It looks like it is determined that Guirassy will not be able to play against Dortmund. This is really bad news for Stuttgart of course. Because they are relying on his finishing skills quite much. Without him they haven't been able to get good results so far. I don't think this will change against Dortmund as well. They would probably have serious issues with scoring easily.

Dortmund should be able to make use of their situation. They got a bad result against Bayern Munich maybe but we still saw really good against Newcastle in the Champions League. I expect them to win here again.

I am surprised that Dortmund’s odds are still very weak:

2.52 - 3.85 - 2.58

In fact, Dortmund and Stuttgart are neighbors in the standings, plus Dortmund has a stronger historical background and reliability - they have only one defeat in the Bundesliga, and Stuttgart has 3. It seems to me that the bet on Dortmund is obvious here.

Firstly I really couldn't believe how bookmakers could still show Stuttgart as the favourite side for the win. But when I checked the information related to missing players today I saw that Guirassy was back.  Grin

He is expected to be brought to the Dortmund game. However he will probably start from the bench. But I'm pretty sure that the manager would like to have him on the pitch as soon as possible. Therefore Dortmund had better focus on playing strongly in the first half. Otherwise I think Guirassy will enter at the beginning of the second half as a game changer for Stuttgart.

There is a Real Madrid - Valencia game tonight. There are some missing players due to various reasons at Real Madrid side. Kepa and Tchouameni are injured now. Lunin will be in the starting eleven in Kepa's place. I hope to see some decent effort from him. Rudiger will also not be able to play due to being suspended from yellow cards.

But this information doesn't change the fact that Real Madrid are still a huge favourite here. It is time to make up for the Vallecano draw as well. I think we will see Bellingham scoring this time. Hopefully Vinicius Junior can also make some contribution with assist or goal.

There is a Lens - Marseille game tomorrow as well. Lens are of course the favoured side for the win and their odds are dropping as time goes on. Actually these teams aren't much different in general when we look at the standings. They have very similar statistics including the points. However there is an important difference as well.

While Lens are an average home team this season Marseille are really bad in away games. I mean they are the second worst team on it. Besides Lens beat them in both games last season too. Considering all of these things I think there is a good opportunity for Lens to win to climb more in the standings.

Arsenal played really bad against Newcastle on the previous game week. It caused them to lose the game as well. They already had some games in which they played really badly even though they won those ones. However I believe we will see some progress this week. They should be able to win against Burnley home comfortably.

I saw them really solid against Sevilla last night by the way. They completely dominated the game in Emirates and won by 2-0 easily. This should be a good sign for their future games in the Premier League as well. The interesting thing is the recent games between Arsenal and Burnley ended up with close scores. Maybe this would be the one things change.  Smiley

I don't think the game against Sevilla is an indicator of anything. Sevilla after 11 games has 11 points in La Liga and this is an extremely low figure for any league and especially for La Liga. But I also expect a big victory over Burnley since this team scores the worst in the Premier League and concedes almost 3 goals per game on average. Arsenal must crush it.

You have a point when we compare Sevilla to Newcastle of course. However I just thought that maybe that victory would be enough to improve the morale of the players to get well-prepared for their next game.

Manchester United - Luton is another game to be played today. Luton really surprised us on the previous week by drawing with Liverpool home. When we think about this Manchester United had better be extra careful. Because they are having a really tough season and they are still deprived of important defensive players such as Martinez and Casemiro.

Kalvin Phillips shouldn't have left Leeds if he wanted to be a regular starter. Because it was obvious that his job was going to be really difficult about taking the shirt in the starting lineup. He is actually a talented defensive midfielder. But when there are so many solid alternatives like him it is harder to be a regular as a starter.

Not being able to play regularly and for so much time would probably affect his chance of being called to England national team as well. I assume he will end up with signing for a mid level team in the near future. It would be better for him if he is ambitious to play more often.

