Any ETA on when those new bugs are gonna get fixed - the ones that made TradeOgre put all these cryptonote coins into maintenance? I assume it's the "coin burning" bug, when an attacker can send coins that are then unspendable by the recipient. Are you gonna implement the monero fix, or make your own?
According to a post on the Discord channel last night the devs are working on a fix, but no details beyond that unfortunately.

What the hell is this gibberish*? The only members that have been hired here are the staff and some (all?) moderators; the rest of us are here voluntarily.
It is clear that those who work are staff, monderator ... (all?) is (local?). What do I mean to say? about new Members, if this is uncontrolled in (one) day if it continues to grow by around 100 people throughout the country, newbie members, do not expect spam to disappear? "So every newbie member who registers must go through a selection of staff, Monderator, and local forums. If necessary, create a profile photo for newbie members, then all spam issues are resolved .... Not nonsense ... after all the requirements are complete, all decisions are received or not in hand @Theymos... Don't edit or strikeout what people have written when you quote their post; if you don't like what was written or it is irrelevant to the discussion then just don't include it in the quote. I use the ellipsis (...) to indicate words were omitted, but "~snip" is also popular here. That said, your reply is also nonsensical because you clearly don't understand English that well, but it seems you are saying that every new user should submit an application - including a picture - for review by staff/moderators/theymos before being allowed to join the forum. If this is a correct interpretation of what you wrote then I can assure you, despite not having any inside information whatsoever, that this will never fly here.

this project are good in development ? what dag mean ? Do you plan to add Masternodes or something like this ?
Development is unbelievably good but marketing, so far, has been crap. DAG is "Directed Acyclic Graph," and it is basically a way to eliminate orphan blocks and 51% attacks. If you want more detail then this article is good: https://www.investinblockchain.com/dag-blockchain-new-competitor/

One day I provided a loan ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=772348.0) and took the account as collateral, the person defaulted I held the acc for a couple of years, just decided to get rid of it if I find a legitimate buyer, I wouldn't sell it to just anyone. ... That's a sad tale, OP... however, you surely knew that anyone involved in account selling is all but certain to get red trust, so I'm not sure what your beef is here?

Scroll down to the bottom of your page and you should see a "move topic" link on the left. And yeah, reputation is in a weird section.

Hello, this is a promising coin with very ambitious plans...
I'm sure this isn't your only account here so onto the next one you go. Yet another newly demoted noob wanders into meta to fish for metrits only to get nailed for plagiarism. Sweet, sweet justice.

Good catch, OP, but this belongs in reputation.

1.) DON'T EVER RECRUIT "NEW MEMBERS":
All Forums must adopt @theymos policy. The standard value of the Global Forum is to hire the best Members in the Forum, ...
What the hell is this gibberish*? The only members that have been hired here are the staff and some (all?) moderators; the rest of us are here voluntarily. * - a rhetorical question, really.

Memories...certainly a lot of stuff in crypto world changed since I posted this Indeed, yet the 2GB RX 560's that I only bought because nothing else was available at the time have proven to be the best purchase by far. They are still profitable to run (on CN variants) while all of the NVidia cards have been turned off or sold in the last few months. Just goes to show you should never place all your bets on one card, coin, ASIC, etc.

I must say that i got myself a good laugh, because the counterargument against flatearth is round or sphere...which is also wrong. ...
That is the Potsdam "gravity potato" and it is a synthetic image meant to represent the shape of the Earth in proportion to gravity felt at any point on its surface. The actual shape of the Earth is still ellipsoid/spheroid (bulging at the equator - ie, ellipsoid - due to spin).

... Now here's the real problem if a person believes the earth is flat and is determined against all scientific FACT to believe youtube video's and meme's than for the love of satoshi no one should be doing business with that person in a trustless environment because who knows when that person might think something like your money isn't really your's and no longer owes you anything or any other insane reason a meme tells him about!
In fact, the OP already wonders if he can trust bitcoin: ... If we don't even know where we live and only rely on what we are told how can we judge who is behind Bitcoin and what their intentions are? ...
Actually, he more or less says that since he can't prove the Earth is spherical he also can't trust bitcoin. So, yeah. Ergo, red trust definitely warranted. I don't know about the rest of you, but I would definitely want to know I was dealing with a nutcase before conducting a transaction.

... so I think it's only a matter of time, what do you think? I think this is a classic spam megathread type post in both content and style, particularly the closing sentence asking the opinion of everyone else. Consequently, I think you should lock this thread.

How to create a list of every demoted ex-junior member that received exactly 1 merit AFTER Theymos announced the new newbie restriction rules... So be carefull, this list WILL receive false-positives, but my gut feeling tells me that at least 50% of the resulting users have abused the system...
So indirectly you are saying that who ever receive 1 Merit is subject to be suspicious ? Well, apply some common sense, here: people who received no merit couldn't possibly be accused of abuse... Let's see where the data takes us before making any pitched arguments, though.

I've been asked to warn pool operators about repeatedly spamming ads for their pools. This is against forum rules, as outlined in the stickied post at the top of this section: Advertising spam is not allowed, this includes mining pools, gambling services, exchanges, shops, etc. Mining pool ops should make a thread within the Mining section of Alt Currencies. Most OP's already link to pools available so advertising your pool is unnecessary and leads to too much spam. ...

From that same person/bot is some excellent financial advice: Doing these things only or always depends on you. Selling your car or goods to buy btc will be one of the greatest achievements one can do because the person will one day reap it.

So, 1637 promotions in less than a week, huh? Aren't we, as a community, becoming too generous, too soon? ...
For sure some are being too generous and/or naive. I purposefully went back to threads I have been following a long time and singled out some of the contributors there, rather than award most of my sMerits to newbies that showed up in meta to "praise" the new changes by "thermos." Furthermore, I wrote a thread within a few hours of theymos' instituting the new merit requirements for jr. members that warned people to check the post history of any newbies before awarding them a merit to make sure they weren't (re-)enabling their ability to shitpost for sig campaigns, which is basically what you are saying here (so I naturally agree with you). That particular cat is out of the bag at this point, though... Now I suppose we will just have to wait a month or two or six to see if the new merit requirement is actually effective at reducing spam megathreads.

... Maybe it can be arranged like this a little so that it looks good and knows the Red Trust and Trust. Please note the changes I made to your quoting to make your post more readable and less of a wall of text; you did not need to quote the entire list made by Coin-1 to illustrate the use of colored text to denote untrusted/trusted/neutral feedback. Also, don't use colored text for your reply as it almost always makes it less easy to read and greatly annoys some members (Jet Cash, in particular, is not fond of changing text color or size in a garish attempt to stand out - and many agree with him, including me).
