1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🔴 ICOBID PLATFORM RELEASED 🌟🔴 GREAT REWARD 🌟🔴 HOLDING FOR REVENUE SHARE on: April 18, 2017, 11:09:37 PM

~snipped~

can anyone help me my wallet is not sincronizing ?

thanks in advance

Create a new file in your notepad and put :

Code:
 rpcuser=yourname
rpcpassword=yourpass
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
listen=1
server=1
addnode=82.211.19.114:43282
addnode=35.163.193.118
addnode=35.163.227.75
addnode=54.202.166.170:43282
addnode=112.198.55.82:43282
addnode=186.216.73.248:43282
addnode=37.220.9.226:49621
addnode=95.211.57.108:43282
addnode=95.211.57.108

Then name the file as icobid.conf  & save the file as "All Files" . Now close your ICOBID wallet and restart it again. It should start getting connections to the Icob network and Your wallet will begin synchronizing.

thanks for your kind support bro but it is not working here any other option please

Have you downloaded the latest wallet?  If not download it and try to sync.  Sometimes you need to close the wallet and open it again then wait for sometime before you get a connection.  If it got a connection and not sync'ing then you need to delete all files except wallet.dat and the icobid conf file. in the icobid folder that is located in roaming folder.  Make sure you back up your wallet.dat before deleting anything because you might accidentally delete the wallet.

After deleting the files, run the wallet and wait for it to sync.
1602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Help With IcoBid wallet through Comodo Sandbox on: April 18, 2017, 10:36:48 PM
Used Comodo Sandbox to run the icobid.exe but now I can't open the Comodo Sandbox application and don't know where are hosted these files.

I need to access wallet.dat

Haven't use this sandbox but I think you can figure out how to access the files inside that sandbox by reading this thread  or this link  https://malwaretips.com/threads/comodo-sandbox-hard-drive-location.69845/.

Though the ICOBID wallet is clean, there is no need to run it in a sandbox.
1603  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will we see $1300 again? on: April 18, 2017, 09:43:01 PM
There is a chance that we may go below $1,000 once more. One of the largest exchanges (Bitfinex) is in trouble, and if a meltdown occurs there, then we can expect the exchange rates to crash.

Bitfinex only hold around 9% of the volume so definitely it will not give a huge impact.  Besides, people can freely move their BTC in and out of that exchange.

Why? I dont think so. When Okcoin and Huobi stopped the withdrawl we didnt had a big crash.  So I dont expect a crash. But hey, this is Bitcoin after all. Lots of new Japanese money flows in. New money= panic money. Depends on them if we crash or not

Indeed this is one good reason and will counter the bad press about Bitfinex.  Merchants from japan accepting Bitcoin.  Aside from that as long as whales does not make a scene out of this Bitfinex scenario and spread FUD through out the universe  and make a fake dump, I think Bitcoin will be fine.
1604  Economy / Economics / Re: Smart Passive Income on: April 18, 2017, 09:11:47 PM
Faucets are a good model how to monetize traffic, but well if you have a good project you can turn it into an unlimited cash machine, with that said the best is to put a network banners to monetize each visit you get, adsense the best but their rules very restricted.

I have heard that faucets is not that good now since reward are lesser than dust.  Besides aside from regular site maintenance, you have to fill the faucets too.  So that is an extra expenses.  If you have services that requires VIP access then I guess VIP with affiliate system is good, you can always add advertisment banners to monetize your site.  That way you have several sources of income.
1605  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 18, 2017, 08:37:53 PM
I'm sure that bitcoin has long been used in corruption, but few people know about it because of the novelty of this currency. Perhaps he has some advantages in this business over paper money.

I agree, starting from silkroad until now. Bitcoin had been used to corrupt peoples mind from bribing and paying people to spread false news and false information regarding something for personal intentions.  Bitcoin being money is no difference than any other money in the world.  They all can lead to corruption.
1606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if someday the network internet totally dead . on: April 18, 2017, 07:51:57 PM
If the internet is bound to die, and the developers are aware of it, then probably they will definitely find way to solve it.  They can either use other method of connecting to other people like bluetooth, intranet, etc.  This is more likely not to happen but if ever, there is a not more likely solution for this.  If bitcoin is the main currency, government will do everything to stop its demise.
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: April 18, 2017, 07:16:16 PM
To get 0.1 BTC in a few minutes of trade you need a huge fund and a well timed trading.  I think this is just an exageration regarding to time.  Though I do agree that trading profit is boundless but the fact is it needs capital while signature campaign needs effort which makes it attracting to those who do not have money to start a trading career.

