141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC on: August 03, 2020, 04:03:28 PM
Those who refuses to pass KYC or sends fake KYC, what are you more afraid of? Being disclosed or afraid of your personal data being used by third party?

For those who prefer to stay in shadow - skip anything that asks to pass KYC, do not use ID, dont frame other person.
For others - try using complicated watermarks on your documents. That will save them from being used by others.
If creating a fake ID you can replace the image of the person in ID with that of an image created by an AI software. This will not be causing trouble for anyone and you will be able to do your work, the problem is that theis kind of stuff is illegal in many countries and is also unetheical as considered by many. The simplest solution to this problem would be to just abandon that project and go to next one, there will be a lot of projects that won't require you to do KYC and just have the fair share of rewards that they are offering.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: August 02, 2020, 07:03:22 PM
Ranks have nothing to do with quality projects, a legendary member can introduce a bad project and a Jr member can introduce a better project, it's all about the utility of the project not who introduced the project
Noobs actually trust higher rank members with their money and we're scammed many times in the past in these kind of scams when the new user sent the funds to a higher ranking member and was scammed. But in case of announcement of projects I also agree with you, it doesn't matter who is announcing the project to us what matters the most is the team and the real world use cases of the project. If the project is built badly then it doesn't matter who was involved in the project, it is going to definitely fail for sure.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: August 02, 2020, 05:54:49 PM
There are some discrepancies about USDT but personally I trust USDT and most times uses it to avoid loss when not so sue sure of which coin to invest in, thought when I Tether I don't make profit
Mostly it can be used in case when the price of a coin isn't stable and you want to take your profit with you, then you can switch to USDT for safe keeping and when the entry is right then again you can buy back the coin that you were investing into. Problem with USDT is that I always think that its value isn't actual at all, it is super hyped and the tether org is manipulating it's price so as to keep it stable all the times, whereas it used to fluctuate a lot in the starting days.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: top 6 cryptocurrency , Invest in 2020 on: August 02, 2020, 04:44:05 PM
I still don't understand why Tether when it comes to investment or assets.
That is 1:1USD, so why bother?
It's better just being used in trading opportunities but not in a way that you will hold it for a long time.

BTC, Ethereum, and LTC are all good to me. Others, I would pick better coins that have usage and has a history of value going up.
But, never with stable ones.
True, Tether is only useful in cases when the person want to play safe in a very volatile market and when he doesn't want to cashout in his bank account, so it is better to have Tether on your disposal other than this reason I can't see why people are so mad over it, when you are buying Tether you are paying extra than a dollar and when you sell or mostly ot is under thar but now price so there is also always a small loss in conversion too.
Now the pump is started so, you can invest in any top Cryptocurrency and can reap the profit out of it pretty easily.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: August 01, 2020, 07:02:00 PM
In any case, white paper is important, as it describes all the proposals and solutions proposed by the project. But of course this is not enough to unconditionally start investing in this project. Anyone who really doesn't want to be deceived usually checks all the details - documents, addresses, names, etc.
Whitepaper is just like a blueprint and the future plans of the developers with the project and should always be treated as an indicator of the progress related with the project. People always invest in that project which have a promising Whitepaper along with having good real world development, not just promises made that the team would deliver in the future date, those days are gone when people used to invest in smokes and mirrors promised by the project team, now the investors want some of the work to be finished first and rest should be delivered after the fund raising ends.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: August 01, 2020, 05:41:53 PM
You can't stop people from falling to scam, both in real life and in the cryptocurrency scene. There is always a gullible person not knowing any better and falling for a scam. Why do you ask? Because they're a greedy person that wants to get rich quickly.
Or maybe they are new to this cryptocurrency system and don't know a thing about it and think that this is a regular thing for Crypto related people to giveaway coins for free or sending them our coins and they would just double our money.  Or it can be as you said that they are greedy and think that it is easy money or free money that they can easily make in no time at all and that person is very clever that he could this wonderful tweet which no one found till now.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if you want to invest in crypto... on: July 31, 2020, 04:55:13 PM
to prove they're not scammer project and minimize your investment of being scam...

1. look for the team if they're legit and real human... prove to yourself if they're human and real, not fake linkin from russia, reddit or facebook stuff...
2. list your find...
Most of the projects have their team members from Russia and still the projects succeed, I guess you should edit it and change it into, if the social media accounts are new or aren't related to blockchain having recent change in the style of writing.