Group A is pretty complicated now. Bayern Munich have already guaranteed qualifying for last 16 as the leader though. But the competition is really tough between the rest of the teams. Copenhagen have improved their morale quite highly. Turkish people are expecting Galatasaray to be as successful as possible here this season.

Honestly they should be able to make it to last 16 in this situation. Because obviously Galatasaray's effort is higher than Copenhagen and Manchester United both. But when it comes to scoring productivity Copenhagen were really amazing recently. If Galatasaray solve their finishing problems they can still beat both of them.
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 10, 2023, 11:00:05 PM
If you have noticed there is some decline in Real Madrid's performance in the league for a couple of weeks. It is more like an inconsistency actually because there is an example like a win in the El Clasico recently as well. They couldn't beat Vallecano the last time no matter how hard they tried. It was quite unexpected.

Of course top teams don't always win their games. But while Girona are this much dominant in the league I thought Real Madrid wouldn't make a point loss in such game. There must be so many people who bet on Real Madrid for that game and sometimes unlucky things happen.  Sad

Real Madrid's performance in last couple of weeks shows that they lack of clinical forward, they played good and dominated the games, but they struggle to score. we could see that some of their goals come at the last minutes of the games after missing some chances throughout the games. this also related to the opponents who already can anticipate how Real Madrid build attacks which is lack of variations.

the lack of clinical forward makes Madrid struggle to face the low block of defensive line of their opponents. this is one of the reasons that bellingham is their Top scorer right now.

It is the truth now that they don't have a centre-forward such as Benzema now. If Bellingham hasn't played extra since the beginning of the season then I can't imagine how their current condition would have been. Joselu seemed promising first but his performance dropped really sharply. He can't improve even a bit these days.

Rodrygo is also not much different than him. If Vinicius Junior start to be as productive as his times with Benzema then even the Bellingham - Vinicius Junior duo would be enough to score most of the goals of this team.

There is a Lazio - Roma game this Sunday. It is a game between close teams in strength. Because there is only one point between these teams. However if we consider the recent results between these teams we can see that Lazio could be one step ahead. Because they won both games in the previous season by 1-0.

Now Roma are more productive than them when it comes to the number of goals scored. But I don't expect a high-scoring game honestly. Mourinho prefers a cautious game in especially big away games. This might be one of them as well. I don't expect Lazio to lose once again honestly by taking advantage of playing home too.

Opening match for this weekend between Montpellier vs Nice and we all know Nice has fantastic performance this season because after beat Rennes last week Nice was successfully to occupy first place on standings league and their records were very impressive because in the last 10 matches Nice can able to gets 7 wins and 8 cleansheet so this proven Nice has strong balanced to attack and defense and today they will attempts to collect 3 points from Montpellier

Nice will lost Youssouf Ndayishimiye because of suspension but besides him other players in the good fitness and ready to played and i have been notice why Nice was hard to beated because they were utilized the collectivity and not rely on one player only and it proven almost all of Nice forward players can able to scores and i am confident today they will beat Montpellier and for betting options the bookmakers provide decent odds for Nice win @2.13

Ndayishimiye is indeed an important loss for Nice. He is an important part of the midfield. However Nice are still playing really effective as a team so I think they will make up for his loss. The problem is that Nice are a low-scoring team. Despite being at the top in the standings now they have done this by scoring only 13 goals.

Their defense is solid though as they have conceded only 4 goals. But I don't know how much longer they can keep going without losing a game by having low-scoring games. But it doesn't look like Montpellier can be that team to finish this streak. Nice have had a really good record against them recently and Montpellier aren't doing very well in the league either.

Musiala said that it took them a shorter time to adapt to playing with Kane. Honestly Kane was playing in the most competitive European league before this. He scored 30 goals in the previous season as well. The competition is lower here compared to the Premier League. That might be one of the reasons.

Of course I don't say it like there is nearly no competition. I just mean Bayern Munich have been dominating the league for like 10 years. We haven't seen a single different champion. I wouldn't call this league as competitive as the Premier League as a result.

