121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arcblock - anyone else get in early? on: April 13, 2024, 09:08:04 AM
So, in just 2 months from the $70M market capitalization that you've mentioned it's now $258M so that's almost 4x of gain already.

I'd assume that you OP have already gained with 4x and that's already a nice profit for you in just a few months. If you're going to decide to sell, you are in profit and this is a good time to sell.

But if you think that there will be more, then it's solely your decision whether to wait for more or not.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Better Money: Gold, Fiat, Or Bitcoin? on: April 13, 2024, 06:33:58 AM
We need fiat and there's no doubt about that but the world is changing and innovating so, with the acceptance of many countries with Bitcoin. There's a possibility that digital apps provided by banks might have a portion on their wallets by depositing Bitcoin on it.

And then, you can spend directly it with everything just like with the common credit card payments and QR code payments through Venmo, Zelle, etc.

It's just about the application and adoption if it's about money. Gold? it's far from being money but it's one of the safest assets that one can have as an investment.
123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Illegal Books on: April 13, 2024, 12:34:38 AM
There are a plethora of illegal books, many run by college students, young adults and even teens. How secure are these websites??
Simple, if they're run by unknown people then why you're going to use them? you know that they're illegal so why patronize them?

What I am really asking is how easy (possible) would it be to hack the site and change a users balance without being detected??
Every website can be hacked by anybody and having the weak security that they have makes them easy to get hacked. That is why legitimate casinos that have reputations over time invest a lot in the security of their systems.

They don't get penetrated easily by the hackers but they're not 100% secure because of some updates that they've might missed or the upgrade and fault finding by the hackers through potential loopholes.
124  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are your expectations for Casino coins in this coming bull run? on: April 12, 2024, 11:12:18 AM
So, I am brining this dicussion to the gambling community here, and I have just three questions to ask, and they are..

1. Amongst the three casino tokens I mentioned above, if you were to invest in one, which would it be?
I think RLB is going to be my choice. While FUN also has a good volume and market cap and its chart doesn't show that much, if I'll accumulate I might include it as well.

And for BFG, I don't think I'll get into it. I've got concerns with its liquidity unlike the two.

2. Are there any new casino tokens you think will do well in this coming bull run? Please tell the community and briefly introduce the project to us..
I don't have but the thought of every possible altcoin might pump this bull run.

3. Overall, how are you expecting casino tokens to perform generally, in this coming bull run.?
Well, I am not distinguishing them as different with the others so in general, they might pump this bull run.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin been inflitrated by global elite? on: April 11, 2024, 01:21:56 PM
There's even one opinion that I've read before about what if Bitcoin was actually made by the FED.  Grin
Too many theories about bitcoin, I have also heard some opinions that bitcoin was created by the FBI and now there is a more attractive hypothesis that bitcoin was created by the FED, LOL.

I don't believe in any theory because I believe that those centralized organizations always seek to control us
Don't worry they're theories but one thing is for sure satoshi created Bitcoin. And another fact is that we will never know who satoshi actually is or are.

so why would they create something for everyone that even they cannot control? If you wanted to control and manipulate people, would you create something that even you couldn't control? No one is stupid enough to shoot themselves in the foot like that.
I don't know, only them can answer that but are they the creators of it? they're just rumors and opinions as I've said so nothing to get serious with that.

Bitcoin is bitcoin, it's decentralized and who created it, who is Satoshi, everything doesn't matter anymore.
And props to the contributors that helped satoshi perfect it including Hal.

Is Bitcoin really freedom money?
Actually, it is.

You hold your own Bitcoin which is your money and you're free to spend them anytime without having the worry that someone might lose it but only you.

Considering how banks are keeping our money and they take advantage of it as their service. Us, we hold it for the actual safe keeping that no third party is involved.
127  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Future of online poker - PokerFi on: April 11, 2024, 08:54:05 AM
I find it something new but many of these "Fis" projects don't get traction anymore. While you can still be known and get popular this time, it doesn't go along anymore with the community. It's just best if you'd focus dominating with the entire online crypto poker industry but without using these FIs matters.

Does your website automatically go with the BR domain? because if so, much better if you put that into the English domain as default. I think that you're focusing on the Brazilian users if that is so.

But if not, then it's best for you to have it defaulted for global users in English.

128  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Gamefi really dead? on: April 10, 2024, 11:26:23 PM
I think games have become a part of our lives.
Most of us have been gaming since we're a kid and when we've grown up, we can finally buy all of those consoles that we've missed so yeah, a big part of our lives.

The market and revenue performance of traditional games prove that chain games, as a part of games, have huge potential, but why is everyone’s attitude so negative?
It's because the motivation of these games when they've got their own native token isn't on the game. But on the reward that you'll get after you play the game.

