401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where I can check the crypto events calender? on: December 21, 2021, 12:18:39 PM
Look up "cryptocurrency events calendar" and you'll get lots of choices.

https://coindar.org/
https://coinscalendar.com/
https://coinmarketcal.com/en/
https://cointelegraph.com/events
https://www.coindesk.com/events/
https://coinloop.io/cryptocurrency-calendar
..., etc

There's actually way more than expected... unless someone is able to give their personal experience on your first picks, you should probably observe them for a few weeks first to see which has less garbage content and which is more updated.

This quite helpful, I do know it exist but never had tried of looking for one, my friends just send me links on what's new and events that might be affecting the crypto space, especially when there are celebrities and known influencers are involved.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice for the season. on: December 21, 2021, 11:41:08 AM
Don't bend to societal pressure of over spending during this festive season, make serious plans for the celebrations and the coming year, Don't fall into the trap or bend to the pressure of selling off a percentage of your cryptos to  spend this festive season, a new year is coming. January is usually a long month that carries along a lot of expenses, make plans and preparations now for tomorrow, spend wisely today.

Too bad I got to pay taxes and at the moment I really need a lot of money. Your advice is good but for some other folks out there who are having a hard time this year have ups and downs. And one of them is me. I am currently building my house and baby number two is coming so really need the cash badly.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: December 21, 2021, 11:01:12 AM
Even in mine head lies that question for how many years, and never had the right answer why. Some says it was the first crypto currency, so it is better than eth. I never really did come to a point of choosing between the two, but if time brings me to it then I would choose eth, as there are so smart contracts that relies on it and it won't be easy to ignore.
404  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 13 top celebrities adopt cryptocurrency in 2021 on: December 20, 2021, 11:26:04 PM
So I was reading news on cryptocurrency adoption in 2021 and stumbled upon a list of notable celebrities that adopted cryptocurrency and top on the list is Snoop Dogg, Elon musk, Mark Zuckerberg etc, this have shown the path for wider crypto adoption in the coming years as institutions and entrepreneurs now diving into the crypto space.
Coin telegraph did a nice compilation of the list and the area of interest.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/celebrities-that-rode-the-crypto-wave-in-2021

If only the poor people adopt this kind of perception and therefore invest even just a little bit of their money and wait for time to sell, then it would
much better for them than work out their asses a minimum of 8 hours a day just to survive. This celebrities are already rich and this would only make them more wealthier.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have been scammed in pancackeswap telegram group on: December 19, 2021, 11:48:22 PM
I find telegram a very creepy place, there are so many DMs in my account and I just ignored them all of the time. Unless it is the one that I have DM first. They mostly use sexy female pictures and greet you first like they are asking to date or something similar. The funny thing is my telegram has so many deleted accounts named, it's understandable that all of those arr just dummy accounts and used to scam people, I bet those behind those accounts are muscular and bearded person I guess.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Career opportunities in the Metaverse. on: December 19, 2021, 11:18:29 PM

407  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 19, 2021, 11:01:15 PM
Maybe now its a good time to invest
And borrow money.
Btc goes 120,000$  if you buy now you make like over 60,000$ profit.
But dont buy just btc divide ur portfolio ...
Buy few metaverse few top coins maybe web3 and u wait ATH and you sell it.
Pay i ng back loan and u are in profit.
Next year as we all know ATH

What is your basis of crypto being on ATH next year? It is pure speculation, there is no proof that we can grab, even the data are not accurate in giving information. No one can really know ehat would happen to BTC next year
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUDS started against Bitcoin as asusual on: December 19, 2021, 09:34:42 PM
I have seen few post in the forum again which is portraying Bitcoin price in negative lights again and some are predicting Bitcoin will go below $40k, it's creating panic and sense of fear amongst the inexperienced users which may lead to panic selling. I would urge all to make as much educational post on Bitcoin as possible to keep the newbies and other users away from fuds and also to make them understand that Bitcoin is a technology and not a gambling where they can double their money anytime. It's decentralised and fluctuations will always be there and we need to adopt to it instead of cashing out by losing out on capital investment.