Moreover many a times the people related to the project also are in dark that the owner is going to scam them and the owner uses their names for scamming the innocent investors and the people that are involved in marketing and development of the project.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need bitcoin? on: July 31, 2020, 03:37:12 PM
A lot of governments are opposing bitcoin from very long time, maybe due to the anonymous nature of the network, but now a days a lot of countries are legalising and adapting to the bitcoin demand in their country and legalising it. The opposing governments are actually missing a lot and they are not promoting development into the future by rejecting block-chain, the same happened in India also but the people and the block-chain related companies filed a case in the court which ultimately lead to the removal of ban and now India is also one of those countries where bitcoin is legal. Bitcoin is really necessary in those countries where a lot of censorship is there and people are oppressed.
The government just really want the safety of all the consumers of bitcoin or its community. Simply there are complain among users wherein bitcoin was tag or being used as a medium for scamming. Abuses is rampant and many were falling even the old tricks of scamming. Bitcoin also could not be integrated to government system because it is completely opposite to the government system being the decentralized system.
Bitcoin related scams are just a small part of the scamming industry and still government think that bitcoin is the only thing that the scammers want. A lot of people do carding and stuff but no one is banning the credit cards from being used. As you said that bitcoin can't be controlled by the government and this is the only reason why government isn't accepting bitcoin as an investment or a payment method or legalising it. This is the loss of its citizens only when the government is banning cryptocurrencies as it is creating a lot of jobs around the globe and the future of the financial systems will also be built on blockchain only, so why not legalise it now rather than doing it later.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your fears in new cryptocurrency? on: July 30, 2020, 06:54:08 PM
The fear of losing your hard earning money.
Everyone is having this fear in their mind, the ones who are investing their money to buy cryptocurrencies have the fear of loosing their invested money, the ones who are not having money to invest are investing their time by becoming a bounty campaign participant and fear of getting scammed by the project team or not getting paid for their work done and if they get paid then they fear of the price of the token not reaching what was promised to them.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need bitcoin? on: July 30, 2020, 05:41:44 PM
I personally believe and like Bitcoin; However, in my country, bitcoin is not legalized in the state, we can not use it in real life. We can easily meet the daily demand with bitcoin if it is legalized by the Government.
151  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Too Many Altcoins! on: July 30, 2020, 04:51:58 PM
Too many altcoins appearing lately because some are there to scam and just create to make a noise. Even there are many altcoins it is just and right to search which is worth of our penny to invest. Hence, let's not fall for a project that is not worth it.
This is actually pretty clear, if the altcoin is not providing anything innovative and the team is also not doing efforts to make it successful then it is going to be dead soon or maybe won't get listed on any exchange in the future. One must always search the right project that is having potential to grow, not only it gives profit for short term investors but if people are going to invest in it for the long term then it will give huge profit for sure. You can see ethereum isn't a project that developed overnight, it took so many years to make it this much successful that most of the new projects are using it to develop their token.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: July 28, 2020, 05:44:25 PM
from my personal experience it is very difficult to distinguish between good and not projects,
especially with the case of Titanium and Miracle Tele, I got a scam there, even though if I look at the project it is very good
Scammers these days are always a step ahead of the bounty participants and also the scam projects are trying very hard to look like legitimate projects and they even have purchased the accounts of legit people on LinkedIn too and also many other practices that make them look legitimate. These days the eating websites are also not doing their job to curb out the scam projects from being listed on the website. The higher the developers pay the better ratings they get in return, this agenda is really hurting the community and should be stopped.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: July 28, 2020, 04:02:21 PM
$ 5 is still worth enough for XRP, because the All Time High XRP is at $ 3.8, if altcoin season does exist, then XRP is easy for $ 5,
but if you try to hold at $ 10, I can't guarantee it can be achieved
You really are high on hopes, even when better projects than ripple have arrived then also you say that XRP is gonna reach $5 in the future. I believe that XRP is no more the project that it used to be and it isn't gonna give more returns to the investors like it did back in the last altcoin season. Right now it is the era of ethereum and the projects based on the ethereum block-chain are gonna be the ones that are going to make more Crypto millionaires than any other coin. So it will be better to leave the XRP train and aboard the ethereum or any DeFi train now.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin will be your favorite this season? on: July 27, 2020, 04:34:36 PM
Could you give a bit more details why should people hold or buy doge ? Thank you.
(Reason I'm asking because I have some and now I'm hesitating whether to sell them or not)
You should sell your Doge because the price is already bullish now, as TikTok already made this much pump possible and it is always said that you should sell your assets when everyone is buying and enter the market when everyone is selling, I also advised my dear friend to buy bitcoins when the Price reached $6k back in March this year which he trusted me and brought and now he is already in 50% gain and is thanking me for telling him about this easy peasy profit making opportunity. Although he could have invested a bigger amount that I adviced him but he invested only a portion of what I suggested and is now regretting his decision.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Very Important Advice for Devs on: July 27, 2020, 03:15:15 PM
I already experience it on p2pb2b exchanger, very bad at all (especially for new tokens). In the past, tokens were always listed in forkdelta or etherdelta, okex too, and they were all okay. but now, most dev bounty teams always slam into exchangers who don't have good liquidity and end up with no value at all.
p2p is the worst thing that ever exist in the crypto ecosystem. fork and etherdelta only operated when there was a real buyer and seller while p2p was fully operated with the bot that created so many fake buy and sell orders.
Bot trading is done by a lot of Exchanges to boost up their entire trading volume in order to rank up on the exchange rating websites this acquiring more users, in the end they are profited more by the users trading regularly on their exchanges even more than the fees paid by the IEOs to get listed on these exchanges. But still p2p is the worst of them all due to very less number of active users and most of the coins listed there are just a breath away from being dead, customer support is also not very good it is just like yobit which everyone used to diss and not trust with their money.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Very Important Advice for Devs on: July 26, 2020, 06:45:52 PM
If any dev list their coin on those exchange you mentioned then don't blame us even when the price of that coin rally or pump. Anything that comes from a bad and shady exchange will be met with doubtful eyes. If you want a nice community with lot of trust around your coin, stay away from shady exchanges with fake trading volume.
What would those developers do who are not having any ICO for their coin and are doing everything on their own, they aren't able to pay such high listing fees for the top exchanges and that's the reason that they apply for those exchanges and when they get enough of the funds then they can apply for the bigger exchanges, but the big problem here is how to differentiate between those developers who are actually willing to work and make that token a success and those who are in it just for the sake of profits.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Education on: July 26, 2020, 04:51:01 PM

