1721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Introducing Zeta Protocol on: August 22, 2020, 06:31:44 AM
It's a little strange, you haven't released your site yet and there isn't any information about Zeta Protocol, it's just the purpose of the Zeta Protocol. but you have opened a private sale, this looks very rushed or you just want to make money.

Sometimes am wondering all this new defi project popping up here and there are they born out from the defi greed or was it something that have been worked on over the years! What I think is, many ico dev are now jumping into the defi train to make quick money and float the defi platform with shit project, suddenly every new project is defi, how convenient.
1722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be best a new altcoin pegged to fiat money or to precious metals? on: August 21, 2020, 12:54:04 PM
Regardless @20kevin20 mention above about stablecoins, this is the list of stablecoins https://www.coingecko.com/en/stablecoins

If you really want to hold stablecoins, I recommend DAI since it's decentralized and can't be frozen. Read [UPDATED] PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even in Your Own Wallets

In my opinion precious metals is better for long term investment rather than stablecoins. Most of stablecoins ATH is only $1,30... while precious metals can perform better and has been for a long time.

He is not planning to hold any stable coin, he wants forum members opinion on which of the aforementioned should be tied to an altcoin project he is planning to create, I guess you miss read the post,
@op In my opinion, I think a project pegged to fiat will be much better and less volatile, I am not sure about precious metals, but fiat seem a good idea, maybe it will give the alts a chance to grow normal without the constant fluctuations.
1723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blockmembers.io - THE FUTURE OF HOME BUILDING IS HERE on: August 21, 2020, 09:04:24 AM
The truth is real estate project have not been successful in blockchain I can't really say the reason why, maybe this project has a different approach to real estate and constructions because their views in this field is very broad, my hope is they are able to fill all they have written, I like the idea of the auto - construction, it seems more easier than normal construction, but I think the team should have opted for ieo instead of ico, it is much better.
1724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitTorrent (BTT) coin! on: August 20, 2020, 11:29:52 AM
Bittorrent is the same as Dogecoin.
To tell you the truth, I came to the same conclusion, but in a different way. In 2014 I used to mine DOGE /w Radeon Trix and I got almost exact same amount of $ as now for the same investment in HDDs to mine BTT. My expectation is x100 somewhere around the end of 2021
How is it possible when BTT can't sustain 10x ROI and it goes to the bottom again. I think that it's not possible to happen as there were so many things that can be the reason and one of these things is the hype for BTT has gone.

Nothing is impossible especial in crypto space, you will be surprise one very good morning you will see this coin pumping like crazy, btt is own by the hype man capable of pulling any string, Justin is a determine fellow trying to take control of the crypto space, the guy list of projects is increasing by numbers and he won't stop, am not a fan of outrageous supply of a coin so am no fan of any of his projects.
1725  Economy / Speculation / Re: I start to give out btc free trading price predictions on: August 19, 2020, 08:12:07 AM
~

Yes but If You can Help others to make money then You Not gona do this for free for Long

