1501  Economy / Securities / Re: Klyemax Studios IPO on: June 09, 2014, 09:06:27 PM
All kidding aside, gambling addiction is one of the most insidious, and hardest to overcome. Gambling addicts actually get the "rush" when the lose, not when they win. Not that they enjoy losing, but they are motivated strongly to bet more when hey are down. Winning leaves them passive. It is how their brains are wired and why they have such a hard time walking away from the table when they are up. A little " Mia cuppa" and a promise to pay back has assuaged kyle's guilt a little, that's big of shareholders to forgive. Now he knows he can fuck up and steal from shareholders and remain unscathed.

How's the appliance store doing?
1502  Economy / Securities / Re: Klyemax Studios Shareholders thread on: June 09, 2014, 05:15:35 AM
so let me get this straight...
the money shot at this IPO with the purpose of starting a porno site, only the operator went and blew his wad over at just dice. Too bad he didn't tell any of you before you had a chance to pull out, because this cluster-fuck has quickly become a sticky mess...
klyemax indeed.

This is getting out of hand.  Just because people say it's over doesn't make them the authority.  I respect Bargraphics and and what he has to say, but he is wrong about saying the company is finished.  If this MSD issue hadn't come to light when it did, we would all be waiting patiently for news of a major breakthrough. At least the more level headed of us would. Any talk of Ken going into hiding is pure fantasy and what is far closer to the actual truth is that he's keeping his cards close to his chest which is what he does.  Two things have happened recently, the HF deal and the MSD announcement.  Ken silence is due to the HF deal and the doom & gloom brigade think it's because of the MSD announcement.  Sit back and wait for news, it will come soon enough and when it does there will be panic buying given the current prices.  I would be buying right now if I had the cash.   Smiley

Since someone deleted my request I'll ask again. According to your earlier post this would be the next breakthrough. Please list ONE of the previous breakthroughs and also give one plausible idea for what the next breakthrough could be.

one breakthrough for ActM; Ken got his picture in the paper!

sorry, couldn't resist. The sad thing is, there is an entire class of entrepreneur who doesn't even expect to succeed, in fact, they plot their every move with a view to profiting from failure; get funded-pay self-bankrupt business-rinse - repeat. feast or famine on endless loop. It's the American dream, underachiever-style.

1505  Economy / Securities / Re: [ApplianceStore] UPDATED IPO - Profitable - 10% Of Gross Sent To Partners DAILY on: June 04, 2014, 08:17:08 PM
I need more information.

I need your real world identity, background, etc. and The name and address of this business, who you purchased it from.

also, if you wish to list on havelock, you must incorporate first. I would like to see this documentation, if it exists, as well.

I think it is odd that you keep these infos secret and would need to see before I could consider investing.

Lol, while digging, I found this gem (another Slaughter Scam?):

Wow, how did we miss that earlier?! Great find.
Well, here's where some of your coins went... anonymous cash.
I guess the MSD and SEC would be interested in this, even if it never got off the ground, it shows Ken has an understanding of the mechanics of hiding funds via BTC and Tor. It suggests intention, on ken's part, to do so IMO.
1507  Economy / Securities / Re: MPEx owner in danger of being extradited to US to face charges on: June 04, 2014, 06:09:05 PM
Isn't SEC offering a reward for information leading to prosecution of people running crypto-scams like Mp?

Just a thought to any of you who have a need to recoup funds lost...
1508  Economy / Securities / Re: [ApplianceStore] IPO - Profitable Business - Daily Returns -BUSINESS PLAN ADDED on: June 04, 2014, 04:04:34 AM
Updated Note

I just wanted to clear up one thing on this offer. We made all 300,000 units available immediately but we were not expecting to fully fund this venture in the short term. With the unique income sharing structure and the variable value that comes with that we expect potential partners to calculate the value of this offer at the point they consider entry.

We do however plan to increase the value of this company in both the short and long term and prove to everyone that there is enough room to grow this business by many multiples. In doing so we may at some point in the future increase the price on any remaining units.

Those remaining units and any additional units we might sell (from our share, no dilution) would be offered at a higher price. These further offerings would almost certainly be handled on an exchange like Havelock. In fact, we are not opposed to using such a system immediately if and when we are comfortable with how that system handles a few key things. I have scheduled this call to discuss.

After this conversation I may do some restructuring on total units available and when they would be released.
I have 2 questions;
1. are the shared profits paid out in perpetuity or do the payments stop as soon as investor has made ROI?
2. if investor bought shares today, directly from ipo, and you later offered shares on an exchange such as havelock, could today's investor migrate his shares to havelock and trade them there? would each share retain its % of ownership based on today's rate? for example; if I bought one (1) share today at 0.003 and then 3 months from now you listed a new ipo on havelock selling shares for 0.03, would I be able to migrate my existing shares to havelock (or w/e exchange) and sell them at the new higher rate or would they be considered different/fractional?

I guess I am asking, what are my long range prospects, and what sort of exit strategies do I have?
1509  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 11:51:25 PM
Ken sat on out money for months when he should have returned what was left to shareholders.

Ken is a scammer.

Because it's now 100% confirmed he is a scammer. We might have the authority to go after his assets. Now we must determine the value of his other business. His home. His bank accounts.

What's the best course of action to take him down? Class action?

i am at a loss here too DTS. I suggest you re-open the "Activemining - only important info" thread and gather the facts we need to make decision on best course of action. I need to go sleep for a bit. my head hurts from this bullshit.
1510  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 10:46:32 PM
I'm on the MSD website right now, which department should I send this link to? I think many parties sending this linked info would be best.
1511  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 10:38:40 PM
Remember, there's precedent for authorities to require settlement in Bitcoin rather than USD.

