Looking at your post history it's obvious you have alt account(s) in the 1xbit campaign and this is your shit talking sock puppet account.

Quit abusing the forum if you don't want to feel abused by Jollygood.

Looks like the casino has been robbed.
In such situations, I understand why casinos sometimes delay withdrawals and check exactly where the win came from.

I don't trust LTC Casinos claim at all.  Story doesn't check out if you read what they actually said.  None of the images are from LTC Casino.  Why post from some unnamed casino when you have one of your own?  And even if they were, the provider said they accept responsibility, so how are they out money.

Second of all, I know you're just typing to fill in space to get paid (by a scam casino), but the only reason for LTC Casino slow paying OP was because they couldn't afford to pay him all at once.  It had nothing to do with security checks, and even if the claims of op being a scammer are true, that doesn't somehow make LTC Casino right just because he was wrong.

1283  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: February 14, 2022, 02:56:24 PM
It is not true that 1xbit pays the people who defend them. There is no such requirement in signature campaign rules.

And yet, the people that defend them are almost exclusively being paid by 1xbit.  And, as far as I'm aware, none of them are regular players there.

You have basically no experience dealing with 1xbit as a gambler, yet you're their most vocal defender, with nearly every single post you make on this forum is about 1xbit, and most of them are either defending 1xbit or attempting to discredit someone accusing them of scamming.

Do you just prefer arguing instead of spamming a few sentences of nonsense like most of the others in the campaign?
1284  Economy / Gambling / Re: !!!WARNING ALERT!!! FELIX GAMING - CASINO SCRIPT ABUSE on: February 14, 2022, 11:57:51 AM
how much money do you lose?

you could say?

other point you will be compensated for the damages?

I have wrote here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5377941.140

Our casino has lost aroung 50k euros with one player only. Now we are checking activity of that slot and calculating other loses.

But Felix Gaming said they take full responsibility....
1285  Economy / Gambling / Re: !!!WARNING ALERT!!! FELIX GAMING - CASINO SCRIPT ABUSE on: February 14, 2022, 08:00:44 AM
Many casinos became victims of this scam to a greater or lesser extent. Some of them made requests to the provider and here is OFFICIAL statement letter that one casino got as an ansewer:

So this is the case of another Casino, that's a letter to another Casino, and those are bets from another Casino?

Why do I get the feeling this is an attempt to repair your damaged reputation...story seems fishy.  Not that it didn't happen, just that it didn't happen to you.

probably fair result should be the same

I assume you mean provably fair.

I also assume this game is not provably fair.

Also, ltc casino may indeed be a victim in this case (I'm on the fence), but I hope nobody is blinded by pity.  They are a shady, unprofessionally run casino.  I'm pretty sure this account is OPs alt, used to shill/troll in the scam accusation thread.

Interesting case though.
1286  Economy / Reputation / Re: Abuse of rank in Bitcointalk from TwitchySeal and Sportsbet.io on: February 13, 2022, 11:11:20 PM
If the OP makes his victim whole, he should have his trust issues resolved. Although as I mentioned, I think the chances are high that this person engaged in similar behavior in the past.

You are not allowed to spam referral links in forum posts. Sending a ref link in a PM is acceptable, as long as you are not sending an unsolicited PM.

In this case, OP sends the affiliates link via PM. I hope OP will clarify if that guy was agreed before he send the PM.

If someone receives an unsolicited commercial PM, they should report the PM. If the OP has a single infraction of sending unsolicited spam PMs, they will likely receive a warning from a mod without a ban, or at worst a temp ban lasting a few days.

For the record, the feedback I left wasn't simply because of a single unsolicited pm with aff link.  It was the pm plus behavior in the thread I mentioned: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5382115.0

1xbit has built up its reputation better, I've been participating in the campaign for a while now and I'm happy with it. This week there was also a user who had an authentication problem with the site. That was solved by the site within a few days and this user had already paid 120 mbt without any problems, that's quite a lot of money. I have to post for a long time in a signature campaign.

And then there's all the guys like this:

You should really post the details of you being scammed - you just doxxed a bunch of people lol... Roll Eyes

I was using my 1xbit account and suddenly after the moment I tried to withdraw my balance, which was slightly below 4 BTC, I could not login any more, and credentials keep showing as wrong when I am sure they are not. I wrote to customer support, who said Security team would reach out, and have been waiting since then, with 4 BTC somehow pending as of course the withdrawal did not get processed.

Please provide me with your account number in PM, I'll ask our security to re-investigate your case.

So what happened there?

