Hi, we are all noobs in bitcoin. It's new! Perhaps this helps answer your question. The "price" of bitcoin is an ever changing figure that ultimately is up to the individual who is selling. The spot price that most people use is normally an average price of many markets at that moment. Whatever you pay today may be quite different from tomorrows price and no one, I mean literally NO ONE, knows what the future price will be. So if your concern is paying more than tomorrows price the best you can do is buy when the price is declining. It is no guarantee, but if you buy when the price is climbing you may be holding your coins during a price correction. In that case they will be worth less than you paid. Over all the price has gone up year to year in spectacular fashion. So you will likely see a higher valuation than you paid if you just wait.

During a press conference Mr. Black ripped off a mask reveling himself to be Craig Wright. He then ripped off that mask and proved he is Mark Karpeles!

What do you mean governments are starting to recognize Bitcoin as a currency? They're starting to realize it as a threat to their national security is what it is. If you think BTC is going to become a legal currency, it's not. It's better that way.
I use bitcoin as legal currency all the time. Why I just bought a valentine present today, so I'm not sure what you mean?

Maybe he got lucky because his GF was reading the other players cards?

I would add that an absolute requirement of any business deal is a notarized contract. The contract should detail what you must do and how any claims of profit are handled. You will find that all the guarantees made online disappear as soon as the counter-party is presented with a legal contract obligating him/her to honor those claims.

I don't think it's working great. At some point persons trying to send their transaction using low fees will have it canceled as it will take too much time to complete, forcing them to pay higher fees to have their transactions finished.
Well, that is correct and is exactly how bitcoin works. It's not charity. You pay for a Tx because it costs money to do that and you are the one who wants it done.

Every TA coming from CryptoCoinsNews should be taken with a huge load of salt.
Yes, to say the least. A dirty little secret is that even the most respected TA on Wall St. rarely does better than random chance.

I have never lost a satoshi. Never trust an unlicensed business. Never trust anyone with a guarantee of profit. Never "invest" bitcoin, spend bitcoin.

If there were a loss of net neutrality I would divest at least 50%. It might even kill the project.

The market says $1055.53 US The market is not an opinion about the price, it is the price. But my gut feeling is that speculation adds say 10% to the utility valuation. So, $950.

btc is the best way to escape from paying taxes
I assure you that every BTC Tx in the U.S. is now being watched. In the next few years there will be a lot of people in court who thought as you did. Your going to turn your profits into profound losses.

1. BTC transfers related to firearms on the standard US regulated exchanges are not allowed. Please be aware of this before you purchase BTC from coinbase or circle. - https://www.circle.com/en/legal/us-user-agreement "18. Prohibited items... ...weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, knives, or related accessories..." - https://www.coinbase.com/legal/user_agreement?locale=en "Regulated Products and Services... age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives..." Note that this is not a law it's a rule from coinbase, circle, and bitpay. Annoying really. I helped a gun shop in my city to set up a bitpay account only to find bitpay scrambling to add a ban to their website and cutting off their account. Not very professional at all. There is no reason to fear firearms sales they are the most documented and supervised sales you will find.

Individual countries can do what they want but it does not hurt bitcoin. It just leaves them out of the money. So what?

Using bitcoin I expect to pay the lowest possible fee that is profitable. That amount will vary based on how fast I need confirmation, the backlog of Tx's, the cost of mining, etc. This is how the bitcoin system works. Miners compete to accept fees when it is profitable and reject offers that are too low.

Thanks for the warning! Can you tell us what operating system you are using?

As I had encountered that day by day more people are joining bitcoin
can you explain to us how you concluded that there are more people joining bitcoin day by day? what source did you use? because as far as i know to this day there is no way of measuring that. so i am interested to know what is your reason. inspite of its sky rocketing price
int is not "in spite of" it is "because of" price going up that more people always invest in bitcoin. and day by day more and more government and other agencies are coming against bitcoin
again i see another claim that is wrong and i am very interested to see what your source is on this one too. so will bitcoin stay alive and will it be able to invite new user in the network?
it has stayed alive for 8 years and was growing with a pretty nice adoption rate (slow but still good) and there is no reason so far for this to change. That's everything I was thinking. I'll just second this. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) And what do you mean by "trapped". no one is trapped here, lol