Yes, it's necessary a big bankroll to make 0.1 BTC in few minutes. Binary Options is like trade and can give some big returns like this also in few minutes. With a big bankroll of $2000 in Bitcoins for an example you can make 0.1 BTC with few clicks daily and to avoid the risk, twice a week and you are done! The chances are higher than in gambling.

We cannot avoid the risk in Binary trading.  In fact the moment we do it, we are already taking the risk, and wait if our prediction is right.  Risk level is not affected by how often we do Binary option but rather it is the exposure to the risk that is limited when we limit ourselves to do it.
1608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: April 18, 2017, 05:37:42 PM
Anything other than signature campaigns and gambling.

A bit saved is a bit earned. So save your money by not clicking on any of the signatures of the people posting in this thread.
You can do trading altcoins its one way to make bitcoin trading is the other alternate way to get bitcoin easily and signature campaign and gambling are great too. But this 3 are most great way to make and earn bitcoin.

Trading altcoins and signature campaign seems to be the best ways to earn bitcoins as one will grow your coins in quick time and the other will give you fixed and steady income in bitcoins but don't rely on gambling to make bitcoins as its most risky way to make bitcoins.
Get Bitcoin from the Signature campaign it was fun, because it is free, without need for capital.
I always used the results of the payment of signature campaign into trading, We get free Bitcoin
then trade it in altcoins at Poloniex or Bittrex. I think it's the best way than other to make Bitcoin.
Yes that is the best ways to get bitcoins as if you have good knowledge of trading then it can give you regular returns and also help you in growing your coins and signature campaign is the easiest way to earn bitcoins.
Hmm, for me trading is the easiest way to get bitcoin. can I get 0.1BTC a few minutes of trade, while to get 0.1 in the signature campaign is sometimes require 1 month. so in my opinion about the way that it is easy for everyone is different.

1609  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC doing good after this big dump on: April 17, 2017, 11:57:10 PM
We went from $1200 to $1165, it's staying up nicely, so we must hope that we don't go below $1100 and I think we are reasonably ok and good to go for the next $1300 test.

Well Bitcoin is really doing good recovering and getting stable at around $1900 - $1200.  I never had a doubt that Bitcoin will go lower thatn $ 800 when it dipped its price after several FUD and bad press.  I also hope that Bitcoin will continue to rise and rich its new ATH this coming month.
1610  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: April 17, 2017, 11:36:01 PM
This is not the right time to sell bitcoins as price can go higher in next couple of weeks or months so its good to hold them and I will sell some of them only when it will reach $1500 or else I am happy in holding them for a long term.

Any clue why Bitcoin will go higher in next couple of weeks?  There should be a reason why Bitcoin price will increase right?  Though whether Bitcoin price will increase or decrease in the next couple of week, it is advisable to hold Bitcoin because we have not seen the maximum attainable price of Bitcoin.  Better sell at that rate.
1611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: CHESSCOIN - 32% POS - COIN FOR CHESS COMMUNITY on: April 17, 2017, 11:04:18 PM
Seems Chesscoin is getting some attention after some day of price pushing.  Nice news and nice move there.  I wonder what would be the app the dev is planning to release.  And a forum for chess community is a good way to go to cater international chess enthusiast.
1612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: April 17, 2017, 10:26:28 PM
I see that the most concern in your post is all about mining which is i agree with. If mining will not profitable anymore then it will become a reason for miners to leave bitcoin and if miners will leave bitcoin then there is no people supports the network and network eventually dies and it will become a reason for investors to leave also and sell their coins.

