It has to be the link to the image on the server where it is stored. (I.imgur.com/*****.jpg) You have to be the rank of member or higher before you can post images, though.

I have found it's inconvenient to post extra large pictures.
Sometime they influence on loading of page, this is bad when happened.

Basically I got debit card in PLN/INR but I need one card in USD using which I can buy credits on calling app called dingtone.
I do not want to pay currency conversion charges to bank(s) that's why I am looking to get & load this VCC using BTC and buy credit(s).
Verifying myself would not be a problem. I am not having issues with anonymity or something.

"including an increase in the non-witness data to be around 2 MB, with the total size no more than 4 MB," still unclear, " non-witness data " " total size no more than 4 MB" so 2MB for this segwit crap innovation, and +1MB to blocksize?  ? totaling 4MB?? why can't they just do this : FFS!
