161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this a good time to invest? on: February 20, 2021, 06:58:48 PM
I mean what are you waiting for?? I don't know that you already invest or not. But if you do not invest yet, you will so regret your action.
That's why you must learn it by yourself and makes your heart strong to start invest. Never try to find a very dip price, because no people can do it. You just need to start to buy and keep Hold it
The market is volatile but if Op decides to invest before he makes gains these days. It is not late to invest because seeing the current condition of Bitcoin is on fire. The price is continuously increasing so just invest on the amount that you are willing to risks on crypto.
Yeah, bitcoin is on fire currently and within the coming days or weeks the bitcoin market can crash anytime. My candid advise to OP now should be: don't go into bitcoin investment on long-term right now but short-term is encourage as the bitcoin price has hited All Time High and correction expected soon. Although, this is not investment advise but my opinion, so, trend carefully about the bubbles as you put it ability of burst into consideration.
162  Economy / Speculation / Re: next Bitcoin price correction WHEN? on: February 20, 2021, 06:47:21 PM
BTC price goes up and up ever since we had last correction at 42K. now we are at 57.4 K and climbing which is very very good. some people even expect no correction until 80-100K. if we move like that we may see price over 100K as soon as 2-3 months. what do you think?
Don't be deceive for bitcoin market can't be determine(forecast) by anyone yet becasue the market still developing. What i personally believe in bitcoin is whenever the price move above some reasonable percentage i quickly take out profit then watch the market after which i go again for purchase. More also, i learn to re-invest my capital during my stay with a particular project, mostly the top altcoins on marketcap. Currently, i exited the market before the $57k+, so, during the forthcoming correction i will swing into action again.
163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sponsor Money from Casino, Is bad or Good? on: February 20, 2021, 06:02:54 PM
Any streamer, if he talks about any product or organization, does not do it for free! So I don't care whose money he uses... I don't really trust streamers or bloggers at all... It started with reviews of different ICOs ... Cheesy
There are streamers who give honest review about the platforms which is even sponsored but we shouldn't have to trust them blindly because we are going to use our own money so basic research also important before choosing a new platform in any field.
Those whom your are referring to are very rare(streamers, bloggers and You-tubers) becasue they are paid for the advertisement, so, many of them tends to follow what won't hut the gambling platform rather just to give some reviews that won't represent the real casino. Have been a victim of this sometimes ago and have vowed that streamers and loggers are the most deceivers we have in the world, i don't trust their judgement.
164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling payments fees on: February 20, 2021, 05:43:28 PM
<snip>

Let me know if there is any that have increased their transaction fees.
We might not going to see what your minds tell you becasue these gambling platforms around this industry have learned how the system do run whenever there's a bull-run. Those gambling platforms i did be using are such that uses the altcoins for transactions and therefore have no problem with the highs in bitcoin fees. Because of these platform clamoring for more gamblers to join in their platform won't allow them make such pronouncement, their fees won't change even though the price of bitcoin hit $100k IMO.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: February 20, 2021, 05:01:42 PM
I know that bitcoin will reach new all time high so its better to save your earned bitcoins. The more bitcoin we have, the better it is for us to survive in future. Keeping this point of view in mind, i try not to spend much of the gains which i make through signature campaigns. If you have other sources of income, it is recommended to keep the money from signature campaigns for long term holding.
ATH in the past or now?, this game of Bitcoin kept many of us into doubt becasue of the nature the government of the world accepted the technology, very few knew what the future holds for Bitcoin why millions were after the get and eat theories around the tech, personally i could have gotten more that this if only i saw the future come. Most of my paid starsh during my early days in bitcoin wasn't much becasue i never believe on the growth of bitcoin to be such that will be globalize, here we are today; sorrying myself becasue i hold little from my signature earnings and trade.
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take team's cohesion into account when betting? on: February 20, 2021, 04:37:52 PM
Personally, team cohesiveness should be a matter of consideration because without team cohesion it will be more difficult for the team to make good play when they play others. Without the team cohesiveness it will be possible for the team to enter into garbage play which could made them loose their game. During my betting with the sport team, my emphasis are always lead to team cohesion before betting.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have some 16000 usd but need to know investment portion on: February 19, 2021, 08:51:32 PM

i have done many jobs and hard earned 16000usd. If i invest on INJ , ETH, DOt or any other potential coin. What is the investment amount or ration that would you all recommended ?

1000$ or 3000$ or 100$ or any other amount?

The cryptocurrency market doesn't just need cash inflow but an opportunity for anyone to move into the market without mistakes, if you are not lucky to make it into the correction zones then there might be some downside if eventually move some funds into the market. Always ensure that you move into the market when there's a correction to take a great opportunity in process. Your listed coins are good but maybe they are not undervalued coins, so care should be taken for your investment if there is no correction before entry.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When did you learn about crypto, and how fast did you get comfortable with it? on: February 19, 2021, 08:38:26 PM
Backed in 2018 after the downfall of the bullish market that started during the 2017, i went into cryptocurrency through my spouse whom now sit down and watch some chat with me becasue of life. At first the game wasn't interested becasue of some terminology which looked confused to me until  i came into the limelight of the teaching with my spouse. Little did i know what was ahead becasue i was reluctantly learning the technology as we go, but when the challenge came things turned into good, getting comfortable with the process wasn't as fast per-se.

