn't even score one goal home. I expected a closer game here and thought Leverkusen would finish the job in the rematch. But it looks like it is over already. The unbeaten streak has reached 47 games now and the number still continues to get bigger. I just don't give much chance to Atalanta or Marseille either to beat Leverkusen. Even Roma can't do it. When it comes to the other game the final score wasn't much surprising. It was a big risk to bet on a side already. Rather than that both teams to score and over 2.5 goals seemed reasonable but only one of them won as it ended 1-1. I think Atalanta will reach the finale. |

Lyon and Marseille both have 44 points and both will compete with each other to go to European competition next season. Coupled with Lens' inconsistency, I think the chances of these two teams are still quite big, especially since they are only 2 points apart. Lens as we know has experienced setbacks so far and has only managed to get 1 win in the last 5 matches. Obviously that is not a good result, especially if they want to maintain their current position.
Now Lyon will face a challenge this week where they will face Lille and I think this is not an easy match for Lyon to get through.