If majority of miners left, then difficulty will adjust, and the blocks will move forward and be able to confirm the transaction.  Though miners is the most important part of Bitcoin since the life and death of bitcoin depends on it.  Aside from that miners are the one who confirmed transaction so without them there will be no movement in Bitcoin.
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Mine? on: April 17, 2017, 09:29:13 PM
Well Bitcoin needs mining to secure the network and it is where Bitcoin is created, by solving blocks and move it.  It is also important to confirm transactions.  And they mine block of mathematical equation which, whoever solved first will get the reward of that block.
1614  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Reason to Hold Gold And Bitcoin on: April 16, 2017, 11:53:07 PM
I believe that Bitcoin and gold is best as store of value.  They are incline to increase in price in the long run.  So to defeat the depreciation of a currency,  It is best to to buy Bitcoin or gold and hold it for a very long time.  Just for example, a $1000 worth of Bitcoin today may probably $10,000 worth after 10 years.
1615  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 16, 2017, 10:46:58 PM
It will definitely going to keep on growing and it's direction is literally to go up higher. We can see the fast movement of bitcoins price with the figure that you had given. And now there are people that are speculating that it can make it up to $2,000 maybe for this year or if not, that can possibly happen for next year.

Things that will increase Bitcoin price will be adoption, technological advancement, government recognition and the deflationary feature.  I agree that Bitcoin is destined to go up in price due to this things.  Once the scalibility is fixed, there is no stopping Bitcoin to reach $3000.
1616  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 16, 2017, 09:16:01 PM
If you want financial stability in life you should invest   your money in some reliable business. Off course it's risky. But without risk you won't get any profit.keeping money in your pocket is like keeping deadmoney. There are so many ways to invest your money safely. You can try real estate business. It's one of the profitable business now. You should find out one which gives you satisfaction.

Before you become financially stable, you should have savings to count for it. You cannot count a money that were just being invested.  Honestly, why  do we need to complicate things when these two can go side by side.  Save when you do not have enough money to invest, and when you have enough for investment, invest and save money from it.
1617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: April 16, 2017, 08:09:05 PM
I noticed that the banks of EU are friendly to BTC in a latest news from CEO of coinbase!
Yes,they have tried their best to destroy bitcoins.Now they have realized that they couldnot and so they have started to show friendly approach to bitcoin.In future,even most of banks may start accepting bitcoins to survive in the future.

Wow this is a good news that even EU are making good deals with bitcoin and now they are trying to start a very good start with bitcoin. I believe that there would be the time that banks are going to make bitcoin as another way of paying services but I don't know when it is going to happen exactly.

Indeed this is a good news.  Seem Japan is influencing other countries to be friendly with Bitcoin.  If this stuff continuous, there is a huge possibility that Bitcoin will be sitting at around $2000 at the end of this year, this is without the scaling being fixed what more if Bitcoin scalibility is fixed.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 15, 2017, 11:21:41 PM
yes i am also agree with you that it is good to save bitcoin instead of investing it anywhere else or using it for shopping etc,  because the price of bitcoin is expected to increase more and more, and in near future its price will even cross 1500 USD level.

I can see investing Bitcoin to produce Bitcoin is much better than saving it, though saving Bitcoin is much better than spending it to some shops to buy something when fiat currency can do the job.

Saving money is never for fun purpose since if that is the reason, we can just see our saving be spend on something else, unlike being saved for future purpose, we tend to hold it for very long time so that when we sold it, it will elevate our status of living.
1619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons of why bitcoin accepting shopping sites are not famous on: April 15, 2017, 10:14:04 PM
We all can see that on internet there are a lot of online shopping sites which have a lot of customers even bitcoin users also need paypal to shop online while they do not know that with bitcoin they can shop online easily without any exchange but they do not know about these sites. The reason is that these online shopping sites do not advertise their sites they even do not advertise on here which is the biggest bitcoin community and where they do not need any higher budget for advertising but can start a smaller signature campaign.

This simply means that there are still lots of area for Bitcoin to cover to be able to be accepted in some famous sites.  These sites are advertising but due to the fact that the market is just booming, not all are aware of it.  But some business that had been around for sometime now are getting popular.  It will take time to be popular and not just overnight.
1620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 15, 2017, 09:53:51 PM

Bitcoin trade is allowed all over the world there is no any restriction on that and it is also used as a currency all over the world but for people private dealings not for state dealings and now only Japan have approved it as a currency for their state so the chances appeared that countries are accepting it.

This definition simply means Bitcoin is money.  When it is accepted as method of payment for any goods, it is considered as money.  Aside from Japan, there are lots of merchants around the world who accept Bitcoin as method of payment so I guess that is enough to say Bitcoin is money.
