What caused you to be deceive? Some projects have no problems in giving their due diligence to their bounty participants. It was just the bearish market that triggered low payment because when their project began during those times, Bitcoin and Eth were already at it's ATH. They thought it was going to continue to soar, but then they failed to see that a bearish market would becoming it's way. So most Investors that have knowledge about this sold their purchase tokens to cut loses. And at that time bounty hunters were too late to be given their payment resulting in dumping the token to lower prices. Even they have multiple bounties still it was just pennies that they are collecting.
1222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine - man arrested for stealing bitcoins and altcoins on: April 08, 2019, 02:33:37 AM
I have coins all over the exchanges, kucoin, bittrex, hitbtc. They were a total of $2k when I bought them since 2017. Now I am having a problem as my phone broke and the 2fa is not usable anymore. Hope this man did not get my coins there. Now I am contacting customer support to disable it and re-log in with another 2fa.
1223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where we are now with Gambling on: April 07, 2019, 05:42:33 PM
I thought you were saying gambling now is less fun than it was way back at 90's. I remember it too. When gambling outdoor with friends, smoking cigarettes while holding the cards. Laughing together when you lose the round thinking you will win. When I was under age I already gamble in some getto, looking around the place, afraid if police might caught you without you even noticing he is already there on your side, very nostalgic. Now it has gone to the point where you bet, and lose and gone to bed directly or others drink their boost before sleeping. I hope it doesn't go to the point where you lose all the fun completely. Hope gambling sites put some "send an audio clip" function for us to talk a bit to other players.
1224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN'T RUN FASTER THAN YOUR SHADOW on: April 07, 2019, 04:18:15 PM
Well everybody has their own stories of crpyto currencies experiences and what they have learned here, how did they even got in these mess, or where would it lead them to. We people from third world countries search as possible easy money to earn despite of what the job may be. In most countries that have high standards, pennies for them are like gold for us. In order for most of us to be lifted from the life of being poor, we grab opportunities like these, we have believed that one day crypto will give us another chance and make us through the hardships in life. We now are ready to embrace outcomes, we are strong people who have been in so may struggles in life, and we run as fast as we can just to leave our sufferings behind.
1225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you borrow in cryptocurrency? on: April 07, 2019, 01:51:18 PM
Yes or no It depends, if that token is worth borrowing. If you say borrowing Bitcoin or any other alts that are already worth to borrow then yes I just don't have the collateral to use, well it will be a loan, and so much troubles to go through just to borrow it from someone you don't know and vice versa. So it would be a lot strict than any other borrowing that is used normally. Also there would be interests, we are not only talking about borrowing here, because we are in a world of transacting with we know there is give and take.
1226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big this market really is? on: April 07, 2019, 02:53:57 AM
Oh definitely. If a certain person or entity is planning on buying a huge amounts of bitcoin(we're talking multiple millions-billions), chances are they won't use exchanges like Binance due to the liquidity probably not being enough. Instead, they do OTC probably with the people who handle exchanges, and probably with big-scale miners.

Unfortunately I don't think there's an accurate way of knowing how much bitcoin is being traded through OTC, besides these companies publicly announcing them.

Is there any organization or association, any group of people who is tracking OTC transactions? May it could give positive outcome if the crypto society would know such things, if someone bought huge amounts of BTc I think other traders would be awake and a bull could happen in an instant.
Unfortunately I don't think there's an accurate way of knowing how much bitcoin is being traded through OTC, besides these companies publicly announcing them.
I know it's impossible to determine the exact figure but I believe it's higher compared to the total amount being traded in all combine exchanges.

What's your opinion?

If that's the case then there is no need to go back again in again to coinmarketcap to see changes in the whole market. Oh I feel sad knowing we are just blind and don't know what is really happening. Someone light us up.
1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is downloading money into your PC on: April 06, 2019, 03:52:53 PM
I do not understand the technical aspects So if I'm wrong, people will correct me. People download the wallets, they do not download bitcoin. People mining bitcoin, they do not download bitcoin.

https://www.bitcoinmining.com

I believe that there is a great difference between bitcoin and download music, video, photos from the internet