See Coinlab lawsuit.

http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2013/11/07/judge-orders-coinlab-to-pay-up-in-bitcoin/

The MSD should be made aware of the issues involved with settlement in USD vs BTC immediately.

+1 I like this.

fearless leader has spoken abouit current actm situation; "don't worry guys, this is just a bump in the road...."
1513  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 10:26:12 PM
We all knew this day would come.  I'm actually glad it's here because once the dust settles we can move on with the company and continue without the MSD cloud hanging over us.  It's the same old pattern with ActM.  Suddenly we get what should be the coup de grace, we go down but don't stay down. I fact we seem to rise from the ashes a little bit stronger from the ordeal.  ActM is a remarkably resilient beast and it's my view that we'll weather this storm as we've weathered all the others that have come before.

In terms of shareholders asking for refunds there's a lot of chat but in reality it will have an absolute minimal affect on ActM.  There will be hardly any shareholders who ask for refunds and those that do will be paid, in fiat, for a pittance.

As usual there's a whole load of melodrama, exaggeration, people talking rubbish and pulling numbers out their arses, the usual shit stirrers and trolls resurfacing and the obligatory shareholder or two who finally crack and cross to the dark side.

This time next month the share price might not reach 0.003 thanks to Bitcoin traitors but those of us who are holding for as long as it takes, we will have our day in the sun.

Cheer up you lot, it might never happen!  Smiley

Unfortunately there's absolutely nothing in the works other than HashFast for Ken at this moment regardless of what he may lead you to believe.

  • He failed with eASIC and then cancelled it
  • He sat for MONTHS with no plan still saying that we were working on our own chip
  • He "found" People's ASIC (read I told People's ASIC about a company that may be interested in buying their IP)
  • He cancelled funding that chip and the 28nm design based on their 55nm IP, AGAIN saying that we were still working on it.
  • He then struck a deal with one of the worst ASIC companies that have existed in regards to customers and litigation (HashFast) to buy their chips.
  • They provided him with THEIR fab to make all of the boards, Ken couldn't mess this up even if he tried.
  • I then connected him with the key players that are pushing for HashFast's bankruptcy so that he could make boards for all of them.
  • Then the MSD comes in and with what's being said, this company will have no funds to produce anywhere near the boards it would need to if any at all.

Was fun watching this though. Game over.

why would any sane bankruptcy judge award anything to ken slaughter? the man is a fraud and has been proven publicly to be incompetent .

so actm does not even have the hashfast deal on the table AFAIK
(good luck waiting to hear that from kenny though)
1514  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 09:24:00 PM
no wonder ken has been so illusive with the financial reports. he must have several completely different, totally fictional versions for each legal authority who wants to see (MSD, hashfast bankrupcy judge, woodlaw) too bad none of us could have cashed out months ago when only ken could sell ukyo's shares. does MSD know about that fiasco?
there are too many red flags, fuck there is a mushroom cloud over this whole thing. red flags were many months past.

@LorenzoMoney - any luck with that phone call to MSD? I would be interested to hear what they have to say, although I really have no faith that it will be anything approaching positive news.

@kslaughter - when do you think you might level with your shareholders? are you simply too busy cooking books and hiding funds? (also not holding my breath)

shit show indeed.
1515  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - KENILWORTH - Real World Mining Opportunity with Bitcoins on: May 29, 2014, 09:48:22 PM
the buyback was for zero btc total. I guess it is a formality to strike it from havelock's books.
the complaint thing is way complicated and I am advised to actually telephone Australia for a bunch of stuff. I cant afford to call Australia as I'm in Canada.
still working on the complaint form even though I don't feel much like even thinking about it these days. I will try to get results emailing the various law enforcement over there, but it don't look good.
it was a dumb investment and i didn't put too much in, i hope nobody else did and judging by what goes on in this thread my guess is not many folks did.
the more I look at it I feel like these kenilworth asshats probably aren't even in Australia, so I'm kinda discouraged, but its on my to=do list.
fuuuu

What's your Bitcoin address? I'll send you $5 worth of Bitcoin so you can have unlimited calls to Australia for a month.

Also, you probably shouldn't be investing in anything if you can't afford $5.
Skype works terrible for phone calls. Every time I've tried to use it the person on the other end just hears broken static.
I posted all the austraian securities and investment commission contact info earlier in this thread so anyone involved in this burn can proceed. Don't let me stop you.
But if you will excuse me, I have a family member who has just been diagnosed with lung cancer, so I have other, more pressing issues right now.

I get the impression that there is a forum for trolls somewhere and it has all sorts of threads directing them over to the bitcointalk forum securities section saying stuff like, "Its totes easy to make those fools flip the f*6K out, lol! Get in here bros!"
I'm not too worried.

Figure out new ways to get absolutely nothing done and dream up more empty promises.

when he says he will kill andreas "with his bare hands" I can only imagine this happening;

I don't know about andreas, but I wouldn't let that little tranny peckerwood Mircea Boobskoo even suggest threats of physical violence against me.
1520  Other / Off-topic / Re: loose != lose on: May 28, 2014, 07:45:57 PM
loose/lose mix ups are a result of people relying on spell check when writing and being only semi-literate to begin with. same goes for the their/there/they're mistakes. go read a book kids, you're making "Idiocracy" look like a work of non-fiction.