Still no answer. I don't think the answer will be posted anyway as they are not talkative at all. What impresses me a lot is the number of accusations.
1288  Economy / Gambling / Re: ltccasino big win in Booming games on: February 12, 2022, 05:06:38 PM
Your tag seems to be a serious showing of How scammy  this site is , Imagine you as Owner of the gambling site trying to fool people here in Bitcointalk that you are also experiencing Pragmatic when you are the owner? is this something gamblers must trust? i doubt this mate,

Maybe I will not engage in this site until they proven their innocence and prove their legitimacy .
Not to defend him but he got tagged because of shilling his own casino and not because of scamming, both of that are different. Is shilling a crime here in bitcointalk? I do not think so, not until the casino was proven to be a well known scam like 1xbit. Shilling is everywhere and its normal for a casino to hire a streamers. I am sure every casinos does that, including the popular casinos that we know.

What we saw in streams are not 100% real. We should not be affected because it is just a part of their promotion to attract costumers. Lastly its normal for the owner to test or to play on his casino. Do you know Eddie on stake? he plays weekly in his own casino.

Shilling is when one tries to trick players into believing they are just another ordinary player that wants to share their positive experience with the casino, when in reality they work for or are being paid by the casino for making those claims.

It's wrong and not every casino does it.
1289  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: February 12, 2022, 09:08:27 AM
When it comes to using the 1xbit platform, I only bet a few times because I'm not good at it. I mainly play BlackJack and sometimes slots. So far, I haven't had any spectacular wins, so I haven't make withdrawals yet.

And yet all you really post about is 1xbit.  And you only ever really defend them and discredit people who have been scammed.

It's a big forum you know, you should check it out.  Maybe you'll find some other thread to get your post count in that you'd prefer over shilling for a scam casino.
1290  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: February 12, 2022, 02:39:38 AM
Do not give USA laws, as I am not even sure if stakes allows USA players to gamble on their site

It's not a US specific rule, it's just common sense.  If a player self excludes because they have a gambling problem and then sneak back and gamble anyway, they aren't going to get their losses refunded.  The opposite should happen, their money is seized - just like any other prohibited player that chooses to gamble anyway.  I've already said I don't think Stake should keep your money, there should be no incentive for them to allow excluded players to gamble, but giving it back to you would be much worse than them keeping it, since it's giving a problem gambler incentive to gamble, which is why I suggested earlier they find some charity or something and let the player know when they self exclude what will happen to any money they try to gamble with after self excluding.

1291  Economy / Reputation / Re: REQUEST FOR ATTENTION OF: All 1xbit Signature Campaign Participants on: February 12, 2022, 01:18:07 AM
I’m sorry sir, I’m not active for a few days, so I did not immediately see and read, please remove the negative trust. Thank you!
One of the users that i texted a week ago to stop promoting for 1xbit. Came back active today and was asking ti remove the negative trust. I hope he can explain why he kept the signature for too long and if he was aware of the scam of 1xbit

Can you explain how it came to your sick head that I have ever promoted 1xbit?
Respect yourself at least. Are you saying that you never wore 1xbit signature or applied to join them. Can you prove that?

It's a sock puppet account that's all about the campaign, used for talking shit so he doesn't risk any of the accounts he gets paid to spam with.  Smokerface would be my guess but we'll probably never know for sure.
1292  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: February 11, 2022, 09:50:40 PM
Yes, they need to give money back to gambler, over and over and over and over again until they solve the situation. Where is the problem?

The problem is that would only make problem gamblers want to gamble even more than if there were no self exclusion program at all. You aren't entitled to a refund. You gambled and you lost. The sooner you accept that the closer you'll be to recovery.

No, you are entitled, there are laws about it, there is gambling help policies, you are 100% entitled if the casino can't help with your addiction! Even in Curacao where their licence is, they can get closed just because of it. The electoral system in USA ain't fair, and should not exists, but it does, that's the law, the rule of the law. If you think it's unfair change it by starting a move, don't just come to say meh, this doesn't work for, i don't think it's ok.

Show me a law.

If a self excluded player, or anyone that's prohibited from gambling for any reason (banned, underage, employee) is caught gambling, not only are they not entitled to their losses back, any money they have in play is seized by the Casino.  This happens most often when they hit a win that's big enough to trigger a hand pay for tax documents.  The Casino takes the payout along with any balance they had on the machine (or chips on table), which they are then ordered to forfeit over to the regulator.

This is pretty standard practice in every jurisdiction I'm aware of, UK, Vegas, Atlantic City, Monaco...

