161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: September 27, 2019, 05:53:23 AM
CSC is available on Steam as an Early Access Game! 🎮

https://twitter.com/CS_Commander/status/1176542026357202944

I haven't played it myself, but... look at all those negative feedback! Just what's wrong?
It it just stubborn people who are going against change or is there something wrong with the game?
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/Cuckaroo29d miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 15.8.4 on: September 27, 2019, 05:28:20 AM
Why are you guys asking for updates?
Is there anything worth mining with GPUs?
Don't expect a developer to do free work.
163  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: September 27, 2019, 04:51:45 AM
I guess that exchanges see there's no volume in trading since most people miss the accumulation periods.... and so they prefer to keep what they've won and terminate their expenses.

At least not everyone is as dishonest as Cryptopia.
164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Athletics crypto betting on: September 26, 2019, 03:53:08 PM
This is the first time I've heard of this athletic competition, so I guess it's not that popular among "normies" like me! Roll Eyes
I believe it's unlikely that you'll find it, at least in good volume.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: September 26, 2019, 03:49:52 PM
Less bet amount and huge rewards attract people towards lottery than other gambling games but also the winning part in lottery is highly not possible but we can win on any other games we bet atleast few times. When people get the intentions to make lot of money by overnight they will pick lottery is the game to play.

AFAIK many countries were banned lotteries particularly due to lot of scam.
Indeed, the lottery ticket is cheap that anyone can afford to buy especially the less fortunate people thats why even the chances to win is slim many are still trying their luck because if you win your life will definitely change.

I don't understand, why would they even think that it would be that easy. The government will not just hand those millions to that person without taking a percentage of it. If you will be watching the video in the OP, you will be realizing that it is not that easy. Either take a big bite out of that cheese or give it to you pieces by pieces and complete it in time.

Not only the government, but also the company that gives the lottery money will withhold some amount if you want instant payment of 100% of the winnings.... In the faaaaaar chance of 0.001% of winning that is!
The usual way of distributing winnings a slow repeating payment apparently.

XRP Recovers from Dip to $0.21, But Analysts Expect Further Losses

XRP, which plunged to unprecedented lows yesterday, has posted a relatively strong recovery from these lows, but analysts are now noting that the crypto is likely to see further downwards pressure in the near-term.

https://www.newsbtc.com/2019/09/25/xrp-recovers-from-dip-to-0-21-but-analysts-expect-further-losses/

It seems like one big, important part of the last rally was driven by hopes for a big BAKKT adoption which would bring fresh money in.
Those who bought for this reason would sell after BAKKT anyway.
I guess many have also shorted BTC with paper money because of a disappointing launch and here we are, everything falling lower and lower thanks to an awesome 70% BTC dominance.

If people were more diversified, they wouldn't suffer so much from paper shorts!
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - DPoS with Dynamic Fees 🔹 New CORE v2🔹 ARK Deployer 🔹 on: September 26, 2019, 12:04:58 PM
What an ARK Advocate actually is, is a person who helps spread the word about ARK in a number of ways... mostly in a local area.

More info can be found here: https://ark.io/ark-advocate

of many years i'm in\around the crypto communities i've learned to be a success blockchain it need to go through china, but ark people have never set a foot in china... yet.

Right now there's not much interest for overall cryptocurrencies.
SuperCrypto shared an interesting chart in Twitter earlier: https://twitter.com/Super_Crypto/status/1177176541190590465?s=19

As you can see, we're too low on interest.
Sure, people who were searching how to buy BTC in 2017 won't be searching about it again, but this chart shows that we don't have a significant amount of new buyers.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Grin | PoW Mining | Electronic transactions for all. Community driven. on: September 25, 2019, 07:01:18 PM
@felipepoide79. Bittrex coin wallet maintenance might last for a few hours or a few days in my experience. However, for cryptocoins with active development similar to Grin, it will not be long.

@Hueristic. There were already 4 audits for RandomX. All of them speculates favorable towards asic resistance.

