1662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin City on: November 22, 2021, 11:06:25 PM
This is another history for bitcoin that only El Salvador has the guts to do it.
Yes, they are making a BIG history that they're the first country that adopted Bitcoin and becomes a trade zone.  They're now part of the Bitcoin history that should people know and I think there are few countries that had to follow their steps.

El Salvador trying to improve their economy and even it is a risk to invest in Bitcoin their president and the government already studied this.  Because they are trying to be independent towards using dollars and the country of US as well.  However, many countries were now on eyes with them, it might be followed to them if the result is good which I doubted it is.
1663  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if Covid 19 broke the 4 year market cycle? on: November 22, 2021, 10:53:58 PM
Well, I don't think there is any chance the market will get broken. I mean, let's be objective since the pandemic started, the crypto market only got more substantial and more popular. I mean, more and more people are interested in crypto, and not only young people but experienced businessmen as well!
Because most of the transactions are getting online now, many started to adopt cryptocurrency and Bitcoin and since during the pandemic we are able to reach the peak I think the cycle continues for good and this pandemic will be remembered as a great start for huge Bitcoin adoption. We’re into correction right now just like a normal cycle but I think after this, we will rise again and since we are still on Pandemic making transactions online are still necessary for a more convenient way.
I tend to agree and not only by that, but we are also in the digital transactions since we don't want a physical contact like using a traditional currency which is fiat.  As I noticed, all digital currencies have been increased usage including cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.  The price was increased because it triggered the pandemic covid-19 which is until now we still using it.

There could be a worst but it's not painful like a few years past because as we can see there are too many adoptions in most countries and a lot of good news happening around us.  So I think pandemic was also the reason it has a wide adoption because of this electronic cash and Bitcoin is one of them.
1664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Education Insurance on: November 21, 2021, 11:58:08 PM
Another part of Bitcoin improvement and we saw day by day that there are different kinds of adoptions such as Bitcoin use a monthly salary, use a pension, use in a charity and now education insurance.  It might they already understand the risk that possibly will happen in the future and that's the reason they used now Bitcoin in any financial aspect.

It will help to spread Bitcoin adoption awareness as well.  Doesn't matter what is the hidden agenda about this program but I think, it will have a benefit to Bitcoin that will surely give a boost to the price grow up.
1665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Basic trading strategy for newbie to make a profit on: November 21, 2021, 11:44:54 PM
I decided to make a trade.
But I'm really confused how to start the trading so that I can make a profit daily.
Trading isn't easy of what you think that you can surely gain profit daily, there's no assurance for that so I would recommend this for you.  You should be prepared about your capital because anytime it will lose without prior notice.

I need a reference where I can learn about it.
If anyone have a good chanel sugestion for learn in trading crypto, please reply.
There's no specific group or channel but you can find many video tutorials on YouTube.
You can learn here in the forum but not all comments that you have seen were true, support it with research to verify such statements.

I suggest spending more time to gain knowledge in trading and try to research the Etoro exchange platform, they had a copy trading feature which is you can practice it there to gain experience but only the amount that you can afford.
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Instant Exchange VS a CEX: Who Wins? on: November 21, 2021, 11:05:05 PM
I have tried this using Coinomi Bitcoin wallet app, as I can advise always look first the fee per before making such transaction.
I think Coinomi has a partnership with Simplex, am I right?
Yeah right, I think most of the trusted exchanges and custodial wallets have been used this Simplex, a licensed financial institution.
As long as you're running centralized services Simplex is very common to use.

Have you tried having experimented with this wallet app what is the result?  How much the fee will have cost if we compared to Binance since they have used 3 different swap exchanges like Changelly, Coinswitch, and Totle.
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Instant Exchange VS a CEX: Who Wins? on: November 21, 2021, 03:34:28 PM
If you blindly accept the high terrible fees on instant swap exchange, then that's good for you but if you want to save fees regular crypto exchange is the best for you.  Upon reading the OP thread the thing that comes up in my mind was Binance is a good exchange if we based on the fees but if in the fastest way and also the privacy coin instant swap exchange were reliable enough.

In an instant exchange, there's no leverage, margin, derivative stop loss because the fee is fixed and quite high.  Because the site has earned profit from the fixed fee and that's why in the experiment of OP was right, it's terrible high the fees to use in the instant swap, I have tried this using Coinomi Bitcoin wallet app, as I can advise always look first the fee per before making such transaction.
1668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AVOID THIS CONTRACT AT ALL MEANS.A SCAM BOT. on: November 20, 2021, 11:59:18 PM
Those that are liking to get invested into meme coins, you should choose what you think is the best and suits you. But if you're just randomly choosing what to invest, you're likely to burn your funds most of the time.
Exactly, people are blindly investing because of the hype and that was most meme coins do, they are hyping just to lure investors.
I doubted it too that most meme coins are scams aside from Dogecoin which is not but most likely.  Spend time researching if they are truly useful so that people will invest in them.

