I think this is one of the toughest games for Milan this season. Lazio might seem like they aren't as good as the previous season. But they are always a threat as they are more than just an average team. You know how great they are in the Champions League on one hand as well. I expect them to make Milan big difficulties tonight. The result of the first match really surprised us all. Athletic Bilbao beating Atletico Madrid is not something we would expect, but we can see such results in cup matches. I think Bilbao's happiness will end tonight. Atletico Madrid is a strong team, they will not make such a mistake again. Bayern Munich were considered as one of best candidates to win Champions League after they purchased Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur until recent weeks they shown some terrible performances.

Napoli played way better than I expected from them yesterday. I still got what I wanted from that game after betting on both teams to score. I must admit that a 6-1 win is really incredible for Napoli. Especially in a time period that they are having tough days. Osimhen (3 goals, 1 assist) and Kvaratskhelia (2 goals, 1 assist) had an amazing game at the same time. But even this huge win could be tricky about Napoli's possible recovery. I have hopes for Man United in this match and I think the match will end in favor of the visitors. Even though they experienced instability and in the Premier League, Nottingham Forest managed to beat Man United, this does not mean that in the FA competition they will allow them to lose again. Only this championship has a chance for Man United and I am sure Erik Ten Hak will try everything to get victory. The previous defeat when playing at Old Trafford was very surprising because Man Unied was in a positive trend.
Nottingham Forest is also not very consistent and even though the match will take place at their home ground the chances are still the same. If Man United does not try to chase champions in this competition, then this season Man United could lose all the opportunities that exist because chasing other competitions will no longer be possible for Man United.

Just for context, they have only one/two less win compared to Bayern Munich. The performance has definitely been pretty incredible from them considering the fact that they were facing relegation in the last season. They have also been able to beat good opponents like Leipzig by a huge margin, if I recall correctly it was 5-2. I guess we can say that they have been a force to reckon with in this season. Wake me up at the next match they will play is against Wolfsburg. And I am pretty certain that they are also going to win that match as well.
Yeah the change in Stuttgart's performance in two years is really impressive. Having a striker like Guirassy in the squad has also a big role in this of course. He is really trying his best to be beneficial for his team and prove his skills at the same time. He would probably be on the radar of big teams this summer. The gap between Bayern Munich and Stuttgart is a really small one. It is only 6 points. It was actually 4 points but this unexpected point loss against Koln caused it to get bigger. While Bayern Munich are having tough days one can think of the possibility of Stuttgart to get past them too. But I think it won't happen. |
