1441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: May 01, 2023, 08:05:37 PM
Just a quick question though,

Did you guys remember the time when Gervonta Davis had a live video call with Ryan Garcia where they both agreed to risk all their purse on the line? Because after Ryan Garcia agreed with the deal, Davis quickly called his manager/adviser, Al Haymon, on the other phone to prepare for the contract where the winner takes it all as both boxers already had a verbal agreement where the public are also watching.

Now, did that specific deal pushed through? or not?
1442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: May 01, 2023, 07:45:47 PM
And for this WBC bout, Donaire vs Santiago. I read an article that this fight might happen somewhere during the summer in United States, which explains why up to now we don't have any news about them. Let's see in the next few weeks if there are some good news as this might take place in July or August if I'm not mistaken.

Yea, I might read that same article few days ago when I was browsing about some updates on this fight as it's really confusing why they don't have any updates. I tried to find it again but I cannot see it but that specific article really makes sense why we do not have any news about them because summer in US was their forecasted date, so that gives them a lot of time to prepare and rectify somethings about their negotiation.

While waiting for that news, let's enjoy ourselves from this upcoming fight of Moloney vs Astrolabio. This will be a good past time and I sense that we might see another Filipino boxer will upset another favorite just like what Tapales did to Murodjon.

Let see if how Astrolabio will try his shot to upset Maloney,

not saying that it's a missed big fight for Maloney if he chooses to fight Donaire instead of taking the other route,
but it seems that his camp is good in dealing a close deal as he will be facing another fighter that might give him
a chance to move forward.

As per Donaire's next fight, there's still no schedule and we will be waiting for any update if when the fight will be scheduled
there's no final signing contract meaning to say there's no close deal yet.

It will be a tight fight for sure and I'm not ruling out the chances of Vincent Astrolabio for upsetting the favorite which is Jason Moloney. I know the Filipino boxer will prove his existence in the industry and that he's not just a mere stepping stone for someone who liked to have an easy way towards the belt, like Moloney for stepping down with his supposed WBC with Donaire. We never know, we might see another upsetting bout for the favorite.
1443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 01, 2023, 07:27:02 PM
The stake odds for this game are 1.52 for the Knicks and 2.60 for the Heat, Right now Quentin Grimes and Julius Randle are doubtful if they can play for the Knicks and Julius Randle is out for the season, while Tyler Herro, can not play for the Heat, Bam Adebayo is doubtful and Victor Oladipo is now out for this season, for this game I think I can see that the Knicks is the favorite to win but Jimmy Butler is a different monster while pressured, for this game the truth is I really don't know who to choose, that is why I have gone to the best option going with the favorite, the New York Knicks,
Knicks is good and all but I believe that Heat will win again if Jimmy Butler ends up playing as well as he has so far. This is why I believe that we could see anything happen. Overall, Knicks is a better team for sure, I mean when you look at 5 positions, I would give 4 of them to Knicks, aside from Jimmy Butler who has played differently during this playoff period. After all it is going to be a tough one without a doubt.

The early games are a bit different as well, it is not the same thing at all, the regular times for them is a lot better for them. All in all I think the best thing to do for today is to stay away, we can see the games of each series and then we can make a decision based on that, doesn't make sense to take risks and put the first games as bets, just lets see how it will be.

Think the rest of the series leans in on can julius randle play effectively with his ankle issue and now that Jimmy rolled his ankle.  Can he play as effective.  If both can't I give the advantage to the Knicks.  Jimmy is that team.  Either way it's gonna be a good series.

As far as today's game I got the Champs and the moneyline.  I can't bet against steph even though the odds are stacked against them.

I got both games wrong. I bet on the Knicks even though I know that Julius Randle is questionable for that game. I guess the Knicks really need Randle to win against the Heat.

I also bet against the defending champion because they are on the road and the record shows they are very bad on the road. But I guess the heart of the champion is different at playoff time. Congrats to those who believe in the defending champions.

It will be a good series between GSW and the Lakers. It is just the second round but it is reminiscent of the consecutive seasons Lebron and Curry meet in the finals. I think this will be a long series and will go the full 7 games again. This time, GSW have the home advantage so I am betting on them to win this series.

If this was regular season then betting against the Warriors on the road would have been a no brainer, but being the playoffs it's hard to bet against them. Lakers will not be easy and 7 games is very likely. Going to depend on if the Lakers bench can produce.