I take it the moment people start getting use to using your prediction to make money then you will introduce the payment method! Because I know those who offer this service don't do it for free, when I saw you are giving out free predictions I just assume they are not accurate, although am a buy and hold type of person so I pay very little attention to signal or prediction groups, I hope people are able to benefit from your service.
1726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi coins have turn the market into confusion on: August 19, 2020, 07:47:00 AM
Well to me investing in DeFi project is not a bad idea after all the main goal of majority in crypto is to maximize profit be it through a Defi project or none Defi project, but what investors should put into account is knowing the type of Defi project to invest in and also know the time frame you want your investment to exist, short, mid or long term base, this can help in managing losses,
In my opinion I think some of the Defi project are worth holding in a while given their road map and project fundamentals, but I won't be making any recommendations to anyone, do your due diligence.
1727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CZ: We are seeing ATH in terms of system traffic. Higher than Dec 2017 on: August 18, 2020, 11:43:23 AM
If cz claims they are experiencing an ATH in terms of system traffic I believe him, we may not see it but I believe in every newbie in crypto the first thing they do is open an exchange account and knowing binance for it's popularity and user friendly interface it is very easy to recommend, plus I think lots of people now realize crypto as a second alternative in terms of investment thanks to the pandemic, despite the rocky start of 2020, I think the end will be satisfactory.
1728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNISWAP MADNESS on: August 17, 2020, 01:42:43 PM
There is nothing wrong in joining the train to earn quick profit but don't be caught up with bag of shitcoins because you are trying to play the hold game, most of this project coming up so suddenly on uniswap are for short term gains only so anyone who is wise enough can make quick profit and get out, holding those shit coins will be a big mistake, only invest on project with real team and years of experience.
1729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UNISWAP the future of DEX? on: August 16, 2020, 12:43:53 PM
Uniswap has been way more better if compared to Forkdelta and IDEX.
When compared to IDEX and Forkdelta, of course Uniswap is the best because in terms of smoothness, Uniswap is very easy to access unlike IDEX and Forkdelta which often lag

Those two none user friendly dex made lots of people including never want to use a dex, but am glad their days of being the most use dex are behind us and now we have more user friendly and easy to use dex, uniswap is one of them and I believe it will gain more popularity as crypto progress, most new project are listing on uniswap, o think even newbies are able to use it smoothly which is good.
1730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Chainlink (LINK) - middleware that connects smart contracts to external world on: August 15, 2020, 06:23:36 AM
Many many people will lose money in this project when the bubble bursts

Except if they are wise enough to sell before the bubble burst, to be honest, am a bit skeptical with the rapid growth in price, but I see lots of people have confidence with the project so perhaps maybe what you assume will not be, if link investors are strong holders then the probability of a drastic fall in price could be very slim. Just my thought.
1731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RAMP DEFI |Unlock Liquid Capital from Your Staked Digital Assets | on: August 15, 2020, 06:17:33 AM
The OP has not given an answer and there is no active team here, so why are they making an announcement here.
At first I thought it would be a big project (if they don't lie about the team and advisors), but I'm getting suspicious because there is no answer and RAMP twitter account only has 2 tweets, even RAMP doesn't follow / follow each other with the team and their advisors.

Apparently they are not active here, I guess this announcement thread was only created to get members into their Telegram group because I can see that they are more active in there, it is actually funny claiming to have such personalities in this project yet no single profile of them is revealed, what is the need of been anonymous I don't get it, if they don't have nothing to hide.
1732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY TOKEN - TOKEN TO BE TIED TO THE VALUE OF H2 on: August 14, 2020, 06:42:38 PM
I am checking my old ETH address and I have find out that WPP migrated to the new contract address, I see that you already discussing about it, but please, do not do the same mistake as many others and allow swap between old and new tokens forever. Because it brings trustworthy to the whole project and not just a move to reduce the number of tokens in the circulating supply by kicking the inactive users...  Roll Eyes

I think cases like this should be given proper announcement and a reasonable time frame when every wpp token holders can swap their tokens and once the time elapse then those who fail to swap within that time frame will lose out, sometimes doing a swap like this can take forever because holders will keep coming up and demanding to get their token swap,
This can even delay project development if not handled properly and efficiently, I have seen cases like this before, not an easy process.
1733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RAMP DEFI |Unlock Liquid Capital from Your Staked Digital Assets | on: August 14, 2020, 06:31:04 PM

I see this laughing and it looks like this scammer is new to the Crypto space by showing this image, I wish you all the success to fool a lot of people lol

