162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser extensions can steal bitcoin on: April 30, 2020, 11:41:24 PM
Browser extension doesn't help any scammer to steal your money. This news could be fake news to downtrend of browser. Why Top popular browser do it, when this apps has trusted users.  Especially Google doesn't want to vanish own logo trust which they gained after long fight. I heard that Google and Mozilla already removed some fake extension from their browser.
There is a contradiction since you said fake extension are removed by Mozilla and google, that means the scammers were able to add fake extension and the browser needed to remove them after identifying them to be fake, if you are storing your coins make sure you keep that in a external device which is not connected to the internet.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using a trading bot? on: April 30, 2020, 11:17:25 PM
I'm using BitUniverse's Grid Trading Bot, and I think it's really good to buy low and sell high everyday for me, cause the market is fluctuating recently. More importantly, it's totally free and supports 20+ exchanges like Binance.
As BitMaxz mentioned i am not confident enough to use the bot because you cannot find the open source to verify the contents and with the halving coming up there will be many scammers trying to make money, since you are the only one who know about this bot, are you sure you are not he creator and if not have you tried and what is your experience.

I know two trading bot which is used by many traders and verified safe that you can deploy in your own PC.
Take a look at these two trading bots below:

I am yet to explore these bots and have you tried them and is it free to use. Either it will experiment these when i get time.
164  Economy / Speculation / Re: New ATH after halving? on: April 30, 2020, 11:05:49 PM
there will definitely be a time to be able to touch All Time High again, like Bitcoin SV has touched All Time High this year,
but for Bitcoin I think All Time High will occur in 2021 or 2022
The reason for the rally in SV was because of fake news and social media bumping that the real Satoshi was indeed CSW and it was just a clear manipulation and once the market found out the lies it went down like shit  Cheesy. If you are looking for rallies that can be trusted just look at the bitcoin market and not with other monikers who stole the bitcoin identify.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you committed, or considered committing, illegal act to finance gambling? on: April 30, 2020, 10:51:46 PM
It's a stupid idea for gambling only, it's just the same sin, you'll do illegal things then why not just break a law like stealing money that you'll never work anymore and gamble to make money. Really, this doesn't come into my mind, even if I get drunk maybe because I know and I understand that gambling is not gonna be fun if you get yourself control by it.
So you are claiming that gambling is a stupid idea, looks like you are a perfect individual who does not waste money unnecessarily, i used to gamble once in a while and if you are doing with the money you earn then what is the big deal, what i did not understand is the correlation between stealing and gambling, if your country does not allow gambling then it is better to follow the rules rather than getting into trouble.
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your favorite gambling game? on: April 30, 2020, 09:55:39 PM
My favorite and I am pretty sure that most people will vote for this also is "Dice". Generally the reason why its popular is because its very easy to learn how to bet. The learning curve is maybe a few minutes compared to other games. Any other game that is just as simple is maybe Slots hence why they are popular in Vegas casinos.
This is exactly the same reason as dice is really easy to understand and it is the first form of gambling i ever did other than sports betting and the next easy game is Roulette and it is much interesting than dice because of the variables.

However I don't think its wise to open another dice site, why? Because the market is currently saturate with them. A few days doesn't go by without a new dice site popping up. If you want to compete you will need to be creative and think of something new besides your common choices there. Maybe some type of PacMan gambling game that you can make provably fair and cheat-proof. That would get many people interested since its something new.
We have more dice sites and even dedicated sites for dice and if someone could come up with a pacman game which is provably fair and can be verified then sure it will attract everyone.
167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just hit $8000 today and dropped right back on: April 30, 2020, 09:29:19 PM
For me, this isn't the right time to ride, unless you want to play with the market now or you get FOMO'd.
The time for accumulation is over, investors now should be looking for the right timing to dump their bitcoins and take the profit from it.
The market has given more than enough opportunity to invest and you are right, this is not the time to ride the market because of the general economic situation, looks like there is a correlation with the stock market and the crypto market recovered and went higher, i am yet to understand the real reason for the recovery in both the markets but i am surprised both these market are showing similar trends.
168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Takes Place Amidst Pandemic on: April 29, 2020, 12:03:07 AM
The kind of boxing where all people wear a facemask, even the boxers, will somehow be marked in history lol. This is the first time.
The boxers did not wear a face mask, it is impossible to fight with masks in a real professional bout  Tongue.