I think that's good and a dream of everyone that you get to earn and enjoy but it's not that sustainable at all unless big gaming companies and producers do one for all of us. So, knocking on Sony, if they release one with real world market and exchanging of in game money to real world money, that's gotta be big and lot of funding needed.
129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 10, 2024, 10:05:42 PM
Despite the good games that OG has got. They're still in danger if they're not going to win the last day match that they have tomorrow.

Two series for them, with Heroic which was already eliminated but can give them headache and the same goes with Azure Ray. And as we speak about OG, they've got a direct replacement by ESL due to the visa issues of 1win.

What a way OG, after this, they're going to ESL Birmingham.
The 4-0 win from PSG.Quest and the 2-0 win AR earned from yesterday's matches reduced their chances. Now they'll need at least 3/4 map wins to secure a tiebreaker and lock one of the lower bracket slots, or 4/4 win for the second upper bracket slot.
Despite all of their efforts, they're part of the 8 teams that will be eliminated on this round robin stage. Now, there are three teams that are part of the tie breaker, AR, PSG.Quest and G2.IG.

That sudden replacement for the ESL Birmingham was a blessing for OG, and I don't mind if we can see them again pull another miracle win against the currently hottest team.  Wink
Yup, I agree.

They deserve it and it's truly a blessing for them and with the ESL Birmingham, there will be EPT points and they will for sure not going to miss this chance.

Poor 1win, it should be one of their ways to get easy access to TI by ending some good placer and with higher points.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is alt season likely to be? on: April 10, 2024, 08:52:17 PM
I am currently 100% in altcoins and wondering when we can expect the next big alt season?
Then most of the alts will pump but when it's about "most", it means that some of them or just think that many of them won't be going up as well.

I plan to hold all my altcoins till this alt season when alt coins are performing better than Bitcoin and then start putting profits into Bitcoin.
Isn't it that we've been already in the altcoin season when meme coins and a lot of majority coins have pumped already? I know that the cycle is like every after Bitcoin's ATH, the altcoin season comes.

But who knows if this time, it's gonna be the alts first before Bitcoin goes up.
131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 09, 2024, 11:37:11 PM
And the first team to get eliminated on this round-robin stage is team Heroic. They've only won 1 time against Falcons and it isn't followed by any.

They still have one match against OG but that will not make any more sense whether they win or lose. They can just give OG a loss for the points system to make sure that OG will also get out.
They also 2-0'd Team Spirit, but it's not enough as they dropped too many 0-2s to their opponents.

Even with not much on the line, i'd assume they'll take that final match seriously because it's still an opportunity to deny another team from qualifying for the playoffs.

Then again, OG did the impossible by giving Team Falcons their first 0-2 loss so they'd probably have a good chance of making it out unless they fail to get a map from Azure Ray.

132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it right to advice other people against gambling for personal reasons like?? on: April 09, 2024, 10:16:12 PM
Right or wrong, when someone gives advises it's surely came from their own experiences. And it's up to the person listening to that adviser if they think it's a worthwhile tip that will help them.

We're all big to understand the good and bad advises to us. So, if you're a gambler and you hear someone explains his experience and he's just telling people what they must do based on what he went through, there's nothing wrong with that.

Thus, these listeners should be thankful to him because he can be a sign that they're looking for whether to stop or totally quit from it.
Your right here! Advice are opinions and not mandatory for you to accept any advice giving to you by anyone. There should be proper evaluation and absolute conviction before accepting the advice. So that we wont get to blame someone for what may happen in the future.

Dont get me wrong, i believe that personal experiences can be a good way to give someone an advice, sharing those stories especially based on trials and struggles can be the best way to empower someone but we should always consider that not everyone learns this same way or get corrected in the same way. There are various gambling experiences i think the best way is to share resources that such person can see multiple experiences from gamblers so he can have different options to learn from and get his conviction.
We can understand if the advise if to give ill to us but if not, then it can easily be understood whether you want to obey that advise or not. Because what is important for us is we know what's going to be good for our welfare.

If someone gives us an advise that's no good then we can always ignore that guy or those people that gives us ugly advises that will not benefit us.

But if you've heard something like this and has no bad intention and only gives us a reminder, don't think of the person as if he wants something bad to happen to you, no.
133  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there any easy way? Where to earn $3 dollars per day? or micro earnings? on: April 09, 2024, 01:12:03 PM
How can you produce $3 a day with small or micro work? But I don't have a correct answer to this because I don't know how it is possible to earn $3 dollars without any professional or skill.
You can be an investor and earn from that money of yours. It's literally letting your money work for you. It doesn't need any skill but you need to have quite some hefty capital and how can you that?

Can start out with time deposits in the bank but everyone hates it here, right? But I am just giving some possible ways and genuine method of doing it.

In exchanges, staking USDT but you have to compute based on how much you're going to actually not stake but deposit and save there in return of the APY that will give you.

