1201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you Play... on: April 15, 2019, 11:53:43 PM
It is not a big deposit amount for now at least, we are currently having a steady price on of Bitcoin, but if it gets higher then that will be absolutely high. There are so many online casino platforms out there, are you having problems with the one you are questioning about playing or not? There are circumstances when to play or not in a certain betting site and I think you know that already.
1202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Capital on: April 15, 2019, 11:07:43 PM
I find nothing of those to be my capital source of gambling. I only gamble a little bit of my payment with my current sig. And also I solely gamble for fun, there are free coins in the chatbox whenever you participate and there are faucets too in the gamble site where I bet so there is no need to worry about it at all. So you can say it is like free money.
1203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bulls need time on: April 15, 2019, 03:38:22 PM
Another factor that cannot be stopped is reducing the supply of bitcoin.
this can be a cycle that cannot be stopped and bitcoin will continue to rise.
many predict this.

This could be the one of the best reasons for another bullrun, losers of the past downfalls will become hodlers of the present and if another ATH would come another multiplied losers(new to crypto who doesn't know a thing) will become hodlers again. And the cycle goes on leaving bitcoin to be scarce. Remember  if you bought a Bitcoin now, there are many millionaires around the world would be dying to get yours in the future where it will become a million dollar, so you would be a millionaire in no time. Some says it would take around 10 years to 16 but what McAfee said it is going to happen by 2020 and he would eat his own sausage if it doesn't. He tweeted 500k USD first and then became a million, that was a scary bet though, couldn't imagine how would he eat his own...
1204  Economy / Speculation / Re: Paypal Board Member: Bitcoin May Grow 250x on: April 15, 2019, 05:20:21 AM
Just in case it does happen, I will invest whatever spare money I have to buy Bitcoin starting from now on. I just need to be hodler and nothing more. If you think it wisely, we can still avail a full 1 Bitcoin, it is possible for most average person. We might regret this time if we don't act now. I will be getting goosebumps more often, hope it does goes to 1 million as they say.
1205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance threatens to delist BitcoinSV for Craig Wright pretending to be satoshi on: April 15, 2019, 04:20:30 AM
There is no doubt Craig seems to be going beyond his boundary with his latest move, but two wrongs don't make a right, de-listing a coin because you disapprove the developer is not good, we should try as much as possible to make the space decentralised as much as possible.

Any information and support are kindly appreciated to stop the nonsense of that guy.

I would love to retweet this post as much as I could.
1206  Economy / Economics / Re: The Blockchain technologies on: April 15, 2019, 02:20:37 AM
I want to see a smart city where it is powered by blockchain technology. Chipped humans living on that city where they can feel security at it's max level. I know there are people who wants to see this too. There are sorts of projects revolving around Blockhain tech, more and more are to come. This one could also be possible, I saw one project when ICO was on it's hyped moment, some developers and fundraiser are looking on to this but failed to do so.
1207  Economy / Economics / Re: More formal blockchain education needed in the Philippines on: April 14, 2019, 12:07:41 PM
If senior high school was possible to implement and more scholarships were given these past recent years, and with the current leader of the Philippines, Blockchain learning centers and labs in the country  is not far from reality. Only it needs more push to the congress, so that they may give it a try to educate their computer engineers and other computer technical related courses graduates. Philippines may have a chance from bringing it's country from poverty, well knowledge is power.
1208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fork and Destroy Satoshi's 1 million Bitcoin? on: April 14, 2019, 09:25:03 AM
Bitcoin should be forked and Satoshi's 1 million Bitcoin destroyed completely, if he really owns that much.
A sudden withdrawal of of 1 million (or large gradual withdrawals) should be regarded as an attack on Bitcoin.

Or it should be frozen for now until developers are sure no one is going to withdraw the whole thing and crash the market.

Is it possible to freeze someones withdrawal transaction without even affecting other transactions on the Bitcoin network? I thought we can freely send and receive our Bitcoin without any hindrance, so the development team is still in charge o our moneys flow if that is a yes.
1209  Economy / Economics / Re: Things I learned through the years of Buying and Trading Bitcoin on: April 13, 2019, 03:20:55 AM
All good advice but kinda obvious I'd say.

Hardware wallets aren't mandatory. Printed private keys are just as secure, just gotta store it right. Paper lasts 1000 years, hardware wallets don't.

