A year ago, in November the ETH price was near the $212 and the current price is lower than the bought price. Folks just have to deal with it and internalize the fact, that crypto space is still the wild west of the financial sector and there are few responsibilities and accountabilities when discussing the exploitation of the work force aka bounty hunters. I think it will be difficult if BTC still dominates, maybe ALT starts to show an increase in the past few weeks but that doesn't prove the ALT season will arrive, because BTC is still very high with its dominance, maybe after the next BTC halving, its dominance will decrease but it doesn't guarantee it will happen ALT season.
There will be selected ALTS like xrp,ltc,bch and more of them that will shine through when bitcoin dominates the entire market, but not with shitcoins. I wouldn't expect that ALT season will commence, but I do hope it will in the perfect time. Much better if my altcoin holding will be carried into domino effect of the entire crypto market, once real bullish run happens next year or following years to come. Few selected altcoins will shine if the alt season is dominant rather than waiting for the higher Bitcoin dominance. The most invested altcoins will take a leadership and these coins will be able to gain nice returns on the investment for the altcoin investors. You should need the platform with minimum trading fee for the deposits and withdrew. Just try to stick only to reputable exchanges. Most projects require new exchanges because the top exchanges won’t allow them to enter the market mainly because they are shitcoins, that is the reason why I don’t invest in exchanges other the top ones.
the only reason I use small exchanges is for the selling my coins that I earned in the bounty campaign. as a rule, such coins do not immediately go to large exchanges It is clear from the viewpoint of bounty hunters to dump the bounty rewards in the small exchanges but they don't care about the future plans of the project which they are responsible to promote this project as a bounty hunter. The correlation between ETH and BTC doesn't mean the prices will always follow each other. Alt season will start in case of diminished Bitcoin dominance and Ethereum is not an exception in my view. Bullrun is bound to happen and recently ethereum looks more consistent for a continued surge, ethereum can keep prices in the $200 range even when yesterday the price of bitcoin got a big correction and indeed the market red again, but with such signs the possibility of ethereum will pump up faster than expected.
Ethereum looks bullish in the recent week and the market conditions improve in this uptrend mood of the crypto market. The pump must live for the 2 weeks in order to see the price levels above the 250$, the market price is slightly under the $220 according to the coinmarketcap. TBH, I have lost a lot of money during the bear market and there is less chance I will able to recover the loss in the bull market. For recovering the loss, finding the reliable projects in investing may help but the risks don't let to put all in the altcoins. The required amounts for profitable top altcoins exceed the small amount of budgets.
The market is at the bottom which is profitable to go 50% of the Bitcoin holdings to the altcoins. Depending on the profit expectation, altcoins will reach the middle of the uptrend line in case of the bull market. If the bear market continues for the rest of the year, the new uptrend will be much more strong than we predict.