He is comparing BTC mining to downloading of files on the internet. Yeah, he's saying they are related, in terms of using computers to get something. But I don't get his point, what is he really trying to tell us. There is no specific reason why he is comparing such. He just wants us to wonder and be amazed? But most of us are already amazed.
1228  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't we have a point system for bad posts? on: April 06, 2019, 12:16:19 PM
I would rather have a convertible activity points to merits if possible than point systems of bad posts. Maybe we could convert 20 activity to 1 or a half merit.
1229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bad Faith in the Gambling Ecosystem on: April 06, 2019, 11:19:31 AM
Ever since crypto gambling came alive, many of us have enjoyed these services without the need of know your customer aka KYC and avoided any territorial restrictions that come with most of our fiat casino and sports books. But what am really interested to learn about this industry...is do we have users, shills or competitors that are in it to give false reviews or generally bad press in the name of discrediting these companies?? I don't know about you guys but I have seen many crypto companies being put on the chopping board even when we customer's/players are in the wrong but still the company has to take the bullet and put it's reputation on the line....Are these business practices of saying the customer is always right justifiable? And who protects these companies if reputation is gold in the crypto world??

It really is hard for the businessmen who owns he crypto gambling sites if they are in chopping boards, aside from that if some trusted members on this forums gaze upon them, one inch of a bad move would cause their business to go go down. We are not saying trusted members or people out here are bad but if the gambling company does have shady tactics or a way to cheat their customers then we and crypto society have the right to let others know, that's why with a little or tiny it of knowledge we might have we should share and justify it is correct. In that way we can avoid future deceits. Lastly I am not defending any company I am just stating we should take more precautions on reviewing gambling companies and react accordingly.
1230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chat in gambling on: April 06, 2019, 10:16:01 AM
Good evening!

Almost every casino or Dice site already have the chat for community to connect.

I'm thinking about creating the chat functionality from scratch in order to provide other companies that don't know how to start with it.
Therefore, I'd be very grateful if your could tell me your opinion on what functionalities the chat in gambling site should have and why?

Put a tipping functionality, it should be wiser to give giveaways for the players to tip their mates in gambling. I also like the idea of putting memes on the chat box, but should be limited because there are surely many trolls and just meme all over the chat box if not limited. You could also put a share button, sharing of earned profits in gambling and drag people into your site is a good idea to increase your players.
1231  Economy / Economics / Re: We need the large Over the Counter (OTC) buy orders on exchanges! on: April 05, 2019, 05:08:30 PM
Most large Bitcoin buy orders are being done on Over the Counter (OTC) trading platforms and they have zero influence on the Bitcoin price. I was just wondering if Hedge funds and large private buyers could execute their buy orders on exchanges <pre-arranged with these exchanges to prevent hassles>  Tongue

They can still execute their Sell orders on OTC platforms, away from exchanges, because Sell orders will push down the price.  Roll Eyes  We just need a few of these large buy orders to give us a spark for a new Bull run again.  Grin

Why do we need people to resort to algorithmic trading to hide $300 000 000 buy orders? Let's just push some high value buy orders through some exchanges and see what happens after that.  Tongue

They can then go back to Over the Counter (OTC) trading platforms, after they started the next Bull run.  Grin  <Let's give the people some reward for their months of Hoarding, since 2017.>  Grin Grin Grin

Those greedy people are not thinking well, sounds a great plan OP, What are they waiting for if this could really give a big push for a next Bull. After all Bitcoin have manage to recover to 5k USD now. If they put some more buy orders now it could have give a great impact and maybe we will get another step up. If only I have the money I would put a strong 5k USD resistance in order for the price to stay as it is.
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler = Future's Failure on: April 05, 2019, 04:30:05 PM
Someone told me that, if I keep on playing on the casinos I will become a failure in the future.

It's strange to me since I don't know that guy personally and I'm just playing on the casinos that time but I think he has something to say about this.
I might be doing a wrong thing while playing the roulette or he is just depress because he's so serious that time.

But one thing I've realize about what he say is that, gambling doesn't make good people it creates greedy people, addict people and broken people so I think this is the one that strange guy talking about. Do you agree on this one or this is just a coincidence?

