1421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: September 13, 2018, 04:39:30 AM
An advise for you my friend when you have already found the real exchange that you want to use. Bookmark the page and you will be safe nex time you use the exchange. Another is if you are searching on a search engine then you should probably ignore the ones with ads. You carefully check the sites you are clicking. If you are not sure enough to click a site, be sure use a scanner for it will show when the site has malware installed on them. I use virustotal, I don't know if there are some others.
1422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goldman Sachs CFO confirms they are NOT dropping Bitcoin plans on: September 13, 2018, 02:07:33 AM
Same old days, FUD coming in and goes away later. I don't know what to believe anymore but the fact that I am still holding my coins is a reason to believe that there still good things coming in the crypto world. The Goldman Sachs is a big factor in the market, a bad statement from them is like a storm hitting a small boat that is ready to sink anytime.
1423  Economy / Economics / Re: How do crypto exchange help a cryptocurrency? on: September 12, 2018, 11:00:21 PM
It gives liquidity, scatter the coins to the world with different people holding it. Give others the chance to buy the coin when they were too late to get the offer from the start. Sometimes if it is on a well known exchange it also gets famous, and therefor give a hype in the crypro community. The bad thing is that some whales are able to manipulate like putting big money on it in order to pull back the price and buy it.
1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the time to buy! on: September 12, 2018, 04:19:36 PM
agree with your points, compare with last peak price, current every altcoin in super discount price right now, easy to gain profit when market rising later, my opinion is it's a good time to buy now and hold for quick profit, try to check out Eth and Neo, I'm sure that both of them have a lot of space to growth

How can we assure it will rise again like last year? I am afraid it will not follow as what happened during last years events as it was full of hype and investors are entering their money like a storm. For now most of us thinks it will happen again these coming months, if manipulators sees this through then all crypto prices would go down even further-holders will think it is still alright. By the time we realize it is all over.
1425  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Mga balita patungkol sa Bitcoin. on: September 12, 2018, 01:27:21 PM
1426  Economy / Economics / Re: The new economic crisis is the transition to crypto. on: September 11, 2018, 11:29:33 PM
Some people says it is possible, no one really knows what lies ahead. Economic inflation is here and there, there are many countries that are suffering and having a hard time to regain it's lost. IF ever it may happens, when government thinks that they should go with the flow. Making new currency that same as their fiat- crypto currency that is centralized, well it will lead to a hard blow to crypto currencies that is decentralized. Masses will choose the safer investments I guess.
1427  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: September 11, 2018, 05:17:44 PM
If ever that will happen, I guess in my opinion Bitcoin and other decentralized crypto currencies will drastically fall or even will lose its value. Crypto currencies will battle with the version of the government-a centralized version therefore will regain its control over the popularity of decentralize such as Bitcoin and ether. Governments are making their own for one of these reasons, and another is the non stopping competency which each others economy, no one's wanting to be left behind.

1430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: September 08, 2018, 02:18:08 PM
More bounty participants are the lesser the shares of each and everyone of them, it is good to let people to let know that there is some kind of work out here in the internet that gives a lesser energy earn, but sometimes we must be greedy in order to protect what we have found. If all jobless people will be doing the bounty campaigns then it will be hard for us to get more tokens.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New type of scammers in telegram! Keep your bitcoins safe! Watch out! on: September 08, 2018, 02:08:48 AM
Be very careful of this new type of scammers in Telegram. They use the names and pictures of beautiful girls. The way they operate is that they show themselves in the telegram chat of whatever coin you are into. They don’t directly private message you, but they say something to call your attention or somebody else’s attention to start a conversation and eventually take the conversation private.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS TYPE OF SCAMMERS!

Spread the word, we need to protect ourselves from them!.

Good for me I don't even talk to strangers, But if I were to then it will be the end for, my accounts are somewhat link to each other and certain passwords are altered a little to chance the phase. These scammers are all around the internet and I have been done once and I have learned a lot of lessons so I don't go to any sites unsafe.
1434  Economy / Economics / Re: Governments Call on Tech Giants to Build Encryption Backdoors -- Or Else on: September 06, 2018, 05:24:04 AM
The tech giants are against this though right? I remember the issue with FBI planning to sue Apple because they refused to help them unlock some shooter's phone. The FBI ended up not suing because they apparently found a third party that unlocked the phone for them. Google also issued a statement condemning the push for backdoors I believe.

This is concerning though, and I hope whichever companies comply with this get exposed somehow.

I don't think this affects crypto very much as it's targeted towards surveillance, not necessarily for breaking into devices. People should be safe for as long as they don't share private keys over messaging software even if hackers somehow exploit these backdoors.

Some of my back up data are sent via messaging apps. If someone hacks those files I am doomed. I was just thinking to scatter it to the internet where I and my family could open it. I will certainly delete those files, and just use a bunch of pieces of papers to write it down and put it in safe keeping. What are the governments thinking these days, they are merely making lots of ways to stop crypto from being bigger.
1435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signature campaign on: September 06, 2018, 12:01:40 AM
You would have lots of ideas starting from now no. Most of the people in here are same rank as you, and you could get examples of which to join after seeing their signatures well including me. Of course after yours is finished so that no stain in would be left in your account. I personally join signatures which fits my schedules- since I am a busy man and rarely go online.
1436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty in cryptocurrency on: September 05, 2018, 02:06:55 PM
It is one of the best start to start your project, building a community. Since most projects needs a lot of funding they offer free coins to bounty hunters in exchange for their works. People around the globe especially in South East Asia are attached to these kinds of works, doing lots of loads just to get the free tokens. It is still a big help for the ICO funding-that is why they do bounties from the start.
1437  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BITCOIN NOT SO ANONYMOUS! on: September 05, 2018, 11:00:51 AM
What do you expect, I heard rumors that blockchain was used when tracking the terrorist leader Osama Bin Ladden by the CIA to pinpoint his location, well I don't really know if it is true- since it was a rumor. We are totally hidden when we use the internet it is what I believed.
1438  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price? on: September 04, 2018, 10:48:14 PM
Very powerful enough to affect even the alts whenever some bad news and good news are publish on the public or over the internet. Especially when it comes from famous people and icons in the celebrity and business world. Mass media has somehow affected many different things, its the power they use to control the minds of people and up until now it is still the tool that can even bring down a country to it's demise.
1439  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Katas ng Crypto on: September 04, 2018, 09:22:06 AM
1440  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Always keep fiat while holding on: September 03, 2018, 10:40:29 PM
As a 5 years of experience i tried every method for waiting optimal profit. Waiting just with a hold of any coin is not very good at short and mid-term time intervals. Generally holders wait for historical rise but it comes in 3-4 years or maybe more. So even if you wait for that rise you can gain something on short and mid-term time. Basically i assume you have some coin just sell some of them on a small rise period, price is moving with 6k-8k for a few month so when you see 7-8k prices start to sell dont sell all but some of them should be great. Even if it rises after you sell you are now waiting it to fall , and short time period it always falls just wait 1-2 months low and buy even if it drops more you basically gained profit. So if you can read some trend moves you can invest mid-term so you dont have to hold for years. If price starts to rise historically then it is time to buy.

How would I know if it will be the historical time to buy the coin? Is there some sort of a signal that it will continuously arise-maybe fall a litter but will surge again? It's very hard to predict and I have never ever succeeded in a holding for even more a than 3 months, I directly sold them all.