I'm also curious about how Real Madrid will be in case they manage to sign Mbappe officially. Having Mbappe and Vinicius Junior at the same team will be quite interesting. Because both of them have similar playing styles. I know Ancelotti has been trying Vinicius Junior in the centre-forward position. But of course he will always play freely like Mbappe to be more effective.

By the way there are some reports like there are four big English teams waiting on making a contract offer to Mbappe in January. Real Madrid are said to be not interested for now.

Milan finally put an end to their winless streak by beating PSG. However we need to see this in the Serie A as well. Next time they are playing against Lecce away. Lecce were destroyed by Napoli away before. I know that Milan are newly trying to recover. But I just want to show that Lecce aren't doing well at all against big teams.

Milan surprised us too much in the Udinese game. I hope this won't repeat itself so I expect Milan to win this time. But the final score might be a close one.

Wolves - Tottenham is going to be the opening game this week. You know how big hit Tottenham took from Chelsea last week. The red cards they were given brought their hand by a really embarrassing score. However I don't think the mental of the players will be down too much just because of this loss. I expect to get prepared strongly for the Wolves game.

This is a great opportunity to make up for that loss. Tottenham are currently the best away team according to the statistics. The recent away games they played against Wolves weren't easy ones though. However Tottenham weren't this much impressive those times.

What an amazing game it was between Copenhagen and Manchester United! Rashford is in huge trouble this season. His performance has dropped so much and he even got a red card tonight which led to his team to get a loss. Copenhagen can be a really dangerous team when there is an opportunity. We saw that while they were hosting Bayern Munich as well.

Copenhagen got an unforgettable win for themselves but this made things even more fired up in the group. If Galatasaray got at least one point then it wouldn't have been this complicated. However I still believe they are strong enough to beat the Red Devils and Copenhagen both in the remaining games. The thing they need is better finishing skills.

Did Rashford make the fault intentionally, lets say to make an injury for the Copenhagen's player? If he did it intentionally, I have to say that he did stupid thing as he did not need to do it. But if he did not do it intentionally, it was so unlucky accident. Red devils started the match well, although it was not their best but at least they could lead by 2 goals first. The red card was a nightmare for the whole team as well as for the fans. Even if there was no red card, I will say that Copenhagen played well too because they could create some chances before the red card. The result make the red devils in the bottom of the standing with 3 point, and the competition to be the 2nd team to qualify become harder for red devils but it becomes more interesting.

Maybe Rashford did it unintentionally. However it is really the sad truth about him that he is quite bad this season. There is an enormous gap between Rashford in the previous season and now. I don't know maybe this is related to some serious level of concentration loss compared to previously. Because he was really incredible back then.

Copenhagen are really trying in this group. I admire their high effort. I don't know how much successful they can be after the last two games left though. I feel like they would lose to Bayern Munich in Germany even though Bayern Munich guaranteed their lead. If Galatasaray play better than they did against them before then Copenhagen would be in trouble in that one as well.

Another loss is waiting for Lyon this week as it seems. This time they are going to play an away game against Rennes. They also haven't started the season very well though. However their condition is still way better than Lyon at the moment. They are on a winless streak for four weeks in the league.

I think this is going to be the point that this streak ends. Lyon are really desperate now. 10 games left behind and still 0 win. They can't even score a goal properly. They are surely one of the biggest candidates to even relegate from the league now.
1119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 08, 2023, 11:02:39 PM
Bayern Munich have left another Champions League night with a victory. This made them guarantee their last 16 ticket at the leader position. Now they can comfortably go back to the Bundesliga games and concentrate on them more. I think they have enough time to rest before the Heidenheim game. Besides I don't think they are completely exhaused after the Galatasaray game.

I'm curious about whether we would see a similar score to the Darmstadt game.  Grin  There isn't a big difference between Heidenheim and Darmstadt right now. Both of them have very vulnerable defenses.