But surely, if such an event never resulted in another related case to Covid-19 on their country, expect that more organizers, not just in the sports industry, will follow the same since they will think of it as safe and no problem.
They are taking the risk which is not advised in a situation of pandemic and no one really knows the extend and how long we will be in a state of hiatus and we cannot shut everything down for a long period of time but for that we need to find a solution to cure the virus if not they are putting everyone at risk including the fighters family members.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: April 28, 2020, 10:22:26 PM
Back in 2017 I was expecting that ETH will raise and overtake BTC one day, but if you look at the market right now, BTC dominance was and still is around 60 percent and I hardly believe that BTC would be ever replaced from top.
There was a time when majority was expecting this as the hype just took the coin from below a dollar and started rallying out of nowhere when the ICO boom started and with the unlimited amount of coins in existence some thought it will over take bitcoin because the price of bitcoin was below $500 at that time.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The World’s Most Crypto-friendly Countries on: April 28, 2020, 08:22:07 PM
It seems that Asia loves cryptocurrency. There are many countries in Asia that support cryptocurrencies such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea ... Even the country that regularly banned crypto in 2017 2018 is China, now they also support crypto. and prepare to launch central bank cryptocurrency
The support for crypto should mean that they support bitcoin and nothing else, every country that bans the use of crypto will come up with their centralized crypto and that does not mean anything and that does not even mean they support the market, China is under a dictatorship and since they are coming up with their centralized coin i do not think they will accept bitcoin nor any other coin.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: April 28, 2020, 02:25:49 PM
People don't want to give projects some time to grow, they forget that coins like dash, litecoin, Xmr, Bitcoin etc have a rough start, I'm just saying crypto investment takes years, just because a project drop in value doesn't mean they won't grow better in future.

Projects don't just turn huge in a year, there will be lots of volatility and price loss, for long term hold be prepared, if you can't then go for top coins
You are comparing bitcoin the first coin, litecoin which started out as a fun coin, Dash coin which has privacy as the main attraction and then Monero which is another privacy centered coin against what projects, the shitty token projects Roll Eyes. I have not seen any new protocol that is not getting traction, the price is not everything and if the project has any substance and can deliver then people will be attracted to invest in it. I would like to have a clarity about what coins you are talking about.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs from binance not worth holding ? on: April 27, 2020, 11:53:50 PM
Earlier I had a feeling that Binance used to carefully screen whatever IEOs they list in their platform. But looking at the few recent IEOs, I am forced to say otherwise. Most of the projects that get listed nowadays in Binance doesn't have solid fundamentals. I understand that revenues are important, but the exchange is tarnishing its own reputation by allowing such projects.
It was apparent that these will end up like that, these exchanges will take money and a share of the money they collect in the name of the project and that is what they look for and there is no way anyone can guarantee that the projects they announce are legit or whether they are having any plans to carry on with the project after collecting the money.
173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchanges WITHOUT KYC? on: April 27, 2020, 11:31:02 PM
This might not be in the spirit of Satoshi's intent, but there's no getting around it.  I'm actually quite surprised that it's taken this long for most exchanges to be required to verify their customers.
I am sure Satoshi is well aware of the rules and regulation as he was an intelligent individual, there is nothing you can hide from the authorities and this is a new market and it will take its due time for the authorities to come up with the rules and regulations to have a grip in the market and eventually it will bound to reflect.

