281  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: March 01, 2022, 03:44:27 PM
Boycotting gambling platforms won't do damage at all, who would play in times of war and on high alert levels? I think a sanction that could hit Russian hard will be related to food. If somehow all exporters from different countries around the world pust sanctions, it will have a minimal and slow effect. I know winter is far and they could've prepared ahead. Downside is, maybe it would be too late to wait for them to starve, by that time they could've destroyed Ukraine and the war has stopped or escalated in another war. At least try everything we've got, some of the leaders around the world do not, because they could benefit from this. World powers sit and enjoy the slaughter and whatever remains they are left with the most power and untouched right? Means they are playing a safe side, and whatever happens to Ukraine is none of their business I guess.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: Renewable energy transition is expensive, but is resilient on: March 01, 2022, 03:15:40 PM
What's more to realize when the worst yet to come? We are not sure yet that your realization will come to an idea of building facilities which harness green energy. It is still not the end, the war isn't over and if somehow we manage to escape this turmoil, then it is a good thing to put those ideas in action and build one.
Nuclear plants are way too dangerous and if those plants gets destroyed, nobody wins. Good thing in our country we can avail those alternatives, we have marshlands which has natural gas, we have a tropical season and can harness solar and wind energy, waterfalls etc. If the government don't act upon these opportunities, we as a citizen should look it by ourselves and do it on our own. Little by little some of my neighbors are trying to build theirs, and I am encouraged by them and so I am planning to build my own set(solar energy)  with the help of professional of course.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: March 01, 2022, 02:03:13 PM
No matter how high crypto coins go bear market is unavoidable it's just the way the market survives, many people are brainwashed with present market condition that they already forget what bear market is, no amount of money can stop bear market from happening, don't say I don't warn you be prepared.

If you mean preparing for a bear market then it is hard to pin point the exact date and time, duration and the coins that are involved. It is not something like a storm that we can see where it lands, or the gust and it's velocity. This is a crypto market here, we are talking of unpredictable moments, it's like an earthquake that strikes whenever it want to. Preparing is not seasonal in here and it should be on a daily basis, even traders out here spend their time analyzing graphs and they sleep less just to make sure to capture every inch of the details.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its a big red flag on: March 01, 2022, 06:48:11 AM
Avoid investing money on projects where their main point and focus is on the profits you will make, they promise fake guarantee also a a safeguard method that will make you very rich..this is a big red flag

If all the team talks about is money that you will earn without any explanation how they will make that happen and also no technical professionals behind it it's a big red flag.

It is totally obvious, people must be dumb not knowing where did the money came from and still go for it. I once see a project like that and in the last moment they were just a mere ponzi scheme. They even paid great amounts of money promoting their site and in the end the ones who participated gets a negative trust. It was called bizillion. Despite the obviousness, people don't bother to investigate and the money is gone when they have tried to. Id rather focus of the development of the product than to invest in something like that.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be banned in the EU starting from 2025 if ... on: February 28, 2022, 09:49:35 PM
'Bitcoin will be banned in the EU starting from 2025 if the Commission and the Council of the EU don’t ditch a crippling amendment to the MiCA framework'

From 2025? then it is too early to miked up this news. How foolish they will make people! Who can tell what is going to happen in the next three years? Let them sit with their shit paper money. think of Ukraine once in this situation, they have no gold in this situation.
So, with the outbreak of World War III by 2025, paper money will have no value, the only way is to supply bitcoin and gold.

They are in a different situation now and what if total invasion of EU occurs right? In this time, this plan is far away from happening unless there could peace talks and all would be normal what it was years ago.
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Sanctions left and right, Can the Russian economy survive? on: February 28, 2022, 09:07:41 PM
With the Russian invasion of Ukraine, almost all sectors & big businesses in Russia have been hit with huge Sanctions against them both from the United States, the United Kingdom and other internationally related bodies. Sanctions have hit the Russian central bank, other small russian banks, big business and companies in Russia from airlines to manufacturing have been affected as well and many assets private and government owned has been frozen.

-Do you think Russia can survive, and how can they survive the harsh economic realities that they are about to experience? Are the sanctions sufficient to push Putin into a decision to stop the invasion?

