You see, the max supply coded is 63 561 840 coins (ref: main.h). So far, the network has produced 62 683 254 coins (getinfo). Leaving only 878586 coins to mint. When the max supply will be reached, in about a month --> no more rewards from minting = miners leaving = no (or very slow) network = no transactions possible = dead coin. Unless, the miners wants to mint for nothing, which is possible. Should be interesting... ppl staking worldwide should provide enough hashpower for the network, i believe

I bought a little bit for 1 satoshi, I'd buy more but the possibility of hemp/doge/ltc pairings makes me wary.
me too, but i think it would be better to keep her alive in the minor leagues than see her on the floor at .00000001. can anyone recommend an exchange in the US for trading btc for USD?

Stupid tinfoil hat YouTube video.
Off the top of my head I can think of a bunch of wars that have nothing to do w banking
Vietnam Korea Liberia Syria Cambodia Laos Afgan-Soviet
Too many to list. Pick any 20th Century communist revolution, any religious war, any land disputes, etc..
Who do you think financed those wars? Wars are backed by fiat currency borrowed in the form of treasury bills that we all pay back with interest and through inflation. Of course the money has to come from somewhere to buy the guns. Doesn't mean it is caused by or fought on the behalf of banking or bankers. in 1980s there was a war between Vietnam & Cambodia. Please explain how your banker theory fits into this specific situation the bankers wanted a booming war economy to milk (they will finance both sides, then finance rebuilding the looser (and install a central fiat-banking system, recent example: iraq), at the victors expense, then do it again, "rinse & repeat") why do you think no. korea is in the crosshairs? because they don't have a central fiat-bank! problem is, the ppl, by themselves, have no desire for war, (it's much more fun swapping coins ...) so, they lie to the ppl, prove there is a threat in those days it was called the gulf of tonkin event (spelling error i think ) the event didn't really happen, but it got the ppl to send their boys and girls off to war (again)

i think this coin needs it's own commercial website. havn't a clue about all the angles, but it's becoming clear we've got to do something! ...or am i just being impatient ... nooo... Price FUNK Total BTC 0.00000001 1,042,806,775.41330707 10.42806775 ^@allcrypt i think it's about 20% of the total minted so far maybe ... hosting open source apps that windows users don't have access to? (mixers, drums & etc) forum where artists could sell & swap? only 25kFUNK to join! come on down! i'm blissfully shy of coding but i can help w/page building and moderating if anyone's up for it

the wallet is dangerous?
most likely the 7 hits were false positives - ofcourse the wallet contains mining software, also note the AVs that nailed it ****************************************** as long as all 600 mil are given out it is a good thing

Mintpal seem to have changed/updating voting again...
They made this change. Small change to voting, now allowing just one vote per hour, but also divided the votes by 5 and increased cost of payment votes 5 times.
We just need people to vote. they told me i had to have a larger trade history to vote (till now i've had 5 votes every hr)