The Lakers don't have much of a choice here, even the bench needed to step up their game so that they can keep up with the Warriors offensive tactics. Hopefully Darvin Ham will not do the same mistakes of Frank Vogel where they had the size advantage yet they prefer to adopt a small ball to keep up with the Warriors, as expected, that didn't work. Anyway, they learned a thing or two about that mistake.

Regarding on the games later, Boston Celtics is a heavy favorite because Joel Embiid of the 76ers remains doubtful if he can play with a sprain on his knee. I'll try to bet on that live but for now, here's mine.

Phoenix Suns vs Denver Nuggets -4.5 .. Good luck!
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: May 01, 2023, 04:43:49 PM
Quite a lot have happened in the crypto investment market with the long run of a bear market in 2022, as a result of the various market crisis ranging from ftx bankruptcy and Luna crash that affect the market for a long time, before the present recovery, many crypto analysts such as myself are confused as for what the level of confidence of investors towards altcoins in this period. Do you consider any altcoin to be pf future profiting, if yes then what is the percentage calculation of your confidence level in that coin and why should we hold them for a long-term basis?

What happened recently was not a recovery, it was just a short and slight rally that made some investors and self-proclaimed experts say that the raging bull is already coming and at last, the long drought of bear market will end. I mean, why is everybody so impatient? Thinking about the upcoming bull run will certainly not help the situation because it will just make our situation worse instead of seeing this as an advantage to accumulate more coins towards our portfolio while it's still selling for a discounted price.

To be honest, I didn't did my math to know how confident am I in the middle of crisis. I'm just taking it slow while waiting patiently because even if I wanted the bull season to come and start, I can't really do it as there's a correct time and phase for that. Let's just think positive and be more cautious to our acquisition so that we won't be having any regrets soon.
1445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 01, 2023, 04:18:24 PM
Looney and Wiggins are integral to the offensive playfield in the Warriors. With Looney’s monstrous offensive rebounds, he always takes the opportunity to garner second-chance points whenever he gets the ball into his possession. Not to mention, he fits perfectly in the team chemistry of the Warriors.

No doubt! Especially Kevon Looney who hauled many rebounds for the team, even if it's an offensive ones. He may not contribute that much in-terms of points but his role is effective enough to make somebody struggle if they will force and drive through the paint. Another talent unlocked by coach Steve Kerr.

So, we now have Lakers vs Warriors in the West Semis. Man! This is like an early present to us fans because after all these years, they meet again and will be having another tough moments together. The Warriors may have an upper hand in this series but I can't really say that the Lakers will not survive this because their roster can also keep-up with what the Warriors can do. This should be fun!
1446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After HongKong, it is time for Taiwan on: May 01, 2023, 03:51:31 PM
Hongkong and Taiwan are pioneers to enforce more friendly environment exclusively legal and regulatory policies for companies in blockchain and cryptocurrency. They are not the same as China mainland but having some great initiatives in the Asia is great.

In 2017 bull run, we had Middle East and in 2023 market towards 2024 bull run, we might see more adoption growth including regulatory aspect in this continent. It won't stay outside and watch the Europe, South America and Latin America countries to play as hubs of cryptocurrency.

Soon we will have big countries to announce their bombing adoption on cryptocurrency and related companies with clearer regulations so that companies in this field can more easily to comply with.

I believe Singapore as well is having some thoughts of being a hub in Asia and if I'm not mistaken, they also wanted to be a legal tender just like El Salvador did but as of now, they are still taking their time to observe and study further about it because even if we say that El Salvador may have some improvements since they became a legal tender, we all know that it was not an easy step especially that they were the first ones to do it without any experience.
1447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: April 30, 2023, 08:11:06 AM
I almost forgot about Canelo Alvarez's tune-up fight versus John Ryder, and to think, this bout already around the corner.
1 week to go folks and we can witness Canelo fighting again, and probably we will have some answers afterwards whether if he will fight Bivol first or Benavidez.

Is it worth it, are we expecting something unexpected to happen, if I have the time I will watch it to see if Canelo is still good because if he wants to further move forward he should face Benavidez or do a rematch against Bivol now both fights are tougher so I'd like to see if Canelo still has it or become better after his last fight against Golovkin.
For a fighter like Canelo who has a good status in the boxing world, he should stop cherry-picking fights and always go for the challenging fights, if he still wants to be on top of the Ring Magazine.

