1601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: April 19, 2023, 01:00:15 PM
I have a feeling that this is just a hype about Jake Paul but according to the odds they aren't for Jake Paul. It is also interesting though since Nate Diaz wasn't really a boxer but a UFC fighter it could be a big adjustment for him thus I don't count it as an advantage for Paul since I haven't seen him a while if his boxing style is improving. The ring will tell us that during the fight and I'm excited to see how Paul would move inside the ring. I thought this guy would be a meme for boxing but it seems like someone is riding with his career.

We never know their true intentions about this fight but I agree that this is just totally for the sake of money. Maybe Nate gets cannot be rejected the offer with this one and he thinks he won't gonna lose anything if he accepts the offer. I think so too because there are already lots of fighters that fought Jake Paul and their careers and popularity are not affected in any sort of harm. Maybe this is his chance to further expand his popularity and get some more offers after he showed his performance in this fight. I do agree that, whatever the offer was, it surely was for their own advantage.
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be the reason why Satoshi never made himself known to the public? on: April 19, 2023, 11:41:38 AM

ChatGPT has only answered what everyone else is writing over and over again on the internet.
You can't say that there is anything new in his answer.

Everyone here knows the benefits of privacy, I tend to think that people who are interested in Bitcoin for reasons other than pure speculation don't need to think long and hard to come to the same thoughts as ChatGPT.

Its answers are what most people posted on the internet and I think ChatGPT just summarizes all the closes answers for the average people to understand. As for the privacy of Bitcoin's creator Satoshi Nakamoto, no one really knows about his reasons for not wanting any publicity even his own face. If people really admire his work, it's best for them to leave him alone and stop tracking the answers of how he doesn't appear in public despite all of the fame and merits he earned all around the world.
1603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 19, 2023, 11:03:49 AM
Yes, but it's not enough to help the Clippers with the game even if Westbrook did do a good job tonight. And that curse has been broken too, so it could be a good sign that the Suns might win this series? Lol.
They played good defense in the second half and not allow the Clippers to made a comeback. It was Booker and Durant, probably becoming the most dangerous 1-2 team mates in this playoff.

This is how the playoff games should be when both teams are good they will exchange win all over again up to game 7. If the Clippers will win the next game, there will be a high chance that we will see a game 7 in this playoff series. So far they are the teams that will gonna be tense and will not easily get to round two of the NBA playoffs. the other bouts that already won 2 straight games are already found their rhythms and might gonna easily sweep their opponent quickly and head to round two waiting for their next opponents.
1604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH gas fees are a joke. on: April 19, 2023, 10:39:30 AM
it's been a long time since Gas Fees on Ethereum are very expensive and very joking,
I'm really surprised even though Ethereum has also gone through many big events like Ethereum 2.0 and Ethereum Shanghai,
but they really can't make Gas smaller, I really disappointed.

I thought this problem has long gone but it seems like they can't do anything about it and they don't want to do something maybe because there are only small users who complain and they don't get any harm when those users will gonna leave and stop using their platforms. That's why their other competitors are now working to gradually reduce their transaction fees hoping to attract more users to use their platform instead of trying hard to take the heavy load of ETH's transaction fees.
1605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 18, 2023, 11:00:35 PM
Biggest paycheck a good money fight after winning the fight, I'm pretty sure that promoters will use these opportunities to deal Zhang with known names in this division, they will hype his name more to make sure that fans will be there to buy tickets and assure them a good revenue after making the fight happen.
Let's see if what will be his next assignment after beating Joyce. He can now challenge known names and try his luck to move forward.

That was his ticket to get the attention of the best boxers in their weight division and I'm sure right now, there are already lots of offers for him because he is not that guy who can give them hard times when it comes to his skills but when it comes to his luck, no one knows what gonna happen to his next opponent. so they need to be careful and not make underestimating when it comes to fighting this guy or else they will gonna be just like the other guy who end up his career in boxing due to unforeseen serious injury.
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: April 18, 2023, 08:51:06 PM
Let's skip BTC and ETH for now because they already made their best moment so far but are not close to any development in the future. I think ADA and MATIC have the potential to go beyond the boundary of bull runs when it comes to increasing their price in the future. What I mean by that is, they have the potential to, even more, surpass the other top altcoins when they gonna make something different by developing new innovative updates that would gonna surpass their competitors. They are still in their early stages and there are lots of room for their improvement they just need to make it come true in their upcoming updates.
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC vs physical gold price potential on: April 18, 2023, 08:01:04 PM
Bitcoin is much smaller than gold in terms of market cap and it is also much more useful. That means bitcoin has much more room to grow unlike gold which reached its full potential. I am saying this because gold don't really have much real world use anymore other than being used in jewelry and electronics. Bitcoin on the other hand, is a world currency. Millions of people send and receive bitcoin to purchase and sell stuff every day. This is no joke. Bitcoin can easily double or triple the market cap of gold.

