181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: March 24, 2024, 11:55:35 PM
Agree. A player like Joselu still doesn't deserve to be the main striker for Real Madrid. He must be in the bench with that stats. Mbappe is much better than him, they are in a different level.

Real Madrid already planned for a long time to sign Mbappe as their main striker. Sadly, Real Madrid always got some obstacles to sign him. There were too many drama made by PSG to keep Mbappe in PSG. After this season ends, Mbappe contract expires and PSG has no chance to keep him anymore. So, we can assume Mbappe almost 100% to come to Real Madrid for the next season.

Of course, it will be good for Mbappe and Real Madrid. Mbappe will play in a better team, he will have the chance to win UCL with a strong team like Real Madrid. Meanwhile Real Madrid finally has a top striker (CF), Mbappe will be the machine goal of Real Madrid.

Source: goal.com
Mbappé is not a typical Center Forward, though, while Joselu is. To get the best out of him, they would probably let him roam freely around the wings. That's where he is most effective, with the help of his pace. Not someone who just waits in the box to poach for goals like Joselu.

There's going to be a huge conflict in position between him and Vini Jr. They will probably have to switch Jr to the right and the Bench Rodrigo. Sadly for Joselu and Rodrigo, Brahimi seems to be pretty impressive lately. He really tries to put in so much effort.

On your site I see a link that lead supposed to lead to your profile on Bestchange (https://www.bestchange.ru/?p=1289340) but on clicking on it, it just leads me to their home page. Were you ever listed on BestChange before? or this was just an error?

What does AI romance have to do with your exchange?

183  Economy / Reputation / Re: PytagoraZ & komisariatku are alts on: March 24, 2024, 11:09:41 PM
In the light of recent discoveries, should we accept that PytagoraZ continue to get votes and therefore potentially win a prize?

He has cheated in the past with alts in some contests.
Provided he hasn't cheated on that contest using his alts or tried to vote using the alt accounts, I think he can potentially win the prize. I looked through the contest rules and I didn't see any mention of users getting disqualified once they got tagged by DT members.
Maybe the organizer forgot some of those details, but it means that even users who had been tagged in the past could participate in the contest.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 24, 2024, 10:59:32 PM
I'm curious to see if Xavi will change his mind about stepping down at the end of the season, and I hope for him to do so. Personally, I think he should stay as a coach in Barcelona. Xavi's acting like a child, which is just plain weird.
Maybe coaching at the club has put too much of a drain on him and he needs a break from all that pressure. I don't blame him at all, especially for the fact that Barcelona has been struggling financially, and they can't afford players Xavi might have need in order to create a perfect team for his style.

At the moment, I don't see any cheap top manager that can get to Barcelona in the current situation it is and try to keep it a float while the storm clears. Perhaps that's why Laporta wants him to stay.
185  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: March 24, 2024, 09:55:32 PM
VPN should not trigger as a way of cheating, they should simply put in the TOS that using a VPN is prohibited. What's the business of the casino for knowing where we are gambling, I'm sure they are also doing some security measures for their website, and for us gamblers, we value our privacy so we choose to use VPN during our session, but it was not intented to defraud the casino.
If we use a VPN to respect privacy, that is understandable as long as the effects we will get while using a VPN while playing can be borne by ourselves.
I am not against VPNs when playing in casinos, but understanding the rules that have been set for comfortable playing is more important, including if the rules are not allowed to use a VPN.
The major reasons why casinos do not allow use of VPNs is;
1. They are used by many abusers and multiaccounts to register and claim welcome bonuses
2. They are used by players from banned countries

In most cases, very few people with good intentions would use a VPN on a casino they know can ask for KYC verification at any time. If someone really values they privacy very much, then there is no reason they should be registering in a centralized casino in the first place.
186  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: esportsbet.io scam for 59mBTC/3860$ on: March 24, 2024, 09:30:18 PM
Looks like a scam casino to me.

