1543  Economy / Collectibles / Re: How would you like to design a bitcoin banknote? on: December 05, 2013, 09:18:31 PM
A cheque style 8.5/11 I could buy with a well designed backing and the ability for me to print my own numbers on the front, with a basic word template, and than those scratch off stickers I could apply after printed would be pretty awesome.
1544  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: I want to jump on board! Just not sure which route is best to go? on: December 05, 2013, 09:12:31 PM
takagari thanks for the feedback on your ventures! I need to look into something like that for myself!

The ATM person is on here somewhere, selling shares for .5 btc, promised return of at least .01/week so 500 weeks to break even assuming they turn low profit. more if they turn more.
They are local to me so very nice venture for me to setup, buy 4-5 shares and forget about them for a while.

Invest/return in BTC is risky.. you may invest 2500usd worth of btc and it drops and you never make it back. or it could increase and you make 3-4X..
1545  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: I want to jump on board! Just not sure which route is best to go? on: December 05, 2013, 08:48:27 PM
I'm in the same boat as you, looking to invest the same 2000-2500 in the new year
Luckily a local place is taking investors on for an ATM, which I'm very seriously considering, local, meet them in person, etc, and returns could get rather large.

Every time I look into buying a mining rig, it seems by the time they launch/you get it, your out of money and barely break even.

Buying into cloud hasing etc. seems like a risk as well Sad

1548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of America covers Bitcoin - 1300$ fair price, potential for growth on: December 05, 2013, 08:00:46 PM
Seems that number is based off all the coins possible..

Also seems like a nice trick to me. The bank come's out announces it, and give's BTC a top value not much higher than we are at already... Basically leaving people thinking "Cool but no real room left to grow so I'll go elsewhere!"

Nice play BOA, Nice play!

1552  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calling the end on: December 05, 2013, 07:29:31 PM
Or they are hoping someone important will listen and repeat, therefor causing mass sale's. dropping price. allowing the tool of an op to buy up before it rises again..

On the other hand. some people are just always negative lol

1556  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Web Developer / Software Developer for Hire on: December 05, 2013, 07:07:11 PM
Looking for a site app, concrete 5 addon possible or php include for our airsoft website.

Want to allow registered members, (even if I make limited user accounts) to post up coming game's/events with some basic details and location. Have it display on the site in order from soonest on, and archive past events.
Auto posting events to facebook when submitted would be great.

I'm hoping osmething like this wouldnt cost to much as we are none profit. But currently I manually create a blog post on our site for this, it's time consuming and we have multiple fields/event hosts who could post themselves and make life easier for us all.

Would need to be user based, as I don't want just anyone posting.

www.airsoftmanitoba.com is the current site.

Thanks

1558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Late to the party again! on: December 05, 2013, 02:39:02 AM
Same, back when they were penny stocks I had over 100. sold out, left, came back when they were $100 bought ten and sat for a while, than we had a family issue and had to pool everything I could get.. Sold them off..

And now.
Sigh.

So I'm buying up. slowly. what I can

And I've decided. I will NOT sell unless I have the funds in BTC to pay off ALL my debt, which would include my home.
If this means I loose it all. so be it. If I see that much increase, cash out and it triples the next day. I'll be happy.

Had I hung onto my original 100, and increased slowly since, I'd be in that situation now... Sigh.

Live and learn.

I also ensure I buy 100 or so of each new promising coin. never that much and who knows!
1559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: wts litecoins for paypal on: December 05, 2013, 01:57:34 AM
Be warned, seller ask's for sub rate, $40 each, demand's an invoice and payment upfront.
When I requested more info or a smaller amount I was ignored.

Buy at your own risk
1560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for my boss to pay in bitcoins instead of direct deposit or check? on: December 05, 2013, 01:30:26 AM
Unless your boss has an income from BTC, it will cost him more to pay you, banking fee's are not as high as fee's to move cash to BTC.

Sorry.