I think they can but with limited time. Even if they have seen this through there is a time that they will have to let it go. Some of the countries in the are still trading with Russia, and even some needed Russia's exports too. Let us see if things go the way people says about Putin expanding through Baltic States. If ever that happens then it is another story and WW3 is inevitable.
287  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Who Can Review This Site? on: February 27, 2022, 03:30:28 PM
The domain name seems closer to a news site than a site to display reviews, and therefore if you want to convert to a site that displays reviews, it is better that it be separate or at least a subdomain of it.

this is the wrong direction. the domain does not necessarily represent the content of the site. also, whatever he would do as a subdomain it is essentially like launching a new domain-site. all the value and recognizability of the domain is ignored for subdomains.
that way he would just cover things up and technically he would have two sites. that's how he would have to do everything twice, SEO optimization, link building etc...
subdomains are great when you want to have two or more separated applications on a domain or any other two or more different services but never to separate different content.

Good point, it would cover the main agenda or initial purposes of the site. It is better to separately make another and not go with subdomain.

As for the site, for me it's a news more than a review, I don't see any reply box or stars given like any reviews site that I have ever been. Is it just me or I am being too naive.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: The volume of exchanges on crypto exchanges explodes in Ukraine on: February 27, 2022, 03:20:19 PM
If that is true then some Ukrainian crypto people are converting their assets into Bitcoin because they know that the chaos of war in their country will greatly affect their economy including the value of their local currency and I think that was the reason why the so-called volume from the crypto exchange Luna has been increased.

But why in local exchange though? I mean they should put their bitcoin in their own wallet that they have control instead of some exchange? Doesn't make sense at all to me if you live in Ukraine and have been a bitcoin enthusiast.

Anyhow, we will at the start of the week as more data comes in and see what's the real reason behind the current spike to $38k-$39k levels ($40k is a barrier so far).

I think it is most probably donations, they are using local wallet because it's easier to encash their crypto and use the money to buy something they need, food or example. Their money is still usable and if maybe things get worst and the economy falls completely, I think they should be worried about using local wallets. They can't use crypto on a daily basis as a means of paying, internet might be lost and the updated price of bitcoin will be delayed and thus using local money is still a wise thing to do. R
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I was tempted to sell off altcoin on: February 27, 2022, 01:08:37 PM
Hello mate
Do we currently calls the market situation the bear or what?
Today I just opened my storage where i buy and stored most of my crypto coin and the rest I noticed have almost lost 60% of all my asset in dollars so I was tempted to sell off all and take a look at the market to know if there will be corrections, though I have been monitoring the market but I m not really convinced so I decided to share here to know whether I could get some people who  knows about the market to give a little breakdown before I go into such decisions.
I will really appreciate then i can know the reason for such action and decrease in most of the currencies especially BTC and BNB.

Thank you.

I will read all comments to see the reason.

Most of us are hurt by the current market, but if you can hold why not. I consider this normal and I have failed moves like that already for how many times. I sold some of my top 10 alts because the market was not okay. I was tempted but in the end regretted the decision, because if I have waited just for a month things would go different and I could've earn bigger rather than cut my loses. It saddens me and now this time around I won't make that mistakes anymore. If the market crashes, so be it. Even my mined eth is still on the pool, I did not withdrew and will wait even for a year or two. That is the resolve I have now because in the end, the risk takers are those who have bright futures ahead. Good luck to all of us.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why NFT might become important in the cryptospace and the world on: February 27, 2022, 11:05:40 AM
There was a thread arguing why we should not invest in NFTs. I agree that similar to the ICOs of 2017, there will be scams and this is a good reason to avoid them. However, similar to ICOs as a democratic method to fund a project, NFT is becoming a cultural submovement that also earns income for the artists and the collectors of the artists’ work.

Also, those digital art pieces might also develop into something important in the cryptospace similar to how a Van Gogh or a Picasso are important in the physical world. This is art, this is culture and because we are humans, much of us have an inborn ability to create art and treasure art of different forms.