There are other users who had simillar complaints about the casino in the past but I don't think their issues got resolved; You should stick to well known reputable casinos.
1. Esportsbet.io closed my account and refused to pay earnings
2.
Interested in speaking to you about this, message me on twitter @rhyspalburner or we can talk on discord dms
I got scammed 1.2btc by them 2 years ago and I'm currently trying to gather more evidence

187  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Careful if you using Solflare Solana wallet on: March 23, 2024, 04:57:31 PM
I don't see this in my wallet, haven't experienced any kind of airdrop from scam tokens before and I did check it but there's really nothing there, maybe because it's something that's targeted specifically against new accounts or something like that, really crazy to think about it that scammers can now directly influence how you'll react to their scams by doing this kind of airdrops, makes you look in awe that they're able to do this kind of thing. Doesn't Solana have a way to protect you by automatically hiding suspicious tokens? If I recall, I think they do have that and you can check them out too.
I think it depends on how active your wallet/address is?
If you often trade those shitcoins on Solana, then you are likely to receive those useless airdropped NFTs

For example, I just executed a trade via raydium swap some 30 minutes ago and the address has already received 4 scam NFTs  Grin

Just check the activity or collectibles tab (one with 4 small squares)
188  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽️ SportBet.one - decentralized sports-betting platform ⭐️ Honest reviews ⭐️ on: March 23, 2024, 04:23:05 PM
I wanted to lock in a win. I'm not blaming the website and I did not lose too much, but if someone requests to close their account they should be allowed to do it immediately. If the website has a policy you can make another one if you do not 'self exclude' then that is fine. I think the four day wait to close an account is something that should be changed.
Well this is a shame if it's true

Is there any particular reason they gave you as to why you had to wait for 4 days and not immediately

I read through their responsible gambling link - https://sportbet.one/responsible-gambling
and this is what they partly say

Quote
The cooling-off period

We introduce a crucial first step for users considering a break from gambling. Upon receiving an email request for account closure, sportbet.one doesn't just snap the door shut. Instead, we initiate a 24-hour cooling-off period. During this time, the account and any linked accounts are temporarily disabled, putting a halt to all gambling activities. This pause provides a moment for reflection, an opportunity to consider the decision without the immediate pressure of gambling options at your fingertips.

Tailored self-exclusion durations

After the cooling-off period, sportbet.one takes a personalized approach to self-exclusion. Our support contacts you to confirm the preferred duration of wagering self-exclusion. Choices range from as short as one day to as long as permanent exclusion, with several options in between, including one week, one month, three months, six months, and one year. This flexibility allows you to choose a timeframe that best suits your needs, ensuring that the duration of the break aligns with your personal journey toward healthier gambling habits. The firm commitment to fixed periods ensures a clear and structured path, free from ambiguity.

Are you trying to say you never even got that immediate 24 hour cool off period?
189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BSV trading in USA on: March 23, 2024, 03:55:12 PM
Exodus describes their swap service as “fast & frictionless atomic swaps” and also "Customers can deploy their holdings without the need for KYC. No registration, no personal info, no account”. I guess that is just misleading advertising like Atomic Wallet which uses ChangeNOW for their “atomic” swaps.
It indeed is one big fat lie. Either they don't exactly know what atomic swaps are, or they are just trying to mislead newbies who are trying to use their platform to exchange coins. I don't think old users have time to use such platforms. It's usually those that are new to the game and are not yet aware of better alternatives.

On top of the high fees, wallet service source code being closed source and risking having one's funds held hostage in exchange for their sensitive data. I don't see any advantage regarding their internal exchange.

190  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit locked/pending withdrawals on: March 23, 2024, 03:42:07 PM
Personally I don't read TOS from time to time and  sometimes I'm not even checking emails from a casino as most of them are promotions. Well, in this case, if it's a standard procedure, OP should have already receive the email but that changes could be effective immediately and now he has to withdraw his funds.
Somewhere in this post where I highlighted in yellow, they say in case of changes in the terms of service, they will make an effort to provide a notice about the changes 14 days before the new changes take effect. So the changes are not effective "immediately"
191  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Dive Into Bitwinup: The Ultimate Crypto Trading Arena is Here! 🎲 on: March 23, 2024, 01:53:52 PM
An interesting concept. This will really be fun once the volume of users playing on either side is UP. If I may ask, from which exchange is the Bitcoin price quoted from?

I don't understand with connecting social media accounts, it's just to connect your social medias or we can gamble using social media accounts? I didn't get it.
it's more like a way to create an account automatically, though I would prefer the walletconnect option since it's more privacy-oriented.