J.P. Morgan! What role does he play in this project,  is he part of the team or advisor? Would be interesting to know, between they have some big project mentioned in here, I guess the team of this project each have experience working with this names at some point, hope there is evidence to back their claim,
Defi is gradually moving to the point similar to that of ico back in 2017, people really need to apply caution.
1734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY TOKEN - TOKEN TO BE TIED TO THE VALUE OF H2 on: August 13, 2020, 09:51:38 AM
Just want to know with the new smart contract and new wpp tokens, will there be a reduction in the maximum supply? What is the nature of token swap, maybe 1:1 ratio or what is going to be!
I was following the project back then but somehow stop following but now it seems good thing is about to happen, will be keeping in touch for more information.
1735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: █▀▄ [ANN][IDO] DIA | Data infrastructure for DeFi | Bonding Curve Live 🔥 ▄▀█ on: August 13, 2020, 09:40:21 AM

It is not a great news because DIA is still a very new project it doesn't need FOMO or feud of any kind. News like like would put investors who might have bought from Biki on a high pressure thinking they might have being scanned.

The more reason why it is very important to make a confirmation from the official group before anything else, i saw some people also buy dia iou from hotbit exchange with the hope of being exchange to the real dua when sale is over,
U wonder how people take such silly risk without confirming from project team, by the time they didn't get their tokens they will blame it on dia team, dia did not announce any listing on biki but some people just take the risk of buying from there, they made their choice, can't blame nobody when things go south.
1736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you be the investor that made that fortune or not? on: August 12, 2020, 01:06:55 PM
I lost my fortune in the last pandemic market crash because of single simple mistake. Never used stop limits on my trades.
I congratulate those who bought LINK at 0.1$ on binance, Kava is solid and Band was a crazy come back with coinbase listing. I can't agree more that DEFI is 2020 trend.

Yeah mate, I should have packed enough link when the price was dead cheap, who knows it will blow up this much, if only we can see the future 😉,
I think many people will be among those who make fortune with defi project because right now it is the hottest trend in the market and everyone is trying to get a piece of the pie.
1737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So every dead project that adding "DeFi" to its name, pumping 100000% ? on: August 12, 2020, 01:01:48 PM
Lol, received a notification from Binance about serum (srm) with price increase of about 1500% and i was short of words, in this days where good project are struggling to increase by 10%, here is a project that tose more a thousand %, impressive if I may say, I have no knowledge about the project, don't know if it is defi or not, but the price pump is mad.
1738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The United States blocked Tiktok and Wechat, the era of decentralized VPN is com on: August 11, 2020, 10:20:39 AM
Only for those who really find this apps useful will consider the use of vpn on them, the banned on this apps are justified in my opinion, i know the tension between usa and China is growing like wildfire so it is better they took appropriate measures on certain areas, not very encouraging to have a spyware app installed in your device, sorry to say but it seems China are hungry for world power and they are willing to go any length to have it,  so I think the restriction is very necessary.
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Updated]Grayscale to launch crypto ads on: August 11, 2020, 06:19:58 AM
As long as it reaches the targeted audience with the right intentions then it will be good for btc and crypto in general,  what this spacd need is better promotions with right content, top institutions usually take seriously content from organisations like Greyscale perhaps, so lets assume this ads will be somewhat beneficial to btc.
1740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do scams harm Bitcoin's reputation in the mainstream world? on: August 10, 2020, 03:02:37 PM
I think it does has a negative impact on btc reputation, it is not easy to hear a hack or scam activity from a company or business and be cool with it, this also affect the trust of investors, they may feel insecure and wonder if their investment is safe, who knows maybe such bad behaviour are among the reason why adoption is slow, why many people are having cold feet to come in.

That can make people out there will believe in bitcoin because they don't see that bitcoin can be a good thing. But if we can spread the advantage of bitcoin to them, I am sure that they will realize that bitcoin is like the money which can be used for good and bad things, and that will depend on us how we will use bitcoin. When many people can use bitcoin for good things, the bitcoin reputation will lift, and more people will join the crypto world, and that can make crypto can be accepted in all countries.

i think it boils down to what comes up immediately when people make a search about btc on the internet, this news outlet can't be compare to individual social media accounts, this are sites with high traffic and visitors per day, so it is very easy for any bad publication about btc from them to get to the top, and can easily suppress any other type of individual or group post on the internet, but then, i guess it is left to people to chose what to believe.