But it's been a few weeks now

You're talking about Monero, right?
I don't think I've read about RandomX and GRIN anywhere.
Isn't one of the GRIN's algorithms still GPU-Only?
169  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BITZ.GG - THE ULTIMATE GAMBLING SITE LIST on: September 25, 2019, 06:57:31 PM
I hadn't realized how many gambling sites exist until I visited your site!  Shocked

You must have put a lot of work to get everything together in one place, huh?
170  Economy / Gambling / Re: This might be a different approach to gambling on: September 25, 2019, 06:55:12 PM
Erm... What do you mean you're not doing this for profit?
I'd understand this if it were a school's project but since it's a gambling site then it's also possible that you end up losing instead!

I don't think 1% up or down would be a decisive factor for some to choose you or not, you could set it to 49-51 after the beta.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 25, 2019, 06:49:57 PM
If you think Eth is decentralized you are going through life with blinders on. Etc is decentralized. Eth is a shitcoin with a herd of morons propping it up like the idiots you are...

Only BTC is decentralized in real meaning rest of all projects are totally centralized so you should make correct you info and don't advertise other coin into this thread.

You mean the Bitcoin which is probably owned in large sums by those who started mining it the first years before it was known using a CPU? Or is the dependence of two ASIC manufacturers what people would call "decentralization"?

Decentralization in transactions is one thing, but decentralization in control doesn't exist in any coin... And probably will never exist for as long as there are rich and poor people, the rich ones will be able to gain control of anything at anytime.
172  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange with USD EUR GBP JPY CAD BTC LTC XRP NMC XDG STR ETH on: September 25, 2019, 05:19:51 PM
I don't know what are those coins supposed to be, but it's a good thing that you keep expanding guys!
If only every exchange was putting quality over quantity like you're doing...

I didn't get any email either, I guess they don't send them out to people who held less than $1 in their shitshow-of-an-exchange! Lips sealed

Most likely it's a fake one though, just a hanch!
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 24, 2019, 11:11:52 PM
15% down in a few minutes!!! Cheesy
Man... this BAKKT thing must be amazing!

This is not an organic market action!
176  Economy / Gambling / Re: Jackbit | PVP Gambling - Free Coins - Fair - Fast & Secure on: September 24, 2019, 07:44:40 PM
Nice sleek UI!
And the free coins are a good trick to lure people in, but a bit too little to make any difference I think!
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - DPoS with Dynamic Fees 🔹 New CORE v2🔹 ARK Deployer 🔹 on: September 24, 2019, 02:36:19 PM
And while good progressions is being made, ARK and all alt-coins have to follow the games which are being played against BTC...
Just look at the volume of trades happening with the scam Tether: https://coinlib.io/global-crypto-charts#money_flow

As of this post, the ratio is about 80% TUSD, 12% USD, 4% Chinese Yuan, 4% the rest of fiat currencies.

Only adoption can declup a coin from BTC and ARK is one of the few who can bring adoption.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: September 23, 2019, 08:21:10 PM
Stellar is a good investment now because anytime XLM could go up and XRP is not moving well but latest news can trigger the XRP market up.
For now XRP support level is $0.27 and hope XRP will also join the ride with eth and btc when they all will grow up!

That's some solid investement advice! Basicely you're saying: "It can go down, but maybe it'll go up"
I can't argue with that! Roll Eyes
179  Economy / Speculation / Re: NEW BAKKT game on: September 23, 2019, 08:19:49 PM
It's been so long that I didn't even remember this game!
And also... are we sure they can't pull a "haha we were joking, we're not launching yet"? Cheesy It feels weird that they just launching!
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ARK - DPoS with Dynamic Fees 🔹 New CORE v2🔹 ARK Deployer 🔹 on: September 22, 2019, 07:45:29 AM
Will there be a collaboration with Hydra token?

Why would there be? Never heard of it, but by Googling I sow all I needed... They don't offer anything in the ecosystem.