192  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit locked/pending withdrawals on: March 23, 2024, 12:30:16 PM
Besides the changes of country restrictions usually doesn’t have any notification directly to affected players that’s why you need to check regularly the ToS whenever you made a deposit especially if you knew that your country has a restriction for gambling.
Easier said than done. Do you really get that time to read through all those lengthy terms of service of your exchanges or Casinos you have signed up for every time you are going to make a deposit, bet or trade? I doubt.

A service is obliged to send at least a notice to user email addresses and account notification dashboards about the changes in the terms. This is the standard procedure I know about. Now whether Rollbit sent out a notification or not, we can not tell at this moment in time until we hear out Rollbit's side of the story.
193  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Careful if you using Solflare Solana wallet on: March 23, 2024, 12:13:10 PM
I wouldn’t advise anyone against not buying Solana and it’s memes since it’s a personal decision. But going further if the problem of Solflare wallet persists then you can move to phantom wallet which is also a good wallet for Solana tokens and coins.
I also use Solflare wallet sometimes and never had any problems or loss of assets. The problem is not the wallet, but people who just connect their wallets to any site they come across, just because they have received worthless airdropped NFTs in their addresses.

Is there like a way to report that the token that's airdropped to your account a scam token? I think that reporting them and getting some kind reputation on the token helps a lot to know that they're a legitimate one, that kind of system could work in my opinion.
In the OP, there is a description on how to report the useless tokens as spam so that they disappear from the wallet.
194  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit locked/pending withdrawals on: March 22, 2024, 11:47:35 PM
If OP's win is really a "life changing" one he could try to find the friends/relatives in neighborhood (not-restricted) countries and  ask them for copies of required identification docs like  driving licence. utility bills etc. He could  propose them up to 50% of the  winning. The remaining half would go to him, it is better than have nothing.
Not if the account login in and activity history has just his Belgian IP address recorded. Using a different countries documents would diffidently add more red flags to his account for fraud or forgery. It would even make things worse for OP since it's another breach of term of service.

Problem solved please deleted topic
It won't be deleted. Just lock it. The lock topic option is at the bottom left of your page.
That being said, avoid changenow at all costs, try those instant exchanges listed here. The higher the ratings, the better
196  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit locked/pending withdrawals on: March 22, 2024, 03:56:21 PM
Even though the screenshot exists, it will not be considered valid because all casinos will write about their right to update terms and conditions like this:

Quote
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
source: rollbit
But the same snippet you shared states that they have to make reasonable effort to provide a notice to the users as highlighted. Maybe OP missed out the emails from them. I don't know for sure.
A much better approach would be to Geoblock restricted Countries as soon as the Country is included in the list. These would deter users from those Jurisdications from continuing to use the casino

According to Wayback Machine

Somewhere in 23rd March 2023, Belgium wasn't in the restricted list - https://web.archive.org/web/20230323043938/https://help.rollbit.com/en/articles/6176539-restricted-countries

By 7th December 2023, Belgium was in the restircted list - https://web.archive.org/web/20230323043938/https://help.rollbit.com/en/articles/6176539-restricted-countries
So the change probably came in effect between that period. The question is, did Rollbit notify the users about the change?

This is the address stolen my total crypto from Solflare, same as you mentioned in the subjected post. Can we report this address and can get back my assets?
Unfortunately, you can not get your funds back. But the best thing to do is to report how you were scammed so that this can prevent other future users from falling for the similar kind of scam

I looked into the address on Solscan, and it looks like the scammer is ripping big from his scam tactic. Absolutely sad.
198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware Shuffle.com Shady Casino/Sportsbook on: March 22, 2024, 03:16:44 PM
I went ahead and submitted my ID and now they further verification for KYC3! like utility or bank statement . Which is not even available for my country (according to settings) they want me to provide it in live chat.
That's probably for proof of location. Don't they provide Utility Bills or Bank statements in your Country?
Honestly, if you don't want to do any KYC or provide any sensitive personal data then I suggest you completely stop signing up for the online casinos

As I predicted and probably after providing that they will ask me to take selfie or video calll just to further hassle me.  I won't entertain them anymore and consider my deposit/money gone. But be careful with this shady casino
It's your call to make, though it's a painful one.

A few hours after making an announcement and OP what's the mods to delete the thread? Why? I ask myself. Maybe some members put up some pretty strong point which made Op feel guilty and try to back off. Shady to me!