In terms of usage, bitcoins have more room for innovations and improvements and when they gonna start to adopt bitcoins as means of payment all around the world without any boundaries, the price will surely skyrocket and it might gonna reach the point where we don't even expect it to be. But as for it to go beyond the market cap of gold I don't agree about it in terms of the coming years because there is a lot to be done before that things will happen and I'm sure when gold sales will start to decline in the coming years, that's when bitcoins arise to its full potential.
1608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 18, 2023, 03:00:41 PM
I am gonna jump a bit further, over Pavlovich vs Blaydes event, and say that the event that goes after starts to look boring (you can plan free-from-ufc holidays right now Cheesy) as its main event Arman Tsarukyan vs Renaito Moicano is cancelled due to Moicano injury. Without that main fight, whole event look like a huge anime filler Cheesy I really doubt that UFC gonna fight someone good on two week notice to fight Arman.

This is just gonna be a mysterious box-like event and they will gonna fix this one no matter what because they are already spent some huge cash just for this fight and to cancel the main event just like that is such a waste. It's really not that good event but if they can find someone who is fit and available to fight Arman, they will gonna get back some of their expenses on this fight and it might gonna turn out well. But if they just totally cancel the main event, then this is not worth watching for the same price anymore.
1609  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Did You Learn? on: April 18, 2023, 02:06:48 PM
You're not gonna get all the knowledge overnight and I think if you wanted to start, you can actually read some useful information in this section and also in your local board if you have some because you can understand it more easily there and you can also ask your countrymen for follow up guides and tips about the topic. Last but not the least, you can search for all the necessary information you need about a certain topic just get to some other boards as well cause there is a lot of useful info there regarding crypto stuff and others. Don't worry, when it comes to tips and guides, people are sharing every day and soon you will find yourself equipped with the knowledge you will need in your journey toward the crypto industry.
1610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 18, 2023, 01:24:31 PM
I can't believe how many injuries happened while the first games were played. These injuries can change the fate of many series. The teams played so many games in the regular season, it was to be successful in the play-offs, but it's sad that the players got injured right at the beginning of the play-offs. All the hard work of the year is wasted.

The Kings and Sixers were halfway through, bringing the series to 2-0. I was sure they would make it to the next round without any problems. Their opponents are too weak to deal with them.

It seems like they are not pressured when it comes to playing against their opponents and the next games will tell if they will gonna just easily get past this series without any problems and looks like the Sacramento Kings are just gonna sweep the defending champion just like that if they continue to play such high-level performance. As for the 76ers, they are good at beating their first opponents without any hustle but their problem is their next opponent after that because they really need to give everything they have to get past it if they wanted to play again in the Eastern Conference finals.
1611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your take on the "seasons" topic? on: April 18, 2023, 12:33:11 PM
Everything is just mere speculation that's why you really need to understand that they are just giving their own opinions regarding certain coins, so you need to consider doing your own personal research as well as the term they are using to lure people into investing in their project. Because when it comes to altcoins, you will find lots of theories and speculations, especially from those who are investing in some coins, they often say good things about those coins. Also, they talk wrong about some coins to lure other investors to get on to invest in their project, so you better be careful because it doesn't mean when it is altcoin season, all the altcoin's prices will rise.
1612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: April 17, 2023, 08:48:13 PM
Just like you, I always keep some BNB for the future and not gonna sell it unless it reaches the desirable price that I prefer. Most of the time, people are going to buy altcoins that are cheap and new gambling with a small chance of hoping those altcoins are the next big things in the next few years to come. Some succeed with that hitting the jackpot by putting a decent amount of investment in the right altcoin but most numbers have failed because they choose the wrong one. This is only a slight chance to win but if you are willing to take risks, it's better for you to do that to maximize income in holding altcoins.

1613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 17, 2023, 08:05:30 PM

we can only assess the fight after this is over. so we can't judge garcia this early on how he will perform inside the ring. since he is being challenged by davis, he may still have something under his sleeves and let's see if those will come out inside the ring.
garcia knows he is the underdog on this fight. so he may surprise us during the fight.

