1701  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with a business mindset on: October 07, 2022, 06:53:08 PM
I learn from the time I spent in cryptocurrency that greed is the main problem in cryptocurrency. I had lost a lot due to greedy trading behavior. Over-expectations aren't good always. Then it will be like gambling. I agree with OP that we have to take profits from trade with a min target. Once reach the target we can exit and re-enter once again. This is real life business strategy, selling things and buying again with a profit margin. Not hold for a lifetime with over expectations.
1702  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading Volume really matter ? on: October 07, 2022, 05:43:03 PM
Volume matters but it should be real. Don't be over-excited if you see Volume has been increasing suddenly. It's because it's pretty easy to manipulate trading volume whether it's cex or dex. Have to see also chart reflection on how it's looking. Have to realize if it's real volume or fake volume. If the price increase with the volume means real volume coming although they might exit at any time. But if you see just volume increases and not much reflection in price that means the project team doing MM to increase trading volume. Hence the token price hasn't been increasing.
1703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to calculate how much the price of BTC? on: October 07, 2022, 05:37:11 PM
And maybe the OP is confused with calculating and predicting.  Obviously both are not possible, we will just have our rough estimates base on several factors like supply and demand, our best guestimate.

And we have seen that it could be a a hit or miss, which then goes to show that no one here can exactly tell us how big the price will be in the future.
I am pretty sure OP is talking about price calculation. Not prediction. We don't need anything to predict the Bitcoin price, we can just share it from our own experience and knowledge. But we have seen a lot of stupid predictions as well like Bitcoin will be zero and so on. We just need to be realistic and predict based on past history and experience. The calculation isn't possible at all.
1704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90% of bitcoin is owned by 2% of user base on: October 07, 2022, 05:12:03 PM
It would be nice if you share the source where did you find only 2% of a circulation controlled by normal users and 90% controlled by whales? I haven't seen such news anywhere. So I am curious to know more. Don't forget Bitcoin is a truly decentralized cryptocurrency. Anyone can accumulate whatever they want by availability. Not a centralized that can mint whatever they want. Regarding loss and profits, it's a highly volatile cryptocurrency, so people take advantage. Nothing wrong with that.
1705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to calculate how much the price of BTC? on: October 07, 2022, 05:05:56 PM
Mathematics fails where Bitcoin is. Because you can't do that even a supercomputer can't calculate at all. It's like we can't forecast our future, Bitcoin price totally depends on supply and demand. We don't know if big investors leave Bitcoin near future which would dump or we don't know if we will get new big investors which would pump a couple of x Bitcoin prices. So forget about price calculation. If you are a risk taker then accumulate.
1706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 13 years ago... on: October 07, 2022, 04:59:47 PM
Keep in mind when something discovers new it takes a few years to reach end users. So Bitcoin isn't different, it was underestimated at the beginning. It took a couple of years to understand how Bitcoin works and its value of that. Now we all know about Bitcoin and what it's worthy. But still, you will find people that never heard about Bitcoin and they will regret the same we regret now when they will introduce Bitcoin. So it's a normal procedure, nothing wrong at all.
1707  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: worldexpertminer.com on: October 04, 2022, 06:26:15 PM
Anyone have anything good or bad to say about this website? Legit? Scam?

Oh God, where is the website you are talking about.
This is a classic that my sister fell for initially about 10 days ago. Initially they said she could invest $2,000, but the next day, they wanted more saying she had already profited 4k and they want another $1200  and she had to do this or she might lose everything. Every day, the demands escalated, she sent them $20,000 today, saying they would not need to ask for more. That's where we are at the moment.
How stupid are you guys? $20K isn't a small amount and how your sister sent money to them without knowing anything about them? This is a very old scam method around the crypto world. When they first time asked for another deposit then you should ask here. So we may prevent making any future deposits. Now we can't help to recover money. Don't be greedy and don't lose money this way. There is no shortcut to earning money online.
1708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BEAR Market In Stock Market Like Cryptocurrency Market? on: October 04, 2022, 05:05:25 PM
We can't compare other stocks with Bitcoin. Because others stocks aren't volatile like Bitcoin. There is a reason why whales become a millionaire during the Bitcoin bull. Most of us become panic and sell our holdings during a bear market. And whales accumulate when we start the sale. And they don't become panic, as a result, they take huge advantage of the volatility. That's how whales become richer and billionaire.
That's why small investors should not lose the moment. Whales work very smart and always take advantage of market conditions. Meanwhile, what I see from the movement of small investors they only follow the bull market and do not try to take advantage of the bear market. In fact, one of the things that makes us profitable is buying when a bear market occurs. But it is not purely out of ignorance, sometimes most small investors are too overwhelmed by excessive fear and limited capital so that their movement is not very free.
They are smart and that's why they become whales. To be honest, I can't see many threads lately "is it the right time to buy Bitcoin" but when Bitcoin starts the green market then many threads will open like this. Because due to fear of loss small investors worried about their capital and this is a big mistake not taking risks.