@ OP I am not aware of any exchanges right now which does not enforce KYC, if you are adamant you need to use decentralized exchanges like BisQ, Waves etc but the problem is that volumes are really low.
174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your trading strategy? on: April 26, 2020, 10:48:20 PM
I'm more of an occasional trader, I hardly trade on a regular base but don't miss an opportunity when I see one.
Majority of the traders here are occasional who enter the market when the price goes down and you enter the market and wait for the market to rise and book your profit, i have my assets for the long terms and i spare some for the short term and my only aspect is to hold till i get my desired profit be it in the long term or the short term.
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 26, 2020, 07:23:29 PM
But watch the fight again.  Masvidal owned him.  Diaz had no chance and I don't think there has to be a rematch.

Anyway...  249's main card is looking good!  If it's happening.  *fingers crossed*
Masvidal would have won that fight either way and there is no way Diaz would have won the fight and it was good that the doctor stopped the fight because these sort of doubts remain in some of the fans and if McGregor wants to have his trilogy against Nate Diaz it will be another huge pay day for them.
The fight card looks good but two weeks to go and i doubt whether this fight card takes place as the situation is not better than last month and with millions of patients in the US alone will they allow them to proceed when all the other sports are halted indefinitely.
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will the Halving affect the BTC price? on: April 25, 2020, 04:14:24 PM
I also don't see a dramatic increase in the price, the effect will take some time probably in the last quarter of the year, people by that time will start to realize that Bitcoin is as strong as ever and will make a big rally, also by that time we will contain the virus, this pandemic is what keeps delaying the price.
If you really think that the pandemic is keeping the price to rally then you need to wait for a much longer period of time, the economy will not recovery automatically and we are expecting a huge rescission in the coming months and the impact of this pandemic will be known once the virus is contained and we have no idea when that will be and then restarting all the business that are affected is another obstacle and i am expecting much bigger issues than the price of bitcoin rallying and i wont be surprised if there is no rally in the next few years.

178  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will the Halving affect the BTC price? on: April 23, 2020, 11:30:56 PM
If the supply reduces, and the demand still high, the price can follow to increase high. And now, after people know that bitcoin is worth, they will try to buy bitcoin, no matter if the price is high. So the next halving which impacts to the reward for the miners, that can make the price increase high, and maybe the price will be more than $20k.
These are ideal situation for the price of bitcoin to rally and many are expecting the price to rally like we used to see during the past halving but this time around there were many difference like we used to be in the past even before the virus pandemic but with the pandemic in full flow and the economy expected to crash hard i do not have any hope that we will see the market rallying anytime soon.

179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Ripple’s XRP could reach $1 in 2020 ? on: April 19, 2020, 08:43:23 PM
As of the moment, the ripple price is at 0.19 usd.. its not far to 1usd.. but the problem is if community or crypto enthuasiast will accept ripple and stock their wallet.. they need news to do the hype
You can hype what ever you want, but ripple will not be trusted by the real bitcoiners as it is not even a decentralized coin and the amount of coins in circulation makes me laugh about the way in which some people think about creating money out of thin air and they support these projects because it has crypto related and then abuse the government for printing money  Cheesy.
I will bet that the price will not reach anywhere near $1 in the next 100 years Tongue and hype and pump and dump will not work all the time.
180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 19, 2020, 08:06:19 PM
I think we’ll see players returning to training with their clubs in mid May, possibly like Germany in small groups with no tackling. I think the PL will start matches behind closed doors in mid to late June with 2 games a week so the season is finished before August.
If the players are able to return to practice mid may then it will be great as it will take a months or two to get back in shape for elite level fitness but these are just expectations, even though some of the countries are seeing some improvement i doubt we will see anything soon.

Well yeah nothing is for sure right now regarding Champions League. It will all depend on how governments will relax down later depending upon situation. Still in August seems pretty much doable, its like 3 or 4 months from now and I think situation with pandemic will be much better then.
Three to four month from now is a realistic situation for some of the sporting events to continue especially team sports.