With him getting this huge challenge such as this one, it's really obvious that he is practicing a counterattack that will gonna successfully land on Davis and that's the thing I really wanted to see from him. We may not gonna see this fight reaching the last rounds since both are known to be huge power punchers and can actually surprise us with their unique techniques to win this fight. I hope it will be turned out just how we thought would be and surely it will have a second fight if they can give each other a hard time. Maybe Garcia is the underdog in this fight but we cannot be sure if he is still one if they have a rematch.
1614  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Starship about to take flight! on: April 17, 2023, 06:41:27 PM
I never thought that they can actually postpone the launch after putting it live on the internet. Anyway, there must be some kind of a problem and they really need to make sure to be 100% when they launch this starship because its mission is the most important of all when it comes to making Mars a livable planet. I'm just glad that I'm witnessing such events in my time and really appreciate these people's work of doing this despite their difficult situations when it comes to making possible the impossible.
1615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 17, 2023, 06:07:29 PM

WB really did a good job defensively on that last seconds against Booker, giving them the  ball. We can't take that away from WB, if not for the that crucial block and ball possession, the Suns could make it a close game. But they did have enough room a lead to close the Suns in game 1 of their series.

The Phoenix Suns should be worried about Westbrook because he found himself a good team to rely on for offense and if he decided to only play defense and only light offense in their next game, then they will gonna have a big chance of winning this series despite of KD's great performance because the Clippers now have Kawhi playing for them and it would be a great challenge for the Suns to get even a single win against them. Let's see how they will react in Game 2.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel bad while paying with BTC? on: April 17, 2023, 05:33:58 PM
Well, most people are not spending their bitcoins when the price is still recovering and they likely waiting for the price to rise until they decided to sell it to buy expensive things or properties just like the stories of the people who do that every bull runs. There are lots of successful stories regarding their selling of their bitcoins when the price is high and you find them extremely patient when it comes to holding their bitcoins and not getting any doubt with their plan when they see the price not moving at all.
1617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH vs BTC future growth potential on: April 16, 2023, 09:09:07 PM
How does comparing to the all time high say something about future potential?
I don't think governments can kill BTC. Many people are positive about ETH but I am not sure that it is guaranteed to stay. I've often read that it will end up being replaced by better technology.

Bitcoin has proven itself not to need any development just to stay in the crypto market and it's not only stayed there throughout the years but it is the top cryptocurrency in circulation as well because of the trust and investors' hope based on its past history. That's what makes bitcoins unique to the other cryptocurrencies, it has a positive history. As for the ETH, it needs multiple developments and updates just to keep holding on and you're right, as the competition goes tight almost every day, there's no guarantee for it to hold forever and that's not the case for Bitcoin anyway.
1618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: April 16, 2023, 08:11:11 PM

Doesn't need to be a KO, what John Ryder needs is to have most scores in his favor in almost every round where the judges might want to help Canelo but their hands are tied because people knows who's the winner, just like what Bivol did to Canelo as he didn't KOd Canelo but he proved that won most of those rounds. I think there's a chance, although, that's very likely because of the fact that this is just a tune-up fight.

It's logical to think that he can't really do that because Canelo is at another level compared to him and the only problem with Canelo is when he slacks and does not get serious just because his opponent seems a nobody compared to him and that will rise a problem against him because this guy is no doubt has been practicing a lot just to prove himself and take that chance to elevate his popularity overnight just like Bivol and Canelo should not underestimate him if he wants to keep his current glory active because John is also a power puncher and the chance to knock him out is still there.
1619  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How true is this statement? on: April 16, 2023, 06:53:55 PM
He is speaking about bitcoins without knowledge and obviously, he is hostile against bitcoins and it's understandable that he hasn't any good thing to say about it. Well, if you want to know how long-term investment of bitcoins really is, see the people that have been holding it for 5-10 years and compare their statement to this idiot who was been talking like this because he is the biggest fan of banks. You better do your own research regarding this and not listen to those people who are cutting every opportunity you have with bitcoins by fooling you around with their trash statements.
1620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 16, 2023, 05:50:46 PM
Miami Heat literally proved to me again that they are not that easy to defeat especially in the intense games because they've got more exposure and experience compared to the Chicago Bulls. I totally forgot that they were the ones who battled the Celtics in the conference finals last season, anyway, I was just hoping that it will be a different outcome because the Heat wasn't showing any good signs in the regular season as they just barely get a seat in the play-in.

Honestly, they were not the same as the Miami Heat team who were competing in the Finals with the Lakers but since they were able to keep hold of their position and earned the spot to play in the NBA playoffs, let's see what they can do right now and yes! they can really do well and give their opponent a hard time since the key players are all healthy and can play well. I wonder if their plan will work to beat the Bucks in the first game of this series and if that happens, then the Bucks is in trouble because it will be hard to bounce back though.