170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you say you made money if you never actally sell your coins? on: February 18, 2021, 11:11:16 AM
Should you hodl forever?  Does everyone have a price?  What is yours?   Huh
Not even Satoshi himself or themselves will hold for-life becasue we are all here for profit and technology development. In my opinion everyone here have their price respective to their adaptation, if you are holding for a period of time then after it expiration profit can be harvested, so, without selling out your portfolio there is no profit IMO. Am not a forever holder but usually have some of my coins converted into fiats for safety in my daily activities.
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rich people causes cryptocurrency ban on: February 18, 2021, 10:39:53 AM
<snip>

* If I many ask what is the major reason while some countries ruling class ban bitcoin transaction?
* What is the negative effects using crypto as currency?
* what harm does bitcoin contributes a country that can lead to ban?
*Whenever parents can't control the children; then there will be restrictions from parent to children, 'this is likened to what is happening to our dear countries that had banned cryptocurrency'*. Take for instance my country Nigeria: due to lack of regulations around cryptocurrency made them raised restrictions in this regard in order to gain the control back from the citizens. The freedom the cryptocurrencies brought is such the government of the world won't accept easily, but with time they will come to the reality that the world is moving very fast into future.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Nigeria Come Late to the Bitcoin Party? on: February 18, 2021, 10:26:12 AM
<snip>

With the way the Nigeria government is regulating crypto transaction, will the country be late to the btc exciting and rewarding party?

The country maybe late to this cryptocurrency party becasue of the ways things do happened in the country. Our leaders don't always want to be left behind in terms of sharing formulas: what happened to the BANNED was the lack of sharing formula that wasn't beneficial to the head rather to those Crypto-Holders, therefore was the BANNED activation. Don't worry about the current happenings bro, things will be normal soon when their selfish interest is be serve. Believe me that Nigeria will lead again the crypto-community.

174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Government Rules Mean No More Gambling Sponsorship on: February 14, 2021, 06:30:55 PM
Rules is rules and they should comply with it, in the first place players should promote sports and not gambling. For me its okey, gambling sponsorships should be put in the right place. Maybe there’s a deep reason for that, but could trigger negative and positive impact.
Basically one of the reason i could figured out here was that of influence most of these sponsors have on their sponsorship, when there are too many sponsors in a gambling there is always this tendency that games are likely to be rig in their favor, so, for government to have come out with this rules mean something isn't right with the existing system.
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: February 14, 2021, 06:07:56 PM

Are you still playing with Bitcoin, or have you switched to another coin due to a rise?

Thanks,
Karl from Bitcasino
I could still remember my view about the thread but now have realize my fault by using the said Bitcoin wrongly these years. Sometime this year i calculated my Bitcoin base on my games and discovered that i was on the wrong part, there are much more suitable coins that can be use for gambling than just wasting a valuable coin like Bitcoin. I have since switched from using Bitcoin to TRON becasue most gambling platforms accept this coins.

Happy Sunday, Karl.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 14, 2021, 02:16:12 PM
Snip>
Its always good to know about the team than to bet blindly.
Nothing is good than a gambler knowing more about the team he or she is betting on, so, many gamblers made some regret during one or two of their games becasue they failed to check the details of the team players. Personally, am a lover of a sport-betting and whenever i want to bet i usually double check the team players to verify their strength, than just doing garbage.
177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Three Indians arrested over illegal betting in ZACS on: February 14, 2021, 01:48:19 PM
<snip>..... Gambling is illegal in Bangladesh, but these people were arrested for fraud and cheating, and not for taking part in gambling.
Thanks for clarifying this issue, so many opinion on this thread are outright off track, becasue some said in India while others said in Bangladesh but with this simple note; these boys were arrested for fraud and should be made to face the consequences of their actions. Trying to game the system isn't good for this industry and won't support any.
178  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigerian Bitcointalk Community Hangout. {Current topic: NIN & Local board} on: February 13, 2021, 06:45:56 PM

179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Three Indians arrested over illegal betting in ZACS on: February 13, 2021, 06:22:24 PM
The news is quite interesting to me because the gamblers are so much tricky that they use live match for batting in different countries by visiting the playground and used the time in betting. Because it becomes live after finishing the ball, so they used that time in betting at staying in the field.

In Bangladesh, all types of gambling is prohibited and considered as crime, cryptocurrency too. They will be charged due to violation of law. The news published by Dhakatribune. News link is here,
https://www.dhakatribune.com/sport/cricket/2021/02/07/three-indians-arrested-over-illegal-betting-in-zacs

Well, they broke the law. Every person should respect the visiting county's rules, liking it or not.

For example, I'm Bulgarian, and here is full of Israeli tourist coming to gamble for very similar reasons.

Definitely they asked for it and they got it. Knowing-fully well that the government of Indian do not accommodate nor tolerate gambling in any form, everyone knows that gambling is in any sort forbidden and these three went ahead to broke the law, so let the law dealt with them accordingly.
180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Newbie gambling sites on: February 13, 2021, 06:05:24 PM
I would like to deposit a small amount of Bitcoin for gambling purposes. I would like a few suggestions of websites that have you've used yourself and are trusted/safe to use for newbie gamblers?
Not interested in sport betting or anything similar, just something to try my luck and kill some time once in a while.

Bitvest and 77Coin is the best site for you, it's been proven to be newbie-friendly, they are an old site with a good reputation in the gambling industry, every newbie should start here, to have a good gambling experience, it pays to start with a good one, because of a good experience.
You are right but there are other options from Bitvest and 777Coin, there are good platforms that i had personally gambled before and would suggest some for you, get in with the Roobet.com which has some good appealing games that could fit into your budget. Reputation is one of their strength unlike others without.