I speculate similar to ICOs and Defi, NFTs will be here for many years.

The only time that it could match up to the value of the physical paintings is when a copy (NFT) of the said painting would be burn is some ways. Now is the time to make an NFT of those important paintings because there could be a WW3 and even those paintings are not safe. In order for them to survive even nuclear weapons would wipe them out is to save them in a digital one like NFT. Even they are kept underground for security purposes, we might lose them, we don't know yet what a Nuclear war could be, it might change the geographical features of the earth. NFT is a safe haven those treasures if they want to save them of course.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: China says it will trade normally with Russia on: February 27, 2022, 06:22:47 AM
I think it is how they show their side of being neutral. If they put sanctions on Russia, Putin will have a bad impression on them so they remain silent about it. Other countries too are like that, if they see China put sanctions and they don't, it's as if they are contradicting they idea ang giving their country bad impression to China, especially countries in SEA, which has current disputes on China. In case a WW3 breaks out, their friendly moves would bring a factor that they won't be a target andthey could go with other solution like diplomacy. It is just my opinion and if a Great leader loves his fellow citizens, he would do everything just let them survive, and we have that kind of leader.
292  Economy / Gambling / Re: How To Access Sportsbet.io or any kind of gambling without VPN on: February 26, 2022, 02:17:12 PM
This type of approach is dangerous, if ever the gambling site come to know that you are using other ways to bypass their banned country, they would lock your account. You won't be able to recover your funds on the site and you can't do anything. There are reports that this happened already and posted it here. It is better not to play that to put your funds at risks, if it is illegal in your country then so be it and move on. There are also other things that you could enjoy, without breaking the rules of certain gambling sites.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope Vs Realty of bitcoin on: February 26, 2022, 12:14:48 PM
If you see it very clearly those hopes are somehow true, it is a straight line upwards. Look in the chart data in a different angle or point, or zoom it out, the uptrend is like a straight line. Fact's never lie and as far as I know you still earn an approximate 28686.16% of ROI when bought in times of launch, this the reality and somehow people are blind in this fact.

294  Economy / Economics / Re: Ban Russia from SWIFT! Protect Ukrainian Sky! Send NATO to Ukraine! on: February 26, 2022, 08:07:04 AM
I am surprised they didn’t do the SWIFT ban on Russian since they all did the sanctions and they also forbid to do business with many Russian banks.

Why do they refuse to ban SWIFT exactly? They are afraid some companies will have trouble sending and receiving money from banks? But aren’t they sanctioned anyways from doing business with Russia anyways. This is what I don’t understand.

I hope you stay safe. Hope this conflict ends soon.
When discussing the issue of disconnecting Russia from SWIFT, Germany, Italy, Hungary and Cyprus opposed this proposal as of yesterday morning. By evening, Germany and Italy had already agreed on the need to disconnect Russia from the SWIFT international banking system.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is giving a good rebuff to the Russian invaders, although stubborn battles are taking place in most of its territory.

During the first two days of a large-scale war, more than 3,500 Russian invaders were killed, about 200 were taken prisoner, 102 tanks, 536 various armored vehicles, 14 combat aircraft and 8 helicopters were destroyed.  The enemy attack began to falter. They run out of fuel, shells, food. After all, Putin was counting on a blitzkrieg, and he clearly miscalculated.
The Ukrainian armed forces are repelling attacks in all directions with the active support of the population, which is formed into territorial defense battalions. In Kyiv, 14,000 machine guns were distributed to the population to repel the Russian bulk.

I did not know that there were so many Russian casualties, 3500 is a great number if that information is true. How could Putin let them killed in less that 3 days only. Are you sure it is credible, if so, it is hardly to just let go of Ukraine with talks, it would hurt him. I am seeing that there is no turning back and this could be greater with intervention from other countries.

[Graphic cards - service]

Sometimes there comes a moment when it is worth considering graphics card service. The upcoming summer season might just be such a moment.
That is why a new video was created on the YouTube channel - material showing the effects of replacing thermocouples in graphics cards ❤️❤️❤️

The patient is the rx 5700xt Asus Evo, perfectly suited for this type of surgery, which has notorious problems with excessive temperature of work.