Again, those questions will likely be answered after the fight. It's still a mystery for us now how will Canelo perform in this bout because he just got out from the surgery where he repaired his wrist that he has been carrying for two fights, hence why he did a cherry picked fight in-order to tune him up before he fights Dmitry Bivol or David Benavidez next.

But if in-case Canelo and his camp will not achieve their expectations or will not be satisfied in Canelo's performance. I wont' be surprised if they will make another tune-up fight and probably that will be the start of Canelo's career to end because people will start saying that there's no future for him anymore in the industry and might be better if he will just retire rather than embarrass himself to another loss.
1448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: April 30, 2023, 07:39:07 AM

Well, just as what I expected about that topic because I believe Steph Fulton will climb the next weight class regardless of the outcome if their bout with Inoue. If I'm not mistaken, Fulton was already prepared to climb but it was delayed because he waited for Naoya Inoue after he suddenly announced that he will be leaving the bantamweight and will proceed towards super-bantam.
This is a solid fight to watch and I am aching to see this fight for sure, and it is a good thing that Stephen Fulton would rather wait for Naoya Inoue before he leaves this division behind, but right now instead of the fight to be this May 2023, it was Postponed due to Naoya Inoue getting injured because of his training, or it could be an elaborate reason just to make time for preparations on the upcoming fight Well some boxers if they aren't so confident in going into the fight they makes reasons on it so it may take time for some preparation, but I not saying this is the reason behind the injuries of Inoue because it is not yet confirmed,

That is quite an interesting speculation mate, I haven't really gave it a thought and believed right away that Inoue was indeed injured that is why their supposed fight in May has to be delayed and moved towards the month of July. You may be right or wrong about that, we never know because both camps didn't disclose any information about Inoue's injury and what we know was just he acquired a minor injury while preparing for their fight.

Same with you guys, I will be with the Nuggets side too.
Denver Nuggets - Phoenix Suns - Denver Nuggets (-1.5) @1.77 I took it 10 hours earlier. It changed to -2.5 for only @1.72 today.
Addition: Over 224.5 - @1.78

Congratulations to all bettors who sided with the Nuggets and you also mate, you even got the over/under option. 2 for 2 for you today.
Spread was easily covered because it was a 12-point game.

Looking at the bets here, it looks like almost everyone else are leaning towards the Nuggets which is quite surprising for me as I expected that there would be some as well who will lean on the Suns because they are as healthy as the Nuggets.

It's been awhile I try daily to make profit

Stake casino mostly mines

But it take back profit.. I have 2k balance.. is there method

To get 100 $ per day
No, there isn't.

I'm not going to lie but I'm really surprised that you even ask that kind of question here OP because I strongly think that you probably know already that there's no such thing as guaranteed winnings in the world of gambling. Well, actually you can even earn more than $100 a day if ever you're really that lucky but again I doubt that you can win consecutively, and don't forget that it's not guaranteed just as we cannot predict what will happen in the future.
1451  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 29, 2023, 08:19:11 PM
Few hours from now, the Phoenix Suns and the Denver Nuggets will have their first game with each other in the 2nd round (Semis) because they are the first ones who finished their respective series in the West. While the Lakers just eliminated the Grizzlies recently and they are now on a waiting game for the winner of Warriors vs Kings.

Only 1 game for today but I won't let this game slide. Nuggets will host the first two games.

Denver Nuggets -2.5 vs Phoenix Suns - Final tip-off revealed that both teams are healthy and no injuries listed beforehand. Good luck!

1453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 29, 2023, 05:28:31 PM
This is like the match where everyone would say that we need a new face in the next semi finals. The viewership for this remaining teams in the last first round match will be focused on them.

As they're the last one to get a toe to toe and do or die match.

Will be cool to see if Kings would defeat Warriors in game 7 since for sure their games will be hype since they experience long playoff draught for almost 2 decades.

But Warriors is also a solid team which got huge global fan base so if the defending champ can surpass kings still  their sales will soar up since many are still interested to watch if they can defend their title this season. They are the last team will face each other first round playoff so most provably many are now speculating on which of these team will be the best match up against Lakers.

Of course, it would be nice to see the Sacramento Kings moving forward to the next round and it's not because of the idea of seeing new faces in the playoffs this time but because of the fact that the Sacramento Kings deserved to it because they aren't just an ordinary team that barely clinched themselves to participate in the post season games, they are ranked #3 seed in the West which means that they are kind of hard to defeat.