Here's an example from Atlantic City:

https://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Rulings/2022/jan1_15/Summary.pdf

Quote
What will happen if I try to gamble in a casino while I am on the self exclusion list?
After you are placed on the list, a casino or Internet gaming site will refuse to accept your wagers. If you are caught gambling at a casino or on an Internet gaming site, you will be subject to forfeiture of any winnings, including any chips, tokens, or electronic gaming device credits in your possession, and you will be escorted from the gaming floor or removed from the Internet gaming site.
https://www.nj.gov/lps/ge/selfexclusion_bet.html

Under no circumstances would a self excluded player get their losses back after gambling while on the exclusion list.  That's an absolutely bonkers idea.  If they did that, you could just exclude yourself, put on a disguise and go freeroll the casino.  You win, you leave quietly, you lose, full refund.  If an excluded player really wants to play, they'll find a way.  The best way to motivate them not to is the knowledge that if they get caught, they lose whatever money they are gambling with.  You're suggesting the exact opposite.  To make it so they have literally nothing to lose by trying to gamble. There is no good argument for refunding your money.

Hey idiot!

People like him don't get attention in real life so they try to satisfy their craving here on the forum... more importantly in what way? the most retarded way.
Considering all participants are tagged he still doesn't stop being a Relentless whore.

JollyWood is not sooo Good.  Grin

You seem pretty upset by what he's doing.

Keep it up JollyGood.

After providing them my wallet screenshot.

Nice.  You should update thread title since we've established it's you that are the retard, not Stake support, and they weren't scamming you.

What I see here is askgamblers helping a problem gambler free roll a Casino that allows anonymous players to use VPNs.

Returning money to the player that self excluded is the worst option.  Problem gamblers justify their decision to gamble any way they can think of, and when they lose, they pass responsibility for their decisions to other people in any way they can think of.

Askgamblers basically just gave the degen motivation to try the whole thing again, as well as cash in hand and an easy way to convince himself it was the Casinos fault, not his.

I guarantee you there are multiple players that have freerolled Stake and other casinos multiple times from alt accounts by self excluding and continuing to play and then publicly pressuring them to give their money back.

My $1m idea:  The money should go to a charity chosen by the player at the time of self exclusion.  Any funds he is caught gambling with are donated.

But do you know that all the casino's in the world do this for many years? This is why every casino have easy options to find the self-exclusion and allow users to come back after an interview if the self-exclusion is not over, as legal requirment. Stake avoids it because they are just saying: "meh", which is illegal.

And you know what?  Players still find a way to play in them.  And when players get caught playing, they don't get their money back.

You're only here because you're trying to get money back that you lost gambling.  I hope, for your own sake, they don't give it back, because if you are really trying to fix your gambling problem, them giving you money will only hurt it.
1297  Economy / Services / Re: [open] Restart of 1xBit signature campaign - new signatures and more spots! on: February 09, 2022, 12:03:13 PM
try your energies on some positive stuff rather then spreading negatively all around.

You are literally spreading a scam all around in your signature.
1298  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake holding my balance $70,000 claiming ODDS PROVIDER INVESTIGATION on: February 09, 2022, 09:56:55 AM
Just to clarify, there is no update from stake via email I sent more than 15 days ago

I was asked to send a selfie holding my document (for KYC which is normal) and I have done that. Let's see what happens next.

Update

They asked for a selfie and after I have provided them with it, they are now saying that my account CANNOT be verified because earlier I send fake documents. I don't understand why they asked for selfie if I was banned from submitting KYC in first place as mentioned by the support??

Just a guess, but it might have something to do with you sending in documents from 4 different people while trying to verify your own - I could see how that would make things unnecessarily complicated and result in some sort of miscommunication.

I saw company that needs workers and i joined them, those that mean I'm a criminal by working with them, assuming this is not online i would have taking some of you court for abusing of human reputation and damage

The "company" (whatever you want to call it) you joined is scamming people.  You're helping them scam people.  That's why they're paying you.  Stop it.
1300  Economy / Gambling / Re: ltccasino big win in Booming games on: February 09, 2022, 02:24:52 AM

I have the feeling that ltc casino is one of those casinos that hires streamers who play fake money with a practically no money limit account. People watch them play live and they lose large sums and without any problem make next (fake) deposits until they hit some big win. Of course, they do not lose anything, because the account on which they play is prepared by the casino especially for them.

I have a feeling that account is ltc casino.

Yeah, i own this casino  Cool

You sure are acting like you do.

I mean, this is literally the definition of a shill post (from another thread, where nobody was asking which Casino to play at):

I have same problem with Pragramtic, just use VPN in ltc casino