The results:
Decreasing the operating temperature by 30 degrees with the use of stage 1, it brings electrifying results.
The card is quieter, consumes less watts, and the fans are running at lower speed Cheesy
This is probably the best comment on why it is worth investing in a professional graphics card service.
When using stage 2, the temperature can be reduced by an additional 5-10 degrees.

Our services are aimed at owners of graphics cards that require improvement of operating temperatures or for those
who want to extend the length of operation of graphics cards. Professionally and in moderate money.

Range of services:
professional replacement of thermopads;
professional exchange of thermal pastes;
optional replacement of the ventilation system;
there are two variants available: stage 1 (basic version), stage 2 (extended version with additional heat sinks on the backplate);
we support most models of graphics cards (example models RX 5700, RTX 3060 LHR, RTX 3090)

Each service is preceded by diagnostics, on the basis of which the scope of work and the final valuation are determined.

WE INVITE !!!

296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: February 25, 2022, 10:54:20 PM
This is winning because people are lazy and prefer to gamble in their underwear eating pizza than ding it in a crowded casino. Also, covid doesn't make physical casinos more popular.

Not only they are lazy but also afraid of losing their winnings. There are people whose nature are evil and do everything just to earn including robbery. So and edge of playing online is a factor that they don't come to physical interactions just to play poker and the likes. When I was younger I used to gamble in different places, explore even in the suburb places, even to the slum part of our community where lurking eyes are visible because you've won in the game. That feeling puts me unease and told myself one day I ain't gonna make it alive when I continue this so I stopped going to go gambling in different unknown places. The time flies fast and look how it is now in terms of gambling, you could win without worrying about being hijacked on the way home, it feels safer.

297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Conditions of bounty campaigns these days on: February 25, 2022, 10:08:18 PM
Hello guys
Are you guys really getting paid from the Bounty campaigns these days? What are you earning on an average per week? How many campaigns are you working in?
I think alot of changed since 2018.

It is really different now, way back 2017 you could hundred or even thousands of dollars working just in a month. Now it's very hard to earn a penny. I have tried joining for 3 months lately and my shares are still nowhere to be seen. So I can't really say there is an average weekly earning for now, maybe they wouldn't pay me and just announce that the project failed. Still hoping to catch bounties where I could receive desired payments within the allotted time of release.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bounty Campaign a Sustainable way to grow your Crypto Community? on: February 25, 2022, 02:00:47 PM
No doubtful, bounty campaigns draws a ton of attention to your community and enlighten potential investors about your project. But at the long run, is this development sustainable? Is it reliable enough to grow your project?

In some cases it is effective, some projects manage to go for the long run because of great numbers of participants and support from their community. Like for example online casinos, there are some still manage to remain, whatever the market condition is. There are also projects that did not make it, and they have large number of campaign participants, they also hire known BH in here and still did not manage to survive. I guess there are factors to consider, the credibility of the dev team and some cases in the condition of the market they release their project.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Words of advice on: February 25, 2022, 10:47:19 AM
In short, remain a lowkey person. Before I'm too proud to tell almost everything but as the year passes by. I'm the one who starts to become quiet with my progress. It's a very prouding moment when you're telling your achievements to others but it'll eventually make you think if you really have to. And before, I'm also a person that keeps important details on my phone like the seed phrase but I've learned that it's a crazy idea. It's still better to do it traditionally through writing and keeping it on a safer place.

It is the same for me too, and even now it hasn't totally gone. When there is a gathering with colleagues and other friends who are also crypto enthusiast, I boast them what I have achieve. At the I regret boasting and should've gone quite, some achievements should be kept on your own, for other not to look down on their selves and feel they are losers.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: OMG crypto is low ! what do i do ? on: February 25, 2022, 06:19:05 AM
Start to sell something? How could you if the market is down, you should do the opposite, buy more in the dip. Don't base your selling point on gas fees, instead sell base on big profits. Unless you would go quitting and never come back, that is why selling on low market is a lost. You are also giving ideas to people to sell their assets, it is called panic selling in short, or maybe should I say FUD.