But before all of that, they should defeat the defending champs in the Game 7 first and certainly that won't be an easy thing to do as the Warriors are known to learn from their mistakes easily and will adjust what would needed in the next game.
1454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 29, 2023, 05:01:01 PM
Quote
Gervonta Davis-Ryan Garcia: Approximately 1.2M PPV Buys; $22.8M In Ticket Revenue

We all knew that Davis vs Garcia was a great success but it also exceeded the expectation of some in terms of pay-per-view, especially in the US.

Have read an article that even if it only generated 450k to 750k view, it would still be a success but damn that 1.2 millions views was massive if that was an accurate figure they gave there. I wonder how much money if that views were translated in dollars and how much share would Garcia and Davis would get from it.

As per this article:

Quote
The WBA regular lightweight champion Gervonta Davis is set to earn a guaranteed fight purse of $5 million and 50% of the pay-per-view shares for the event. In total, 'Tank' is expected to take home a total of around $10 million.

His opponent Garcia is set to earn a guaranteed purse of $2.5 million. However, his actual payout will be much higher since he is expected to have a 50 percent stake in the pay-per-view numbers. The former WBC interim lightweight champion might see a pay-day of nearly $5 million.

https://www.sportskeeda.com/pro-boxing/news-how-much-gervonta-davis-make-ryan-garcia-here-s-estimate-fight-purse

Guaranteed purse for Tank = $5 million
Guaranteed purse for Ryan = $2.5 million

And then both of them will be getting 50% in the pay-per-view numbers. And since the fight produces one of the best pay-per-view numbers this year at 1.2 buys, it could really equate into big money for Ryan and Tank. So I guess that will be the consolation for Ryan Garcia, getting huge money in this fight even if he lost.

Just like I've mentioned few days ago, it's a win-win situation for Ryan Garcia because regardless of the outcome, this bout will give him the biggest paycheck so far. Where could he possibly find that guaranteed $2.5 Million if he's not facing Tank Davis and he could roughly earn as much as $5 to $6 Million (including the PPV buys). But aside from that, I'm curious how much did Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Oscar Dela Hoya earned from this bout as they are the mastermind behind this event.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Doge worth investing? on: April 29, 2023, 04:37:54 PM
Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether or not to invest in Dogecoin or any other investment. It's important to approach investing with a level head, a long-term perspective, and a solid understanding of the risks involved. Additionally, it's always recommended to consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

That is if you have that much money to have an advisor in every move you make or at least consult some experts regarding the path that you're planning to step into. But most of the investors, whether if they got the right money to hire some financial advisor or not, they still wanted to do things their way because these days, almost everything can be learned on the internet and it's only up to us how dedicated are we to study things for our own financial gain.
1456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: April 28, 2023, 05:56:48 PM
They are very lucky that they can pay a fine if 150000 naira each.

People are just greedy and only looking for ways to warm money. Even if that is what they want to achieve, no through something risky like gambling.

The mother and the son after gambling away 5.6 million naira, that is about $8,000. When the reality dawned on them, they gave false information in petition, accusing someone of fraudulently transferring the fund from their Opay account to the sport betting account without their authorization.
When the gambling site account can be traced to the bank that they use for deposit to know the whole truth. Some people just want to play smart when they are not smart with information.

Honestly, this is one of the dumbest idea to do after losing some money towards gambling and then making a false statement that the money was withdrawn from their account without their authorization when in fact they are the ones who did it in the first place. Maybe if they were smart enough to think it thoroughly before they did it, they could've get away with it and be a millionaire.

And yes, they were lucky enough to get a fine with that small amount after all the accusation and defamation they did. 150,000 Naira or 300 in US dollars.
1457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jason Moloney vs Vincent Astrolabio WBO 118lbs Title (May 13) on: April 28, 2023, 05:21:02 PM
I will be rooting for the underdog here and this will be a good opportunity for Vincent Astrolabio to become a champion at 118. It might be a tough close fight but I believe he can do it because talking about chances, he got literally got a decent chance on upsetting the favorite because Jason Moloney doesn't really have anything special within him.

