I agree with mocacinno and others. Reinstalling the operating system has become much less of a chore than it used to be. This means that anyone with access to the internet would be able to view all the data on the blockchain. This would compromise the privacy of the individuals whose records are in such a database. While the blockchain is designed to be secure, it is not completely private. As such, I don't think that a blockchain would be appropriate for storing  sensitive data like medical records. I think that it would be much safer to store those records in a centralized database, where only certain individuals have access to them.