IMO, investing altcoins as of now is very crucial especially those that are hype.  I remember squid token which was hyped last month and I know it was obviously a scam token.  But however, despite that awareness, there are too many investors and risking their money, so I think people really want shorty term earnings no matter how risky it is.
1669  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn from Cryptos in Binance and Trustwallet on: November 20, 2021, 11:39:40 PM
2. In each low cap cryptos I have initial investment of only $5. So I want option where fees are not charged.
No one knows which one has potential especially low cap seems risky to put investment and most of them may be manipulated with whales or just hype coins.
It seems like gamble your money there if you have a big amount to invest which is also has a big return.  But as I heard once listed on Binance that is a good and high potential coin but ain't know if that's true.

I would go to spot trading or scalping which gives a high potential of return, $5 seems small capital to start with, and even staking isn't worth it to wait for a long time.  All of these are very crucial stuff that needs to have studied technically and it won't simple advice or tips which one is good for investment because all of them are the unpredictable price which is still unknown.
1670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What I understand about bitcoin on: November 19, 2021, 02:42:43 PM
I appreciated someone when there are newbies who are interested in Bitcoin or in crypto in general but there's one thing that newbies should be avoided first, never think about the earning, instead, just learn first how it will work or the basic information about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.  After that, you may be able to process trading and investing.  There's a lot of processes and should also invest your precious time as well.

Here's what I recommend to you that you should read and spend your time here.  It's one for all and easy to navigate informative topics from this thread.

1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about buying a Fandom token and holding it? on: November 19, 2021, 01:14:12 PM
I didn't know that there's an NFT Fandom token which I thought on the title of this thread it's a random token.  Cheesy

Based on my small research it seems this token has the potential when we talk investment and NFT's projects that are based on games are very trendy nowadays and it seems it's usually anywhere else, that's why I saw the potential on it.

We know that sports betting is very popular and even here in the forum we've seen a lot of bookies here.  So it's useful, the slogan is "PLAY. PREDICT. GET REWARDED". which is sounds good to me.  Just try to invest the amount that you can afford.
1672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you think CRO is going now? on: November 19, 2021, 01:04:23 PM
In addition to a successful and ongoing ad campaign featuring Matt Damon, crypto.com has now purchased L.A.'s Staples Arena and renamed it Crypto.com Arena.
The price pumped after the announcement but im sure that crypto.com will become the biggest competitor for binance exchange site.
This is what I'm thinking, it could be CRO will be the next competitor to the BNB which is Binance.
If you have an account there, it's a good choice if you will invest in CRO or staking on the site, it seems I smell that there will be the next step to Binance and as long as Crypto.com will actively having marketing ads like this, this is no doubt that it will go the same as BNB.

It might be better if you will have dip research first before diving and putting all your money because there are too many factors that may affect the price after having a new ATH.  The same goes on Binance, we should also beware of the possible upcoming or a potential heavy regulation on this exchange which is also may affect the price since we know the US is very aggressive when it comes to regulation.
1673  Other / Archival / Re: [DISCUSSION] Beginners & Help Encyclopedia on: November 18, 2021, 03:59:14 PM
What is this discussion topic for? I would like to know the opinion of the community on this idea and its initial implementation. Maybe someone will suggest some interesting improvements or point out the shortcomings.
A very helpful thread to the newbies and it deserves to belong in the sticky threads on the Beginners & Help section, IMO.

I usually do answer newbie's posts asking how Bitcoin work, what rules in the forum, how to rank or how do I earn merit, how to earn Bitcoin, and blah, blah blah, it seems they have the same questions almost every day by different users.  But if this will belong to the sticky threads, everything information they need was on that thread and I think it's their laziness if they don't learn it seems like spoon-feeding to them.  All they have to do is spend time to read and easy to find helpful topics/threads to the help of this thread of yours.

I hope you are able to update this thread regularly.
1674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I not lose money in trading cryptocurrency? on: November 16, 2021, 11:15:11 PM
Controlling greed and emotion is something that cant really be done easily unless if you do have already the experience on this market
Experienced or don't have experience has not guaranteed that you will always win against the market, even experts may experience losses too.  That's right, it's not easy to control our greed and emotion because we are human and most traders will face that the same problem.  Accept losses and learn these experiences and don't let them happen again in the future.

There's no straight winning result in trading and bear in mind that the market price is unpredictable and now one can predict it.