I did this and my house got burned with it, and now I have a huge problem, all my coins from past ether wallet address is now gone. I do admit it's my fault for not keeping it safer than I am doing right now with my current ether wallet address.I recommend you to buy a hardwallet than trust on a piece of paper. In the end it's your choice.
1210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can We Find Satoshi? on: April 10, 2019, 10:31:32 PM
It will really be a hard quest finding a man(if he truly is a single person as they say) that do not want to be found. Most of us here are wondering who might be this guy, some people admits that they are satoshi but don't have any hard proofs and evidence about their claims. I guess if the real satoshi guy or guys have been blown, it will be very difficult for him/them to live peacefully as many people or organizations will hunt him, as as we know he has a million bitcoin and those brains that area far beyond from others. And If ever he is still alive thanks to him we have this technology.
1211  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 9K$, China Banned miners on: April 10, 2019, 04:09:24 PM
Well it is good in many ways, for instance if miners there would be banned there then the greater shares would come to small time miners. But this scenario has been familiar, remember they've said about banning totally bitcoin in there? What have been the outcome? Great right? Another is who cares now about what China says about Bitcoin, I don't think BTC solely revolves around them, I mean look at us, we don't need them anyways.
1212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We could use academic acceptance, I need your help! on: April 10, 2019, 02:27:40 PM
You could not find easy target to answer your questions for free. Most of the users here have knowledge but few would agree to you to be interviewed. If you have visited sites that are still on their crowdfunding toy could see there are lots of advisers on their project and most of them are experienced and they are paid in someways. It's likely to be the same in this case, you will have a hard time looking if it is for free. So I guess you go to services and put an appropriate offer for their time.
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Garbage Or Gold on: April 10, 2019, 12:47:28 PM
The ones who says Bitcoin is a garbage are only saying it because they either have reputation, businesses, self interests and other things that might damage them in any way Bitcoin could. One other reason is someone had paid them to say such things, to tarnish and to demote what Bitcoin currently have. Now we see what potential it has and we the only ones who utilizes Bitcoin are able to understand what are it's uses to help some of our economic problems, individually or common groups and companies. As a whole crypto currencies is on it's stage of development and we haven't reached it's full potential yet. Now if they say it is still a garbage then it wold be too late for them to realize and accepts if this goes mainstream, that only means regret for them.
1214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling securely and sensibly online on: April 10, 2019, 07:49:35 AM
Sometimes even if we set rules like these we don't follow it at all due to excitement or being greedy and such, I sometimes do this and bet all of my money, win or lose I will go home with no regrets. I don't what kind of attitude is this but I don't stop and still continue this kind of habit leaving me zero at balances at gambling sites. Gambling online is fun, unlike the real one where we have to go to a casino or a group of poker playing mobs, one day I won at a poker game and when I was going home I felt like I was being followed by someone that had lost the game, so that gave me creeps and never played again.
1215  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is following the same path of 2017 on: April 09, 2019, 03:38:54 PM
If the simple minded folks who invested on Bitcoin and other crypto currencies based on hype only is back then it will not be the same graph, I think they will be investing to take back or they won't be investing again as they have been hurt a a lot. One year is not enough for those who have lose their Money way backed 2017. But if this goes on, new investors will come, and new hype is going to happen, combine all investors of 2017 and ones that are new comers, add the positive news and governments supporting such and such, I think this market will be lively more than the last ATH.
1216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Digital options - Gambling or trading? on: April 09, 2019, 02:31:35 PM
I will take Trading even though it is boring at some point but I don't see it as a game, as it will be much safer than gambling. Although if you want instant win or lose then everybody should be gambling right now. It doesn't really suits the case where we all want to be rich in an instant without any risk taken. Well for other reasons such as depression and whatever might be the problem that triggers a lot of pressure in us we most likely what to spend our time to either drink, girls, gamble and all of that are staple in one places.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your opinion of Bare Knuckle Fighting and where to bet? on: April 09, 2019, 09:41:43 AM
I thought it was only available on underground societies, like what on movies shows. It really is real and live to watch by normal people like us. This is too violent to watch, I can't bare to see people's blood spit out and worst case is die from a fight like this. If this goes on and people bet on with BTC or other currencies then maybe there would huge people who would bet that likes this kind of sport.
1218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: April 09, 2019, 02:55:32 AM
Do you think a signature campaign makes big difference, for example?

I think it will have impacts, these days the power or images are very useful (i think since from the beginning of trading goods and services). In advertising, colorful signatures and designs to promote sites and other business are likely to be clicked than a dull with old style ones. If you compare it to the real world, there are lots of shops out the street selling goods, some have their banners and ads hanging on their front shop with colorful writings and others crafts. Also how could anyone know you are selling such things if you don't tell it to the people? Everyday millions of users search this forum and there should be people who have seen our signatures.
1219  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: short term, cheap btc cloud mining??? on: April 08, 2019, 01:19:00 PM
Again, just as I always say on "cloud mining" threads, cloud mining "services" are either:
  • A scam
  • Not profitable

Not to mention you're asking about short-term. Mining in general is quite a long term investment.

If he has the supplies to mine still it will be harder, need to go places where electricity is cheap. Need to pay taxes if you are in a country that collect taxes. There are lots to think about, machines needs to be cleaned and set up smooth. So much pain in the ass, done most of these and now quit because I actually don't get profits anymore.
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stake allocation on: April 08, 2019, 11:56:44 AM
That is why I'd rather join signature campaigns that pays me direct with BTC, there are also bounties in alts that offers you their coin with no need of higher ranks. You only need an active social media account and minimum followers. It does not matter if you have a bitcointalk account or not, they will still hire you and pay you base on your performance(number of shares) and the numbers of your referrals.