Like with your goal of earning $3 which is $90 a month if 30 days. So for a year, you'll be estimating to earn $1,080. Let's say the basic percentage is 8% for flexible savings but it can be as high as 10% or even more. But let's just put it on 8% as standard.

With my calculation, you need to have at least $13,500 in USDT or any of equivalent crypto or fiat if some deposit products gives that 8% APY.

But to remind you, doing that in a bank or an exchange won't guarantee the safety of your asset as they've got limit for the banks on how much they're only securing with insurance and with exchanges, you don't hold the keys.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 08, 2024, 10:11:15 PM
I doubt that they're doing that on purpose. Look at some of their games, their drafts are the usual, and the way Miposhka and Collapse plays around the map is what you would typically expect of Team Spirit on other tournaments as well. It may be that other teams are just better currently, leading to Team Spirit placing badly on the tournament and not being that team that everyone knows.

Either way, it's still good if they can claw their way back up, but I somehow doubt it at this point in time.
It's not that they're doing that on a purpose. Many fans are not just used to their performance because they're not like this. They're still good but it seems that many of the participating teams are good as well and have learned a lot watching their replays knowing how they gank, and move around the map.

And the first team to get eliminated on this round-robin stage is team Heroic. They've only won 1 time against Falcons and it isn't followed by any.

They still have one match against OG but that will not make any more sense whether they win or lose. They can just give OG a loss for the points system to make sure that OG will also get out.
135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Taking profits / being greedy. on: April 08, 2024, 08:28:59 PM
IMHO, you don't ask people for every decision that you're going to make. It is only you that can do what you think is right for you. Is 24x not that enough for you?

Because for me, I'd take all the money and leave that coin and try to find some other altcoins that haven't pumped yet or much better to just stick that profit entirely to Bitcoin.

Just a tip for you that you shouldn't ask almost every step and decision that you'd do.

24x is fantastic , but this could 100x easy too.

I think I will wait a little longer till have around 35x to take out half my bag and then just let the rest ride till the end of the bull run and hope it does over a 100x.
That's a good strategy to DCA for profits, you take some when a certain amount hits and then leave the rest for you as a free asset that you've taken already some profit and also your capital.

But saying that it can go easy as 100x. Good luck with that, you'll not know if that's going to happen at this bull run although the possibility is there but you haven't mentioned what coin is that.

Anyway, if it goes 30x and didn't go to 35x as planned, you have to still take some profits along the way.

138  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: why storing trust wallet in a hardware more recommendable than i mobile devices on: April 07, 2024, 08:48:02 PM
How can you store trust wallet? how did you ended up with this idea? Did you read somewhere said that trust wallet can be put in a hardware?
If I understood OP correctly, by hardware, he means laptop or PC and he is asking about the difference between using trustwallet on desktop computer and mobile phone.
Alright, and thanks for your answer on him that it's not safe at all whichever device he's going to install it, be in on handheld or desktop/laptop.

How can you store trust wallet? how did you ended up with this idea? Did you read somewhere said that trust wallet can be put in a hardware?

Every electronic device is a piece of hardware. I assume that by "storing" he actually meant "installing".
Yeah, that's probably what he meant and that's why I've came up with those questions. There's a misunderstanding but it's all clear and the main point here whether it's safe to use this kind of wallet or not.

And good thing he's got the answers already that he can consider for his decision making.

If you're talking about hardware as an actual device then sure it can be downloaded into a smartphone and that's your hardware. I think that it had became a popular one when Binance have acquired it.

And when there have been a lot of new projects in the BSC where it's like also endorsed, that's how it had gained popularity but I've never used it since this day.
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 06, 2024, 10:09:42 PM
Surprisingly, Team Spirit was beaten by Heroic. Our 2-time TI champs have been beaten by the SA team, Heroic. Should I say not surprising since I am a fan of K1 Hector who's the position 1 of this team.

On the other bracket which is the B side, Aurora has beaten their co-SEA team Blacklist without even 23savage but their stand-in, the child prodigy satanic is doing it.

He's a good one honestly and I think after this tournament, there will be some teams that's going to take him as everyone is going to focus again in gaining EPT points for the TI 2024.
It's impressive that they beat Team Spirit in the second map with a position 1 Troll. I thought it'd go 1-1 thinking Troll wouldn't become a problem as he can be easily kited during his ult.

That SEA matchup was expected to go in the way of Aurora even without 23, and it looked like a complete outdraft on their side as Blacklist only had 14 kills in total.

It's still too early to tell when this was only his second series with Aurora, but it'll be interesting to follow their other series once they start meeting the scarier teams.
Speaking of 23, it's said that he's going to be back. And going with Team Spirit's performance, they've got 2 series for this day that were done already.

They've got 1-1 against Falcons and then 0-2 against Entity. I can say that Entity is doing well at the beginning of this round robin while Team Spirit is struggling.

4 days left until this stage ends and I guess that's enough for them to get more series wins.