Losing is something that cant be avoided but somewhat can be lessen if you do already have the knowledge and experience.
I tend to agree, it's well said.
1675  Other / Meta / Re: How to access/ search old/ archived Bitcointalk forum? on: November 16, 2021, 11:01:48 PM
If you just want to get data about old topics, use the url address bar in main topic link and change the number at the end.
Example : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5149708
That would be so tiresome
Op would end up with links to deleted threads and offtopic posts.
Yeah, I tried now and it seems there are some threads that got deleted, for the thread 1 to 4 has been deleted and it started with 5 up to 10 created by satoshi.  Even WayBackMachine doesn't have access to an old thread.

I dont know what is the purpose of OP asking this but it seems this already discussed in the meta section, there's someone asking there why there are some old threads that got deleted.
1676  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Account safety on: November 16, 2021, 10:43:13 PM
I have already staked a verified BTC address and set an e-email up.
Where did you stake your account?  On this thread (Stake your Bitcoin address here).
Quoted and verified Bitcoin signed message can't be deleted even if a hacker can access your account, you can still recover it to sign message again to prove that you are the real owner of your account.

However, I wonder whether there is a Telegram bot around here which would allow me to track my own posts and sent merits.
I am currently an user of this wonderful Telegram bot: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5248878.0 , which is a good bot but is lacking of the features I mentioned.
We're the same, that Telegram bot I have used from the start and until now, that's cool and awesome and very accurate in time upon giving notification.
Just secure your account first and treat this as your valuable stuff.
1677  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does someone use trading bots? on: November 15, 2021, 11:44:07 PM
I'd never try and never have the plan either.
Why? Those trading bots aren't reliable to me and haven't trusted than to do it by myself. In fact, these machine is still relying on us and since I have enough time to make a trade, I don't need this anymore. Maybe those who have limited time and wanted to make these trading bots work the whole day, that seem suitable for them.

But on the other side, it makes us lazy anyway. And I preferred to do it manually as I was still gaining more learnings.
I got your point but it seems you don't know well how this automated trading bot will work, it's a tool that has used algorithms and this isn't a machine.
There are trusted trading bots that you can use, they're operated for how many years and used by professional traders, it might be for the small-scale traders who didn't need this bot but those using a huge fund for trading might need to use this tool.  Using this bot will easily automate and analyze the crypto market static, calculate data on market movement, and can do execute buy and sell on behalf of you.

So I don't criticize trading bot, they are still useful for me and if your decision isn't I still respect on it.
1678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to store your keys? on: November 15, 2021, 11:30:57 PM
It is very common for a phone or laptop to be stolen or snatched.
The personal gadget should not be good advice to store your keys, there are too many instances that it can be lost, destroy, snatch, or damaged by the disaster.  A hardware wallet is a good advice, it also has protection if your gadget used has a malware infection not directly be leaked to the wallet you have used.

The idea of keeping private keys in a military grade vault is good but if I have 2000 BTC the first thing is to split the coin into 5.
I don't know what to do if I have this large amount but even if you store it in your drawer and no one knows about it then you're safe.  The best is it should be the key ingraved on the metal, it has a protection gainst fire or any disater that will come.
1679  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice regarding buying on: November 14, 2021, 11:53:06 PM
What are you guys currently doing ? Still buying at 65-68k ? Waiting a for a while ?

Thank you all, and have a great day !
Yeah, have a great day same as you.
First, there's no point in waiting, you can invest any time you want but with this bullish trend, I suggest not to invest all your money, only the amount that you can afford.  Because we don't know what will happen next, Bitcoin price could be reached at $100k within this year or next year, so nobody knows when it will exactly happen, and if you invested at $65k and when next month Bitcoin price reaches $100k, for sure there's your profit in that way.  Just buy what you can afford because nobody can answer your question since it's unpredictable the price.

There's a lot of people still buying at this point and most of them are hoarding Bitcoin.  If you always doubt the price that it will drop and see the market that we are again in the bullish trend, it's hard for you to jump in.  Invest at your own risk.
1680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to take back unreasoonable Transaction Fee? on: November 14, 2021, 11:41:15 PM
Anyone may know how to take back the  unreasoonable Transaction Fee?
It's a huge amount on my part and I',m afraid that you can never recover it even though you will be contacted by the mining pool, all you have to do is accept your losses and learn from those mistakes, always use the gas tracker upon making a transaction because once it's confirmed, there's no way to undo your transaction, kit's irreversible transaction.

I know uniswap transaction is quite big but that amount is too much.  Sorry for your loss, I hope next time you will learn from this mistake.  Dont always be hurried upon making transactions, check all resources provided links by them.
