Although the overall price of the XRP is expected to witness a rise, not all 2018 will be the same. Many cryptocurrency fans don't like the idea of banks or financial institutions or companies that manage cardiac crypto. In the long run and as long as the bank exists, XRP tends to prove to be a solid investment, but the price can be seen as a downward trend in a few months.
Many cryptocurrency fans are teenagers who follow the trend and especially love to follow a trend of hate on things they do not understand. XRP is not for banks alone, it's for any big organization that moves money... Call it Western Union, Visa, PayPal, or even multinational companies like Coca-Cola, whatever company needs to transfer money instantly and cheaply are a potential user of XRP, yet people can't even understand the difference of XRP and Ripple! |

I'm a top 10% reviewer and I always provide rich arguments in all my reviews, yet I have 0 rewards.
The fact that I may review a project which is not paying rewards yet and after a few days they may start giving rewards for new reviews, sets me off. I've just stopped writing reviews altogether and wait for rewards to be introduced.

How elastic are you with the listing fees? For example say that there's a new project with low market cap which didn't run an ICO and the premine was equal to 1 week of mining. The team is getting 1% of the block-reward and is offering another 2% of the block-reward to charity.
Would you review this project and consider listing them for a very small fee?

I have delegated my ARKs now about 10 month to Arkland and I never had problems with him. He paid nearly every day and I earned much more as before from others. I remember there was one time he had missed some blocks because of an issue of his system, but he paid from his share the missed ARKs of his voters! At the very least, he's a very honest person. I don't like private delegates who just vote themselves and get into the 51 places, it slowly destroys the decentralisation of the system. What I see as the 2 main sources of problems are, (1) The thread bumpers which seem to be paid people with multiple accounts or even organised groups of many people, not bots. The way those bumpers post in forums and answer to each other seems very relative and on-topic with every thread so they can't be bots, but I have my reasons to believe they're not normal users either (I mean... what normal person would visit 10 different altcoin ANN threads and praise every one of these projects as being the best!)(2) Just visit the " Patrol" page and see the last posts, I'm sure 80% of the posts are social media links to fake accounts which post "advertisements" for a bounty camaign. The problem n.2 isn't a big issue as long as the forum's database can withstand it!  The spam is only going on inside bounty threads anyway. However for countering the problem n.1 we need something more drastic. I'm sure there are IP-check filters in place already but that's obviously not enough. Since the people doing the spam cannot be caught, we need to eliminate the motivation; that means punishing those who buy the services of spammers to bump their threads. But if we start punishing threads for having spammers, then each project team can send spammers to the competition's threads and then report the competition's thread for buying spam services. TL;DRTo be honest I started writing this post about 30 minutes ago, thinking that I had an idea but then when I'd write my idea I'd see holes in it and then deleted it! That's why I haven't managed to actually come up with a suggestion this time but only the forum issues I can recognise. Maybe I should haven't bother to post this buy someone might actually come up with an idea while reading it! Also, I used to think all this spam is coming from newbies who don't know how the forums work, which is why I had suggested the following filtering method, if you want to read it I'm linking it bellow, I still believe it's a good idea but not enough to counter a high percentage of the problem. ... |

I'm new to CryptoBridge. Just made my account here. But I didn't understand how to make a backup of the account wallet. If I'm following the help instructions I land up in a page which does NOT allow me to create the .bin file which allegedly is necessary for the backup. I've tried to create a new account from scratch (changing IP and clearing cookies, otherwise it wouldn't let me) but the system still does not allow me, after I click on the creation button the server seems to never answer. In other words: it's two hours I'm struggling to open an account which I can backup and I still couldn't. I would not call this being user friendly.
So what should I do?
It's just a freaking Bitshares wallet, there is no "backup" (just your name and key)... But no one will ever tell you anything because too busy fleecing lambs that think this is "decentralized". I sold mostly in Feb-Mar, but it took me until today to get the last coins out... goodbye, I've been released from Klunk Hell  Unfortunately that's the most "decentralized" nature of exchange we can have right now. If a 100% decentralized exchange exists, then I don't know about it! All trades/withdraws/deposits in CB are recorded in the blockchain, in this context this exchanged is marketed as decentralized. However I believe CB could become better if it would somehow have a connection with the Bitshares exchange or other exchanges that use Bitshares (if any exists!). The low liquidity and the high fees for pretty much any action you make in this exchange is a serious problem. |

I wonder why did Cryptopia disable the withdraw (and probably the deposits too) of ARK.
Cryptopia's message reads "Reason: 25/10/18 - In maintenance briefly for infrastructure upgrades, thank you for your patience during this time!" but I don't see any update from the team regarding a set date for the update to Core v2, if it takes a month will Cryptopia hold our funds for a whole month?

My game today was as volatile as BTC in its good days like max up max down and ended OK up ( but LONG sideways hour that last hour....) Overal Total 4 sessions = stash amount increased good...,so a quiet time from poker i think, a solid good month of Brain rest, and coming holliday days etc...... Who cares? As long as it is cheap, I just get more ARK per "X" of another coin I mine. You can't go wrong with holding cheap, promising projects with a serious, passionate and dedicated team supporting the project! This kind of comment don't make any sense. The Ark has been this cheap or this price for a very long time already with not much movement. My comment makes sense if you think about the mining profitability... no matter whats is ARK's price, by mining the most profitable coin I earn just a little over 1$/1080ti. With that money I was getting 2 ARK/day for a few days and now I get about 1.5 ARK/day. If only ARK increase in price by 100% and not the whole market, then my mining profitability will still be 1$/day but the amount of ARK I can buy per day will be halved to 0.75 ARK/day. Does it make sense now why even if ARK increase or stays on this low levels, I'm fine?  ARK is my main holding in crypto so I'll have good gains even if it increases now, but if it doesn't I'll keep increasing my holdings. Why don't you sell your 1080ti and buy Ark instead? I would go this route. Oh I've already done that, but I need 1 card for gaming! I had 3 cards and sold 1 on July and 1 on August since I was expecting the new models to be announced on September and I believe the cryptomarket bottom on August. Seems like the September will be the bottom though. |

Ripple is tracking a downhill. According to a forecast site Ripple will decline this week upto 0.39 USD dollars or more. By then investors can rebuy more number of Ripple. Are we expecting a pump after this decline? Will ripple moon and hit a dollar?
I checked about 30 TAs, and to sum them all up "Ripple will go up, unless it goes down or stay the same" I'm not so sure, it might fall while going up, therefore staying at the same price while still moving up and down at the same time! What do you think? Would I be a good analyst? |