I thought it was already introduced into the school curriculum and universities...
Selected school only in other country but in my country i didn't heard that there is already a curriculum regarding cryptocurrency in general. I agree that schools and universities must include the cryptocurrency subjects or open a courses related to this,so that students will become aware about digital currency and blockchain technology.
I never heard of a block-chain course being included in the school curriculum, but many universities around the globe does provide free and paid block-chain certification courses. Many people now understand that block-chain is a feasible long term career option along with becoming a block-chain developer.
Moreover knowing about bitcoin is going to be actually good thing for the coming generation as young minds learn quickly and they are the ones that would be shaping the future.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is going up day by day.. on: July 26, 2020, 04:11:05 PM
I think right now it's uptrend so everything seems to be going up so eth is no exception, I think eth is not really good when the transaction fee is getting higher, hopefully the future can fix That, everything is risky, so don't be too subjective when there's not enough research
Even though the whole Crypto market is going higher, if we compare it to ethereum it has gained more percentage than any other major Cryptocurrency. The increasing fees does pose a concern but what we can do about it, before the DeFi bubble the average transaction fees used to be below $1 but now the average transaction fees is above $5 which has made transactions on ethereum network more costly than bitcoins network, in the past it used to be reverse relation. I guess once this DeFi frenzy is over the transaction fees will come back to normal, just like the spam attack that used to happen on the bitcoin network a few years back.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin replace Gold someday? on: July 25, 2020, 05:49:10 PM
Never. Bitcoin cannot replace Gold. We have to admit it. It may compete with Gold as a store of value and perhaps even become the preferred option for a short time but it will never replace Gold. Gold will always be gold. The preciousness of Gold is as old as civilization itself. And Bitcoin is not the one to make it worthless.
Bitcoin as a store of value can and will replace gold, not in the near future but 40 to 50 years from now we will definitely see bitcoin as a store of value that will replace gold. Bitcoin is a better investment if we compare it to gold, it is the new digital money that everyone should hold. Bitcoins is having a limited supply just like gold and is also easy to keep, you can even keep any amount of bitcoins in your pendrive too. The best part is, it gives more profit than investing in gold if you are an investment minded person.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to get some Ethereum? on: July 25, 2020, 04:03:34 PM
Looking at the current position of Etherium, it seems that it should be bought because it is very close to the resistance level. If it is confirmed by breaking, then long term buy can be expected. If the market goes down from here, it will go down a lot, so it seems reasonable to wait.
buy it before the price is really above $ 500. however, when the ethereum price has reached that price, it is very difficult to decide whether we need to buy ethereum at that time as an investment or not. however, if you want to see its development soon, it looks like the price of ethereum will go up high before you buy it. Well, if there is an opportunity, exchange and hold ethereum.
Ethereum is already in a pump phase and I won't recommend to buy ethereum right now, there is still some time until the final testnet version release of ethereum 2.0 and only after it we would see the mainnet of ethereum 2.0 and The network upgrade that all are waiting for. Instead you should keep your money in bitcoins and wait for the price dump which is gonna be soon enough. When the Price goes below $250 then it will be a good buy and easily you can make good profit on the money invested. Don't you think the Price rise in only a couple of days is not a good indicator to buy.