FUDS are always there, one of the tactics to drag down Bitcoin's price and buy it cheaper. More FUD more Bitcoins for the whales. The only people who doesn't go to panic selling are the people who are investing in bitcoin for how many years and the know the drill already.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of NFTs on: December 17, 2021, 10:56:31 PM
I don’t know about you, but it looks like we’re in the ICO stage (2017) stage of NFTs. Quick cash grabs, high floor prices, etc.

Beyond art, I see so many other applications for NFTs. Example: Michael Jordan creating a fan engagement platform with NFTs, companies like 4K turning physical goods into NFTs to leverage, music platforms that sell NFTs to redeem for experiences, etc.

What other applications do you guys see for NFTs?
Did ICO last longer after the hype? No, right that is what eventually will happen to NFT as well in my opinion. Someone started the craze and now its trending with no actual utility. I like the non fungible token idea but it is not really too great to involve them in every sector.

I guess you are right, but what makes NFT's different from ICO? I guess it is destined to be doomed like what happened to ICO way back 2017. I just see random arts and there is no use case of them and just there to be collected, paintings in real life that cost a fortune is understandable but this NFT arts that I can't even touch is a no for me.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: December 17, 2021, 10:40:27 PM
I think I would be switching to bitcoin and if there are still spare money that I could expend is buy my self a nice and stable alts out there. It is better to spread your investments. Don't put your eggs a single basket they say.
411  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Fixed Supply Tokens Can't Become True Currencies on: December 17, 2021, 02:58:33 PM
Maybe things would get different if by any chance Bitcoins succeeds and would worth around 1 sat to 1 dollar. But I am still wondering if that happens how would the miners get their shares, it is too complicated for to think and I think if someone can enlighten it would be a great of a help.

I too agrees that fixed supply tokens will become true currencies of a Nation, as far as of now I am fond of using it as a means of payment method other than cash.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 11 years without Satoshi on: December 17, 2021, 02:35:19 PM
Oh my God Satoshi, please don't come back and never open that account again or else the price would collapse. Even if you want to contribute another one of your inventions, just please do it in an anonymous way or use another identity. Thank you Satoshi.
413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why exactly is it that people don't like identifying themselves (KYC)? on: December 16, 2021, 02:30:03 PM
Well for personal privacy and for security also. You may never know when an exchange could be compromised and aside from your crypto currencies your identity is at risk at the black market. It is going against fundamentals of BTC which is to be anonymous. Also if you are not that a so called whale which has so many BTC and could reach the daily limit of withdrawals then you are probably fine, I know Binance is giving us a 100 BTC limit you know.
414  Economy / Economics / Re: This what poor people need on: December 16, 2021, 12:40:54 PM
The money comes first, but if somehow they've manage to get a hold of it for some reason, then knowledge comes second, as it will go to waste if the money is invested without you knowing what you are doing. Even if they had the money and hired a fund manager, I bet they will be having a hard time paying the interest of the money they've borrowed. As expected poor people have no money that is why they are called poor. But with hard work and perseverance I think it is possible for them to reach a certain goal which will free them from poverty. They just need the knowledge and the rest is their luck.
415  Economy / Economics / Re: To be financially well and healty you need to find fund manager on: December 12, 2021, 03:19:18 PM
Even you are not interested about managing your wealth right ways this something whats important.
Sure you look at the rich and wealthy ferrari lambos...bentleys but u dont realise one thing.
All what the rich are doing different then you is they manage their finances smart ways and as soon as u do it same the quite same future will wait for you.
First thing is find someone from your social circle who knows how to manage investments stock market crypto and gold...forex and he or she have some skills and quite stable history of growing profit dont look of those who just got lucky to buy shiba...lol look for those who knows about finances as instutional rules wall street and can do good portfolio management and who knows about risk managent.
Look for those contacts give them funds to manage or get financial advice and you will see your wealth situation will going better step by step.

Dont try to invest and learn hard ways with ur own money let everybody do their own thing let the someone who got all ready those experinces of loss will use his experince for your advanced.