1710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we deserve to have bitcoin on: October 04, 2022, 04:27:59 PM
Is Bitcoin millionaire scheme? We know some fiat bank offers millionaire scheme, does Bitcoin offer like this? I don't think so. You have to know what is Bitcoin really and how it's been working. Bitcoin is high volatile coin and we are taking advantage of that. But it hadn't created to become Millionaire anyway. You deserve Bitcoin and you can buy as mush as possible. Or you may buy few Satoshi as well, it's fully depends on your capability.  But don't think become millionaire over the night. It might go down as well.
1711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should I invest in other than bitcoin? on: October 01, 2022, 08:51:31 PM
Everyone will suggest their favorite coins that they are holding right now. So it will make you more confused. If you are wondering to invest longer then chose from the top ten that are very close to Bitcoin. Don't invest in shitcoin to get more profits. Don't think to become a millionaire the night. Otherwise, you might lose your whole portfolio.
1712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: determine a good project on: October 01, 2022, 08:46:29 PM
If you say project means it's a new project. And I am not a fan of investing in a brand new project. Those are established and have a good record we may call them established tokens, so it's not a project at all. However, we have to study the history of the token before investing in a bear market. Just not only chart. For me, I don't choose a token unless it's well established. I lost a lot of funds investing in shitcoins. So it's better to avoid projects and invest in existing established tokens.
1713  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paper can easily get ruined, fast. on: October 01, 2022, 08:38:13 PM
Yea, paper can destroy and happen anything. If you have just one copy then you would lose your funds. Your device and paper that you wrote seed destroyed for any reason mean everything is gone. I don't think we memorize seed phrases anyway. The best practice is to keep it in safe places and not only a single copy. All the important seeds should have multiple copies, so all shouldn't be destroyed at once.
1714  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: poland guy needed to connect to account on: October 01, 2022, 07:24:27 PM
Still, you haven't explained well what you need exactly and which site should connect to. What's the problem if you dare the site publicly? There would phishing sites can damage anything that will connect. Who will take the risk? Rather than buy a dedicated IP address or find some alternative if you can't share site publicly. How can a site hurt you unless you share credentials? It doesn't make sense and seems quite suspicious to me.
1715  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Now I know why offline is very important with crypto wallet seeds on: September 30, 2022, 08:19:52 PM
If your device is compromised or your keyboard compromised then hackers definitely can record what are you typing. Nothing new in the crypto space. So yea, you should shut off your Internet connection when doing something important with your wallet if applicable. If I can recall correctly some non-custodial wallet doesn't require typing your seed. They give the option to select step by step. So once you write it down you can select it properly. Here might be you safe unless a hacker controls your device. Hardware wallets are pretty safe for us who are often storing cryptocurrency.
1716  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of new SCAM on google play! SoBit: Bitcoin wallet on: September 30, 2022, 08:12:59 PM
First of all, Google doesn't moderate scams unless there is a report from end users. It's their business and they need just money. Google just checks apps through AI or some easy way. And all we know detecting scams isn't easy anyway. However, you should learn Google reviews aren't worth it anymore. Because it can be manipulated easily. Why did you need to use your wallet by searching on Google play? Aren't you familiar with some popular crypto wallets? I am even not familiar with this name nor do I search on Google. I use a wallet from a trusted source.
1717  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Ethereum smart contract scam bot.... on: September 30, 2022, 08:06:13 PM
Don't play with codes unless you can read them. I am just worried about new crypto users who often search on YouTube to learn and earn money. The scammer takes this advantage to trap new users actually. Another problem is some experienced crypto users might become curious to deploy codes and earn free. But the reality is scammer writes code to transfer funds from the contract. People would think that there is no risk since I am deploying the contract from my address. But there is access to the contract with a scammer. They use some commands to move funds from their address. Not only that, it's automated. Once someone will send funds to the contract, the contract will send funds to the scammer within sec. So just don't play what you don't understand.
1718  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [PHISHING ALERT] MetaMask phishing ETH merge verification mail.... on: September 30, 2022, 07:56:20 PM
Nothing new, scammers always want to take advantage when happening something is news in the crypto space. I have been receiving a lot of spam mail like this which I never click. Even scammers use Binance Spoof mail to trap users. I am quite careful when I need to update or install any apps related to crypto. I check the source multiple times whether it's phishing or official. Also sometimes take forum search button helps. Hope no one will fall into this type of trap. Just worried about brand new crypto users. Scammers often use a leaked mail list.
1719  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How I Increased My Bitcoin and crypto Portfolio by 36% on: September 30, 2022, 07:48:04 PM
Every and each investor have a different way and thinking about how to increase their portfolio. It's not an easy task at all to earn from the crypto industry unless you learn a lot. Most people at the beginning have been losing funds on trading. It's because first, they thought it was easy to earn by trading and not studying much. Holding is the best way to increase your portfolio if you have patience. But not hold for a lifetime at all. Need to take advantage of volatility. Otherwise, it's quite hard to increase your portfolio. Some people think they need to hold unlimited without a goal. I do not agree with them anyway. We should have a goal or target to increase our cryptocurrency portfolio.
1720  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHAT DID YOU STUDY? WHAT DID YOU LEARN? on: September 30, 2022, 07:37:53 PM
This forum is like a crypto academy and learned about cryptocurrency from here. Although I wasn't new to crypto when joining the forum but there wasn't much knowledge related to crypto. Have spent a lot of time reading this forum and gained a lot of knowledge from here. Especially have exposed a lot of cryptocurrency scams and I was a popular scam buster here. Mostly I learned how to prevent scams from here.