And it's quite funny for me because out of all boxers that are inside the WBO's top 10 at 118, he picked Astrolabio who is ranked #2 and is a fellow countryman of Nonito Donaire. I'm sensing that Moloney might've another reason why he chose Astrolabio, but anyway, as I said, Astrolabio got a decent chance in cracking Moloney..
1458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: April 28, 2023, 04:40:24 PM
@Boafeng, @bisdak40. Is there a rematch clause for Fulton and Inoue? It appears that this has not been made clear in the news. I cannot find anything that mentions a rematch clause in my hard 10 seconds of searching hehehe. I will do more searching on google later, however, this should be easy to find but is not.

It would also be good for the division if there was no rematch clause. Tapales vs. Akhmadaliev had none and Tapales does not have any mandatory defenses. This implies that he will be given the freedom to fight for a unification against either Fulton or Inoue.

There is no rematch clause, listen to this interview, straight from Fulton himself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1HlyBFnBm4&t=109s

Go move to 1:33, he was asked about a rematch clause and this is his answer.

Quote
There is no rematch clause.

So there you go, one and done for Fulton and Inoue. He knows Inoue has been knocking out fighters in 118 lbs, but obviously he believes that this is his division and not even Inoue can beat him at 122 lbs.

1459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 28, 2023, 03:11:28 PM

I very much agree on your statement mate, perhaps Ryan Garcia could be more lethal and dangerous in the upper division rather than forcing his own weight to fit in 135. But before all of that, he should try and improve his fighting style first because even if he can survive a few fights against the lower ranks, he will still find himself in the very same position where he can't really touch the champions because he lacks something. It's time for him to move-on and learn the lesson that was taught to him, and equip it to be a better boxer in his new journey.

If he didn't lose that last fight he wouldn't think to get to the upper weight class because he was feeling comfortable there with his speed but when he fought Davis, he realized that his past opponents were just a joke. now that he realized he needed to get up there, he should also train as much as he can to get back his honor and gain some momentum to bounce back again. He is such a charismatic boxer unlike anybody else and he can sell his fights easily, he just needs to give some more, especially in his defensive strategies.

We can't really say that, in this last two fights prior to Tank, he has been fighting in the catch weight as well, as high as almost 140 lbs in the Tagoe fight. So it's obvious that he can't really go to 135 lbs or will have a hard time and at a disadvantage at this weight.

So maybe even if he won against Davis, he will have to get up in weight classes. Ryan is still young and so his body is growing naturally and with his height, definitely he can't stay any longer at 135 lbs and sooner or later will go to Junior-Welterweight.

I follow that last statement, he still young and his body is building naturally. It's tough to fight when you are not in your
comfortable position. I'm not saying that it's the reason why he loses the fight against Davis, but at some point it affects him.

Let see what's the plan for him and how he will comeback, it's just a good hype for his name, another cherry pick fight that will result
to hype his name back.

Apart from that, we can somehow say that Ryan Garcia already lost the fight when they signed the contract that got a rehydration clause on it. Catchweight is already manageable enough because they still have some time to gain some few pounds after the weigh-in so that Garcia will be not that drained but that rehydration clause prevents him from obtaining few pounds.
1460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 28, 2023, 02:30:10 PM
The bad thing about the 2026 world cup and even previous world cups is getting auto qualification when they host the world cup. I mean when they host the world cup they get some advantages, for example, they will have more visitors for their country and it helps the country financially while getting an auto qualification is not necessary and they should get qualified like other teams.

If my country is hosting the World Cup and it failed to qualify for the competition, I will never go to the stadium to watch any game. The majority of people that go to watch these games are from the host country. Apart from the supporters club of most countries, the stadium will be empty without the citizens of the host country. For the competition to be entertaining and profitable, host nations should be given automatic qualification tickets. Don't also forget that these host nations will also spend millions of dollars on football facilities, infrastructures, personnel, and other essential services. We shouldn't assume that it is FIFA that finances all the projects, so they need to be compensated with automatic qualification.

That's not right, whenever we are watching the world cup games we just watch the games because we feel we like the games not because our country is playing in the world cup other wise in the final match of any world cup we had only people in two countries watching the games and others will ignore the game just because their country is not playing there which is not right.

We can't really force them if they don't want to watch the remaining games anymore as some avid fans of their own national team will automatically lose interest if their team failed to qualify. I mean, to some, that is their only reason why they are watching the said World Cup and not because they also wanted to see other teams who are also playing in the same event.
But for some avid football fans, any team who will qualify will not matter to them because it's the sport whom they wanted to see and just some selected teams playing against other national teams.