Thats just a another simple ways to become wealthy ...our schools are quite useless they really dont tell you how you should do things proper ways.

The sad thing is, it is limited, some people don't even have the right amount of money to hire a fund manager. Most of the people who engage in crypto have small starting funds solely depends on their own knowledge and research, including luck. I guess in my case it's different, there are people who are somehow expert on this, they give me advice and it is for free, what they have will also be in my portfolio since I follow their advice on which one to invest. Good thing is I made the right choice having followed their instructions.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Machine Learning truly predict Bitcoin's price? on: December 12, 2021, 01:22:46 PM
I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot of articles that claim that you can predict the Bitcoin price with Machine Learning and artificial intelligence like using some algorithm. Truth be told it is both intriguing and almost at the same time confusing. Personally, I don't think any ML or AI tech can make any price prediction now because we have a lot of whale manipulation (because the market size is smaller than any other market). Well, while I may be wrong I would like to know what you think. Have you ever gotten a satoshi richer by following the prediction of an algorithm?

It's hard to believe such a thing exist you know. If people knew it is happening then Bitcoin trust will downfall, the price too. Who would ever bet on a game which they already know they will lose anyways. People with influence will be having those kind of information, the rich and powerful which will take advantage of the technology and in the end the mass get's poorer even more.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People claiming themself satoshi on: December 10, 2021, 11:35:05 PM
Nick Szabo
Craig Steven Wright
Dorian Prentice Satoshi Nakamoto

These three are more into discussion for the innovation. Among them Dorian Prentice Satoshi Nakamoto have denied that he is not Satoshi. One who keeps on claiming himself as Satoshi is Craig Steven Wright.

Craig Steven Wright doesn't have any strong evidence to put forth and prove himself as Satoshi. He is called as fraud for his activities by most popular cryptocurrency enthusiasts/developers like Vitalik Buterin.

Nick Szabo haven't claimed himself as Satoshi. During the days of 2008 he was much into smart contracts development. He also brought in Bit Gold and worked for digicash to bring crypto on digital payments. Based on his historical note he's also among the list who are doubted as Satoshi.

I am convinced that Dorian is a possibility, he once said that he was part of it and later on claims he did not. Maybe he is Nakamoto and he is just trying to protect his family and everything. But in the end there was no solid evidence and if there are the US government hide it. There are lots of studies about who he really is and the moment you dig in, it keeps get harder to make a conclusion.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear market is inevitable on: December 10, 2021, 04:42:41 PM
bear and bull market are just like yin and yang, they can't go without the other. So we must accept it already, but the thing is we can avoid being caught in the bear with right choices we make, experiences we've gathered and the knowledge we know.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: December 10, 2021, 03:44:23 PM
I have a few capital and I will like to know the proper token to venture in. Am unused to NFTs and will cherish to induce your supposition on which NFT to purchase for a brief term bas

Better start with coins with fundamentals, stable coins that tops the market today like Ethereum and so on. If you are really into NFT's then better be ready to lose it all, especially to new projects out there that most of them are just tools to draw money from others.
All of it are risky, and if maybe your are trying to gain 1000x profits in short term, it's most likely impossible but it happens in rare cases, it is a big gamble and you know the catch to it, most of it are scams.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2earn games on: December 10, 2021, 03:15:22 PM
How good will Play2earn games be that someone can rely on them for daily weekly or monthly income? Axie infinity was a blast but now it's no more a easier option for people that are struggling because the requirements to play the game is highly costly, are there free to play crypto games available?

Good thing I am only a Scholar of Axie infinity and and I did not even invest money on it, only my spare time. As of now Axie infinity's SLP price is down so even though you invest with huge amount for starting a decent team, you will be having a hard time getting you money back. The thing is more and more people engage in the game and thus more people earn SLP which has unlimited supply and no use aside from breeding new Axies. If only there is Utilization for the earn token, this might be a different story.

There are new NFT's Coming fresh, all you have to do is find a decent one and maybe with some luck it could go booming like Axie infinity and you will probably earn if that goes well.