In some point I believed in that man's words about being a failure if you gamble(too much). I have known so many people that are gamblers and most of them are broke. Not only that, they even have family problems, I don't know where it goes first, them being broke and a reason to be cast away by their family, or it goes with a broken family and leading to gambling. Either way it's the same, they are broke. One of these person is my brother and he is now somewhat distancing himself from the rest of the family because of his failures due to his gambling addiction.
1233  Economy / Economics / Re: What triggered the sudden rise in bitcoin price? on: April 05, 2019, 03:21:00 PM
I don't know if this was true but I read an article about Russians bought an $8.6 Billion worth of bitcoins. It says it is due to sanctions, it's what they say. And also some Russian economist predicted BTC would be $2 million at by the end of the year 2019. Here is the link if you want to read the full article. https://bitcoinist.com/russia-bitcoin-kremlin-economist/?fbclid=IwAR2fQ07QeGPARoy4_4c0PKn4sJ9LdlSnT9CTtTg7Ydszg3zXnxamtw6hjPU
1234  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This PROVES market manipulation, 20,000 BTC order at same time on 3 exchanges! on: April 05, 2019, 12:31:44 PM
This is where I'm quite baffled, about how much was needed really to push the price to where it is right now and who did the said market stimulation. Anyways, the movement seemed to have cemented quite a following on its way up, and support levels are being nicely placed in $4500 and $4300 respectively on the exchange that I'm working at. Perhaps this will be the start of a beautiful spring - summer season for bitcoin, as was the case for previous runs, too.
So this means that money worth 20k BTC is required to increase bitcoin's price by $1000 . That's a shit load of money. The one who is doing this is definitely a huge whale but I wonder if he is a single person or a group who must be doing it.
Anyway OP, why do you think the whale would even bother to contact you before his trades. Its nice to wish to though Tongue .
Who wouldn't like some profits on his trades.

This somewhat bothers me, OP trying to tell us whales again manipulating the market without hard evidence. And yet in the end of the post telling us he knows better information than us and will profit a lot of money and never tell us? Come on, share us some of your profitable strategies that we may gain some.
1235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TOP suggestions for someone who's thinking of buying BTC? on: April 05, 2019, 10:54:19 AM
We are in an early stage of development and you should be ready taking risks, traditional investments have low risk while digital currencies have high. Start  in small amounts. Bitcoin and other coins have high volatility, be ready to sell when you see a heavy drop inclination of prices.
1236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Could Blitz Beyond $150,000 During Next Bull Cycle in 2023 on: April 05, 2019, 05:40:01 AM
Despite the 82 percent drop in the valuation of the crypto market in the past year and the inability of bitcoin to recover beyond $4,000 in the past three months, one analyst sees the dominant cryptocurrency surpassing $150,000 by 2023.

Josh Rager, a cryptocurrency technical analyst and investor, said that based on the price trend of bitcoin since 2011 and the pattern of bitcoin rebounding from a correction following an all-time high, he sees bitcoin achieving a new peak price in 2,051 days, by 2023.

The next Bitcoin cycle should peak out in July 2023 and could reach a price at $150,000 or more per Bitcoin

Cycle Peak Prices:
2011: $31
2014: $1,177
2017: $19,764
2023: Huh  ($150,000+ projected)

Am I missing it right? Gap of years between 2017 and 2023 is 6 years? Previous bounce gaps are 3  years? Maybe it should be in 2020 right? Well if we are talking about the Bitcoin cycle should be next year I think. Or maybe a new cycle is born and the gap their gaps will be six years in 3 rows.
1237  Economy / Economics / Re: Time for investment on: April 04, 2019, 03:56:56 PM
Any suggestion for things that we could invest and make money at the same time

Be a trader, but it is a high risk, knowing you are here and searching for suggestions and opinions of different people, it just means you a are total beginner. We have different experiences but mostly lead to two options, we lose or we win. Explore for yourself the life of being a daily gambler in crpyo currencies, yes we are gamblers out here. There are lots of coins, I guess you should start and earn knowledge by the top coins if you have no idea on where to put your money. That way you could minimize loses if things get bad.
1238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How did today bullish trend affect gambling! on: April 04, 2019, 03:21:36 PM
Well it will usually affect jackpot pots and fees. It could also lead to people minimize gambling and just focus on keeping their BTC, wait for it to bloom. But that won't do for people who gamble only for fun. Also people will limit their bets, the exchange of current BTC or eth and other coins are different from yesterday. Most probably they will be putting more money if they lose in their usual bet of in crypto.
1239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will you do when the market goes down? This is my advice on: April 04, 2019, 10:32:14 AM
Already tried this but trading is really not for me. I have been cursed I think. When I try to sell when market is down, it bounces back again leaving me behind and a little bit of loss. So I never tried on trading again, it is really not for me and for some folks out there. Talent, Analytical Skills, Hard work, money and most of all LUCK.
1240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling sites needs to be a mobile friendly or not? on: April 04, 2019, 08:05:19 AM
Even if a gambling app on phone is released still I won't use it. It is better to play on the laptops and PC, as it is more comfortable to me. Well every body have their own comforts. Aside from that when ever I play on the play (not a gambling one) I play while lying on the bed and makes me tired easily. I think most of the people do that, and it is taking one factors why we gamble (leisure time). Another thing is most of the children have smartphones, so don't wonder if someday one of your kids is playing on a gambling site, too dangerous isn't it?
